Right now, is a very joyous time.
Christmas is two weeks away and I'm going to become a first time father sometime around Christmas.
If the fates allow, perhaps my daughter will arrive on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day; that would be beautiful.
But what I am going to call my little girl? How should I name her?
Holly! Holly should be my daughter's name. Holly is a beauftul name and holly is a plant historically associated with Christmas.
Besides, Holly Jolly Christmas has always been my favorite Christmas song and this year it's so fitting.
I will have a jolly Christmas because of the arrival of my new daughter making me a first time father. Her name should be Holly.
A Holly Jolly Christmas indeed.

Two weeks later.
It is just after midnight and Christmas Eve has turned into Christmas day.
And my dream has just become a reality.
Exactly as midnight struck, my daughter Holly came into this world.
'HOLLY!" I had shouted out as my daughter came into this world just as Christmas Day hit.
My heart is filled with cheer and warmth,
I'm a father, and a father of a Christmas baby to boot.
I look into her gorgeous green eyes. How fitting that a Christmas baby would have green eyes. Brilliant.
What a special experience of becoming a first time father.
It couldn't have worked out any better.
Oh, by golly I'm having have a Holly Jolly Christmas this year!
