A week after their first training together, Klaas arrived back at Doc and Vinny's training school, wearing the same white t-shirt with gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and white basketball shoes. He knocked on the door, and Vinny once again opened it, wearing the same black t-shirt, black jogging shorts, white sports socks and black tennis shoes, as well as the same white towel wrapped around his neck.
"Welcome back, Klaas. You ready for some more training?" Vinny asked Klaas with a smile.
"Sure am, Vinny. Can't wait to take on the Minor Circuit of the WVBA." Klaas replied with a smile of his own.
"Cool. Come on, I'll lead you in." Vinny replied back as he let Klaas inside and closed the door behind him. "Dad's at the boxing ring, waiting for ya." He then told Klaas.
"Cool." Klaas nodded as him and Vinny proceeded to head over there. Doc was inside the boxing ring, and he gave Klaas a smile as he arrived there.
"Nice to have you back, son. Now, before we continue our boxing training, I'd like to warm ya up with a few other practices." Doc told Klaas.
"Alright, let's get to it." Klaas smiled as Doc gave him a nod before taking a bite of his chocolate bar. The scene then cut to Klaas jump roping while Doc and Vinny once again watched.
"Quick feet, Klaas! Quick feet!" Doc told Klaas.
"You wanna take on the Minor Circuit, you gotta get in shape, y'hear?" Vinny added as Klaas began jump roping faster. The scene then cut to Klaas lifting a pair of heavy dumbbells with Doc and Vinny once again watching.
"Work 'em, Klaas! Work 'em!" Doc told Klaas.
"This is boxing, Klaas! And if you wanna take up boxing, you gotta get some arm muscle, y'hear?" Vinny added as he took a sip of his strawberry smoothie.
The scene then cut to Doc riding his iconic bicycle while Vinny rode his own. Klaas was running behind them through the streets of New York City at sunrise.
"Keep it up, Klaas! Keep it up!" Doc told Klaas.
"Build up that stamina you'll need in the boxing ring!" Vinny added as Klaas began running harder.
The scene then cut back to the training school, where Klaas was in the boxing ring with Doc. Klaas was wearing his white boxing trunks and red boots with white laces, along with his red boxing gloves while Doc wore his regular attire along with a pair of brown boxing gloves.
"Alright, Klaas. Now that you've gotten warmed up, it's time to repeat that boxing training you did with Vinny last week. I want you to test your moves on me in a warming up match, a training match, and finally, a sparring match. Think you can handle that?" Doc asked Klaas.
"Sure, that shouldn't be too hard." Klaas nodded.
"Alright, good luck in the ring, Klaas! Ding ding!" Vinny said, imitating a boxing bell. Klaas then proceeded to throw some punches at Doc's face and body, with Doc grunting as he took the punches.
"Ouch!...Nice one, son. Nice one." Doc told Klaas. "Quick feet, Klaas!" Doc then told Klaas, instructing him to dodge, which Klaas proceeded to do.
"See, you're learning!" Vinny told Klaas with a smile as he watched from the ringside. Klaas then threw some more punches at Doc's face and body as Doc grunted from the impact of the punches.
"I telegraphed that!" Doc remarked. "Duck this one...!" Doc then instructed Klaas to duck, which Klaas did. Klaas then threw another set of punches at Doc before landing the final blow. "Huh! Nice one...Uhhhh..." Doc wheezed before being knocked back.
"Knockout!" Vinny exclaimed from the ringside.
Klaas then rushed over to Doc. "You okay, Doc?" He asked Doc in a concerned tone.
"Yeah, I'm fine, Klaas. What about you? You ready for the challenge?" Doc asked Klaas.
"Sure am." Klaas smiled upon learning Doc was fine. After a 5 minute break, Doc and Klaas were ready to start their training match.
"Alright, now that we've gotten the warming up match down, let's get going and start our training match. You ready for this, son?" Doc asked Klaas.
"Yep, I'm ready, Doc. Let's do this." Klaas replied with a determined smile.
"That's great to hear. Vinny, get a camera, 'cause we're gonna be writing WVBA history right here." Doc told Vinny.
"Just like you did with Little Mac?" Vinny asked him.
"Exactly. Now get a camera!" Doc replied.
"A'ight." Vinny nodded. Once Vinny had grabbed a video camera, Doc and Klaas started their training match.
"Move, baby, move!" Doc told Klaas as he instructed him to dodge, which Klaas did once Doc threw a punch at him. Klaas then countered with a set of punches of his own.
"Ouch, Klaas!" Doc remarked after taking the punches from Klaas. "Get low!" Doc then told Klaas as Klaas proceeded to duck underneath Doc's punch. Klaas then proceeded to throw another flurry of punches at Doc.
"That's the one I taught ya!" Doc remarked.
"Keep it up, Klaas. Keep it up." Vinny told Klaas from the ringside.
"I'm getting there." Klaas smiled as he proceeded to throw another flurry of punches at Doc, getting Doc's health low.
"Mmm...This's choc-licious! Ha ha ha!" Doc laughed after taking a bite of his chocolate bar, replenishing his health.
"Notice how dad took a bite of his chocolate bar to replenish his health and stamina? I did the exact same thing during our training last week. If you want to knock dad down, you're gonna have to deplete that health and stamina once more." Vinny instructed Klaas.
"Got it." Klaas nodded to Vinny before throwing another flurry of punches at Doc, causing Doc to grunt in pain as he took the punches to the head.
"You're too fast!" Doc remarked. "Quick feet, Klaas!" Doc then instructed Klaas to dodge his punch, which he did.
"There we go!" Klaas beamed before throwing some more punches at Doc, getting his health low again.
"You're nearly there, Klaas! Just hang in there a little more!" Vinny told Klaas.
"Duck this one...!" Doc instructed Klaas to duck, which Klaas did, causing Doc's punch to miss. Klaas then landed the final blows on Doc, knocking him out. "Huh! Nice one...Uhhhh..." Doc wheezed as he was knocked back into the ropes.
"Knockout!" Vinny exclaimed. Klaas once again rushed up to Doc to check if he was alright.
"You okay, Doc?" Klaas asked Doc.
"Yeah. And are you ready for your final lesson?" Doc asked Klaas, who smiled and nodded.
After another 5 minutes, Doc and Klaas were back in the ring for their final lesson. "This old Doc still has new tricks, son! Now, are you ready for your final lesson?" Doc asked Klaas.
"Yes, I am." Klaas replied with an eager smile.
"Okay then. Keep it clean, because I don't want dad to suffer the same fate as that Pizza Pasta guy. Poor sucka...Got a nasty blow to the head and is now in a wheelchair for the rest of his life..." Vinny remarked.
"Don't worry, Vinny. Klaas won't do that to me, I'm sure of it." Doc told Vinny with a reassuring smile.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's do this!" Klaas said with a grin as he pounded his fists together.
"Move, baby, move!" Doc instructed Klaas to dodge, which he did. Klaas then countered with a series of punches of his own. "That was a big mosquito!" Doc remarked.
"I like those moves of yours, Klaas!" Vinny remarked from the ringside with a smile.
"Huh!" Klaas exclaimed as he threw some more punches at Doc.
"That was nice..." Doc remarked before pulling out a chocolate bar to try and replenish his health. "Check this out..." Doc said, but just as he was about to take a bite of his chocolate bar, Klaas knocked it out of his hand. "Noooo! Now you've done it! You won't like Doc when he's angry!" Doc told Klaas before ripping off his track jacket, revealing another one with a jaguar print underneath, much to Klaas and Vinny's disgust.
"Oh, gosh! That's awful!" Klaas exclaimed.
"Gross, dad..." Vinny said as he looked away.
A warning message was then displayed: "Removal of Doc Louis' chocolate bar may be hazardous for your health. The WVBA is not responsible for any frustration from this point forward."
Doc then threw a punch at Klaas, gaining a star for a Star Punch. "Woowee!" Doc exclaimed gleefully.
"Watch out, Klaas! He's about to use his famous Star Punch!" Vinny warned Klaas.
"I invented the Star Punch!" Doc exclaimed as he threw a Star Punch at Klaas.
"Oh no!" Klaas exclaimed in shock before being hit by the Star Punch. "That smarts..." Klaas remarked before throwing a few more punches of his own at Doc, and gained a star in the process.
"I telegraphed that!" Doc remarked before instructing Klaas to duck. "Get low!" Doc told Klaas as Klaas proceeded to duck underneath Doc's punch, then punched Doc to gain another star.
"See, you're learning!" Vinny beamed.
"Quick feet, Klaas!" Doc instructed Klaas to dodge, which he did. Doc then proceeded to pull out another chocolate bar. "Check this out..." Just as Doc was about to eat the chocolate bar, Klaas knocked it out of his hand again. "No! I told you before, son!" Doc told Klaas in dismay. Klaas had gained a third and last star for a 3-Star Punch.
"A'ight, now finish dad off with your own Star Punch!" Vinny instructed Klaas, which Klaas proceeded to do, landing the final blow on Doc.
"Huh! Nice one...Uhhhh..." Doc wheezed as he was knocked back into the ropes one last time.
"Knockout!" Vinny exclaimed. Vinny then proceeded to step into the ring, and he threw Doc's right arm over his shoulder while Klaas threw Doc's left arm over his shoulder.
"Woowee, son! Now I'm really sure that you've got what it takes to take on the Minor Circuit! I think you're just about ready to take on your first Minor Circuit opponent next Saturday. How 'bout it?" Doc asked Klaas as they began to make their way out of the ring.
"I'd love that!" Klaas beamed.
"That's what I like to hear! For now, let's head out for some chocolate cake and strawberry cake, shall we?" Doc asked Vinny and Klaas as the three of them proceeded to laugh.
