Enrich Midgen was due to become a father in a mere fortnight.

He realized that it was now time to get down to business with regard to choosing a name for his daughter.

Enrich knew two things: He wanted his daughter to have a first name that started with the letter E. His name was Enrich, his wife's name was Emily, and he wanted to be an all E household. He also wished for a completely healthy baby.

Wanting peace, quiet, and no interruptions to his thought process as he pondered naming his daughter, Enrich Midgen had gone to Hogwarts and entered the Room of a Requirement, making it a quiet room with nothing but one light brown Lazy Boy recliner in the middle of the room.

Sitting down on the Lazy Boy recliner, Enrich got to work thinking of potential names for his daughter.

Giving each name that came to him careful thought, Enrich rejected a few names.

Then, the name Eloise popped into his head.

'THAT'S IT!" yelled Enrich, "MY DAUGHTER WILL BE ELOISE MIDGEN!"

This decision killed two birds with one stone.

Enrich got to give his daughter the "E" name that he wanted her to have.

And...

"The name Eloise means healthy said Enrich aloud, though he was alone, "Gifting upon my baby girl the name of Eloise represents what I most desire for her: A healthy life."

Enrich sat back and just thought.

He wished for a daughter who would never get injured.

He wished for a daughter who would always feel good.

The biggest thought in Erich's mind was, "I just hope more than anything else that my daughter never catches a deadly disease. I know some colds, and such are inevitable. But I wish upon my lucky star that my daughter NEVER has to deal with Cancer, COVID-19, ALS, or anything like that."

As for my daughter's overall health, I have my part to play in taking her to the doctor, eye doctor, and dentist regularly, making sure she eats good meals but doesn't overindulge on candy or desserts, and making sure she gets some exercise. Those are going to be my responsibilities. I owe Eloise that.

Of course, there are no guarantees in life or the world. Unless you count the guarantee that there are no guarantees.

All I can do is hope, wish, and look after my daughter as best as I can.

I truly wish upon a star for a long and heathy life for Eloise. That's why I'm naming her Eloise. The name Eloise means healthy and as such naming my daughter Eloise represents what I most want for my daughter: that long and healthy life.
