Deathstroke Past Time

Now we move into the Past Time from an Alternate MHA Universe where the Izuku Midoriya of this Dimension is Deathstroke too but has not yet made the Deathstroke Gang.

Musutafu City Alternate Past

Izuku is in a secret bunker which is run by him and him alone because he has not yet formed the Deathstroke Gang yet but he already has plans to gather followers who share his beliefs. Right now he is going to broadcast his message to the world all he does first is hacked all channels for people to see and he will be expecting even Villains to watch this too, it's already been 1 month since he made his appearance as Deathstroke but the Training was Years because he needed the Weapons and crafting the Armor/Suit and Helmet/Mask for his quest, although the training did costed him the right eye.

When he first made an appearance he brutally took out some Random Quirk Villains which disturbs the Civilians he just save, eventually All Might showed up he demanded him to surrender because he didn't like his brutally toward the Villains and he is viewed as a Vigilante but Izuku/Deathstroke refuse and he instead picks a fight against him but Izuku/Deathstroke overpowers All Might much to everyone's shock.

All Might ask what kind of Quirk he has but his response he is Quirkless and he just relied on years of training and wits, before they parted ways he introduce himself to All Might, Slade Wilson AKA Deathstroke and taking out those Villains with brutally was to get his attention and he succeed and then tells him they will meet again one day. All Might had no idea that Deathstroke is really that same boy Izuku Midoriya that he recently met during the Sludge Villain incident.

He even change is identity to Slade Wilson to conceal himself and behind his Helmet/Mask, his voice is also concealed too.

"I've never forgot what you said to me All Might which shot me down the first time we talked after the Sludge Villain incident", Izuku/Deathstroke muttered to himself remembering what All Might told after the Sludge Villain incident about if it's possible for Quirkless person like him to be a Hero like he thought.

"I ask can a Quirkless person such as myself be Hero like him and the others but your answer is a no and that's impossible for someone Quirkless to be a Hero like and everyone else."

"Anyway enough of that and let's begin", Izuku/Deathstroke begins his broadcast to the world.

"People of the world, you relied on the protection of Quirks against Quirk and Quirkless Villains, Quirks is a Cancer, all they do is look down on the Quirkless People. I am here to free you all this Cancer, join me and together we shall cut out the Cancer that the Quirks give to you all", Izuku/Deathstroke finish his broadcast but he never mentions that he was actually talking about the Quirk Users who look down and bully Quirkless people which means he isn't really against all Quirk users.

But he wants to keep that truth he left out a secret for now. Some Heroes may be aware of this but don't know the full extent of it.

"Slade broadcast again", Midnight said because she and fellow teachers have been watching the entire broadcast.

"That broadcast is propaganda, Slade is trying to gather followers who would feel the same like him that Quirks is a cancer because there are people who actually hate Quirk Heroes like us for many obvious reasons", All Might said what Slade is doing.

"Why would he?" Recovery Girl ask.

"Because Quirkless are sometimes look down and bullied by Quirks Heroes like saying that they should be look down and not be Heroes like them."

"You do realize that they have no right say that to Quirkless people, everyone needs to show them respect and dignity, plus give them a chance to try out on being a Hero before we all judge them", Shota Aizawa/Eraserhead said what needs to be shown to the Quirkless before they can be judged.

"So true Eraserhead, because that's would we do, Present Mic said.

"I wonder what Slade is up to this time?" All Might wonders knowing he will strike again and probably to get his attention again.

Coming up next, Izuku travels to old abandon and decommission Japanese Military Base where he will find a single Mirakuru that was kept somewhere where it was left.

I forgot to mentions this, what happened to Musutafu City in the year 2040 caused by Izuku/Deathstroke and the Deathstroke Gang back in Chapter 1 is not from the same Timeline, the past Izuku who is Deathstroke is from an Alternate Earth which shows here in this Second Chapter, so what happened in that Alternate Future will depend on the choices he makes whether he will do what his Future Counterpart did will he redeem himself and turn the Deathstroke Gang into a Heroic Force instead.

Also him saying that Quirks is a Cancer doesn't mean he shares the same beliefs like Flect Turn and his Humarise Cult who are the Antagonists of MHA World Heroes Mission Movie. He was only talking about many Quirk user who doesn't believed Quirkless people should be Heroes at all and they should be look down and bullied by others who have Quirks.

I will rewrite the Summary.

One more thing, Izuku will have a lover but this time it will be a Pro-Hero who won't be aware that he is Deathstroke at the moment.
