Mirakuru VS Quirks
Izuku/Deathstroke now test out the Mirakuru against the Heroes.

"Now I have the Mirakuru in me it's time I put that into a test drive against All Might and the other Pros including any of the Youngster Heroes. I gave it a test drive on a metal wall yes but now try it out on live beings."

"The last thing I want is for Yu to be there because I don't want to fight her and if she knows that I'm really Deathstroke it's not going to end very well. I mean for her because she might feel hurt."

Kiyoshi Ward Shopping Mall Present Time
The people who were having there time shopping and eating suddenly become nervous when Izuku/Deathstroke is seen waking there and then he pulls out his SIG-Sauer P220 Sport Pistol and shoots up in the air scaring everyone and they all run for it. Next he pulls out a mic and makes his demand to get the Heroes's attention, "All Might come on out and face me, bring some company if you have too I don't mind", Izuku/Deathstroke puts down the mic after finishing his speech and demand.

"I don't like this All Might, Slade might be leading us into a trap", Midnight said to him.
"I know Midnight, but we can't just stand by and do nothing otherwise Slade is going to kill people", but actually Izuku/Deathstroke is going to scare people not kill anyone because that's not his attention.
"Then let's go then!" Cementoss said ready for battle against Deathstroke.

10 Minutes Later
Heroes and the UA Students arrive at the scene where Izuku/Deathstroke is waiting for them, "about time you showed up", Izuku/Deathstroke said to them and and puts his SIG-Sauer P220 Pistol away because he won't be using that. What he wasn't he expecting is that My Lady is also there because she's with Kamui Woods.
"Great!" Izuku/Deathstroke whispered after catching the sight of Mt Lady which he wasn't expecting, although he has smirk in his face after seeing Kacchan there too since he tormented him for being Quirkless.
"What do you want Deathstroke?"
"Just to ask you to face me again and I mean it's just us who will face each other again while everybody else can just watch and enjoy this", that's his attention from the very beginning.
"So come and face me then All Might and see what this Merc can do!"

All Might VS Deathstroke
"Alabama Smash!" All Might throws a super move but Izuku/Deathstroke easily evades it.
"Counter!" Izuku/Deathstroke punches All Might sending him flying and crashing into a wall much to everyone's shock.

"What was that Slade?! I thought you said you were Quirkless?!" All Might demand to know what was that super punch he just threw at him.
"I am Quirkless All Might, I just injected myself with a Super Soldier Serum known as the Mirakuru. It is a relic of World War 2 use by the Japanese Imperial Army, despite they use it on many of their Soldiers they still lost World War 2", Izuku/Deathstroke explains and enlighten everyone about the Mirakuru.
"So I got your attention here to see how good the Mirakuru is against the Quirks."
"So that's your true attention to test out the Mirakuru against Quirk users."

The fight resumes and both opponents throw punches but striking each other's fists and none of combatants are taking any damage from each other's hit. They try kicking but no avail on striking each other, next All Might grabs Izuku/Deathstroke's right fist but he breaks free and uppercuts All Might in the face and Izuku/Deathstroke starts to push back and he punches All Might in the faces multiple times before All Might gets down as Izuku/Deathstroke madly punches a concrete wall breaking a part of it to pieces without taking any injury before coming to a stop.
"What's up with him? He looks like he is losing it", Best Jeanist wonders alongside the others because Izuku/Deathstroke was acting not like himself after All Might moves away from all the punches.

"Let I remind you all that the Mirakuru has a side affect too, it can drive a person insane. Also other side effects of the Mirakuru is bleeding through the eyes but I didn't have that when I injected myself with it."
"Slade you really need to get that Mirakuru off if that's what it's going to do to you too", All Might tells him that the Mirakuru really needs to come off if that's going to drive him insane.
"You know I will All Might, I already have a cure, oh when I said Quirk is a cancer it doesn't mean I share the same beliefs like that Terrorist Cult known as the Humarise under the leadership of Flect-Turn who believes he is everybody's savior because he never had any friends due to his Quirk always hurt people whenever they get close to him. In my opinion the Humarise are nothing but insane and false prophets", after Izuku/Deathstroke smoke bombs and disappear from the scene.

BLAM!
Gunshot that came from Izuku/Deathstroke's SIG-Sauer P220 Sport Pistol is heard and the bullet hits Kacchan somewhere not fatal. "That's for tormenting me for being Quirkless", Izuku/Deathstroke whisper somewhere unseen by anyone.
End
Coming up next, Izuku cures himself from the Mirakuru but not before replicating more Mirakuru and Cures for it. Lastly Izuku search for the HQ of the Humarise which he plans to destroy.
Mirakuru despite it's effectiveness for Humans to get super strength and withstand getting shot the bad side effect of it is it drives the person insane just like what happened to Slade Wilson in Arrow. This fanfic won't have that accept for the signs of it which Izuku will feel and he will have a cure for it.
