Seeds of the Future
Izuku Midoriya AKA Deathstroke sees a Future of 2040 Musutafu City.

"What I'm I even seeing here?" Izuku/Deathstroke was asleep next to Yu/Mt Lady who is still restrained to the bed and next he finds himself in some kind of Void and there he is seeing something that's unfamiliar to him.
What he hasn't realize yet is that he is seeing the 2040 Musutafu City which is now controlled by him and the Deathstroke Gang in the future which will happened depending on the choice he makes.

When it began, he watches the downfall of many Heroes, sidekicks and the Police Force too which was caused by him and his Deathstroke Gang, it's because of the Mirakuru that they've all been injected with which caused many Heroes, sidekicks and the Police to meet their downfall at their hands. It wasn't just the Heroes, sidekicks and the Police, he even sees many Villains get killed by them too and that will count the Military too when they tried to help the Heroes, he watches as his 2040 Deathstroke self easily overpowers All Might and kills in the end by stabbing him in the head with his Katana Sword.
His next victims was Shota Aizawa/Eraserhead and then Kacchan which he easily defeated all thanks to the Mirakuru. Izuku realize that his 2040 Deathstroke self had a grudge and vendetta against them and All Might too which is the main reason he killed all 3 of them.
The next scene is right after defeating all who tried resist and oppose them, the burning and ruined Musutafu City now belongs to the Deathstrokes.
Some of the Deathstrokes have been killed off by the Heroes, sidekicks, Police and Military Force.

"Is that what happens when I form my Deathstroke Gang, but what happened to Yu and my mom?" He only ask that question is because he hasn't seen them in anywhere while watching the 2040 Musutafu City.
Unfortunately he will never know their fates as a bright light engulfs him and sends him back to the real world. Although Izuku can just make up what happened to Yu and his mom, it's ether he killed them because they disagree with him or he let them run away from him.

Back to the Present
"Oh my!" Izuku/Deathstroke wakes up after seeing all that and then he looks at Yu/Mt Lady who is still asleep and removes her restraints.
"Despite what I've seen, Futures events can only be decided by the choices we all make", Izuku/Deathstroke said that the future he has just seen will only happened depending on the choice he and others will make that will shape their future and destiny.
That includes who they are.

"Tomorrow when I go outside with Yu, I will be doing some thinking about what I saw in the year 2040 and I will tell Yu everything I saw", well Izuku/Deathstroke will now decided whether he wants to let this 2040 Musutafu City Nightmare happened or he can prevent it from ever happening while he is with Yu.
"What's that meaning?" Yu finally woke up and sits up from the bed.
"I will tell when we go outside Yu."

Hospital
Shota Aizawa AKA Eraserhead is in the Hospital since the Recovery Girl's Office is to damage by Deathstroke's bombs. Well he's got some bandages all over his face because Deathstroke punch him the face repeatedly making his face bleed and blacked.
"Deathstroke's action will not go answered", All Might vowed that Deathstroke's action will not go answered and yet they still don't know Izuku Midoriya is Deathstroke.
End
Coming Up Next, having seen what will happened in 2040 Izuku will have to decided what he's going to do next while he takes Yu/Mt Lady outside with him.
Also the Deathstroke Gang will appear depending on what Izuku will do otherwise they will only be seen in the 2040 Timeline. But I still planned to have them appear in the present time.
But right now Izuku will be the only Deathstroke.
