Brittany ends up staying with Santana the whole tour. A few days when they get back, Brittany has to go to her movie premier for Catwoman. Since she didn't do any of the promoting being that she was on tour with San, she can't not go to the premier. And she promised to bring Stella for the additional press. This will be her first official outing.
"Britt, that dress is to die for." Mercedes says.
"You like?" Brittany says spinning.
"I can't wait to get you out of it." Santana dreamily says.
"Get your head out of the gutter." Quinn says lightly smacking Santana on the back of the head. "It looks lovely Britt."
"It's so the dress you should wear to the premier." Santana says.
"Okay," Brittany says smiling.
They're all searching for dresses to wear to the premier in two days. Thankfully Santana's favorite designer was able to hook them up and offered to after them if needed.
"One down, three to go." Mercedes says, trying on a yellow dress that gets all head shakes.
"San, I think this red one is so you." Brittany says pulling out a dress that is quite revealing.
"I don't want to upstage you." Santana says eyeing the dress.
"Since when? You always try to upstage me." Quinn points out.
"Yean San, you so do." Mercedes agrees.
"Well, she's my wife." Santana sheepishly says.
"I want you to wear it." Brittany reassures her.
"If you're sure," Santana says.
"I'm sure," Brittany says giving her a peck.
Santana wraps her arms around her neck and it turns into a full make out session.
"Gross," Quinn says making a face.
"We don't need to see how you two made Stella." Mercedes says, giving them a push.
"Come on San," Brittany says as they break apart. "Let's find them dresses so we can take advantage of Amanda babysitting."
"Alright Q, let's get you a dress." Santana says an extra pep in her step.
The night of the premier, Amanda has everything set up and planned, down to the minute for them. Mercedes and Quinn are here as well, getting ready. Santana wants them nearby in case they can't get away but need someone to get Stella out. Both women eagerly agreed.
"Your makeup is perfect." Amanda says to Santana grabbing the lipstick out of her hand.
"But-" Santana gulps.
"Everything is perfect." Brittany says.
"You three ready?" Mercedes asks.
"Yeah, let's go." Santana says picking up Stella.
"Thanks for all this." Brittany says to Amanda.
"Of course, go have fun. I'll be on standby in case you need me." Amanda says.
As all four women and the baby get into the limo, Quinn comments. "You still have the best assistant ever."
"Of course, we do, and she's not going anywhere." Santana says.
"Are you two ready for this?" Mercedes asks.
"Yes," Brittany says.
"Santana?" Quinn asks looking at her.
"I wish we didn't have to bring Stella." Santana says.
"She's going to be fine San." Brittany softly says. "I know you want to keep her out of the spotlight, but with us as parents, that's impossible."
"Better you control the pictures." Quinn says.
"And take her to things were just about everyone else there is famous too so they get it." Mercedes adds.
"I know," Santana sighs. "It's just she's growing up; I miss her being a baby baby not an almost toddler."
Brittany gives her wife a hug. "I know what you mean." she whispers.
"Are either of you going to any after parties?" Quinn asks.
"No," they both reply.
"Do we have a plan with the limo? Since Quinn and myself are going to after parties?" Mercedes asks.
"Amanda has it all planned out." Santana says.
"The limo will drop you both off then us and return to wait for you two." Brittany clarifies.
"Great,"
They arrive at the red carpet a few minutes later. Since Brittany is the star of the movie, they get to skip the line and get out as soon as they arrive.
"We'll get out first." Quinn says not wanting to be ignored as they would if they got out after Brittany.
"We don't want to go after you." Mercedes says.
"Of course, you don't, we're hot and they'd ignore you." Santana cockily says.
The three other women just shake their heads.
The limo door is opened and camera's start flashing wanting to get the first picture of Brittany. Quinn gets out first posing a few times before walking down the carpet. Mercedes follows her, posing for a few pictures.
"Where's Brittany?"
"IS she in there?"
"That's her limo, right?"
Santana giggles as she hears some of the comments from reporters that we're expecting Brittany and her not Quinn and Mercedes to come out.
"Go, we can't keep them waiting forever." Brittany says.
"Why not, we could totally get it on in here." Santana says wiggling her eyebrows.
"We have Stella." Brittany says nodding to the car seat.
"Shit," Santana grumbles. "I guess we have to get out."
Santana gets out of the limo first, taking Stella from Brittany before holding her hand for her wife. When Brittany gets out there is a moment of silence before every camera starts flashing taking pictures of the family.
"Over here Brittany!"
"Santana!"
"Can we get a kiss?"
"What about a pose with Stella?"
Brittany poses alone first before pulling Santana and thus Stella in for a few poses. They walk down the red carpet stopping every so often to pose for more pictures. About halfway down, they reach an E! reporter.
"Brittany Pierce, star of Catwoman." the reporter says. "How excited are you for the premier?"
"Super, I can't wait for everyone to see all the hard work that went into the movie. I hope they all love it as much as we loved making it." Brittany says smiling.
"Now we saw your co-stars doing promoting of Catwoman but you were absent, why?" the reporter asks.
"I was with my wife on her world tour." Brittany says pulling Santana into her side.
"Santana Lopez and this must be your baby girl Stella Lopez-Pierce." the reporter says.
"It is," Santana says fighting her instinct to shield their daughter from the camera.
"This is the first time we've ever brought her out or even let her picture be taken, willingly." Brittany tells the reporter.
"I'm so honored to be the first to have her in an interview." the reporter says before asking Brittany. "So, was it a blast to be on tour with your wife?"
"It was, I wasn't planning on staying the whole time but once I was there, I didn't want to leave." Brittany says smiling.
"And there's a rumor going around that you were on the set when your wife was filming Catwoman." the reporter says to Santana.
"I was, I joined her for the last few months of filming. So, I do know a bit about what will happen though I haven't seen the movie as a whole yet. I'm looking forward to it." Santana says smiling.
"Your daughter has become such a world traveler already at such a young age." the reporter says.
"She certainly has," Brittany agrees.
The head farther down the red carpet catching up to Mercedes and Quinn.
"Did Santana try to get out of coming once we left the limo? It did take you two a long time to get out." Quinn says.
"Hey, I'm not that bad." Santana tries to argue, though Quinn gives her a look of really. "Okay fine, I did."
"Of course, you did, you wouldn't be you if you didn't try." Mercedes says laughing.
"Can we get a picture with all of you?" someone shouts.
They pose together for pictures before heading in skipping any other interviews. Brittany though, gets stopped at the door to talk to another reporter.
"I'll meet you all in there." Brittany tells them.
"How exciting is this for you?" the reporter from entertainment tonight.
"Very, I've wanted to be Catwoman since I learned about her when I was ten." Brittany says. "I was so excited when I got the lead."
"I bet; can you give us any spoilers?" the reporter asks.
"I'll just say this is a very different Catwoman than any before." Brittany tells the reporter.
"One last question before you head in." the reporter says noticing Brittany looking at the door.
Brittany nods and the reporter continues.
"I heard a rumor that your daughter and wife make a cameo appearance in the movie." the reporter says.
"You'll just have to watch to see if it's true." Brittany says before heading in.
She finds her wife and daughter waiting inside for her.
"Quinn and Mercedes abandon you?" Brittany asks.
"They went to their seats. I wanted to wait for you." Santana says giving her a kiss.
"Come on honey, we have seats in the middle with Tom and his wife." Brittany says holding out her arm.
"I can't wait to meet her." Santana says looping her arm through her wife's.
Stella is looking around at everything from her mami's arm.
"I think our little angel is awake." Brittany says.
"Hopefully she won't get fussy." Santana says lifting her up more securely in her arm.
"If she does, I'll take her out." Brittany offers.
When they arrive at their seats, Tom and his wife are already seated.
"I see you brought the munchkin." Tom says smiling at them.
"Well, she is in the movie." Brittany says.
"Brittany, Santana, this is my wife, Cassie." Tom says.
"Hello," Brittany says smiling at her.
"Hi," Santana says waving.
"It's very nice to meet both of you. I've heard so much about you." Cassie says.
"Hopefully all good things." Santana says.
"Only the best," Cassie says.
She and Santana both laugh at this.
"It's nice to finally meet you as well." Brittany says. "Tom talked about you all the time."
"It's good to hear how much he missed me." Cassie says.
Tom groans at this, putting his face in his hands.
"I know what you mean." Santana says to Cassie.
"Your daughter is adorable." Cassie says waving at Stella. "Why couldn't we bring our kids?" she asks her husband.
"Because," Tom lamely says.
"If it helps, we only brought her because I promised the production company since I missed most of the promoting as I was on tour with San." Brittany says.
"I tried to leave her home, but Britt promised to bring her." Santana adds.
Stella looks over at Tom and Cassie with a frown. She's trying to decide wither to start crying or not. Then Cassie smiles sweetly at her and she reaches over.
"She can sit on my lap." Cassie offers.
Santana cautiously hands her over. "If she gets fussy, we'll take her back."
"You excited about finally seeing the movie?" Tom asks.
"Yes, I can't wait to see how everything came together." Brittany happily says.
Shortly after, the theater lights start to dim and those not already in their seats, head quickly to them.
"Here we go," Santana says.
"I'm so ready for this." Brittany says.
Once the movie starts, everyone is enthralled. Santana and Brittany are snuggled together the whole time as Cassie kept Stella on her lap. Santana loves every minute of the movie. It's her favorite movie of her wife's to date. Brittany is proud of her acting job in this movie. When the last scene ends, everyone starts clapping.
"You were amazing," Cassie says to her husband and Brittany.
"We made a great team. I can't wait to shoot another movie together." Tom says.
Cassie hands Stella back to Santana, who is back to being asleep. They wait until most of the theater is empty before the four of them head out.
"We'll have to have a get together soon." Cassie says.
"Yes, we'd love that." Santana says.
They manage to make their way to the limo without being stopped.
"Finally," Quinn says when they open the door. "I was about to send a search party for you."
"We were talking with my co-star Tom and his wife Cassie." Brittany tells them.
"I told her, you two were fine and just taking your time." Mercedes says shaking her head.
"Let's get them to their after party so we can go home." Santana says. "This little one needs her bed." she says about Stella.
