A/N Please forgive me for starting another story. I am working on all of mine and should have chapters out on the others by the weekend. This story is really different for me although I know others have done something similar. I hope it is different enough and is worth reading.

I still own nothing.

Dr. Leonard Hofstadter was just finishing up in his lab and was looking forward to heading home. Suddenly, to his horror, the main laser began to overheat. He rushed over to try and shut it down when there was a flash of white light…

As Leonard came back to consciousness, he sensed something was wrong. He looked around and found to his amazement that he was in what appeared to be a large, fancy hotel room.

At that moment, the door to the bathroom opened and he looked up in shock as Missy Cooper emerged from it dressed in a small nightdress that only served to push up her breasts and showed her long beautiful legs.

She smiled and said, "Well, Sugar, are you ready for the night of your life?"

At that moment, Leonard fainted.

As he slowly woke up, he was aware of voices. Opening his eyes, he looked into the concerned eyes of Sheldon, Penny, and Missy, who was now dressed in a robe.

Penny looked down at him, "He's coming around, give him some air." As they stepped back, she said, "How are you doing, Sweetie? Feeling better?"

Managing to sit up, he remembered all that had happened.

Seeing that he seemed alright, Penny couldn't resist, "Having some Honeymoon jitters?"

Leonard struggled to absorb what was going on. Honeymoon? He was married to Missy? What had happened to him and Penny? Then he remembered where he was. How did he get here? How long had it been?

He quickly asked, "What's the date?"

They stared at him, but Sheldon answered, "June 14, 2015, of course. Why are you asking?"

Leonard's mind was racing, that was the same date. He looked at his watch, it was only 45 minutes since he had been in the lab, how could he be here?

Then he realized something, "Where are we?"

Penny was about to say something, when Sheldon held up his hand, "We are in the Honeymoon Suite of the Lancaster hotel in Dallas, Texas." He turned to the others, "Maybe we should call the hotel doctor."

Leonard struggled to take that all in. What was going on? Was he dead? Was this some sort of reincarnation? Was it heaven? Despite all that had happened, he had to smirk to himself, Was it Hell?

Then something occurred to him, he wanted to dismiss it but realized it would possibly explain what had happened.

He quickly said, "There is no need for a doctor. I am fine."

He sighed and took a deep breath, "I need to talk to you about something. Please sit down."

They hesitated but then sat on the bed or pulled up a couple chairs.

"I know what I am about to say is going to sound crazy, but please hear me out, especially you, Sheldon." He hesitated, "Please."

They all looked skeptical but finally nodded.

He sat back, "About an hour ago, I was in my lab at Caltech. I was finishing up for the day when one of the main lasers overheated. When I went to shut it down, there was a bright light and I woke up here."

They were all staring at him, but they didn't say anything.

"The thing is, my memories are entirely different than what apparently has happened. I have no recollection of having a wedding with or ever even dating Missy. The last time I remember seeing her was when she came to Pasadena."

Seeing the look on Missy's face, he hurried on, "When I left the lab, I would have gone home to be with my wife."

He took another breath, "My wife, Penny."

Sheldon stood up, "What is going on here? You and Penny? Don't tell me you still have some crazy hopes about you two. I thought we were long past that."

Penny just stared at Leonard as Sheldon continued, "You were even our Best Man when we got married."

Leonard felt himself getting dizzy, he almost passed out again. He looked at Penny, "You and Sheldon?"

In the awkward silence that followed, Leonard continued, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you guys upset. I was just telling you what I remember."

He looked at Sheldon, "As crazy as it sounds, there is something that could explain all this. That I have somehow transported to a different universe."

While Missy had no idea what he was saying, and Penny looked at him strangely, he was gratified to see that apparently what he said was causing Sheldon to think.

He finally said, "I suppose that could be possible." He smirked, "Or you have just gone insane."

He then continued, "Let's just assume for a minute you are right…"

Penny interrupted, "Just hold on. Are you guys talking about that Multiverse crap you are always jabbering about."

Sheldon answered, "More specifically, parallel universes, universes containing the same people, but with different life experiences."

With Missy still staring, he continued, "Leonard, have you ever had surgery?"

Leonard stared, "Yes, you know I had an appendectomy. Why are you asking that?"

Sheldon smiled, "Just taking a shot. Would you show us the scar?" When Leonard complied, Sheldon nodded, "Our Leonard never had one."

Missy finally had enough, "What the Hell is going on? What are you all saying?"

Sheldon turned to her, "We are exploring the possibility that this is not our Leonard. That he is someone that came from another Universe, a Universe where he is married to Penny."

Missy seemed to absorb that, then she went white and said, "Then where's my husband?"

When Leonard turned to her and said sadly, "We don't know," She burst into tears.

Penny quickly went over and putting her arm around her, let her sob into her shoulder.

They continued to talk and although Leonard and Sheldon still found it hard to believe, they decided it was, for now, the only theory that explained what happened. The problem was, if it were true, they had no idea how to proceed.

Missy had recovered and finally got fed up. "Okay. That's enough. I don't know if I believe all this but I want you guys out of here. I have waited twenty-five years saving myself for this night and I am going to get on with it."

Seeing the looks on their faces, she said, "What?"

Penny looked at her, "You can't sleep with him. If Sheldon and Leonard are right, he's not your husband."

Missy's eyes widened. Then she went on, "We don't know that for sure. Maybe that scar is from something else. I am willing to take the chance."

Leonard sadly spoke up, "As much as I would love to be with you, I would be cheating on my wife, too."

Missy just stared, "God Damn it. You mean I have been saving myself all these years and now that I was finally going to get laid, you tell me my husband isn't my husband."

She stood up, "All of you, get the Hell out of here. I am going to take a cold shower and," smirking at Sheldon, "Play with my chew toy."

Sheldon looked at her and then blushed. As Missy headed for the bathroom, Penny spoke up, "I better stay for a bit to be sure she's going to be all right. "Why don't you guys see if you can get Leonard a room or at least an extra bed for our room."
