Gohana speed across the sky as the sun seemed to be going in reverse. Though really she was just going faster against the Earths spin so it only looked like it. It had only been a few days since Videl and Sharpner started really learning flight and more ki manipulation, but she was very impressed with how fast they were learning. Especially Videl. She had already got the hang of basic flight and maneuvering in the air, though slowly. She wasn't too sure how well the ki blasts were going though as Videl insisted she was practicing solo on that front and prefered to spend her time with Gohana on flight. But she was happy they were learning, and was figuring out how to help Videl out over the weekend as she had asked for some extra help.

Gohana was looking forward to getting home for dinner as well, but soon felt a familiar ki headed her way from home. Having a good idea already what was on his mind, Gohana sped up to meet him halfway. Not like it would take that long anyway. Sure enough a few minutes later, she saw Vegeta floating, just waiting for her looking annoyed.

"Hey Vegeta." Gohana waved as she stopped

Vegeta just scoffed, causing Gohana to lower her hand.

"Um, whats on your mind?"

"Follow me." He ordered and speed off.

Gohana just sighed and quickly speed off to catch up with him. She hadn't expected this, or at the very least if she was correct, not for it to start out like this. Still she wasn't too worried. Though along the flight she did manage to call her mom and let her know she would be later, with some difficulty due to the wind. She didn't want a repeat of last time when she didn't even tell her.

Arriving at Capsule Corp, they both landed in the garden area. The only one present happened to be Trunks, who was busy doing his homework. He quickly noticed both his father and Gohana arriving and ran over to them.

"Ah Gohana, man am I glad to see you! Do you think you could help me with something?"

"Later Trunks!" Vegeta answered for Gohana.

"But, she's hardly ever over by herself. I gotta ask her now." Trunks protested.

"I said later!" Vegeta repeated himself, though a bit louder. "Gohana, follow me."

Gohana was a bit confused but walked over to Traunks and gave him a thumbs up.

"I'll check in with you before i head home, okay?"And she hurried off towards Vegeta.

Even if she lost him she was pretty sure this involved the gravity chamber. It wasnt too often she saw Vegeta this way. Demanding, but at the same time not his rude self. A bit more straight to the point with no info given. In fact the last time she saw him this way was when he finally asked her how she triggered super saiyan 2 against Cell. Not that it helped him get it that day, it still took him almost two years to get it. Maybe this had something to do with him triggering it as easily as she could? She had told him to practice and how she did it. Maybe he wanted to clarify it or need some advice.

Arriving without talking to each other, Vegeta closed the door and hit the "in use" button. Turning towards Gohana, he glared at her a little bit. He just continued to stare at her for a while, and the silence was making Gohana a little nervous. But not knowing what to say she just stayed silent, very awkwardly silent. Causing the Awkwardness she felt to only get worse.

"Just how long have you been hiding your true power from me?" Vegeta finally spoke up.

Gohana looked a bit sheepish and nervously laughed.

"Ah come on Vegeta, what are you talking about?"

"You waltzed into the gravity chamber at 600 time normal gravity! I could barely even stand without going Super Saiyan yet you just came in and only barely tripped over yourself!" Vegeta shouted at her.

"Huh, that's what this is about?" Gohana looked confused. "You could have just asked me without bringing me here you know!" Gohana started scolding him "Why did you have to bring me here for that?"

"Computer! 700, now!" Vegeta barked out and quickly went Super Saiyan.

Gohana was a bit confused but suddenly found herself quickly floored. She had to admit 700x gravity was insane as she only ever went to 600 at the hoghest, and that was only recently to begi. with. She looked up and noticed Vegeta was struggling to even stand.

"Since when...did you add...voice...controls...to the gravity chamber." Gohana asked, going Super Saiyan herself just to stand up.

"Yesterday!" Vegeta answered, and now even more visibly angry. "Now go...over there...and get ready!" Vegeta pointed, having difficulty even raising his arm as he was straining to do so.

"Damn it, fine." Gohana pouted again and with a bit of difficulty walked over to were Vegeta was pointing, on the other side of the chamber, turned around and got into her stance.

Vegeta just watched, the shock and anger on his face obvious if anyone was watching. He watched as she not only walked, but was still able to get in her stance. Though it was obvious she could absolutely feel the gravity, she still had a decent amount of freedom. she could walk exaggeratedly, and even get into her fighting stance with only some visible strain.

"Damn it...All this time...and you're still ahead of me."

Without warning, Vegeta quickly launched himself at her as he quickly went into Super Saiyan 2. This caught Gohana off guard and she barely even had time to dodge the punch Vegeta threw at her. He threw a few more punches that Gohana barely dodged, before getting himself a quick knee to the gut and doubling over.

"Computer, gravity off." Gohana asked, getting no reply from it. Weither Vegeta had it tuned only to his voice, or a very specific command, she didn't know. She just walked over and turned off the gravity magnifyer.

"Damn it Vegeta can you at least give me a warning next time? I dont mind sparring but at least let me change at the very least."

"You still don't get it." Vegeta asked as he stood up without returning to base, causing Gohan to get a little confused, but just turned back to the console to check about the voice commands, assume she coukd.

Without warning Vegeta again lunged himself at her, causing Goahana to nearly shriek in surprise having not even been looking towards Vegeta or exlected him to lunge at her again. She had to actually try countering his strikes this time vs dodging but Vegeta quickly stopped himself.

"Vegeta, seriously what the hell!?"

"You still don't see?" Vegeta asked, finally returning to base, getting another confused look from Gohana.

"Just now, twice now in fact, you could keep up with me in regular Super Saiyan. Dispite I was at 2, you could still counter me. Even at 700x gravity." Vegeta pointed out. Gohana now knew where this was going.

"I don't like the fact that you are stronger than I am, in fact I hate it. And one day I will surpass you. But what i hate more is the fact you've been purpously holding back!" Vegeta's scowl grew more intense.

"Follow me, again! And this time I want to see just how much you have been holding back!"

Not knowing where they were going now, Gohana just followed him again. He led her the exact opposite route and they were soon back outside again. Trunks, thinking they were done as Vegeta speed off into the sky, ran up to Gohana.

"Hey so you can help me now, right?"

"Sorry buddy, looks like your dad has something else in mind." Gohana then noticed the direction he was headed, and realized she was certian of where he was headed.

"Hopefully shouldn't be too long. I'll be close on my way back anyway, so I will come see what you want on my way home."

Trunks didnt seem too thrilled with this, and was obviously annoyed. He crossed his arms and turned around back towards where he was sitting.

"Fine, but promise me you wont forget!" As he sat back down pouting like a typical 8 year old who doesn't get their way, as Gohana speed off after Vegeta.

Gohana had to admit, Dende's lookout was the last place she expected Vegeta to be taking her. But it honestly wasn't a bad idea if he really wanted her to go all out. No one else around, and the lookout was so durable she knew it would withstand a fight between them. And more importantly it would bother anyone else with the noise it caused, even the sound that leaked from the gravity chamber wouldn't be an issue up here.

They both landed and found Mr. Popo tending to some plants, Dende by his side, until they both noticed the Saiyan's arrival.

"Ah, Gohana! Vegeta. What brings you two here?" Dende asked.

"To be honest I'm not exactly fully sure. Vegeta here said he wants to see just how powerful i am."

"I see, but can't you do that at home?" Dende asked confused, knowing full well the tech behind both of their gravity chambers can handle their energy. He helped Bulma a little bit in makeing sure that happened.

"I dont want to risk their safety over this." Vegeta muttered under his breath thinking they wouldn't hear him.

Gohana only noticed he was muttering but couldn't make it out and didnt pay much mind to it. Dende, however, easily picked up on this. He took a few moments to think it over, but it didn't take him long to figure out what he meant.

"Wow Vegeta, you sure have come a long way since we first meet on Namek." Dende commented, causing a light blush to come over Vegeta, much to Goahana's amusement as she laughed.

"Enough!" Vegeta shouted slightly red in the face before taking a deep breath and looking over at Gohana.

"I'm going to power up to my absolute maximum." He started as she glared at Gohana. "And I want you to get as close to my power as you can in just Super Saiyan. No holding back, and only in regular Super Saiyan. You got it?" Vegeta asked, Gohana noding.

It now made sense why he wanted to do this here. While their gravity chambers could indeed contain them fighting all out, that wasnt the same as them purely powering up to their maximums. The power output at that would most likely destroy the chambers integrity. If it could still contain their power at that point wasn't known, and Gohana didn't want to find out. And apparently neither did Vegeta. They only ever fought all out in them. In fact she couldn't remember ever just powering up to her maximum before just to power up. Usually the highest she could while fighting, so this was rather strange. The only time she could recall feeling anyone actually fighting at absolute full power is Frieza on Namek, and that wasnt very sustainable.

Vegeta looked serious as he quickly powered up straight into Super Saiyan 2 and only continued to push himself. Since they were not sparring or fighting, he could afford to push his ki as high as he could possibly make it without issue. Dende and Mr. Popo both looked on in awe at Vegeta's power. They were very glad he was on their side. Though the intensity of the wind was starting to pick up at this point.

Gohana just looked on as he continued to power up. She knew exactly what Vegeta wanted, and she had to admit she was impressed with how much Vegeta had improved with Super Saiyan 2. She wasn't sure he even knew how much progress he actually made since her birthday. She was actually proud he listened to her, again! He had far more control over 2 than he ever had.

Vegeta's ki kept rising higher and higher, as his ki overflowed and electric arcs rang wild all around him. He wasn't going to let up! He had to pour as much as he could into this. This caused the weather around them to violently react as well. After a bit longer, Vegeta finally stopped as he took a few deep breaths, his muscles being a bit bigger, but not by a huge amount. He couldn't go any further without risking injury to himself. This was his absolute best and Gohana let out a long whistle.

"Damn Vegeta, I'm really impressed! You even have better control now over Super Saiyan 2!"

Vegeta was a bit thrown off by that. That is what she noticed? And that was her response? Not about how strong he was? Then again, he didn't notice that himself, how could he not see he had more control over Super Saiyan 2? Sure he noticed that his ki didnt react as violently when he transformed, but he still didnt feel natural in it like regular Super Saiyan! It still took a good amount of focus to trigger it still as well.

"Alright, remember I want your absolute limit at just Super Saiyan." Vegeta said. Though it sounded like a demand, Gohana could subtly tell from their years sparring together it was also a slight request.

Moving a bit away from Dende and Popo, Gohana took a deep breath in, and quickly her ki spiked violently as she quickly powered through Super Saiyan. Just as Vegeta had before, she knew she could focus all her energy on just powering up. Not worried about quickly powering up for quick burst and finding a balance to keep it at for the fight, just pure raw power output. She had figured exactly what Vegeta wanted to know.

Vegeta watched as Gohana's ki kept rising and rising, in an odd mix of amazement, jealousy, fear, pride? She was still obviosuly only in her regular Super Saiyan. Even though she could transform without her ki feeling like she even changed from her base, her hair was the dead giveaway. It hadnt changed! And her ki had already reached way beyond Vegetas limit at regular Super Saiyan almost at the start! He just continued to watch, completely speechless. Her ki eventually showing signs of slowing down but it still kept getting stronger. Just not as fast. Vegeta wasn't even aware of Piccolo arriving until he was standing literally right next to him.

"So, this is what that extreme ki spike was. Why do i have the feeling this is your doing Vegeta?" Piccolo calmly asked without evening looking at him, Vegeta not even reaponding as he just kept staring at Gohana in sock and awe.

Gohana didn't power up much longer as she too reached her absolute limit. Though she did spill over a little bit into the point she was actively trying hard to not trigger Super Saiyan 2. Her body was instinctively trying to transform again, so she powered down just a little bit to stop her body form forcing the transformation. Even though she still had far more power if she transformed, she truely hit the limit of this form, having honestly never really experienced this before like this. But she knew this was nothing if she went to the next level.

Vegeta just stood there, still totally speechless. With his lose of focus, his ki was slowly going down to a more manageable level. And he knew just how much farther Gohana could go! She still had an entire transformation to fall back on. Just how did she get so powerful?

"Next time you are planning on doing that, could you please wait until we can find a safe place?" Popo finally spoke up nervously as he and Dende were holding each other tightly low to the ground to not be blown away.

"Aaah, im sorry Mr. Popo! Dende!" Gohana bowed repeatedly as she appologized over and over having not thought of that.

Piccolo just keep looking between Vegeta who was currently slackjawed, and Gohana who was appologizing profusely. There was a part of him that could guess what was going on, and he would easily bet on it. Still, he wanted to be sure.

"Now that the powering up is done with, can someone care to clarify just what that was for?"

"Ah, Piccolo!" having not noticed her teacher arriving, getting a slight smile and nod from him.

"Basically, Vegeta went all out power in level 2 and me the same in regular." Gohana summed up, her power also starting to go down to a more manageable level as well now that she wasnt focusing on it.

"So pretty much what I already gathered than." Piccolo said, and then turned to Vegeta. "His idea, I'm guessing." Getting a slight nod from Gohana.

Vegeta finally calmed down a bit, still feeling an extreme mix of emotions. She was that powerful in just regular Super Saiyan? How is that even possible? It wasn't unheard of someone being stronger than himself even he had to admit. But this was ridiculous! He truely didnt feel she was even close to this just a year ago! How did the gap get this far between them? He has Super Saiyan 2 just like she did. How did she get so strong in just a year?

"How? You've gotten far more powerful at such a faster rate lately. Clearly you're doing something different in your training."

Gohana looked a tad nervous, he wasn't wrong. A lot had changed in her training in the last year. And right now she wasn't too sure of what to say.

"You can blame me for that one Vegeta." Piccolo spoke up.

"What, there's no way in hell you could even keep up with her!" Vegeta shouted, now angry and annoyed that Piccolo would even entertain that idea! "There's no way sparring with you would cause her to make a leap like that!"

"You're right, as a Super Saiyan or that second stage I wouldn't even have a chance against you, let alone Gohana." he paused. Though this was mainly just to annoy Vegeta a little bit. It wasnt often he could get under the Prince's skin, but when he could he took it.

"But add some very heavy training weights and intense sparring, and not let her transform at all certainly does wonders though." he smirked

"Wait, what?" Vegeta was a little bit confused. He was still angry, but if that was all, it couldn't be!

"Oh, yeah that makes sense. I guess I never brought it up before. Sorry V." Gohana laughed and sighed with relief that Piccolo saved her from explaining.

"Tell me Vegeta, what do you spend a majority of your time training as? Your basic form, Super Saiyan, or that Second ascended form?"

"Super Saiyan 2, why?"

"Just like i thought. It make more sense to push yourself in your base form." Vegeta looking a bit confused as to what he was talking about. "Your Super Saiyan forms just make you stronger than your normal form. So increasing in power by training a majority of the time without transforming will by default make your transformations far stronger by default. Rather than trying to get stronger once your transformed a majority of the time, and hope it trickles down to your regular form." Piccolo spelt it out for him. "Not to mention our meditation training."

"What, that's it? It's that easy?" Vegeta was surprised, yet still angry.

"Hey, dont feel bad Vegeta! I didn't notice or think of that myself until Piccolo pointed it out to me."

"No! I refuse to believe it's that damn simple!" Vegeta shouted at Piccolo who just smirked back.

"Oh really? Well seeing as Gohana was about I'd eigty five percent as strong as you with an entire transformation to go..." He didnt even bother to finish the sentence, just smiled at him. Man he loved annoying Vegeta when he could!

Vegeta was now furious, grunting in anger, unable to form words. He had nothing to say to that. More like he couldn't say anything against that. He felt it himself just now! Even at his absolute limit at Super Saiyan 2, Gohana could actually stand a chance at just Super Saiyan in a fair fight. Ontop of her already mastery of Super Saiyan 2, he was sure that also provided an even bigger boost than normal as it did when they had mastered regular Super Saiyan! He could not deny that fact, but how could it be just that simple? Was Piccolo telling the whole truth? Was that a flat out lie. Without a word, Vegeta quickly took off from the lookout.

"Piccolo, you didn't have to be that mean to him." Gohana pointed out trying to at least defend Vegeta a bit.

"Don't stand there and tell me you don't annoy him when you know you can get away with it!" Piccolo shot back, causing Gohana just blush a bit and look the other way.

"Haha, busted!" Dende teased a bit before looking back at Piccolo.

"Still, he wasn't fully wrong. Why not tell him about all the training you and Gohana have been doing?" he suggested.

"Do you see Vegeta the type to listen to meditate and more internal training? "He doesn't accept training advice from what I've seen that doesn't match his own training modality. He's just stubborn that way."

"I don't know Piccolo. I mean he did listen to me about tips for Super Saiyan 2." Gohana said in with a few fingers on her chin deep in thought. "And he's greatly improved just since my Birthday party at controlling it, even if he hasn't mastered it. Honestly, maybe we should bring him for training with us? It wouldn't hurt." Gohana suggested.

Piccolo thought for a moment. He never truely thought that Vegeta of all people would even begin to meditate. But that was a big part of the training hes been doing with Gohana for a few years, especially just last year alone. And Gohana had improved so drastically compared to all the previous years prior, combined.

"Well, you said you only managed to master Super Saiyan 2 the way you had because of all the meditation training, right?" Piccolo asked.

"Yeah, and only from what we found as well with that new meditation technique I've been working on."

Piccolo thought deeply on this forba gew moments, trying to decide what to do.

"Mmm, fine! If he can buckle down and master Super Saiyan 2 close to the level you do, or at least what you would concider mastering it, will bring him in. It would be useless doing so before. But we only show him one step at a time! If he's going to be training with me he had better learn each step at a time!"

"Hey, and that would mean I would have an even better sparring partner! Just you wait Piccolo, I'll help him master Super Saiyan 2 in no time!" Gohana got excited at the idea of Vegeta being an even better sparring partner.

It had been a while since Piccolo had seen her so excited to train with someone else. Besides, having more strong fighters to defend the Earth wouldn't be a bad idea to be honest. Vegeta was the the second stronges, and then there was a huge gap until it was himself. then an even larger gap before the humans. 18 though, he had no real way to tell other than he couldn't beat her but she couldn't beat Vegeta.

"Hey, something I never bothered asking about. Why do you both call it Super Saiyan 2?" Getting a slightly confused look from Gohana, not sure why he was askinasking.

"There's regular Super Saiyan, but there were two other forms as well. The one Vegeta used against Cell before he was perfect. And then the form Trunks used after that. Then your level 2. Wouldn't that make your 2 really a Super Saiyan 4 or something like that?"

"Oh, well honestly I never actually learned the one Vegeta used. And for the one Trunks did, i sorta learn something similar on accident after the fight with Cell. But what i did wasn't just Saiyan specific either as Tien and Krillin could do it. Plus we dont use as its pointless for us. So since we just use only the two of them, we just called is 2 for simplicity."

"I see, well that certianly makes sense. Besides having a naming scheme i guess would make everything more easy."

"Anyway, I should go update Vegeta. I'm pretty sure he has some questions for me anyway."

"Are you sure that's a good idea Gohana? He did seem really pissed off." Dende tried pointing out and unsure how he would react.

"I'll be fine, I promise. Besides I promised Trunks I would help him with something anyway and I want to get to him as well before it gets too late."

"Yeah, he can get a little impatient. Hey before you go, how are your new friends progressing with their new training?" Dende asked.

"Wait, I never told you I was training Sharpner or Videl. How'd you know?"

"Guardian of Earth, remember?" Dende just laughed a bit. "To be honest the only reason i even picked it up was that kamehameha you shot off several days ago. You didn't seem to be training so I just checked in to make sure everything was alright."

"Ah yeah. They're progressing pretty well having only recently learned about Ki. Anyway, I gotta head out! Moms preparing a nice dinner and I dont want to get home too late. And with a side trips along the way I should be headed out. I'll see you guy's later!" Gohana floated and quickly headed back towards Capsule Corp.

Dende and Piccolo just looked out where Gohana headed off. Now just the wind being the only noise sourse around them.

"Do you really trust Vegeta with the training you and Gohana have been doing?" Dende asked a bit worried.

Piccolo just smiled a little bit and thought back to the first time they had meet when he came to Earth for the Dragon Balls, to the interactions and exchanges they had over the last few years.

"To be honest, I'd trust Vegeta with my life. It's just I'm not sure if he is ready for the type of training he will be put through.." He answered with an emphasis on the word when, knowing full well Vegeta would suck it up and at least start. But would he follow through and stick to it? It was possible, given that it was what made Gohana so powerful. Maybe he would be able to do it afterall!

Gohana soon landed back at Capsule Corp. She didn't arrive much later than Vegeta had, but she knew to let him cool off for a bit. She figured the calmer he was, the more he would listen and agree to the training. She knew full well he hated meditation and metal train. But now seeing the difference in their power for herself as well, she was certian he would agree.

Looking around for Trunks, she wasn't too sure where she would find him. And his power level was suppressed so she couldnt find him that way either. Making her way to the family area of Capsule Corp. she came across Bulma who was in her pj's and relaxing with a drink.

"Oh hey there kiddo." She said once she noticed Gohana.

"Hey Bulma, do you know where Trunks is? He wanted my help with something?" She asked headed towards her.

"Oh, yeah that thing. I think its pretty cute actually." Bulma said smiling, as she took a sip. "He actually was pretty tired, Vegeta had him in the gravity chamber all day. He fell asleep while doing his homework so i took him to bed."

"What, ah shoot I promised him I would help him. So you must know what it is he wanted help with?" Gohana asked walking over and sitting on the couch next to her.

"I do, yes. Care for a drink sweety?" Bulma asked.

"Oh, sure. Um what are you drinking? It smells kinda sweet." Gohana asked, surprised Bulma wasn't drinking alcohol from its scent.

"Trunks insisted we had some. I can get you some if you'd like?" Bulma offered.

Gohana happily accepted. She didn't know exactly what it was, but Trunks apparently liked it. Bulma came back with a rather large mug for Gohana, having left her own near the couch.

"A...Are you sure this isn't too much?" Gohana felt a little weird being handed that much.

"So you're saying I should have given you a normal human sized amount? Relax it just happens to be a large mug my dad uses. He usually has beer in it but figured for you it would be a small amount." Taking her own and sipping it.

Looking at it, Gohana did recall seeing mugs like this at resturants. Sipping it slowly, she was really surprised at how it tasted! It was incredibly warm and sweet!

"What is this?! This is amazing!" Gohana took a few more sips.

"Wait, have you never had apple cider?" Bulma asked a bit shocked.

"No, never. I've heard of it, just never had it." Gohana sat her mug down on the table in front of her. Since Trunks was asleep, she could get to Vegeta faster. Butbfigured a bitbmorw time to let him cool off was needed.

"So what was it that Trunks wanted help with?"

"Oh, not much. It's about Raina."

"Raina?" Gohana asked confused.

"Yup, he didn't flat out say it, but its pretty obvious he's got a little crush on her."

"What, no way! Trunks? We are talking about the same Trunks, right? About this tall, purple hair, kinda a mix personality of his mom and dad." Gohana couldn't believe Trunks would have a crush on anyone, let alone her little sister.

"I know it's hard to believe. Though I'm a little unsure, him being half Saiyan, if it works the same way. Vegeta has explained Saiyan attraction, and it does seem a bit different than humans." taking a sip from her cide, then looking at Gohana.

"Speaking of, what about you?"

"Huh, what about me?" Gohana suddenly got a bit nervous and blushing.

"Oh come on sweetheart you're a seventeen year old girl in high school! You gotta have a crush on someone?" Bulma pointed out.

Gohana did think about it for a moment. She did know she'd probably have a family of her own someday, but she never put too much thought into what she looked for in another person. She could never even understand her weird first crush on Krillin until Vegeta explained how Saiyan attraction worked.

"no one really." Gohana said after trying to think about it. "Maybe has something to do with my Saiyan side? I mean I really dont have a remotely normal childhood either." Gohana pointed out.

Bulma thought for a moment and realized she did have a good point. She had gone to space by the time she was only about five, and by they time she was only about ten, technically eleven, she had killed Cell and saved the world. And even though she was technically only seventeen, thanks to the time she had spent in the time chamber she was actually older. But they decided they never counted that time.

Yeah, not the most normal of childhoods.

"Okay, so then what do you like about someone then?"

"Well, I guess the best way i can discribe it is similar to why I had a crush on Krillin when I was younger." Gohana blushed a bit. It was weird having a crush on basically your God father. "Vegeta said Saiyans, especially females, are deeply attracted towards strength and power above all else. Even if they are not as powerful as each other, its a deep instinct. So since Krillin had those types of traits, my Saiyan side was attracted to that. At least that's what I thought about it.

"Yeah, I guess I could discribe Krillin that way. Man 18 sure had a field day when she found out didn't she!"

Gohana remembered the day very well, 18 nearly tried to beat her to death as Krillin and her had really gotten serious and were thinking of marriage!

"So I guess I would say I like someone who is strong and protects others. And pretty good with kids I guess." answered honestly, yet a slightly confused tone.

"Huh, pretty different for you being the strongest fighter on earth. Everyone would be weaker than you are. But still, do you know anyone that fits that discription?"

Gohana thought for a moment. Did she know anyone like that? She didnt interact with many other students outside her friends. Usually just if someone asked her for help knowing how smart she was. Someone that was strong, protects others, good with kids. Did she even know a guy like that?

She immediately thought of Videl out of nowhere with her typical thumbs up smirked, and Gohana blushed heavily at that sudden realization.

The blush didn't go unnoticed by Bulma who just smiled and giggled a bit to herself. She got the answer she wanted, or so she assumed. She wouldn't push the issue beyond that though. It was rare enough Gohana 'girl talked' anyway.

"Well to shift it back to Trunks, he really wanted to do something special for her birthday."

"But their birthday isn't for about another month." Gohana said confused.

"Thats a part of what made it obvious he has a crish on her. It was so sweet the way that he asked. He was all shy about asking 'what would an eight year old like for her birthday', it was the cutest thing ever."

"Yeah that does sound cute." Goahan sighed as the topic chanced.

Grabbing her cider, Gohana took a few gulps from it. She was still trying to process why Videl came to her mind when thinking if anyone fit into "crush territory". It just made her blush a bit more. Maybe it was someone like Videl, and not Videl directly? Trying to push it out of her mind, Gohana gulped down the rest of her cider and slammed the mug carefully back onto the table.

"Anyway, I need to find Vegeta. I need to talk to him to!" Gohana made the excuse to think of something else.

"Oh, I think I saw him head towards the gravity chamber. He looked...I don't want to say pissed off. But maybe upset? Its really hard to tell, I don't know what happened. I was really worried but he just asked me toblet him be for a while."

Gohana just blushed again, rubbing the back of her neck nervously.

"I may be the one responsible for that. He kinda found out just how much stronger I am than him."

"Um, well i know I should be taking my husbands side of support, but havn't you always been a bit stronger than him since Cell?" Bulma asked confused.

"Well it's a bit more than that. Anyway i do need to get to him. Shouldbonly take a few minutes with him I still need to get home for dinner."

"Well I wont keep you." Bulma said and stood up. "you go ahead and talk to him, I'll call Chichi and let her know youll be headed out soon.

The walk to the gravity chamber was a bit torturous for Gohana as she couldn't get Videl out of her mind. She kept trying to thing of anything but she just couldn't. Once she noticed she was at the gravity room she was relieved. Not even bothering with the in use light, she just walked in.

She saw Vegeta just sparring with himself. Noticing the readout set to 500. Last she checked he mentioned he couldn't handle that for too long without transforming. But it looked like he was just trying to brute force his way through it. Vegeta threw a punch, and Gohana appeared in front of him, catching his fist easily.

"Well, I see you took the training hard in our base form seriously." Gohana let his hand go and just sat down on the floor.

"We need to talk."

Vegeta just scoffed a bit, but walked over to the console, turning the gravity off. If they were going to talk, he wasn't going to do it at training gravity. Turning it off, Vegeta walked back to where Gohana sat and joined her on the floor.

"So, just how exactly did you figure it out?"

"Well hobestly it was a complete accident. I had trained with Piccolo all these years so je knew roughly howbfast I progressed in a given time. But one month Goten and Raina really wanted to train with me. At least a lot more than usual."

"They're a lot weaker than you, how did that help you figure it out?" Vegeta interrupted.

"Well if you let me finish! To let them have a chance I never transformed, bit they did. At first it actually was a bit difficult as they both would go Super Saiyan all the time. Even the few times Trunks joined."

"And let me guess, your body continued to get far stronger far faster to keep up with them?" Vegeta was able to figure the last part out for himself.

"Yeah. After that Piccolo and I spent another month testing that out with heavy training cloths with the gravity chamber. In just that month alone he said it felt similar to maybe four or five months training prior. So I have just been training primarily in my base form ever since. And mmeditating mostly transformed."

"And it helped you gain control over it like we did with regular Super Saiyan."

Vegeta hated to admit it bit Gohana really was a genius like her father. Of course she was a literal genius outside of fighting. He saw her often when she was here for work. And she got the job without the board even knowing Bulma was her God mother.

"So, I take it you want to help train me?"

"Actually, yeah. Well me a bit, but also Piccolo for the meditation. He wasn't sure you would even accept it as it is a lot of meditation." Gohana started with the better news, before going to the harsher news. "But the only condition is you have to gain a lot better control of Super Saiyan 2 before he will even train you."

"What?...That lowsey...fine, how do I continue?"

"Honestly I can tell you have been doing som since my birthday. You transformed a lot better actually. Not as violent a reaction. Just keep doing that. Knowing you, you'll probably be able to get it in just another three or four weeks."

"A few week? Fuck that, ill do it in less than two!" Vegeta confidentially exclaimed before starting to meditate how she had shown him.

Gohana was glad to see him already take this pretty seriously. She hadn't expected him to come around so quickly. She thought he would be stubborn and continue on his own for a bit before asking her to start. Still she wasn't going to complain. Getting up, Gohana started to head towards the door to get on her way home.

"Gohana?" Vegeta spoke right as Gohana got to the door.

"Oh, what is it Vegeta?"

"During your powering up, something seemed...different with your ki. I cant fully sense what it is, in fact i almost couldn't. Just what exactly was that?"

Gohana didn't know how to answer that right now. But she also didn't want to lie to him, even inadvertently, any more.

"Just focus on mastering Super Saiyan 2. Once you're ready to learn it specifically, I'll show you, I promise. But not until you're ready."
