Kjon Audio Diary Log

June 11, 2621.

It had been six days since Ch'ris, Rachelle, and I began our hunt for the bad blood traitors, and over eight since Jenny was taken. She was all I could think about during those painful days of tracking. I could see just how upset Ch'ris was that his sister had been kidnapped. I couldn't have imagined how much it was weighing down on him just trying to find the Yatja responsible for taking her. He was surprisingly calm all things considered though. Don't get me wrong he was upset, but not nearly as angry as I though he would be. He explained to me that building one's temperance, and focusing on the now, and thinking positively of the future helps from burdening your mind with the idea of defeat and loss. I could see his point, and I commended him for his patience and positivity.

I on the other hand was less content. Every time we found their camps with no sign of them, my anger would boil to the point where I couldn't control it and I destroyed everything in sight. Ch'ris and Rachelle had the sense to stay out of my path of destruction. Ch'ris would then comfort me, explaining that he felt similarly. I explained in a watered-down way about how I'd lost Michelle, Rich, Taylor, and William. I told him how much they meant to me and that for the past eight years I've been alone to deal with the idea that I was guilty for priding myself, causing God to punish me by taking them away. I told him how badly it had damaged me, and how it made me want to kill myself. I continued by explaining how much Jenny had cared about me, and how she had managed to save me by befriending me.

Ch'ris assured me that Jenny would be found and that the traitors would pay for their crimes. His encouragement helped me to keep calm during the search. I needed it. He knew I needed to stay focused on the trail so I could find Jenny. I needed her in my arms again, I needed her close to me, I had to know she was alright. That was all I cared about. But I couldn't do it by getting angry. Ch'ris knew this, and gave me as much encouragement as he could. I thanked him for his reassuring words. I offered him some reassurance also, and promised him that I would help find and save his sister the minute we found her. Like I've said once before, and I'll say again now, it's people like that you live for.

On the sixth day of our search, we finally got something. Unfortunately it was somewhat costly, especially to Ch'ris. We'd hit upon another one of the bad bloods abandoned encampments. I actually held my temper well this time. I could see the signs Ch'ris saw and we determined we were getting closer to finding them. Little did any of us know we were actually closer to them than we thought. I felt this strange uneasy feeling come to me as we approached. I obediently listened to it and tried to warn Ch'ris and Rachelle about it, but they ignored me.

Suddenly the area erupted in a hailstorm of plasma projectiles and explosions. The bad bloods had known we were following them and had set a trap for us. We tried to retreat from the area as fast as we could, but we couldn't make it out fast enough. One of the plasma shots was headed straight for Ch'ris. He didn't notice it, and I jumped behind him blocking him from the shots path. The explosion hurt like a btch, but unlike before, I had more armor on my back to absorb the shot's force. The energy discharged by the explosion sent us flying forward.

"Thank-you Kjon." Ch'ris responded.

"Any time ,Ch'ris." I replied grunting as I put my hand on my sore back.

"Ch'ris! Kjon!" We heard Rachelle call out for us in concern as she ran toward us. She didn't have her camouflage on and was running right out in the open.

I cursed under my breath and tried to wave her away, "No! Stop! Go away! Find cover!" She didn't listen and I saw a blast land right beside her. She wasn't killed, or hurt, but I saw her fly into a small tree, which broke into splinters as she landed on it.

"Rachelle!" Ch'ris screamed for her as he tried to get up, and help her. Rachelle tried to recover, but was caught in a net. The projectile wrapped itself around her and began to coil. The thing stopped short however. I thanked the Merciful Master, Jesus that the net was only set to constrict her and not kill her. Ch'ris tried to run and help his wife, but I held him back.

"No let me go! I must help her!" He said as we both struggled. We heard Rachelle calling to us helplessly.

"No if you do they'll catch you too!" I told him. I was correct as the bad bloods began firing their net launchers at us. At that point it was to late and the bad bloods had carried Rachelle off. We were fast enough to evade most of the projectiles as we retreated, but one of them caught me. I struggled uselessly against the constricting projectile, before managing to wrap my fist around A'rgr-lo's smart disc which I used to snap the lines, freeing myself. Ch'ris and I continued to sprint away as fast as we could from the chaotic scene, all the while the bad bloods kept sending net launchers and plasma blasts our way.

We found ourselves at a river. I knew the water would be cold enough to hide our heat signatures. I ordered Ch'ris to remove his mesh, as I began removing mine. The meshing might have given our heat signatures away in the cold water. I wasn't taking that chance.

"What?! Are you mad?!" He asked me aggressively.

"Just do it!" I roared at him. He obediently did as I said. "I hope you know how to swim ,Ch'ris!" I said as I pushed him into the water with me. My gills came in pretty handy that time. Ch'ris on the other hand may have been a little unhappy that I kept pulling him back under the water. Thankfully there was a small air pocket for him to breath in. Once I was sure the bad bloods were gone we resurfaced.

Ch'ris coughed and gagged as I helped him up onto the bank. Once he finished spitting water out of his mandibles, he turned at me with an angry glare and punched me in the face. "What the fck was that?! You stupid fool?!" Ch'ris cursed me.

"I'm sorry man, but they would've found us if we hadn't gone under the water!" I explained to him as I twitched my lower left mandible.

"I wasn't talking about that you moron! You let them take Rachelle! Now they have three captives!" He roared at me as he punched me in the face again. "What were you thinking?! And now they have my mate! What do you think they will do to her?! What?!" He said before kicking me.

"I tried to warn you guys, but you wouldn't listen to me!" I tried to speak to him in a calm and rational manner. He went to throw another punch at me, but I caught his fist and forced him up against a rock. "Stop it! I'm not your enemy Ch'ris! I'm trying to help you!" I roared in his face.

"Then why did you let them take my mate?! Why did you not let me help her?! We could've saved her! You could've helped me and she would still be with us now!" He tried to fight back.

"Yes and they would've caught you too!" I tried to tell him.

"Liar!" He screamed as he kicked me away. "You did nothing! You just let them take her away!" Ch'ris continued to attack me. "No wonder they were able to take your Ooman friend! You let them take her!" He said with tears beginning to form, as he went to attack me. That made me pissed. I lunged at him and held him down on the ground. He tried to force me off, but I kept him pinned and punched him in the face.

"Shut up! Shut up and listen to me! I did everything I could to protect Jenny! You hear me?!" I screamed as I gave him a wicked angry look, "I did everything I could to protect her. I also did what I could to protect you! I saved you from that plasma caster blast that was meant for you! Remember?! I also wanted to save Rachelle too, but if I had let you go you would've been captured! So don't you dare say I let anybody get taken! I didn't!" Ch'ris' struggling stopped as I screamed in his face. "Now listen here. I wanted to save Rachelle, but if I did the bad bloods would've caught us and we'd all be in a world of sht! Now I know you're mad and scared for your wife and sister, believe me I'm pissed off just the same as you are, but we need to stop fighting each other! You need to understand that there was nothing either of us could do for her. Now she's still alive. You know it and so do I. Why else would they have made their net launchers constrict her instead of kill her? They were trying to catch us not kill us. Now they are still after you so they might keep Rachelle alive with along with your sister so they can get to you." Ch'ris remained silent and listened attentively as I spoke. "We're going to get them back. I made a promise, and by the Merciful Master Jesus I intend to keep that promise. I also promise you I'll help you get your wife back, but it doesn't do either of us any good just pssy footing. Do you understand?" I asked. Ch'ris gave me a tearful nod. "Gosh Damn it! Do you understand me!" I roared at him

"Yes!" He replied.

"Good." I finished screaming at him. I helped him get his stuff together along with my stuff. As I did, I could see that he was still upset so I decided it was best that I gave him some encouragement. "Listen ,Ch'ris, I promise you with my soul that I did what I could. I know that Rachelle means an awful awful lot to you, and I promise you I'll do whatever it takes to help you get her back. I'm sorry Ch'ris." I told him sincerely.

He looked at the ground and then back up at me. "I know you are Kjon. I am just so tired of this. You don't understand how much my sister means to me. You know how you felt when your friends died? I feel the same way. I could've done more to protect them both, but I didn't and now they are in the hands of the bad bloods." He explained.

"At least you know your family is still alive." I gave him a reassuring pat on the shoulder, "I don't have any family that I know of that is still alive." I told him with a look of pain. "We'll get them back. I promise you. And when I make a promise I keep that promise." I assured him.

I saw the look of worry, but reassurance in Ch'ris' green eyes. He made a short growl, "Thank-you ,friend. I am sorry."

"Apology accepted. You've done everything you can to help me up this far, and I'm going to do everything I can to help you the rest of the way." I told him. We gave each other a nod of affirmation.

After we suited back up and Ch'ris stopped crying, we gathered everything we'd put together thus far, and brainstormed a plan of attack. Obviously they would continue to employ ambush tactics until they caught us, so we had to do something unexpected while also making our activity look as predictable as possible. We decided to set up a ambush area of our own, which would be laid down with several traps, all while keeping an eye out for enemy scouts. Afterwards, we would use my great great uncle ,Dutch's, tactic of using mud as camouflage, before lulling our enemies into our traps. We'd mark the position of our stand-off point on a map, and Ch'ris' wristbracer before we continued tracking the bad bloods. We'd occasionally take mud baths as we went to keep ourselves hidden while we hunted. Once we found them, we'd do some scouting. After that one of us would act as bait, while the other did reconnaissance duty to see that the bad bloods took the bait. The person acting as the decoy would then lead them away, while the other returned to base to set everything up, and notify the other guy when it was ready. The decoy would then lead the bad bloods back to the stand-off point where we'd engage them. We'd also make a point to keep at least one of the bad bloods alive so we could interrogate him and figure out where Jenny, Zell-oah, and Rachelle were being held. After we both came up with the plan, we immediately went to work.

We set up our chock point eight klicks (a klick is equal to one kilometer) away to the north from where we'd been ambushed. Using the river as a reference point, that put us over four miles away from where we'd been ambushed to the northeast, perhaps a little more if the bad bloods moved.

The area we'd decided to set up in had a water fall that ran down from one of the Gorman Mountain creeks, which geographically stood right across the street from the Cardona Valley mountain range by about seventy-five miles. The waterfall sat on this little hill with a small spot in the center which formed a kind of oval shape. There was a cave that sat below the waterfall, which almost perfectly covered us from any visual or thermal detection. It was perfect.

Ch'ris and I set up some net traps, around the back area of the site where we'd be running towards. Those basically served to cover our butts, while the bad bloods chased us up the hill. If any of them decided to try and flank us they'd get caught. I whittled some large sticks and affixed them to a strong flexible branch which I'd hooked up to a small string, which would hold the branch back until it was triggered, causing the wooden spikes to drive themselves into anything that triggered it. Ch'ris also helped me set up some log traps, which were held up by some vines and branches. Ch'ris dug a few quicksand pits which were filled with mud which we constantly kept wet. I helped him camouflage the pits with mud coated leaves that stuck to branches we tied together in a grid. Ch'ris also brought some proximity mines from his ship, which he set up on the trees that lead up the hill, since we knew at least some of them would come at us through the trees.

We took turns watching out for spies and making traps. No one saw us the whole time we prepared. Still we made sure to mind our surroundings just in case. During eating and resting time we also took turns standing guard. Ch'ris reported a single scout once, but the waterfall helped keep us hidden. It was a pretty good shelter for us, even though it did make us wet all the time, and failed to keep out the cold. Although that last part was kind of the point.

Our munitions were also going to play a big factor in the fight. Ch'ris' wristbracer was on half charge, which we'd probably need to reserve for stealth purposes, so that meant his plasma caster was useless to us. He did have a spear gun with a few spears, but aside from that, his net launcher, and plasma caster, he was lacking in ranged weaponry. He did have the initiative to show me some stuff he and Rachelle had found when they arrived, which they'd kept in their ship a couple miles away.

"Two UA 571-C Automated Sentry Turrets! Ch'ris, where the hell did you find these?!" I asked him with an excited smile on my face as he showed me the beautiful tripod mounted M30 autocannons, and their gorgeous 500 round 10x28mm high explosive armor piercing ammo cases.

"Rachelle and I found them in a Ooman soldier armory. We were curious and decided to take them with us. I don't know how they function, but I believe you do. Can you do anything with them?" He asked me.

"Hell... yes!" I responded caressing the barrels.

"We also found this." Ch'ris told me pulling a SPAS-12 shotgun from his back armor pouch and handed it to me. I took it from him and eyed the weapon with awe. "I also have some ammunition for it." He showed me three ammunition cases full of various ammo types. As I expected Ch'ris knew nothing about guns or even that there were different types of ammo for different types of firearms, but their were some buckshot and slug shells in the cases, along with a couple spare pulse rifle mags for ST.

"Ch'ris you just became my best friend." I said with an evil smile.

The set up took days to complete, but we managed it. Once I had all of our guns set up in marked locations where we could locate them, and after I taught Ch'ris how to use some of them, and finished memorizing the setup of our traps, we were ready. The mud from the waterfall provided me and Ch'ris with the perfect thermal camouflage we'd need to stay hidden from the bad bloods. I instructed Ch'ris on how he should coat himself, and how often he should do it in order to stay hidden. We made one final check of everything before Ch'ris and I knew for sure that we were ready.

For the rest of that day we carefully and quietly followed the bad bloods trail from the camp site they'd ambushed us at. They weren't there, which I expected, but we still acted cautiously. By night fall we found the bad bloods. They had set up another camp like the ones they had before, only this time it wasn't abandoned. We saw three individuals sitting outside the oversized tents next to a bonfire. We also made mental notes that more of them may have been inside the tents. Ch'ris and I also found the place littered with proximity mines. We found another five cloaked guards hiding up in the trees around the camp, that hadn't spotted us. Great Grand Uncle Dutch Scheafer's mud trick had worked again.

I had a hypothesis on the bad bloods activity, which I shared with Ch'ris. I believed they had a base they were hiding in, while some of them were sent out as spies, and that these guys who acted as the scouts were observing our behavior each time we passed them. The last one they set up was a trap meant to ambush us. Ch'ris agreed with my theory. We looked around a little for the girls, but we didn't find them. Ch'ris also pointed out that the number of Yatja we found wouldn't amount to the number of bad bloods we should be facing, proving my theory was correct.

Once we finished searching the area for traps and guards, Ch'ris and I said a quick and reverent prayer before we split up. I went around to the other side of the camp, while Ch'ris stayed behind. Our bio-masks had built in microphone systems that allowed us to stay communicated even while we were separated.

"Alright ,Ch'ris, I'm in position. Is everything good on your end?" I asked.

"I'm fine ,Kjon. Are you ready?" He asked. I'd volunteered to be the one to draw the bad bloods out, while he made sure the lure worked. "I must warn you these hunters are swift runners." Ch'ris notified me.

"Don't worry about me Ch'ris." I said racking the slide on my Desert Eagle, just in case I needed it. "Just believe and have faith. We can do all things through Christ, which strengthen us." I said, paraphasing Philippians chapter 4 verse thirteen.

"Your conviction to your deity is strong ,Kjon. That is a wise policy my friend." Ch'ris told me.

"I'm going for it Ch'ris. You just stay low, and tell me if we're good." I told him.

"Yes ,Kjon."

After we signed off, I ran for it. I managed to trigger a few of the proximity mines, which had a delayed detonation time, which I knew about since I'd used them before. That got their attention, but they still didn't see me. I pulled off my bio-mask off showing my face which I hadn't been coated in mud. "Hey pssy faces! I'm over here you ugly sons-of-btches! Come and get me!" I taunted.

"It is the clan leader's ally!" I heard one of them shout to his buddies. I stood there for a moment before I put my mask back on and took off into the jungle.

"It worked. They are all following after you. There were three more hiding in the tents, but they are all going after you." Ch'ris radioed to me.

"Good. Now high tail it back to the stand-off point and make sure we're set. I'm gonna take these guys on a little run." I replied.

"I'm on it. I shall notify you when I am ready. Godspeed friend." Ch'ris said wishing me luck, before signing off.

I stopped momentarily to drench the mud off my body, which I did so the bad bloods wouldn't lose me, before continuing the chase. I lured them a little away to the south west, where they continued to follow. I occasionally hid from them just to keep some distance between us, and to catch my breath. I also did it to make sure they were all following me. I counted eleven each time, the same number Ch'ris had given me. I continued to play my game of follow the leader like this, all while the bad bloods sent a barrage of plasma shots, and net projectiles at me. "That's right idiots keep wasting your energy and ammunition like that." I thought as they continued to give chase.

"I'm at the stand-off point. The traps are ready and we are good to go. How are you looking ,Kjon?" Ch'ris asked.

"I'm still on the move, and so are they. I'm on my way back now."

I managed to make it back to camp without losing them. All was going exactly according to plan. Some of the Yatja who'd been following me from the trees had triggered some our proximity mines. Two of them fell into our quicksand traps and got stuck, unfortunately those two were helped out. Fortunately one of them managed to trigger my branch trap, but that only injured his feet. Ch'ris triggered our log traps with his spear gun, which crushed one of them, killing him. Once I made it passed the waterfall the fun really began. I ran passed the Sentry Turrets, which read me and Ch'ris as friendlies. Four unfortunate bad bloods on the other hand were locked onto the autocannons scanners, and shot dead. One of the bad bloods found our sentries hidden under the waterfall and shot them with a plasma blast. That at least left us with only six more to deal with.

I ducked beside Ch'ris, reached for Sexual Tyrannosaurus and gave him the run down. "Five down, Six more to go. One of them is injured."

"Excellent!" Ch'ris proclaimed joyfully as he reached for the SPAS-12. After we had our weapons at the ready we gave each other an affirmative nod.

"Lets rock!" I shouted before we both turned and began to open fire on our attackers. We both managed to drop the one who'd been injured by my branch trap, and clip a few of the others. The bad bloods momentarily retreated after we began firing at them. That was also when most of them ran out of energy for their wristbracers, causing their camouflage to deactivate. We could hear some of them cry out fearfully, that they had ran out of energy, and that they'd been lulled into a trap. That was satisfying to hear. I nodded to Ch'ris telling him to go around and try to flank them. One of the bastards tried to flank us and got caught in one of our net traps. Ch'ris put him down quickly with a spray of buckshot from his 12 gauge. I saw a few Predators try to sneak up on him, but I shot at them to give him some cover. After spending the whole magazine I reached down for another one and continued to fire.

"Yeah! That's right! How do you like it?!" I bellowed as I continued firing. "Damn it!" I cursed as ST ran dry again causing me to feed it another magazine. I was able to get the mag in before one of them tried to take my head off with his wristblades. I put a couple rounds into his thigh, and he fell down roaring in anguish. He wasn't out yet and got right back up, as two of his friends came to his aid. I accidently lost my grip on my assault rifle, but I still had my trusty machete with me, which I began using to great effect. Ch'ris was occupied by the remaining two bad bloods, both of whom he managed to hold off fairly well on his own.

I managed to cut one of the bad bloods hands off with the machete, which gave me some room to breath. I still had two to deal with, both of which swung at me diagonally. One had a scimitar and the other had a glaive. I managed to block the glaive, but the other one dug into my left arm with his scimitar. The one I'd blocked then kicked me to the ground and tried to drive his glaive through my chest. I avoided the blow and cut his left thigh, before blocking the other's scimitar. I kicked the Predator with the glaive away, before turning my sights on the one with the scimitar, who also happened to be the same one I'd shot in the leg. I managed to block another two strikes he made at me before I sliced open his chest. He retaliated by swiping my lower torso with his scimitar. I grunted a little before I punched him in the face driving him back. The one with the glaive returned tackling me to the ground. He tried forcing his bladed weapon into my throat, but I kicked him in his jewels before pushing him off. I took that opportunity to cut his arm off just above the wrist. I also forced my machete into his femur breaking the bone and putting him out of the fight

The mother fcker whose hand I'd sliced off, was back and tried to run me through with his wristblades. I caught him by the arm, and threw him away. The one with the scimitar also came back and swiped at me three times, each time he hit me. I recoiled and fell to the ground, where the other guy had been thrown. He threw his blades down at my skull, but I moved out of the way fast enough to avoid them. I kicked the Yatja with the scimitar hard in the thigh where I'd shoot him and that forced him down. I swung my arm around and drove my machete through the other Yatja's arm cutting it off at the base of his shoulder and depriving him of his wristblades. He roared painfully as he grabbed at the stump where his limb used to be. I gave him no time to recover and cut his other hand off. Now he was unable to fight for sure.

Scimitar guy managed to stab me through my lower leg. Luckily he missed my fibula, and my tibia. He tore the blade out of my leg and swiped at my other foot. That caused me to fall over and roar painfully. I dropped my machete as I fell, and heard it land on a rock a couple feet away with a metallic clatter. I desperately reached for my Desert Eagle, but I stupidly dropped it. I had one last thing to defend myself with and that was my smart disc. I unearthed it right as the Predator brought his scimitar down. My smart disc cut through the scimitar's blade cleanly. I brought it back and severed the Yatja's foot off. He fell to the ground roaring painfully as he reached at it. He tried one last time to injure me with his wristblades, but like I'd done to his friends before I cut his arm off by throwing the smart disc at the humerus bone. The smart disc continued traveling through the air until it got stuck on the side of a tree.

I noticed Ch'ris was still fighting the other two Yatja. He managed to cut one of them in the arm with a dagger, before the other drove his knife into his side. I picked up my machete as I got up and ran to help him. They had him pinned against a rock and tried chocking him into submission.

"Do not kill him ,Schor-mar. Remember we must take the clan leader alive." The one Yatja who'd been cut told the other.

"You're not taking either of us alive!" I roared as I charged at Ch'ris' attackers. I tackled the the one who'd stabbed Ch'ris and cut the others leg at his patella bone, which is in the kneecap. I wasn't able to cut his lower leg off, but I'd done a good enough job that I didn't need to. He fell cursing me as he did. I pulled my blade out and blocked his friend's knife as he tried to drive it into me. I twisted the handle of my machete and cut his fingers off. I took him by the arm, twirled him in a circle causing him to hit his face on a tree, before driving my machete into his shoulder, affixing him to the trunk. His arm fell limp after I did that. Ch'ris kicked the other wounded bad blood in the face before driving his wristblades through his sternum killing him. In that moment it was all over.

Ch'ris and I stood there breathing heavily for a short time, looking around to see that the bad bloods we'd wounded weren't coming after us. I jumped a little each time I heard one of them scream, but they were still down.

"That was an amazing display my friend. I've never seen a Yatja fight like that before in my life, especially one who is as young as you are." Ch'ris acclaimed to me. "Thank-you again also for saving me." He said with a respectful bow.

"You're welcome." I said bowing to him as a show of respect.

The bad blood I'd pinned to the tree continued to wail in pain as he tried to remove the blade. Ch'ris and I took our masks off and looked at each other. I could read the anger in his eyes, which I also held in mine.

"Remove him from the tree, and hold him down." Ch'ris requested. I did as he asked and tore my machete out of the ugly SOB's shoulder. He weakly tried to fight back as I threw him to the ground and twisted his other arm around to keep him pinned. "Take off the traitor's mask." Ch'ris continued. I pulled the mask off the bad blood's face. He roared painfully and angrily at Ch'ris and I as I did so. "Schor-mar." Ch'ris said recognizing the young bad blood in disappointment and frustration. "Answer us! Who is the leader of your pack? Where are the others hiding? What have you done with Zell-oah, Rachelle, and the Ooman?!" Chris growled lowering his face to the dishonorable Yatja.

"You do not scare me ,Ch'ris! You may kill me and the others, but we will not betray the pack leader! Very soon you shall be removed and then your place shall be taken by the clan's rightful ruler!" He roared back challenging.

"Who is this pack leader?! Tell me now?!" Ch'ris demanded. The Yatja responded by spitting at him. "Answer me now traitor, or I shall polish your skull as a trophy!" Ch'ris threatened him, holding his dagger to the bad bloods throat.

"Go ahead! The pack leader will avenge me and the others! Our names will be spoken of with honor for centuries to come!" He spat furiously at Ch'ris. This kid really had no idea who he was dealing with, and was just digging his grave even deeper.

"Let me take it from here ,Ch'ris." I said as I lifted the bad blood to his feet, keeping his arm twisted around his back. I lead him to the bottom of the waterfall, by the creek. "Now I understand that you aren't afraid of Ch'ris or any of his weak threats, no offense, and in your particular circumstance I can see why. Now while Ch'ris isn't the one you are worried about, which he shouldn't, I ,on the other hand, should be the one you're scared of right now." I said with a smirk as I forced the bad blood on his knees.

"Why should I be scared of you Abomination?! Your death will be just as gruesome and painful as his will be!" He cursed me.

"Oh! Looks like we have a smart-ass on our hands here ,Ch'ris." I said with a hint of smug in my voice before I forced the bad bloods head into the water. I kept him submerged under the water for a short moment as he began panickingly screaming and fighting to get his head back up. I pulled him back up and asked him in a sarcastic tone, "Are we ready to talk?" The bad blood growled at me angrily as he gasped for air. "Guess we're not. Okay." I said nonchalantly before forcing him under again. He roared fearfully as I pushed his head back under. I kept him under for a little while longer this time. "Ready to play twenty questions yet? or do we need another swimming lesson?" I asked with a smile on my face, as I moved into the water with our subject. I had Ch'ris hold him down as I moved to face our captive, who spat water in my face as a reply. "Wrong answer." I looked at Ch'ris, who nodded to me and pushed him forward.

"Please! No!" I heard the Yatja cry before I dived under the creek, ripping his head down with me by the dreadlocks. I starred wickedly at the bad blood as he fearfully screamed at me. He could see that I could breath perfectly well underwater, which I deliberately demonstrated to intimidate him a little more.

I brought the both of us back up, and began to get serious with our captive. "Now quit your btching and listen to me carefully you little sht, and listen to me good cause I'm only going to say this once! Alright?! There's a reason why you should be afraid of me! You and your friends took somebody I cared about very very much, and I'm pissed about it! I want her back and I want her back now! Now your clan leader over there may kill you, but I know how to make your death as slow and as painful as I want it to be! And don't you dare think for a second that I won't because I will!" I could see the fear in his eyes as I made my threat clear to the little bastard. "Now you'd better answer your clan leader behind you or your going to be in a world of sht!" I said as I threw his head away.

My friend caught the little turd and continued the interrogation. "Who is your pack leader?" Ch'ris asked.

The bad blood looked at Ch'ris and me over and over again, his fear becoming more and more overwhelming. "I cannot tell you. If I do then the pack leader shall kill me!" I didn't feel sorry for him at all.

"Very well then! Kjon, He is yours!" Ch'ris proclaimed angrily.

"Wait stop! I will talk! I will!" The bad blood finally broke.

"Now we're getting some where." I proclaimed with a angry smile on my face.

"Who is your pack leader?" Ch'ris asked.

We listened carefully as he answered us.

Alright I'm finally finished with another chapter. Honestly I had a bit of trouble writing this chapter, and I think you can see it. I was having a bit of trouble with the dialog and the action choreograph. I tried my best to fix it though and I hope I didn't do to poorly. I'm going to take a moment to relax and collect myself before I continue the next chapter. I hope you guys enjoyed, and I'll try to get the next part out as soon as I can.

[Thank you NeverNeverGirl for continuing to post your comments, I really appreciate it and I'm glad you're enjoying the series. You're comments have kept me encouraged and focused on completing this. Also I checked out your fanfic, and it's pretty good I really liked it. I think you could do a really good AVP romance fanfic yourself. Again thank you, and I hope I didn't do to poorly with this entry]
