Kjon's Audio Diary Log.
The evening we spent together in our small, largely forgettable, but comfortable holding room went well. Jenny and I weren't allowed to leave the room, but we were okay with that. Personally I didn't want to go out and deal with the horde of Yatja, who all wanted me dead in the worst way. Jenny and I were given food by the guards, who obediently did as they were told with little to no question. They kind of reminded me of the men in black to some degree as they all followed the orders they were given with little to almost no disloyalty, complaining, or anything. They didn't even growl that much. I'm pretty sure they didn't even think anything of me and Jenny themselves. It was a little creepy to think about, but I digress.
Jenny and I slept peacefully that evening. I always enjoyed the feeling of her resting on or next to me, with her tender comforting arms affixed to my chest and shoulders, while her adorable tails kept itself wrapped around my leg. I could never grow tired of that. I'd never let that go. I promised I'd protect her with all of my ability, with my own life. Even if the elders kicked up a fuss about it, what would I care. Fck them. Jenny was my girlfriend and if I hadn't made my affection for her clear to them yesterday, they were going to get another lesson.
We awoke the next morning to the sound of the guardian Predators entering our room. "Get ready. The clan leader wishes to gather you to the arena before sun up. He does not wish for there to be any hinderance on your departure." one guard explained. We obediently did as we were requested. Jenny discarded Rachelle's pink dress ,that she'd given her, which I'd cut apart and sewed back together for her, in favor of her xenomorph armor, that I'd also made her.
As I went to put my armor on, the guardians stopped me. "You shall not be wearing your normal garments this day ,Abomination. The clan leader wishes for you to be less noticeable until you are ready to fight, He also wishes for there to be no disturbances on our departure like yesterday." I could understand his reasoning, and I appreciated that he was taking no chances. I did kind of stick out like a sore thumb. I made no argument and put on the suit I was issued. It was a typical young-blood's armored suit. It made sense that I'd wear it since I was as old as a young-blood, therefore I'd look less suspicious. The suit had way more armor than my regular attire did, especially around the chest and shoulders. It even had some armor around the skirt area. It was a little heavy, but it wasn't uncomfortable to move around in. The suit also had these metal sandals, which I ditched, simply because I didn't need them, and I didn't want to wear them. I was also given a different bio-mask to wear, which was a traditional, smooth, silver mask.
"You look different ,Jon." Jenny told me.
"I feel different." I admitted to her.
"It's a good different. I like it." She said clarifying he comment.
"Thanks ,Pyode Tarei'hsan." I told her trying to hide my nervousness.
"Are you feeling alright ,Fire Angel?" She asked in a tone of voice that told me she knew I was nervous.
"I've been preparing myself for this moment for so long now, and now that it's finally here I'm... I'm... I'll be honest, I'm just worried. Not because of loosing the fight, I could care less about what my kind thinks of me. I'm just worried about failing Mom." I confessed. A moment of awkward silence passed as I starred at myself in a mirror, we had in the bedroom with us.
Finally, Jenny broke the silence. "Jon, I don't know how to say this, but... I don't know who your mother was like, I don't even know my mom, but I have a feeling that if your mom was here, and she could see you for what you are, I think she'd be proud of you." She told me with some difficulty in her voice. I turned to look at her and gave a smile, which was blocked out by the mask, along with an audible growl of affection.
"Thanks ,Jenny."
"Think we should pray before we leave?" She asked thoughtfully, looking at my crucifix, which I still kept around my throat.
"That sounds like a good idea." I told her before we both knelt down to pray to our Heavenly Father for strength, guidance, and tact. That last part we may have not have needed, since my clan ,for the most part, wouldn't be the same to us, but I still asked for it none the less. I also asked that we'd succeed and that our success would profit to his glory and to the restoration of Mom's honor with the clan. After ending with an uplifted, and reverent Amen we notified the guardians that we were ready to leave.
As we embarked to the arena, we were met by a couple early risers, who were out farming the crops, I paid no attention to the and tried to act without giving away any suspicion. Some of them noticed Jenny, but they didn't pay very much mind to her. I went completely undetected, just as the clan leader had hoped. Once we reached the arena, we were met by the clan leader and the elders, who'd prepared themselves for the fight with armor, staffs, clubs, and other non-lethal weapons. The battle wasn't suppose to be a fight to the death, so we wouldn't need to use weapons like smart discs, wrist blades, or combi-sticks.
"Morning." I said as Jenny and I bowed to the clan leader respectfully.
"Greetings," The clan leader greeted us with a acknowledging nod, "The battle shall not commence yet until the rest of the clan may see, but which of the elders do you chose?" He asked.
"I want that asshole right there." She said motioning to the one that had antagonized us the day before.
"Very well Ooman. And as for you Schaefer?" Ph-rills asked me. I carefully examined my opponents. I couldn't make a determination. How was I suppose to, I never got to choose my enemies before so this was kind of a tough question to answer. I just went with a female elder who'd been glaring at me. And yes both males and females of my species can be elders. Some females can even be clan leaders too.
"Very well. You will be summoned when it is time for your challenge to commence ,young ones. Until then you may be outfitted with the weapons of your choosing, and rest. And once again, the best of luck to you both." The clan leader told us motioning to a room full of staffs and clubs and other weapon assortments, that we could choose from.
"Thank-you ,Ph-rills." I addressed the clan leader respectfully. He and the elders left us to our peace as we chose our weapons.
I took a wooden sword off the wall, and began to swing it to test it's weight and it's feel. It was pretty decent. Jenny removed a metal staff that was crafted to look like a combi-stick. She looked at it as she felt the weight of the weapon in her hands before she began to twirl it gracefully around her body. After a couple seconds of spinning it, she looked down at the weapon and gave a visible smile from under her bio-helmet. It was good to know she hadn't forgotten what I'd taught her. That thought gave me an idea.
"Like your weapon ,Jenny?" I asked her after testing her weapon.
"The balance is very decent, and the grip is perfect." She answered.
"That's good, really good in fact." I said nonchalantly as I moved to the middle of the room.
"Why do you say that?" She questioned.
"Because it'll give us a good opportunity to test you." I answered.
"What?" She exclaimed.
"We're going to see how much you remember ,Pyode Tarei'hsan. I need to know that you'll be ready once the fight starts." I explained.
"Are you serious?"
"We have plenty of time and energy to spare ,babe. Besides it doesn't hurt to get a little practice in every now and then, especially right now. You may need it."
"Not that I'm scared or deliberately disagreeing with your logic ,I'm not trying to by the way, but I just don't feel right fighting you." Jenny replied.
I appreciated her concern for my well being, but I had to know she had it in her. "Thanks ,Jenny, but I just want to be sure." I told her.
"Oh, I'm ready. Don't you worry about that ,Jon." She replied in a cocky manner. I decided to take this in a more motivating approach.
"Well then, if you feel that your ready I guess there is no need for it then." I began. "It's either that, or you're scared." I followed. That got her attention.
"What?"
"I mean you don't want to fight so you must be a coward." I said in a taunting manner. Although her eyes were covered by the helmet, I could still read the expression on her exposed mouth.
"Are you trying to tempt me to smack you on the face?"
"Maybe. But you won't budge so what's the point really? Derelict." I addressed her in a smart assed tone as I began to walk away. I could tell my ploy was working.
"Oh, hold on there." I heard her say.
"Or do you want to prove me wrong?" I asked as I turned around to face her.
"We going to do this or what ,Predator." She said in an equally taunting manner, as she twirled her combi-staff around before pointing it at me. I took my stance with my weapon in my hands.
"Remember, show no mercy. The elders won't give you any slack, but remember that this isn't a death match either. Use your strength sparingly, and rely heavily on your cunning and skill." I reminded her.
"I remember ,babe. Let's see what you've got." She said in a ready voice.
I gave her a nod before I charged. She charged a second after I did. I readied my weapon to strike her diagonally. Right as we were about to clash, she jumped over me. I anticipated that, and skillfully turned around to swing at her. She managed to do the same and blocked my dull wooden blade as I brought it down. I went to take another swing, but before I could she tripped me over with her tail.
"You told me to show no mercy ,Jon." She said as I got back up and looked at her. She probably thought I was irritated at her, since I gave a growl as I recovered.
"That's good, there's no dishonor in using your tail," I told her as I recovered, "But you should've dropped me when you had the chance!" I told her as I grabbed my sword and lunged at her. She hadn't taken the opportunity to strike me down when she had the chance. In order to win a fight like this you had to "finish" your opponent by striking them down with your weapon, but you didn't actually hurt them. You get the idea.
I continued to throw a series of swings at her, all of which she blocked skillfully with her combi-staff in a series of twirling swings and circular motions. She was about to use her tail on me again, but I moved away before she could trip me over again. She took the opportunity of my retreat to try and make a horizontal strike with the staff. I struck it with my sword, before she swiftly turned her body to make a jabbing motion with the other end of the staff. I managed to block that as well, along with a swing from her tail, which I caught allowing me to pull her towards me. I grabbed her weapon and pinned her against a wall with it before moving my sword into position. Before I could "finish" her, she caught my arm with her tail. Before I could finish processing that, she kicked me in the stomach hard enough to release her. She followed by hitting me in the face with the middle of the staff, which momentarily dazed me. I managed to recover from the blow quickly enough to dodge a diagonal swing from the staff. She went to take a stab at me with it, but I caught the weapon in my hand and wrapped my arm around it, before forcefully swinging it around, throwing Jenny as I did so. She managed to land gracefully on all fours, and we began to circle each other.
She was doing very good. She could've even been able to beat me had she not hesitated that one time, but she held her own quite well. Yes, I did have her weapon, but she wasn't out of the fight yet. We didn't exchange any small talk as we sized each other up. Instead we tried to plan our attacks. After a moment of strategic mulling, Jenny charged forward. I threw the combi-staff at her in a flawed attempt to sort of spear her, but she managed to avoid the blow, by jumping over it, and she managed to catch it in her tail. Once she landed she brought the weapon to her hands, before blocking a strike with my sword. She went to make a move with her tail, but I kicked her away. I tried to be as forceful as I could without causing any damage. She dropped the combi-staff as I did that and I took that opportunity to go in for the kill. I threw myself onto her before bringing my weapon down on her. I cut the downward thrust short however, causing it to levitate harmlessly over her face. She flinched a little when I did that but she wasn't fazed for to long. At that moment the fight was over. I'd won, or at least that's what I'd thought.
"Not bad. Not bad at all. That was a pretty damn good display actually, but unfortunately you still lost ,Jenny." I said in a judging voice.
"Not so fast ,Jon. Look." She pointed her finger to my side. I looked at where she pointed and saw her tail hovering next to me. It was aimed right at my head.
"Nice." I said with an impressed growl as I looked back down at her.
"Tie?" She asked.
"Yeah, we'll call it a tie." I answered, as I took my dull wooden blade away from her face. She pulled her tail away from my head, and I helped her back up.
"Now may we please not do that again? I really didn't like having to put my tail up to your head like that." She said as she shook her head in disapproval.
"Sure ,babe. I'll be honest, I didn't like having to put that sword to your face either." I said sharing her discomfort. I didn't deliberately want to hurt my girlfriend, but I had to do that just to give Jenny a demonstration of who we were going up against. I knew the elders wouldn't show her mercy, so I had to do that. Still I only wanted to do this just this once, just to give me some comfort knowing she could handle herself. I'd still do what I could to protect her, just as I had promised, but during the fight I couldn't intervene, or at least that's what I expected. I'd be sure to ask for clarification later. But you understand what I'm saying.
"Promise?" She really didn't want to hurt me either.
"I promise ,babe." I vowed. "But that was very good." I complimented her as I took my mask of and sat on a near by training bench, or at least that's what it looked like.
"Thanks. I still don't want to do that again though." She said pulling her helmet off, and looked at me with a serious face.
"We won't ,babe. I promised you we wouldn't." I told her again with a submissive chuckle. That brought a satisfied smile to her lips as she took a seat next to me, and began to put her orange hair up in a pony tail. For the remainder of the time we had left to ourselves, we sat there and had a pleasant conversation. I already knew much about her, but I continued to learn what I could about her. I loved her, and I wanted to show it by continuing to express my interest in her. She willfully obliged, talking more about some of the planets she'd visited, and some moments she spent as a kid with her father and sister.
That reminded me of Charles Weyland, which troubled me. I lost myself a little at that moment, wondering what was going to happen once we got back to KJ147. Obviously he wasn't going to take our relationship well, and I wasn't going to like having to deal with him either. I didn't want to see him take her away. I wasn't worried about him harming Jenny, she was his daughter for crying out loud, but that didn't mean he wasn't going to cause any complications. I brought this up to Jenny who shared my thoughts with similar concern.
"I completely forgot." Jenny said after I brought him up. "He's not going to take this well."
"No sht. Pardon my cursing. It wasn't directed at you." I told her.
"It's fine." She said as she slouched against the wall, and thought about that. Jenny had become heavily invested in our relationship as well. She loved me, and she didn't want to let me go either. That's one of the things I loved about her, just the fact that she was always so caring.
"Are you alright ,Jenny?" I asked.
"No, I'm not." Jenny answered.
"I can't say I blame you." I replied honestly with a downcast look of my own.
"Jon, do you know the real reason why I decided to come with you?" Jenny asked.
"No?" I answered unsure.
"I decided to come because I love you, and because I didn't want to say good-bye to you. I know Daddy is not going to be happy about this, and I don't know what I can do about it; how I can explain it. I don't want to let go of you, because you've been so good to me, and... you understand what I mean." She explained.
"Thank you ,Jenny." I said to her as I rested my arm on her shoulder, and gave a soft growl.
"I don't know what to do ,Jon. I just don't. And yes, I'm keeping my faith in the Lord, but that's not going to accomplish everything alone." Jenny answered.
"Your right, it won't. But we've still got a chance at least. We'll deal with that drama together." I said as I gently grasped her hand. She smiled at me as I said that. "But right now we've got more important things to worry about, like proving ourselves." I told her, as I continued comforting her.
"That you do ,Abomination." I heard a guardian Predator speak. His interruption caught us off guard a little. "It is time ,Abomination ,Ooman. Are you both ready for the challenge?" He asked. I turned to look at Jenny. She wasn't ready and I could see it in the look she had in her eyes, but she gave an affirmative nod nonetheless.
"We're ready." I told them as I put my alternate mask on and grasped my wooden sword. I kept Jenny's hand in my palm, as we were guided to the arena.
The arena was very similar to what you'd interpret a Roman gladiator arena to look like, with a big circular pit in the center and bleachers around it full of roaring and cheering spectators. The only noticeable features that were there were, the clan leader's and the elders' thrones, which they were all sitting on underneath the shade of the pavilions above them, and the ungodly number of hieroglyphics featuring Yatja locked in combat, either with themselves, shadows, and many more other-worldly terrors that they likely fought in this pit.
The crowds above us began to roar and snarl aggressively at us as they saw us. Once we were in the center of the pit where everyone could see us, the clan leader rose with his arms outstretched, calling for the crowds to cease their bellowing. After they all stopped, the clan leader spoke.
"As all of you here know already we received a message from the Grand Council, sent by the Grand Leader himself. He told us of a peculiar pair of individuals who worked with the once dishonorable Vall'kcor-sta clan, in thwarting a uprising made by a group of bad bloods that had secretly originated in their clan. Now although this is the case, the Vall'kcor-sta clan's new leader had honorable intentions, and sought to destroy this uprising, however the knowledge of it's existence to them, and their victory over these bad bloods would not have been brought about without the assistance of these individuals, whom they credit for this. The Abomination of our clan, and accepted member Schaefer Oomans ,Kjon Schaefer. And Jennifer Weyland, a Ooman that is part kiande amedha, who is of the Weyland Oomans. It has also been stated that they also returned our stolen equipment, along with the equipment of many other clans who these bad bloods stole from, back to us." The clan leader spoke. His words didn't do much to put the other Yatja at ease, as they continued to hatefully leer and snarl at us. "Now although this young-blood is an Abomination, and his Ooman friend is of the dishonorable Weyland Oomans, their honorable actions have caused the Grand Leader to have favor with them. Thus they have been sent unto us to receive a fair challenge. Their challenge is to defeat the elders that they have chosen to fight in mortal (in this case I mean intense) combat this day. Va-drmi'c and R'asa-mas." He said pointing to the green male elder, and the blue skinned female. "If they succeed in todays tournament, they shall be given exemption of their dishonor, and be received as honorables. If not they shall be banished, and the young-blood will be disowned." The crowds didn't seem to like that their clan leader was only going half way with this, and wouldn't just kill me. They still accepted his judgement. "The Ooman female shall be the first to fight, and has challenged Va-drmi'c to be her opponent." The crowds cheered for the elder as he jumped into the arena. He absorbed the praise he was given with a series of powerful roars, which made the crowds cheer even louder. Once he was finished flexing, he approached Jenny. She bravely starred up at the Yatja, showing her teeth to him threateningly, as he growled back at her. "Any of those who have questions, ask now."
I took that opportunity to raise my hand. "I have a question."
"Yes young-blood, what is your question?" The clan leader addressed me.
"Is outside intervention allowed in this fight?" I asked.
"Off course it is not you stupid fool!" The elder spat at me.
"No, young-blood, it is not. Not unless I see there is treacherous conduct afoot." The clan leader answered.
"Thank you." I told the clan leader, and gave the elder in front of me and Jenny a despiteful growl, which he returned with a growl of his own. I was promptly taken by the guards out of the arena, and placed behind the barred entrance of the arena, where we came in through.
After I was secured, Jenny and her combatant, moved to opposite ends of the arena. You can believe I was scared shtless for her. Sure she'd managed to take me on and almost beat me, but she was going up against a Predator with far more experience than I had. It was nerve-racking, but I kept my faith that our Heavenly Father would protect her. He hadn't let us down thus far, and I didn't believe he'd let us down now. I'd done the best I could to train her, hopefully that and our faith would hold us out.
We all waited for a brief agonizing moment of anticipation, before we heard a bell toll, which signified that the fight could commence. The elder bellowed a roar before he charged forward, gripping his combi-staff angrily as he did so. Jenny charged forward at the same time he did. The elder went to take a swing at her, but she blocked it with her staff, before swiftly whipping her tail underneath his feet, tripping him over. She went to finish the battle with a quick jab, but the elder he moved away fast enough to avoid it. He retaliated by tripping her over with his staff. Jenny got up, and blocked a series of swings and stabs with surprising skill and grace. They continued like this until the elder angrily tried making a vertical strike with his staff. Jenny dove to the side, before she tried to use her tail to jab at the elder. The elder moved aside before she could succeed in finishing him, and grabbed her appendage before using it to throw her away, causing the crowd to cheer as it happened.
The elder bellowed a roar, before he charged after her. Jenny got up, and dodged a diagonal swing the elder made with his weapon. The Yatja tried to go for another strike, but she was able to block it. She tried to take that opportunity to use her tail, but the elder caught it before she could successfully finish the fight. Jenny tried to fight for control of her tail, but the elder was far stronger than she was, and he used it to swing her into the wall of the arena. I hissed in worried pain as I saw it happen, although I was thanking the Merciful Master ,Jesus, that she had her armor on or that would've been much worse. Jenny laid motionless on the ground before the elder. The crowds cheered as they saw their champion elder defeat the blight. The elder took that moment to absorb more praise from the crowds before he finished the fight. But little did we know she was actually faking being incapacitated.
Once the elder went to make the finishing blow, Jenny reacted. She leapt out of the way, right as the elder brought his staff down on her. She caught herself on the wall, and used her tail to grab onto the elder's staff and successfully twisted it out of his hands. The elder and the rest of the crowd was angered by this development. I cheered a roar as I saw it happen. The Predator tried punch her, but she moved away before he could hit her. His knuckle cracked open with florescent green blood as his fist impacted with the wall, leaving a visible crack on it. The elder paid no attention to his hand and kept his gaze focused on Jenny who continued to go on the defensive. She didn't risk pushing him, and skittered a few paces away, before leaping off the wall. The elder quickly grabbed her combi-staff that she'd dropped when he smacked her against the wall, and they continued their duel.
The elder gave an enraged roar, and Jenny returned it with a challenging scream. The combatants then began to charge each other. Right as the two were about to clash the elder made a twirling motion with what was now his staff, and tried to make a horizontal swing with it. Jenny ducked under it before she leapt to the side using her tail to trip him over as she did so. She tried to go in for another attack, but the elder kicked her hard in the stomach pushing her back. Jenny held her stomach in pain as she tried to recover, but the elder managed to get up before she could and made a diagonal upward swing with his staff sending Jenny into the air. The elder continued his assault by kicking her forward as she tried to get back up. She tried to use her tail against him, but the elder caught it and used it to throw her away, causing her to hit the wall and let go of her combi-staff again. The elder wisely took that moment to break it over his knee making the weapon useless. Jenny tried to weakly get back up, and managed to do so just before the elder tried to finish her with a jab from his combi-staff. Jenny moved out of the way before he could do so. It was at that moment that I noticed the elder wasn't holding back on her, and I don't mean he was giving her room to breath in the fight, that part was expected, I mean he didn't hold back when he went to finish her. He didn't just want to beat her, he wanted to kill her. I began to worry for her at that moment.
After dodging the blow, the elder grabbed her by the throat and forcefully held her against the wall as he choked her. At that point I began fighting to get out and help her, which lead to me having a altercation with the guards. The elder continued choking her as she weakly clawed and swiped at him. I think the elder took delight in watching his prey suffer. The elder dropped his staff and punched her in the gut, before backhanding her. That blow managed to knock her mask off, revealing her face. Jenny tried to use her tail and finish him, while he was seemingly distracted, but the elder had anticipated this, and he caught her appendage. The crowds continued to cheer for him as it looked like he was about to take the victory. But Jenny wasn't out yet.
"C'mon Jenny! Kick him! Kick him!" I roared, as I continued to struggle against the guards. She looked at me as she heard me bellow my advice to her, and it gave her an idea. Right as the elder was about to drive her tail through her skull she kicked him in the baby maker. That managed to drop him long enough for her to take back her staff that he'd taken from her, and beat him with it in a series of twirls, circular motions, and swings. I could see the hate in her eyes as she dished out her revenge on the mother fcker. Once of her blows even managed to take his mask off. The bystanders gasped as they watched the disappointing spectacle played out. I continued to cheer for Jenny as I continued my struggle with the guards, screaming, "Get him! Get him! That's it ,Pyode Tarei'hsan! Get the son of a btch!"
The elder laid beaten and exhausted before the crowd, who all screamed for him to get up and retaliate. The elder tried but was unable to do so. Jenny went in to finish the job, and claim her victory, but the rest of the elder's council had other plans. One of them leapt off of his seat and came to the aid of his friend. The clan leader was visibly shocked and royally unhappy with this, and ordered him to stop. The elder disobeyed his superior and the spectators all cheered in ecstasy as they saw it happen, which also displeased the clan leader.
The elder that came to his friends rescue managed to save him in time before Jenny could finish him, grabbing her by the arms before throwing her into the wall. The two elders proceeded to gang up on her beating her into submission. The crowds all cheered in victorious joy as they saw my girlfriend beaten before them. The one elder that Jenny had beaten then left to pick up her staff while the other held her still. The elder broke the staff at the tip, leaving a jagged edge which he was going to use to impale her with. Jenny looked up and saw the elder as she saw that he was going to kill her.
Before he could do so though I grabbed the elder by the throat and threw him away, roaring angrily as I did so. I'd managed to beat the guards and open the barred barrier, allowing me to save Jenny just in time. The other elder was about to attack me, but he was also forced away. The clan leader had also intervened on my behalf and had been the one to push that other slimy asshole away. The spectators all gasped in astonishment as they saw the rest of the conflict play out.
"What is the meaning of this!" The elder Jenny fought hissed.
"YOU TELL ME FCK HEAD!" I replied in almost uncontrollable fury. The elder went to smack me, but I caught him by the wrist and twisted it around his body, before I kicked him forward. His friend caught him and was about to help him fight me when the clan leader stepped between us.
"How dare you oppress me like this ,Va-drmi'c?!" The clan leader roared.
"What are you doing ,Ph-rills?!" The elder asked in shocked perplexity. The rest of the spectators joined the elders, roaring in disagreement with their leader's actions.
"SILENCE! ALL OF YOU!" His roar was able to hush them.
"Why do you do this ,Ph-rills?! Why do you defend the Abomination and it's disgusting pet?!" The elder asked.
"Why do you go against our law ,Va-drmi'c?! G'rqu-al?!" The clan leader answered with a question of his own.
"You are the clan leader! Do you not see what that thing is?!" The other elder said in his friend's defense.
"He's asking you a fcking question, asshole, why don't you answer him." I said coming out from behind the clan leader who separated us.
"How dare you confront us like this ,Blight! We know our place! You and that pathetic Ooman you protect have no place amongst our honorable and fair society!" The elder spat at me.
"WELL IF IT'S SO FAIR AND HONORABLE, HOW COME I SEE IT'S POPULATED BY A BUNCH OF WHINY, UNGRATEFUL, LITTLE BTCHES LIKE YOU!" I spat back.
"How dare you-!" He continued before I cut him off.
"HOW DARE I?! HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST OUR SOCIETIES RULES?! HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST YOUR CLAN LEADER?! HOW DARE YOU TRY TO HARM MY OOMAN?!" I roared challengingly. The elder didn't stop either and the both of us continued to roar at each other, all while the clan leader tried to take control and separate the both of us, which proved to be physically impossible.
"You and that repulsive Ooman friend of yours stain our clan with dishonor! You do not deserve such a fair opportunity to live amongst us! You're existence is nothing more than a dishonorable blight. The only purpose of your sickening reality is to stain us and our clan with your repulsive shame! You may believe you're a born member of our clan, but no matter what you do nothing will relieve you, or make us see you as anything except for the dishonorable burden you are!" He explained.
"REALLY?! AFTER EVERYTHING I'VE DONE FOR YOU STUPID IDIOTS! I'M TRYING TO EARN YOU HONOR, NOT TAKE AWAY FROM IT!" I told him.
"Nothing you have done makes any difference to us whatsoever!" He told me.
"So it's just me! I-i-it-it's just me! You just don't like me!"
"Yes it is you ,Abomination! You deserve nothing from us, but death! You and that Ooman of yours!"
"DON'T YOU EVER SPEAK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT AGAIN YOU HERE ME AND DON'T YOU EVER EVEN SO MUCH AS THREATEN TO KILL HER OR I WILL-!"
"You will what ,Abomination?! Stain yourself with even more dishonor by killing me! For how dishonorable you are, I do not even pity whatever blight birthed you!" I was ready to kill after he said that about my mother.
"DON'T YOU EVER CALL MY MOTHER A BLIGHT LIKE THAT AGAIN! I'M DOING THIS TO RESTORE THE DISHONOR SHE CAUSED YOU ALL AND CLEAR HER NAME! NOW I COULD CARE LESS WHETHER YOU SEE ME AS ONE OF YOU OR NOT, BUT MY MOTHER DIED TRYING TO RESTORE HER HONOR AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE HER NAME WITH SUCH INDIGNITY!" I hissed in his face after I grabbed him by the throat and force him against the wall.
"May her death be more painful than yours!" The elder gasped with a satisfied smile as he saw the anger in my face as he insulted one of my dearest loved ones. I loosened my grip on his neck realizing this was what he wanted me to do. He wanted me to prove him right by killing him, so there would be a reason for me to be so hated. I could've cared less about that, but I thought about Jenny, as I pondered the realization. She might be punished for my actions. I also thought about Mom too. I was trying to restore her honor, and if I proved this little mother fcker right, I'd never be able to clear her name. I released my grasp on the elder letting him drop to the ground. "What are you doing?!" He asked.
"Not giving you the satisfaction!" I answered him, before looking over up at the elders. My gaze softened as it shifted over to the clan leader and Jenny. She saw the protective look I gave her and returned it with a look of concern. She knew I was about to do something stupid, which I was.
I turned my hateful glare back down at the elder who still sat weakly on the ground in front of me. I grabbed him by his leg and dragged him out to the center of the pit where we could be seen and heard, before I knelt over him, pressing my foot down on his chest.
"Listen to me very closely you son of a btch! I may be an Abomination, and I could care less what you and everybody else around us thinks about me! But I will not hear any smack talk about my mother again! She died trying to restore her honor, and I'm here to help clear her name! I also speak for Jenny when I say this! She did nothing to you! I'm the one your after so leave her the fck out of this! I told him. "Now there's no need to be all hostile about this!" I said in a more audible tone for the rest of the crowd to hear. That sentence caused everyone to glare at me with perplexity. "Now you and almost every other fck wit around us wants me dead don't you?" I asked the elder, who gave me an confused nod. "Well, what about the rest of you!? Do you want my ass dead or what?!" I asked them. The all roared viciously and affirmatively. "Well then I'll give you all the opportunity for that to happen then!" I answered. Everyone's look of rage turned into confusion after I said that. "You see that btch I chose to fight, that little SOB that helped you win there? I challenge you, and those two to face off against me. You can bring as much armor as you three want, and as many weapons as your precious little hearts so desire. Wristbades, combi-sticks, smart discs, plasma casters, the works. It doesn't matter." I told the elder as I stood on him. I said it in such a way where everyone around us could hear. "Am I able to make that request ,clan leader?" I asked trying to be respectful to him. He gave a bewildered, but affirm nod.
"Have you gone mad ,Abomination?" The elder asked with the same perplexed look everyone was giving me.
"Oh, you better damn well believe I have! No one, and I mean NO ONE harms my Ooman, nor do they make comments like that about my mother! EVER!" I told him. He continued to lie underneath the weight of my foot, studying me. I'm pretty sure everyone else felt the same way he did. "I just made a deal with you assholes! Are you going to take it or just continue to stand there and gawk at me till the Merciful Master Jesus comes again?! I asked. The crowd then erupted in a cacophonous thunder of roaring voices. "I'll take that as a yes." I told them causing them to roar even more so. "You three better get ready then. Met me back out here in thirty minutes." I told my opponent with a enraged smile as I helped him to his feet.
