Chapter 19: Stealing Again

A few tense seconds of silence passes before the professor, who looks furious, angrily yells, "What are you blathering about? Of course Lily isn't in hell!"

"Sir...that isn't what I said..." I tell him before tilting my head, "Though technically she does live in Niflheim and that is a hell realm so that statement would also be true." I then take a breath and call loudly, "Hella! Get down here now!"

Instantly a tall woman with red hair and green eyes that match Aeolus' emerges dramatically from the shadows and smiles at me before saying, "Hello Auntie."

"Hello Hella. You changed your look." I say and she nods slightly.

"Yes, Lord Odin banished me to a mortal's body a while back and I grew used to looking like this; when I came back he forbade me from coming to Midguard." she tells me.

"Why did Odin do that?" I ask curiously because I know that if Odin was keeping Hella away from the world he banished her too there must have been a pretty good reason for it. Especially because he's so frightened by the thought of an angry Hella.

"I may or may not have been trying to get back here in order to destroy the wizarding world." she tells me with a small smirk. "A small act of revenge for the death of my son and husband. Strangely enough though, my son's soul never came into my possession."

"That's because he's not dead." I say with a shrug. "He changed his name and is a mutant. He's right over there. I just called you here to confirm that you were Lily Potter. According to the hidden messages in his questions, Professor Snape bitterly regrets your death. You'll have to ask him why." I then turn back to the professor and see him sitting at his desk with a shocked expression on his face. I frown a bit before saying, "Nevermind. I think we broke him."

She laughs and I continue with what I had been doing before Artemis told me about her being Lily; twenty minutes later Hella is talking with Aeolus as he brews his potion and I just finished when the teacher blinks a few times and asks, "Huh?"

"Huh what Professor?" I ask as I deposit a vial of the potion on his desk.

"Why did Lily call you Auntie?" he asks me shakily.

"Because she's the rebirth of my aunt." Hella says with a smile. "Hello again Sev."

"B-but...what?" he asks.

"Don't worry about it, Professor." I tell him with a smirk. "You don't need to know at the moment."

I then grab my stuff and leave the room, casting a spell to make it so no one in that room can talk about that class with anyone, even each other, outside of that room. I walk to the common room and retrieve my journal of notes before heading to dinner. I sit with Venera and begin researching my notes on soul shards. For the next few days my attention is entirely focused on researching Soul Shards and torturing Sigyn with nightmares.

Unfortunately all I have to go off of are a few of my personal notes on the shards. Over the last few days my physical appearance has changed to that of my previous life's eleven year old form plus my wolf features. Right now it's Friday night and I'm getting ready for another trip to Asgard. I take a small breath before climbing into my trunk and saying, "Trixie, Onyx. We're going to Asgard again; Trixie, take us there please." they fly over to me and Trixie takes us to Asgard. "You two can go hunt for a while until I call you."

They nod before flying away. I hide my aura and walk to my home again. I look through the window and see that Sif fell asleep in a chair next to the fireplace, which has no fire in it currently. I sense detection spells on all of the windows on the cabin, but none on the door. I also sense that there are some traps attached to the windows. I smile slightly before walking over to the door, which is just open enough that a skinny child can slip through without much noise, but not without any noise. I nod, remembering how light of a sleeper Sif tends to be when she doesn't have me with her.

I choose to walk around the house to the back door. I find that it isn't trapped and cast a spell to mask the sound of it opening before entering the house, going invisible, and silencing my footsteps. I then walk to my bookshelf and grab my three books on soul magic. After that I head over to the cupboard with completed potions on it and grab a few of my potions. Things are going fine, until I drop a potion and someone elses hand catches it.

I tense before looking up and seeing an exhausted looking Sif holding the potion that I need and inspecting it. After a few seconds of silence she asks in a tired, hopeful, tone, "Leah?"

I sigh before grabbing the potion from her hand, the ditsy feeling slowly creeping up as I drop the invisibility spell and say, "In my defense my visions said you'd be on a mission tonight and I needed a few things." I tell her before walking over to the table and sitting on it. "Hello."

"Leah?" I hear from the doorway and turn to see Loki, Thor, and the warriors three in the doorway, Loki is the one who spoke. "Is it really you, sister?"

"Yes...no?...maybe." I say, tilting my head. "I mean, I could be Leah or maybe I'm not. I definitely don't use the name Leah in this life. Not after...never mind. That's not something I like talking about." I look over at the tired, but still very happy looking, Sif. "I'm sorry for waking you up."

"Sister." Thor says. "Come with us. Father will give you an apple of Idunn."

"Sorry Thor. I can't at the moment." I tell him. "I have some rather important things I need to handle at our magic pig school."

Loki frowns a bit at that before asking, "Leah, are you at Hogwarts?"

"No, I'm currently at Asgard." I tell him with a smirk, "I'll be at Hogwarts when I'm done here."

"Huh?" Thor asks, looking confused, "What? How?"

"I'm going to be at Hogwarts when I leave here. I am currently at Asgard, and because I can." I say

"Leah, are you currently a student of Hogwarts?" Loki asks me so I give him a suspicious look.

"What will you do if I say that I am?" I ask him.

"Sif and I will attend school with you." he says.

"No." I say with a smile. "Not yet. You have to wait until my murderer confesses, then you can come and teach History of Magic and Siffy can be a student."

"Why can't Sif teach History?" he asks.

"One, because it will be weird when we start dating if she is a teacher. Two because that way I have my Siffy living in the Slytherin dorms with me; and three because Siffy isn't too good at teaching when it doesn't involve the use of several sharp pointy objects." I tell him. "Unless you want a bunch of eleven to seventeen year old's with no training getting their own swords to use against each other."

"Right." he says awkwardly.

"Wait, so your saying that your at Hogwarts?" Thor asks and I sigh.

"No Thor. We've been over this already. I'm currently at Asgard." I tell him.

"I meant are you a student of Hogwarts?" he asks.

"Yep." I say before looking at Loki. "You can come as you are. Who would pass on the chance to have history taught by someone who lived it. Especially when the other option is literally dead. As for Siffy, you can just say that she wanted to experience magic school on Midguard. That way she doesn't need a fake name. But you can't come until my murderer confesses, understand?"

He nods so I get up and call for my familiars, waving happily before Trixie teleports us back to my trunk. I climb out of my trunk and into my bed, falling asleep quickly.
