Jennifer's Audio Diary Log

Sept 8, 2621

"There...we...go...Aha!" I exclaimed as I made the last little repair needed on Beth's power unit. After rewiring everything she woke up.

"Jennifer?" She said in a partially robotic and gurgled voice.

"Beth!" I exclaimed calmly hugging my sister's head. For as weird as it was, I was just happy to have someone I could talk to. "Look at me do you still remember everything?" I had to ask.

"Yes, I remember everything." She told me. Good. Nothing's wrong with her CPU. "I also looked at those documents." Although that was a helpful feature, it was completely unnecessary now. "Do we still have them?" She asked.

"No, no we don't, but that isn't important right now. Something's happening right now. The bad bloods are going crazy and I don't know why. We need to help everybody that we can out. But we can't do that in here." I told her. How exactly we were going to do that I had no idea. I had tried escaping multiple times before, but each time I tried I failed.

"Got any suggestions?" Beth asked. Of course. She's been offline this whole time. What else should I have expected her to say.

Just then Zell-oah and Bri-ci'all arrived. "Stay quiet, act like you're offline!" I whispered in a panic.

"I do not want excuses, I want answers! Why are communications inoperative?! Why can we cannot contact our ooman allies?!" Zell-oah angrily asked one of her generals.

"I do not know my Leader. We have tried, we have even sent scouts to address the error, but none of them have returned." That answer only made Zell-oah and her mate even angrier.

"You incompetent idiot!" The nine foot tall Hunter bellowed as he picked up the smaller general and threw him.

Before they could do or say anything else, Zell-oah began receiving a holographic message on her wristbracer. That was the only form of communication they had that still worked, and unfortunately for them, they were the only ones who had it, spare a few other high ranking commanders and generals, most of whom were probably dead.

"What is it?!" She answered angrily.

"Hello. Who is this?" A familiar sounding voice came. Strangely, the image of the person she was speaking to was not showing for some reason? I could not understand why or how, but at the time the mystery of who Zell-oah was speaking to was the bigger question to me.

"Who are you, and what do you want?!" Zell-oah angrily replied.

"I want to know who I'm talking to." The voice answered calmly.

"You will do well to end this interruption. Whoever you are." Zell-oah said irritated.

"Am I interrupting something?" The person asked.

"Yes and you will do well to end this conversation." Zell-oah sneered.

"I'm sorry." The person apologized "You don't have to be such a bitch about it." He added.

"WHAT?!" Zell-oah bellowed angrily. "WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!" Zell-oah had her plate full with the communication tower, the lack of communication with her generals, and the lack of supplies and support to help with all of the mysterious problems that were suddenly occurring. She didn't need a prank caller insulting her.

"You know what I said, you little whore." The unknown caller kept insulting her. The more he did the angrier both Zell-oah and Bri-ci'all became. Bri-ci'all could not understand English, so he remained silent ,aside from some irritated growling.

"Do you have any idea who I am?!" Zell-oah asked.

"Yes I do, but I bet you have no idea who I am."

"Enough of this!" Zell-oah sneered as she hung up. "Bri-ci'all. Track that message, find who sent it, and kill them for me please ,my love." Zell-oah requested. Bri-ci'all purred in compliance before stomping off. You four go find out what has happened to those imbeciles at the communications building. She ordered another four guards. "I have no time for insufferable nuisances now. Where are our allies w-." She spoke to herself as she tried to reconnect with the other generals, right before her wristbracer chirped. She answered it.

"We weren't finished talking yet." It was the same person from before.

"What do you want from me, you bothersome idiot?!" Zell-oah growled.

"I wanna play a little game." He replied. "What's your favorite scary movie?"

"This is pointless and even more so pathetic." Zell-oah growled to herself loud enough for us to hear her.

"Don't hang up on me!" She ignored him.

"You will be dealt with soon enou-" Zell-oah began to speak before she was startled by the sound of her wristbracer chirping again. She answered it again.

"I told you not to hang up on me." The person on the other end said on a foreboding voice.

"This has gone on long enough! Where are you?!" Zell-oah asked as she tried locating him herself. Despite how much she tried though she couldn't be able to lock onto the signal.

"Good question, wrong answer. I asked you what your favorite scary movie was."

"Wha-? Wher-? Why-?" Zell-oah sputtered as she tried locating him.

"I'm afraid that was a wrong answer."

"Why do you persist in bothering me like this?! Who are you?!"

"You seem a little anxious right now? Bad day?"

"This is pathetic. Why am I wasting my time with this?"

"Don't hang up on me!" The person repeated.

"Listen yo-!"

"No! You listen to me you stupid bitch! You hang up on me again, I'll hang your naked corpse up like a pig! Got it?!"

"Am I to be scared by your insignificant threats? I am not scared of you."

"You should be. Then again, I'm actually the least of your worries."

"Pst!... Jenny." Beth began trying to get my attention.

"Shhh! Not now. It's not safe yet." I whispered back to her quietly.

"And why is that?" I managed to catch Zell-oah ask while I shushed Beth.

"Scary night isn't it? With everything that's been happening, what with that communication tower being down, no contact with the OPs, or your generals, supplies being gone and all, and no explanation for anything, I imagine that can make anybody a little tense. Right Zell-oah?" The mysterious voice asked, growing more ominous as he spoke.

"It doesn't matter who or where you are. Your pathetic efforts will not stop us. Only slow us down."

"Oh, we intend to do more than that, Zell-oah. Or should I say ,mei-jadhi!" The person said as an image suddenly appeared on the holograph screen. The person was dressed up in a Ghostface costume. He took off his hood and mask to reveal himself.

"Ch'ris! H-h-ho-how can this be?! You can't be-." Zell-oah stuttered.

"Jenny!" Beth whispered as she continued to try and get my attention.

"Not now!" I whispered back.

"Surprise Zell-oah." Ch'ris said with an evil grin on his face as he held the voice changer up to his mouth, right before the screen went blank again.

"How could you-?" Zell-oah asked as some of the guards began to surround her. Even though she was a ferocious combatant on her own, it was evident she was in danger. Even though she was the stronger fighter, he was the superior hunter, his smaller size, heightened skill set, and strategic thinking making him an expert. Although given everything that was happening, I knew he and Rachelle weren't alone.

"I had help, or rather, WE had help."

"It makes no difference that your mate and your pathetic pet are with you. It does not matter how many others are with you! You will not stop what we intend to accomplish! We will have our revenge!" Zell-oah screamed at him. Ch'ris responded simply by laughing evilly. "What is the meaning of-?" Zell-oah asked, before she was cut off.

"Jenny!" Beth continued.

"Shut up Beth!" I whispered rudely to her.

"Maybe we won't," Ch'ris began, holding back another maniacal laugh, "But he will."

"Who is 'he'?" Zell-oah asked.

"Let me give you a hint." Ch'ris said before playing a familiar sounding song. "You're with your baby. And your parked alone on a summer night. You're deep in love, but you're deeper in the woods. You think you're doing alr-" Zell-oah cut it short by hanging up on him.

"If that is how you shall be, then so be it ,mei-hswei." Zell-oah said ominously. She caught me staring at her, and frowned. "Take that ooman there and kill it." She said pointing at one of the colonists ,a little boy. She'd done this multiple times before, normally whenever I wouldn't cooperate. Although she couldn't physically harm me without incurring the wrath of my father, she still had other methods of tormenting me.

"Benji! No!" A little girl, his sister screamed as one of the guards opened the cell and pulled him out.

"NO! STOP! DON'T DO IT PLEASE!" I screamed. I couldn't stand to see it anymore, I just couldn't! I'd failed so many before, I couldn't bare to let it happen again! Then again it wasn't really my choice. Zell-oah cracked an evil smile. She stopped the one Predator, but kept her gaze towards me. "Please don't! Do whatever you want to with me, but please... just let the kid go!" I cried.

"I would love nothing more than that, but you know just as well as I do that I can't. You're to valuable for me to destroy now. Besides, watching you squirm is so much better." She said kneeling in front of me, before ordering the one Predator with a sadistic grin.

"NOOOOO!" The little girl screamed with me. Our voices drowning out as the little boy began to cry in terror.

As the Hunter drew his wristblades forward, his chest exploded in a shower of green gore. The Hunter stared down at his chest. A machete blade decloaked showing how far it had gone through. The boy ,aside from the shock, was unharmed. The scene took us all by surprise.

Then, something grabbed onto the machete and drove it deeper in. The dying Hunter screamed out in agony as blood began gushing out of the wound and his mouth ,some of which showered on the petrified little boy. The Predator was thrown to the ground. Two glowing red eyes flashed illuminating the Hunter's silhouetted body.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

I recognized the familiar sound of Jason Voorhees' chant, but was to petrified to think about it.

The guards began to attack the camouflaged Hunter, but he easily tore through them before suddenly vanishing in the confusion. The Hunter rematerialized beside Zell-oah.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

Zell-oah tried to swipe at the Hunter with her prosthetic hand, but the Hunter swiftly cut it off. Zell-oah grasped at it roaring in terror. The Predator went to finish the job, but before he could do it, one of the four remaining yautja blocked his blade. The bad blood slashed the cloaked Hunter with his blades, but the individual paid no attention to the cut. He grabbed the Predator and proceeded to chock him. The rest of us just stared in disbelief and horror. The one yautja went unconscious, before the others went to help.

One of them tried to jab at the Hunter with his combi-stick, but the cloaked hunter moved aside and skillfully put his wristblades through the yautja's gut. As the one who'd been stabbed made his attack, another tried to help him by attacking with his sword. The sword, and machete blades clanked together as a short duel ensued, with the end result of the bad blood being decapitated.

The last guard ,a female, tried shooting her plasma caster at the cloaked hunter, but she couldn't be able to lock onto him. As the shots flew past him ,seemingly passing through him, the camouflaged Predator brought something up from behind him. Our ears were hit with the painfully recognizable sound of gunfire from a pulse rifle. After a few short bursts, the female fell dead.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

"R-R-R'ka B-Bhu'ja." Zell-oah gasped in terror before running away.

The one yautja who'd been stabbed was still alive. He was on his knees gasping at the wound in his torso.

"Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

The cloaked Hunter took notice and viciously began sawing into his throat with the saw-blade end of his machete. Beth and I winced as we watched. Finally the Predator finished his gory execution, by ripping the yautja's head backwards, practically decapitating him.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

The Predator turned to the colonists' cells. He stood their staring ominously for a few seconds before stomping towards them. They began to scream, they thought he was about to murder them. To their surprise ,and mine, he simply tore the doors off their cells. It was at that moment I began putting the pieces together.

Pulse rifle, Jason Voorhees chanting, Machete... "JON!" I exclaimed out loud. B-B-But how?! How is he still alive?! He set off his self-destruct device?! Even if he could've been able to outrun the blast, he was too weak from being shot by the Task Force?! How could he still be alive?! Unless ,of course, he wasn't. But that was impossible! W-Was it?

Jon heard me shriek and turned to face me and Beth. "Jennifer?" Beth said nervously.

I knew he was angry with me. He had to be. After what I did to him. After everything that I put him through. It wouldn't make sense if he wasn't.

He stomped towards us. I knew he was going to do it. I couldn't blame him. I deserved this. It would only be fitting that he was the one to do it, after everything that happened to him. It only made sense given I was the cause of all his suffering. I didn't even bother to run back into my cell, it was a cage, there was no place I could run to, no place I could hide, what was the point? But that's not why I didn't bother running though. I cried.

"Jenny?" Beth said. Nothing had happened. I was still alive. Jon's cloaked figure stood in front of the cell. I pulled my head back from the door ,curiously. Suddenly he grabbed the barred door and effortlessly tore it off. I braced myself for the swing ,startled by the suddenness of it. Again, nothing happened. He stepped back a little, and we both found ourselves staring at each other.

"Ki Ki...Ki...Ki..."

I was confused. Why wasn't he doing it? What was he waiting for? He could've more than easily torn my head off then, but he didn't. Why?

"...Pyode...Tarei'hsan..." the voice recorder on his bio-mask replayed. It was my warrior name, the one he'd commonly and affectionately addressed me by. The eyes on his bio-mask flashed again, only this time they stayed on. "...Pyode...Tarei'hsan..." He repeated.

He didn't want to do it.

Just then a scream arrested our attention, breaking the hypnotic silence. Jon turned to look and the eyes of his bio-mask flashed again this time disappearing.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

He began angrily stomping away. I was determined to follow him. Not content with leaving my sister's head on the ground I took her with. It was a little stupid, but I would not leave my sister behind like that.

As he stomped away three yautja ,accompanied by Zell-oah, burst out of the alley way. One of them had an axe with them. The heavy blade broke through Jon's bio-mask. Jon's camouflage deactivated! He let out a painful roar as he fell! Blood began to run!

"JON!" I screamed, as I fell weakly to my knees and tears began to flow.

The yautja howled over their kill, and Zell-oah breathed a sigh of relief. The one who'd put the axe through his skull crouched over him and proceeded to remove Jon's mask. The yautja hissed in disgust as they saw his face.

"You are one ugly mo-" Zell-oah was about to say, before a loud guttural hiss cut her off. I turned my gaze back up and saw Jon with his claws around the one Predator's throat. He threw the Predator away, picked up his machete, and attacked. One of the Hunters tried to stab at him with his wristblades, but Jon caught his arm, twisted his arm around it, and broke it with a simple motion. Before the Predator even had time to scream, Jon grabbed him by the head and began crushing his head. Zell-oah ran, the others stood behind ,shocked by Jon's sudden resurrection. After a few seconds Jon gave a strange, guttural roar, and began slamming the yautja's head into the side of a wall. The repeated smashing left a big indent on the wall and the helpless yautja's face.

The other two tried to attack, but Jon cut at one, wounding her, before grabbing the other and quickly putting his smart disc through his neck ,which he used to dissect him. After spilling the yautja's viscera, Jon chased the remaining Hunter into the alley way, which she stupidly ran into. I saw him come back out with the female yautja in a net. I watched as he dragged her out before slamming her into the edge of a building. The kill was swift.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

Another scream arrested my attention. Beth and I took our eyes off of him for a second to see what it was. When we looked back he was gone.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

We found him on top of a building, putting his mask back on before disappearing like a ghost. I knew the yautja were fast and incredibly stealthy, but that was like teleportation.

Before long Beth and I met up with Ch'ris, Rachelle, and Sa-v'ar. I was stunned when I saw the army they had. It wasn't nearly as big as the bad bloods army, but with the combination of the marines, Task Force dissenters, yautja, and the fucking Drukathi, it was no wonder they were so successful. I also got the chance to finally meet Jon's adoptive father ,Hadrick. After exchanging some quick greetings, they provided me with armor and weapons.

This was it. This was my chance, not just to fix my mistake, but also my chance to tell Jon I was sorry. I doubted whether I'd get the chance to even get close to him, after everything Ch'ris and Rachelle had told me, that and whether he would accept it of course. I was still going to try though. I had to. It was only right that I apologized. I couldn't let it go like that, I wouldn't. I don't exactly remember my reasoning as to why ,the heat of the moment I guess, but I just had to.

After securing most of the colonists and yautja hostages, we attacked. The bad bloods and the Task Forces numbers gave them a heavy advantage against us, but after the precautions everyone had taken before the attack, we had some advantage of our own. We'd had the element of surprise, and due to Ch'ris and Rachelle's expert assassinations of most of Zell-oah's generals the bad blood army was disorganized. Of course we didn't just go into the fight and come out of it unscathed. We faced heavy casualties, both in yautja and in human forces. Even the Drukathi were beginning to drop. Despite this however, we were doing it. We were winning. But that wasn't the amazing part however.

Ch'ris and Rachelle had told me a lot about Jon. How he'd saved them, how they believed he'd came back from the dead, and how he had been able to slaughter whole armies with the Drukathi at his side. Of course all of that was nothing compared to seeing him do it. Occasionally our paths would cross and I'd watch him butcher entire rooms of enemies with the stealth and skill of a ninja, and the efficiency of a slasher villain on steriods.

I saw him drag two operatives into a river. Another operative came out to save them, before Jon burst out of the water and dragged him down too. I watched as he ,almost literally, materialized inside of a room, and gutted everyone inside. One of them, he shoved his face into an electrical box, before chucking out of a damn window! I saw the aftermath of a massacre he'd perpetrated inside of one building! Blood and body parts were everywhere, there had to have been at least one skinned body hanging in every room! Two young-bloods had been (doing you know what) before they'd both been impaled in bed! An OP had his lower jaw removed with the poll end of a fire axe, another had been stabbed in the throat from behind a steel wall, and one had the claw end of a hammer stuck in his skull! Heck one guy had been stabbed in the hand with a corkscrew, before getting smacked in the face with a cleaver!

I watched him ,literally, walk through a door, slaughter everyone inside and lift a nine and a half feet tall female up off the ground, break her back over his knee, and forcefully throwing her to the ground on her face, breaking her neck!

If all of that wasn't crazy enough, I watched as an operative and a couple of Hunters shot at him! One of them chucked a grenade at him causing a gasoline truck next to him to go off! Jon walked out of the flaming wreckage as if nothing had happened, before eviscerating them! Even for how many scars and bullet wounds he sustained in each of those fights, and even for how bad they were, he didn't give a single shit! He just shrugged each injury off as if it was nothing and kept on killing! He was a one man army! Even I began to believe he wasn't alive after I saw him do all of that!

And every time he'd just continue repeating that haunting chant.

"Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma"

After using his machete as a guillotine on a bad blood, we all converged in the center of New Hadley's.

"Mei-hswei!" Came a familiar masculine voice as he noticed Jon.

It was Bri-ci'all.

(Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma)

You're with your baby,

And you're parked alone on a summer night,

You're deep in love, but you're deeper in the woods,

You think you're doin' alright,

Did you hear that voice? Did you see that face?

Or was it just a dream?

This can't be real,

That only happens ,babe, on the movie screen,

OH, BUT HE'S BACK!

AND HE'S OUT OF CONTROL!

AND HE CRAWLED... OUT... OF... HIS... HOLE!

(Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma... Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma)

Oh, if you see him coming, get away if you can,

Just keep on running,

Run as fast as you can,

He's a dangerous dangerous man,

And he's out tonight,

And he's watching you,

And he knows your house,

(Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma)

No, don't turn out the lights...
