A quick two things to say to you all before I continue this story, for first thank you so much for the 3,140 views as of today when I check when I began typing this chapter, my first ever story written and posted here along with being a Land Before Time story, it means really a lot to me, the others didn't do such result but it's alright, the quote unquote closest to it is Chomper's true past at 884 views as of right now today, the second thing is that Baby Red Claw and Baby Sharptooth are getting replaced with their hatchling respective self, especially for Baby Red Claw's case because Baby Bowser which he takes the role of in this story speaks so it will then made more sense for him as an hatchling to speak rather than his baby self, along with this a surprise is coming so I hope you all like it... well two actually to be honest however I more than think you figure that one out when you mess with time =).

Chapter 5: Across in Time part 4

Writer: "We're rejoining Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike, Baby Ducky and Baby Spike to see how the beginning of this story so the end of their adventures trough the time flow ends for now"

Suprisingly enough with no way for any of them to explain it the mysterious hole did not disappear which the three hatchling dinosaurs noticed so Littlefoot asked this to his two friends here once he looked at them after looking at the mysterious hole.

Littlefoot: "Do you think the mysterious hole would bring us back us home if we get sucked in inside again?"

Ducky: "I do not think so Littlefoot since it is the one we came from"

Littlefoot: "'Looks back at the mysterious hole' Why does it's staying there then? I-I feel we should get sucked in"

Ducky: "Why?"

Littlefoot: "Because my heart says so and I listen to it like my mother told me to do" he said with a sad face.

Writer: "Nothing else needed to be said after for obvious reason, Littlefoot, Spike and Ducky made their way towards the time hole with Baby Ducky and Baby Spike on Spike's back and placed themselves in the center of the time hole before they are sucked in by it, however while it was surely leading back to the present it was actually leading back to the period Ducky and Spike left, but a little further back in the past"

Current period: Past at the beginning of the Land Before Time.

Writer: "Compared to all of the other times before when the mysterious hole spit them out instead of falling normally Littlefoot and Spike felled smoothly until they reach the ground, after looking around themselves for a bit they began to walk forward in this land, it seemed that sky water had felled here not long ago and the area or environement kind of looked like a swamp even though it wasn't, it was a particular special space and you are all about to find why as Littlefoot, Ducky and Spike continued exploring the area, especially when on the spot they were standing they saw a baby Longneck sleeping in his nest on the ground, Littlefoot then said this after he have looked at the baby Longneck for a moment after Spike quote unquote said this"

Spike: "'Whimper'"

Littlefoot: "'Looks around himself' This place-it's... it's like a memory from a sleep story"

Writer: "If you found out what I'm about to do with those last two lignes then wow you know your stuff but for those who didn't here comes the obligatory song segment"

Spike: "'Whimper'"

Littlefoot: "'Looks around himself' This place-it's... it's like a memory from a sleep story"

Littlefoot: "Dancing years, flying wings, things I almost remember, and a song someone sings, once upon a December"

Littlefoot: "Someone holds me safe and warm, Longnecks prance through a silver storm, figures dancing gracefully across my memory 'spins around himself once'"

Suddenly like a sky fire be heard explode coming from the sky the area explodes with the memories of Littlefoot, memories that were seen like the creatures they imagined in the song Imaginary, memories of him as a back as a baby interacting with either his mother, his grandpa, his grandma, both or the three of them at the same time all around them which definitely suprised Ducky and Spike, Spike even did his shocked face from Land Before Time XIV: Journey of the Brave.

Littlefoot: "Someone holds me safe and warm, Longnecks prance through a silver storm, figures dancing gracefully across my memory"

Littlefoot: "Far away, long ago, glowing dim as an ember, things my heart used to know, things it yearns to remember" he sang as he slowly turned around himself which could be seen as him performing a solo slow waltz as best he could compared to a slow waltz performed by two Humans, also at the first things sang one of the memories of Littlefoot's Mother he had as a baby walked closer to him.

The memory of Littlefoot's Mother offers her tail to her son which he accept by grabbing it with his own tail before they both begins to dance a slow waltz together as best as they could for both dinosaurs.

Littlefoot: "And a song someone sings"

The memory of Littlefoot's Mother: "'Leans her long neck and head down to kiss her son's forehead before she leaned back up'"

Writer: "Littlefoot then slowly let go of the hold he had on the memory of his Mother's tail even though he didn't want it for a second to end the song he finally remember after all this time since he forgot it back then as he was a baby, the song his own mother sang to him lots back then"

Littlefoot: "Once upon a Deceeeeeeeeeember"

Littlefoot: "... Mother"

Writer: "Littlefoot's floodgates were obviously fully opened and he began to cry like he cried back then when his mother died in front of him after one final discussion which turned out to be both an asking and a lesson at the same time and laid there on the ground right next to the nest of his baby self, this moment was about to be interrupted though and by I think you guessed it all since the song isn't exactly technically over so to say"

Littlefoot's Mother: "Hey!"

Littlefoot: "'Gasp'"

Littlefoot's Mother: "What are you doing in here?"

Littlefoot: "'Looks towards the familiar voice only for him to see his mother younger with his grandpa and his grandma looking also younger'"

Writer: "Littlefoot knew what he had to do and what he couldn't do even in a split second even though every fiber of his being told him not to, like his mother taught him he listen to his heart instead of his mind, and it was whispering for him to get out of there as fast as he could with his baby self on his back"

Littlefoot: "Sorry! 'Grabs Baby Littlefoot with his tail and puts him on his back' Coming through!"

Writer: "Him and Spike then bolted away... but not with Ducky saying one last thing as they began to ran as fast as they can which Littlefoot's Mother heard"

Ducky: "Hurry Littlefoot! Hurry!"

Littlefoot's Mother: "'Blinks twice in confusion upon hearing the name of the hatchling Longneck' Littlefoot?! What?!"

Writer: "Recovering from this after that her, her dad and her mom of course obviously ran after them since they just kidnapped the son of Littlefoot's Mother, fortunately do to the nonsense of the Land Before Time despite having much larger paws than them they never catch up to them in time to prevent what is going to happen"

Suddenly once again a slight tremor occured which provoked another mysterious hole to appear on the ground in a distance in front of Littlefoot, Ducky and Spike along with the rest on their respective back which was actually leading back to the the other mysterious hole that Ducky and Spike were spat out from and that the three of them got sucked in back to get here in the first place, though the three of them saw it so they went that way to escape their mad pursuers which once again with nonsense they reach and got sucked in, then the mysterious hole disappeared right as Littlefoot's Mother, Grandpa Longneck and Grandma Longneck arrived to it though the three definitely saw them got sucked in this strange hole... luck will be on her side because when time is messed like that things like what happened with Mr Threehorn's dad following Cera with his baby son Topps on his back and what is about to happen here.

Writer: "The three of them began to recover and register everything that just happened in such a short amount of time, Littlefoot's Mother had put her baby boy Littlefoot in his nest so that he could sleep and so that she could have a moment to spend with her papa and her mama, she soon wanted to check on him again only for them and her papa and her mama to see an hatchling Longneck that had striking resemblance to Littlefoot's Mother Bron right next to the nest of her precious Littlefoot with an hatchling Spiketail with an hatching Swimmer, a baby Swimmer and a baby Spiketail on it's back not far from the hatchling Longneck which let her shout out the hey from before"

Writer: "Then everything that just happened went through, and it went through so fast, why? She couldn't understand though she was trying as hard as she could while her parents saw the panic on her face and eyes coming fast, a strike of luck will be in her favor, I guess you could say it was thanks to be one of the two party that produce the protagonist of the Land Before Time, suddenly a storm of lightnings began to occur do to the mess with the time flow, then in the same spot where the time hole Littlefoot, Ducky and Spike along with the others appeared back, however since it was a different hole this one was leading somewhere than the place Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike and the others with them where lead, this one lead to the present, determination suddenly showed on Littlefoot's mother face before she said this to her papa and mama"

Littlefoot's Mother: "I'm going!"

Grandpa Longneck: "What are you saying dear?!"

Littlefoot's Mother: "You heard me right the first time Papa Longneck! I'm going wherever this strange hole *

leads because it leads to the one that kidnapped my dear sweet Littlefoot!"

Grandpa Longneck & Grandma Longneck: "'Looks at each other'"

Grandma Longneck: "'Looks back at her daughter' ... Go then" Grandpa Longneck: "'Looks back at her daughter'... 'Sigh of defeat' Very well, do as what you feel is right"

Grandpa Longneck: "And come back to us with Littlefoot please"

Grandma Longneck: "Yes, do come back to us with our precious dear"

Littlefoot's Mother: "I will! No matter what it takes and how long it takes me! This is a goodbye papa and mama, I swear it!"

Writer: "Littlefoot's Mother then place herself in the center of the time hole only to get sucked in a second later, after having saw that along with the mysterious hole disappearing Grandpa Longneck said this while looking back at his mate Grandma Longneck"

Grandpa Longneck: "'Sigh' Our daughter has always been curious... and to put on tantrums"

Grandma Longneck: "'Giggle' That you're right"

Grandpa Longneck & Grandma Longneck: "'Begins to laugh together'"

Writer: "Well I have the plot of this story to follow so why don't we go back to it now that everything I wanted to set has been set shall we?"

Littlefoot and Spike felled smoothly again until they reach the ground, suddenly the sounds of the mysterious hole spiting something or for this case someone is heard so they looked behind them to see none other than Shorty being spat out by the mysterious hole rather than smoothly.

Shorty: "Oof!" he said when he reach the ground.

Littlefoot: "'Gasp!' Shorty!"

Shorty shook his head to recover before he get back on his four paws, then he is brought back to speed by Littlefoot which explained everything they went through and showed him the evidence of it being true by showing him Baby Littlefoot on Littlefoot's back and Baby Ducky along with Baby Spike on Spike's back, so the group of four hatchlings and three babies continued their way towards the sounds of the attack which with no shock do to nonsense they didn't seem to get closer to it, and not only that they arrived at a fork in the road thus furthering the length.

Littlefoot: "'Begins to think' Hmm... what does my head say? 'looks towards the left' It said left... 'looks towards the right' but if I listen to my heart whisper and go to the right, maybe I could find... wherever is the way to go back to our home"

Littlefoot: "'Rolls his eyes' This is crazy... 'looks towards the sky' send me a sign! A hint... anything!"

Writer: "'Chuckle' Here we have a perfect moment of showing that Cera had rubbed on Littlefoot and the other way around, he wasn't the perfect protagonist anymore, now he is as a real person, well dinosaur as you can get which makes him be easier to see as you and get attached to him, that's how I see him anyway, also as you might it saw it coming another obligatory song section is nearing so strap in folks!"

Spike: "'Begins to play with Littlefoot'"

Littlefoot: "'Looks at Spike running around himself wanting to play' Hey! Hey-ey-ey, I don't have time to play around now okay Spike? I'm waiting for a sign"

Writer: "'Sigh' 'rolls his eyes' I really hate to see Spike acting like what his character has been based on, a dog, and in this case a prehistoric dog and trust me I really hate to type/write him like this but I got to do it"

Littlefoot: "'Begins to be annoyed by Spike's antics' Would you please leave me alon-"

Spike: "'Runs a litte bit away to the right path'"

Littlefoot: "Get back here!"

Spike: "'Wiggles his tail from side to side back and forth a couple of times showing he wanted Littlefoot to follow him'"

Littlefoot: "'Rolls his eyes' Oh great, Spike wants me to go to the right... 'realizes it is the sign he asked for' 'gasp'"

Spike: "'Grunt!' 'grunt!' 'grunt!'"

Littlefoot: "Okay, I can take a hint 'begins to walk on the right path'"

Spike: "'Grunt!'"

A slight refreshing wind blowing here is felt by the three hatchlings which seems to say to them come.

Spike: "'Grunt!' 'grunt!'"

Littlefoot: "Heart don't fail me now, courage don't desert me, don't turn back now that we're here"

Littlefoot: "People always say life is full of choices, no one ever mentions fear"

Littlefoot: "Or how the world can seem so vast, on a journey to the past"

A group of Longnecks passed next of them running away and fleeing in panic.

Littlefoot: "Somewhere down this road I know someone's waiting, years of dreams just can't be wrong"

Littlefoot: "Arms will open wide, we'll be safe and panted, finally home where we belong"

Littlefoot: "Well starting now I'm learning fast, 'looks behind him to look at Spike and does the same head movement he did back then at Ducky in Land Before Time to say to follow him' on this journey to the past"

Littlefoot: "'Looks behind back at Spike and saw him, Ducky and the rest of their family that weren't there like in the Imaginary song' Home, Love, Family, there was once a time I must have had them too"

Littlefoot: "'Looks back forward the path' Home, Love, Family, I will never be complete until I find you"

Littlefoot: "'Hops on his paws like he did with Ducky when she hummed don't step on a crack or you'll fall and break your back back at in Land Before Time' One step at a time, one hope, then another, who knows where this path may go"

Littlefoot: "'Looks at is back to look at Baby Littlefoot' Back to who I was, 'Looks back forward the path again' on to find my future, things my heart still needs to know"

Littlefoot: "Yes, let this be a sign, let this path be mine, 'spins around himself twice' let it lead me to my past, and bring me home at last!"

Spike: "'Grunt!' 'grunt!' 'grunt' 'pause' 'grunt!' 'grunt!' 'grunt!' 'grunt!'"

Writer: "As the song ended and the three hatchlings continued on the right path... that is the right path a small figure appeared behind them far and look at them without being spotted, the figure is revealed to be a Rainbow Face hatchling boy with lots of things on his body or around his body, too much to tell them all for now, as for who this Rainbow Face hatchling boy is, well..."

Writer: "'Sigh' It seems he doesn't see and understand he already found it back, 'shakes his head once to say no' it's a sad sight to see... welp, I should go back now"

Writer: "I then left to get back from wherever I came from"

From the land, the home from where the Time of Great Growing Flyer escaped only to be captured later on Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike and Shorty finally arrived in the entrance only to witness what one of the circular shadows they saw fly up pass them earlier which they were seeing as one of the thing it were, it was sure one of the strangiest and weirdest thing they ever saw with their respective eyes and in their respective life, only for them to see it shoot out a big circular purple ball from a place that opened from bellow the flying circular thing and when it reached the ground a loud boom was heard only for them to see the impact looking similar to what a flying rock would left once he crashed on the ground after it had flied falled in the sky.

Writer: "They continued to see and witness more of those flying circular things attacking mostly Longnecks but they were a couple of different kinds being attacked here as well like the Time of Great Growing Flyer from before, powerless to defend themselves after those mysterious assailants that were using a method of attack none of them knew how to respond to, Littlefoot, Spike and Shorty's paws didn't and couldn't move through this as they witnessed the one sided attack in favor of the assailants and were powerless, they didn't know what to do and what they could do to save, rescue and help anyone here since they had no experience with dealing with such a problem, witnessing a circular purple ball falling next to a grown-up Longneck which brought it to lose consciousness do to the impact, it falling on one of its side only for it to be captured it by sucking it slowly inside the flying circular thing by a traction beam, they then witness a grown-up Flyer also getting sucked in slowly inside another flying circular thing, suddenly all the flying circular things left by flying away from this land, this home seemingly done with it, one sound were left after their departure and the place was now silent like the Mysterious Beyond, movements came back on the paws of Littlefoot, Spike and Shorty, determinated with determination showing on his face Littlefoot perks up his friends and his adoptive older brother to search for anyone they have left here or didn't capture because they didn't see because they have hide from them or escape them"

During their exploration Littlefoot, Spike and Shorty found three tree stars that Littlefoot grabbed with his tail and put in his special, then at the place they were currently searching they suddenly heard this.

?: "Mrrrrrrf... mmmph..."

Shorty: "'Looks around himself to find the sounds he and the others just heard' That sounds like the sounds of someon stuck'"

Littlefoot: "'Looks around himself' Where is he or her? I don't see it!"

Spike: "'Grunt!' 'grunt!' 'grunt!'"

Ducky: "Spike founded it! He did, he did!"

Shorty: "'Looks at Littlefoot' Well, it looks like Spike found it before we did"

Littlefoot: "'Looks at Shorty' It's sure looks like he did 'chuckle'"

Littlefoot and Shorty then followed the grunts of Spike that leads them to the person that were doing the sounds, it turns out that it was an elderly Longneck that had his long neck and head stuck in a tree trunk that he and the tree trunk were laying on the ground, for them it looked like that this elderly Longneck that was a male tried to hide himself as best as he could do to his size but ending stuck as a situation.

Elderly male Longneck: "Is... anybody there? Hello? What happened to those awful creepy things? Are they gone?"

Littlefoot: "They left yes, who are you?"

Elderly male Longneck: "Me? I'm the leader of this land, our home, nice to not see you!"

Elderly male Longneck Leader: "I was trying to hide from those creepy things and their weird circular flying things and got stuck... there must be a way out... that doesn't involve dieting"

Shorty: "'Chuckle' That sounds like something Spike would say if he could talk"

Ducky: "Spike can talk! But Spike can talk when he wants to, yep, yep, yep"

Littlefoot: "'Thinks' Hmm... the only way I can see that we help you get that of there is either we manage to pull your long neck and head out from this tree trunk, we might be just enough and strong enough Spike, Shorty and I or we manage to break it somehow"

Elderly male Longneck Leader: "I-I prefer the first option because you might hurt me by accident with the second plan with what I figured you pushing a big enough rock and make it fall on in to break completely"

Littlefoot: "'Looks at Spike' You will have to pull with all your might Spike, and us as well"

Writer: "So Littlefoot, Spike and Shorty then positioned themselves to pull out the Elderly male Longneck Leader and thanks to unrealism and nonsense they managed to pull it through and pull out the long neck and head of the Elderly male Longneck Leader which made a sloop sound, now free he gest back on his four paws then said this.

Elderly male Longneck Leader: "Ho ho! Safe at last! 'leans his long neck and head down to look at Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike, Shorty and the babies' You're stronger than you look like for hatchlings, thanks for the help kiddos! Now sorry to leave you alone here but I must see the state the state of our land and home that I lead along with finding anyone that managed to escape from those creepy things and their weird circular flying things so goodbye and good day to you my savors"

Littlefoot, Ducky, Shorty: "Goodbye!" Ducky waves one of her hands at him to say goodbye to him as he leaves them. Spike: "'Grunt!'"

Several seconds later after Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike and Shorty stayed where they were.

Elderly male Longneck Leader: "'Screams! HEEEEEELP!"

Writer: "Upon hearing that Littlefoot, Spike and Shorty rushed and ran towards the sounds of the leader they heard scream along with his shout for help, only for them once upon arriving to witness that three weird circular flying things came back but not alone however, the came with creepy purple beings but compared to those they fought before they were bigger but still not bigger than the green creepy being Littlefoot fought, as a comparison they were between the two in terms of size so right in the middle, not only that but what scared Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike and Shorty the most about those new different creepy beings were that they had two arms like the green being with two fingers with a claw at the end of each like it, powerless again they witness the leader get captured by a weird circular flying thing by being sucked in slowly inside the flying circular thing by a traction beam, when the three weird circular flying things left again by flying away Littlefoot and Shorty shouted for them to come back, though unfortunately for them it perks the three middle dark purple creepy beings left here to notice them, and they began to speak in a tongue than none of them nor Chomper could understand and translate because it was neither Leaf Eater nor Sharptooth's language"

First middle dark purple creepy being: "µ%§...?"

Second middle dark purple creepy being: "µ%§...?"

Third middle dark purple creepy being: "µ%!"

Shorty: "'Looks at Littlefoot and Spike in front of him' Get ready for a fight you two! They're coming!"

Littlefoot: "Let's go" Spike: "'Grunt'"

First middle dark purple creepy being: "'Pulls out a remote controller from who knows where and pressed one button on it which calls out a weird circular flying thing which stopped and position itself up in the sky so that right bellow it are Littlefoot with Baby Littlefoot on his back, Spike with Ducky, Baby Ducky and Baby Spike on his back and Shorty, it thens opens bellow and a big screen left this opening then shows the number 3 on it"

Writer: "And so Littlefoot and Spike fought the three middle dark purple creepy beings for three turns, even managing to beat and defeat one of them however at the end it was for not because when the screen showing the number three became zero the big screen gets back inside the weird circular flying thing only to be replaced by an enourmous purple ball that is shot towards, with no way to escape it they take it full force though they were quick and smart enough to throw Baby Littlefoot away for Littlefoot and Baby Ducky and Baby Spike for Spike, even though they were only hit by the shockwave of the impact it was still obviously enougg to make them faint to unconsciousness, and it was the same for Littlefoot, Shorty, Spike and Ducky fortunately, they weren't because thankfully and fortunately enough for them their plot armor is really tough do to being main characters and one of them being the protagonist aside for Shorty who is a secondary character however he can thank his younger adoptive brother for saving his scaly hide"

Writer: "Is this finally the end of the adventure for Littlefoot, Ducky, Spike and Shorty? What the middle creepy dark purple beings are going to do to them now? Find out in the next chapter of Littlefoot & Friend: Across in Time"

Writer: "Fun fact about me I had always being annoyed by Anastasia after having watched it the first time without knowing that Don Bluth worked on it with Gary Goldmann so way before I saw We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story and way way back before finding out about Land Before Time because my older sister was listening over and over then from time to time later always next to me so that I could hear it to the French version of Once upon a December, now however that I know it I appreciate it and therefore immune to the annoyance so jokes on her mwahaha! =)"
