Olivia was standing by the window, staring out at the darkness as she folded her arms, feeling a chill creeping over her back. Moments later she heard the door opening and closing again, turning slowly she saw Don putting two cups of tea down on the small table in the middle of the room.
"The nurse said she will be in in a few moments to give us an update." He said while walking over to her and slipped of his jacket "Here.. put this on." He said holding up his jacket for her to slip on.
"No, it's okay." She answered while shaking her head and turned back to the window.
"Liv, I can see that you're cold.. please put it on?" He said and watched her slowly turn her head to the side "Please?" He asked softly and watched as seconds later she dropped her arms "Thank you." He said while stepping closer and helped her on with his jacket. "I brought you some tea." He said and watched as she turned to him.
"Thank you." She answered and made her way over to the chair where Liz was sitting, followed by Don.
He stood and watched as she sat down while taking her cup, taking a couple sips before sitting back. Taking hold of his cup, Don sat down beside her as she wrapped her hands around her cup, gently placing it down on her lap as she just stared at it "He will be okay, you'll see." He said and looked at her as she looked up at him.
"What if he's not?" Liv asked "I can't lose him Don and Noah can't lose him either, and seeing him that way..." She said while shaking her head a little and looked at her cup "He's not been himself I think he hates working at the rubbish law firm".
"Yeah, I noticed that Don said" Liv says" he has acting different, I told him to speak to his boss and sort it out." Shrugging, she shook her head "I don't know."
Don was just about to say something when the door opened, causing them both to look to see who it was.
She looked at the Doctor as they both stood up "How is he?" She asked.
"He is doing much better." Dr Lewis said, nodding. "We ran some tests and found that he had a panic attack." He said while looking down at the notes before looking back up at them "He told me he had been feeling stressed lately, with everything going on. I told him he needs to take it easy."
"Okay, thank you, Dr." Liv said, trying to take in what he just said.
"He's asking to see you, would you like me to show you to his room?" He asked.
"Um..." She started as both the Dr and Don looked at her "Give me a moment, will you?" She asked.
"Of course, I will be outside waiting.." He smiled and looked at Don "Take your time." He said looking back at Liv before leaving.
