Prologue

So the title says it all, this is my first story and I do want constructive criticism. I don't want to see any "Bad Story/Plot/Grammar for X reason" with nothing I could do to change anything

I will post my CYOA stuff at the end of the chapter

I also don't own Worm or Ward nor do I want to. Wildbow did a fantastic job.

Now let's get this show on a road.

So I would say stop me if you've heard this one but… Anyway a friend and I filled out a Worm CYOA for fun and all, you know, like normal people not expecting to get dropped into Worm. The problem is that we chose different years of entry. I arrived in summer of '09 and my friend, well we will get to that. So before we start where the story starts off, The Locker, I'm gonna give a general overview of what I tried to do until then.

When I first woke up it was in a body that was definitely not my original, like at all. When filling out the CYOA I marked off Case 53, but with a Warrior Shard. So during the influx of new memories that I assume was my Trigger Event I physically changed, no secret identity for me I guess. Speaking of identity, my new name is apparently Fionn Murphy and as I now look like some sort of genetic freak I suppose I should elaborate on what I look like. I am tall almost (7feet 11inches), elven, Have long brown hair, star like pupils, and have long thin limbs sorta like Leviathan.

Now when filling out this character creator, I know I keep bringing it up, I made sure I would have ample time to attempt to change the story. And went hard on trying to make my character, now me, as OP as possible. So I triggered as a Tinker with some other neat things that we will get to soon. On the down side I took almost all of the debuffs, like Endbringer Target, and generally prepared for a bad time. But in the meantime I prepared for Ziz's attack on Madison.

Now as you might be wondering, shouldn't I prepare for an attack wherever I ended up? Generally yes but I have two special OP perks, The first is Blindspot and the second is All Seeing Precognition, so I had that covered for the most part. My Tinker power is what I focused on mainly for the first six months trying to get a functioning teleporter to get to Madison and back. So when I got to Madison was where my first fuckup was. See i filled out the CYOA i had a specific character idea in mind and that was to make one of the One-Hundred Handed Ones. So i show up and basically said:

"Hey, I'm here to help, don't attack me. I'm gonna transform into something immune to the scream and big enough to fight Ziz."

That didn't go over so well. I got attacked by the Heroes while trying to fight Ziz, because for another power I took (Changer) Endbringer with the second trigger, which makes my powers work outside of Endbringer form, with titan and telekinesis. I was assigned the name Hecatoncheires because that was what my form looked like.

After that fuckup I went back to Brockton which I forgot to mention is where I "woke up", started to build up my arsenal, and prepared to save Taylor. Of the things I did before the official story start I freed Dragon, because Tinker revolution means I can access all tinker trees. Next I upgraded my own AI which named itself Sasha. Then I made another AI named Charlemagne. He's very formal but they all have pillars they were based around; Be for others and protect the innocent.

As a hero I call myself Aegeon, one of the Hecatoncheires because it is just a coincidence I promise. In light of me doing that I made ninety-eight mechanized hands and ninety-eight mechanized eyes. The hands are modular so they can reconfigure into what I need at the time, either guns or restraints or a bigger hand. Also they fly. The eyes also fly and through an implant I can control both the eyes and the hands. I can see through the eyes and they can fire taser lasers.

Other than that I made tech that I sold to Dragon without the black boxes, Because Tinker Revolution, for the PRT. In my opinion the canon PRT was pretty useless, so I made what is essentially a power rangers morpher. It gives them enhanced strength, durability, and speed. Much like its origin it also comes with a variety of weapons included. Outside of that I made a bit more to prepare for the arrival of my friend. Because as I neglected to mention I have two geas on me. The first is to save Taylor either from the locker or just in general, and the second was to save the worlds. Vague but I can work with that. See as part of the CYOA I took Taylor as a companion, what that translated to was I knew her before the start so convincing her that I was who I said I was without giving my memories of who I was before coming to Worm wasn't that hard. I tried to be a friend for her all throughout high school and still somehow didn't stop The Locker from happening. And that is where my best friend from what I will call "The Before'' found me.

So this is the updated version but not the complete version of the prologue, we are doing this in parts for reasons that are silly
