A million million light-years from the Milky Way was the Alteran starship Destiny at FTL. This ship was launched from Earth sixty million years ago after the Alterans discovered a message in the relic radiation that was launched when the universe was born. And that report testified to the intelligent life at the beginning of the universe.
And so the Alterans began building the reconnaissance ship Destiny, which would find out where the signal started and what caused it. And if, at the beginning of all time and the universe, the life that caused this signal was intelligent.
And so they spent two generations building this ship to find out the secret. When the ship was new and flew out of the space docks, it was equipped with the most advanced Alteran technology of the time.
It was equipped with FTL for speed higher than speed and under light engines for propulsion in space. It is powered by solar energy, which it obtains from the stars themselves from the solar collectors it has on its wings, and it obtains solar energy by immersing itself in the star corona and gaining energy there. It was equipped with yellow energy shields and energy weapons, which are divided into main weapons batteries and anti-charge batteries. It was equipped with the most advanced sensor they had at the time. Artificial intelligence has also been installed in it, which controls the ship when there is no crew. An add-on was three shuttles that were installed on her fuselage. The crew was to consist of up to seven ten thousand Alterans, although thanks to artificial intelligence it did not have to have any crew.
Other technologies were communication systems, Alteran databases, cinema dispensers (Alteran probes), cryo pods and the first generation of the Stargate.
But it also had a more powerful weapon, called the main canon mounted on the underside of the hull, and it is designed to destroy the motherships.
Before Destiny was launched on her long mission, construction ships were launched in front of her, building star gates on various planets in various galaxies and placing them on the planet, and building plans for Destiny, which they then send to Destiny.
When Destiny was finally finished, all that remained was to choose the captain of this ship. The captain of the ship eventually became Jyllus, son of the Emperor of the Alteran Empire. He wanted to get out of his father's shadow, and this mission could give it to him. And so he was introduced to the cryo chambers and frozen there, knowing that the crew would wake him when he arrived, or he would be awakened by Destiny's artificial intelligence when his cryo chamber was damaged.
The crew was scheduled to come to Destiny when it was in its 30 galaxy.
When everything was planned, Destiny flew out of the space dock, and set out in search of the mystery of the beginning of the universe.
And so Destiny sailed the Milky Way for several decades, until she left it and went further into space. Beyond its journey, it has surpassed thirty galaxies in fifty million years, and has finally been in its thirtieth galaxy when the crew should arrive. But no one came when she was in the galaxy, or when she signaled that she was there. And so, after one million years in one galaxy, and the crew did not arrive, they set out on their journey. And so the captain remained in stasis, because he was to be awakened by the crew or artificial intelligence if the cryochamber was damaged. But neither happened, the crew didn't wake him, and artificial intelligence couldn't wake him until necessary. And so he remained asleep.
This was another nine million years, and several thousand years. But suddenly the cryo chamber it contained damaged the captain, and Destiny began the awakening process. And so it happened that after sixty million years, the last son of the Alteran emperor awoke to restore the Alteran empire.
The unknown galaxy / Destiny / cryo chamber / Year on Earth is 1900
The cryoch chamber it contains opened its captain slowly and released its occupants after almost sixty million years in stasis.
Jyllus came out of the stasis chamber, and immediately fell to his knees, vomiting his entrails out. When he recovered from the cryo's sleep, he looked around, and when he saw that there was no Alteran around him, he was confused and asked the artificial Destiny.
"Destiny, who woke me up?" Jyllus asked as he fully recovered.
A holographic projection of Destiny's artificial intelligence appeared in front of Jallus. The hologram was designed by Ereano, it was the Alteran woman who designed the Destiny.
"I woke you up because your cryo chamber was damaged," Destiny said.
"How long have I been in stasis, and what kind of galaxy are we in?" Jyllus asked.
"We're in 36 galaxies, and you've been in stasis for almost sixty million years, plus several thousand years," Destiny replied, confusing him.
"What do you mean in the 36th galaxy where the crew is. It was supposed to come in the 30th galaxy?" Jyllus asked, confused.
"The crew in the 30th galaxy did not arrive, I waited there for one million years, and when no one arrived, I sailed the universe. And because of my programming, I could not wake you until your cryochamber was damaged," Destiny replied.
"Do you know why the crew didn't come?" Jyllus asked.
"No, I don't know. But dosI was melting signals from Avalon (the name of the Alterans for the Milky Way), but since it can only open your code, I couldn't open it, "Destiny replied.
"Where are the signals?" Jyllus asked.
"In the database of ships accessible on the bridge," Destiny replied.
"Okay, I'm going there," Jyllus said, getting up and walking down several corridors until he reached the door that separated him from the bridge. He entered his code, and the bridge door opened, and he entered the bridge and sat in a chair, and began to open the database, looking for the messages. He found them a few minutes later and there were over a hundred of them in total, and they are being sent after one million years. But in the end, after about 50 messages, it came after one thousand years. So he entered his command code, and began opening it one by one.
He learned things from the messages that pleased him, but the last messages made him very angry and he was sad.
From the first message, which was sent a few years after he left, he learned that his brother had married the love of his life, Ovathi.
In the second message, which was sent a few months later the first, he watched the birth of his brother's child. And he named him after him.
Other reports were of the expansion of his family, the coronation of his brother as another emperor, after our death. His sister's wedding and other births of his sister and also of his brother's wife. But then he learned from the news that his sister's lines had perished, and so he and his brother's lines remained heirs to the throne.
The message tone changed after 50 messages. The 51 report mentioned a virus that had begun to spread across all the planets of their empire. The mortality rate was one hundred percent, and so far no cure has been reported.
The disease had three weights. The first stage is weakness and high fever. The second phase is the disorientation or collapse of the host, which the virus does by destroying the kidneys. And the third phase is death.
Since then, the disease has been reported all the time. How the virus infects other planets in the empire, and how it approaches Terra (Alteran name of the Earth). The reports also theorize where the virus came from, because biologists agreed that the virus could not have formed naturally. Because it seemed to be designed mainly for killing Alterans.
The first theory was that it was a weapon designed by their brothers, which they left in their home galaxy. Where there is a place for civil war, the Alterans prefer to leave and leave the Ori in their home galaxy.
The second theory was that the virus was created by an unknown faction, and waited for the Alterans to weaken and then strike, and occupy their entire empire.
And the third was that it was a normal disease created by evolution, and no other party intervened.
But even so, the disease was terrible. So it wasn't possible to go aboard Destiny, because they were packing out that Jyllus would be infected with the disease.
The latest reports were of Alteran's three-billion billion population being reduced to just ten million, and no cure had yet been found. And so the last Alterans devised a plan to save the rest of their people, and eradicate the plague. And so they began to build a super weapon, and prepare the city ship Atlantis for the voyage, to the satellite galaxy Avalon.
The weapon decomposed all living organisms into basic atoms, and then the same weapon can again spread life throughout the galaxy.
The last message was that they were leaving Avalon and that the weapon had been activated, and that the plague had disappeared from the galaxy.
Then the message closed, and he looked at the database again.
"Was that all?" Jyllus asked.
"No, I received one more message, but it was stored in personal messages," Destiny replied, so Jyllus looked at his personal messages and saw another message, so he opened it.
A man appeared on the screen, his brother's brown eyes but blond hair.
"Hi, you probably don't know me. But your brother was my many-time grandfather, and I'm the current Alteran Emperor. But I know very well that I will die soon because I caught the disease. And I don't have much time, and when I die, you you will remain the last heir to the Alteran throne, and because I will need to get home, and that is why I am sending you technical plans for the propulsion we invented a few years ago, and that propulsion is called the black hole propulsion. Thanks to this drive, you can only do it for a few minutes, and I'm also sending you the coordinates of the repository of our knowledge that we built on the planet, and where all our knowledge and technology that we've been in for sixty million years are stored. "he said and the connection was lost, and he looked at the database again.
Jyllus stared at the screen, still trying to digest that his brother and sister's line was over. And that he is the last heir to the Alterian Empire.
"Captain, I'm presenting a technical plan for the propulsion and coordinates of a planet with a repository of knowledge," Destiny said.
"Thank you Destiny," Jyllus said, moving to the captain's chair. "But first a few things, what is the damage to the ship?" Jyllus asked.
"The ship's energy supply and power plant are operating at forty original capacity. Ship's weapons operate at fifty percent. Hull breaches are at thirty percent, and twenty percent of the ship is without air. Of the tenonly one repair drone works. Life support works at thirty percent, and it's still declining. There are other problems, but these are the main ones, "Destiny replied.
"How long would it take to fix all the problems and then install a new drive?" Jyllus asked.
"It would take about one standard year to repair and install the new drive. But first I would need to extract all the necessary raw materials, because we don't have any raw materials on board. So about two years," Destiny replied.
"Okay, so find a habitable planet near us that has all the minerals it needs," Jyllus said.
"Order accepted," Destiny said, joining her database of habitable planets near her. A few seconds later, she found it and said, "In my records, which I obtained, from construction ships, I found the perfect planet for our use. In my computer, the system is labeled MP-159, and the planet itself is labeled MP- 159." 3. The planet is located in five planetary systems and, together with other planets, orbits a G-class star. and seventy percent of the surface is covered by a vast ocean, and the remaining thirty percent is a continent. system in one hour "Destiny completed her presentation.
"Yes, that will be enough. Get directions towards that system," Jyllus said.
"Order, accepted. Direction is changing," Destiny said, and Destiny turned in the FTL and flew toward the system.
System MP-159 / On a high orbit expensive around the habitable planet MP-3 / O one hour later
In one hour, the FPL window opened in orbit around MP-3 and Destiny fell out of it, placing itself in the planet's high orbit.
Jyllus sat in the captain's chair, reading reports of a damaged system on the ship and also wondering what he would do next.
Destiny's voice brought him out of his thoughts.
"Captain, we are in the orbit of a habitable planet," Destiny announced.
"Okay, what's the energy level?" Jyllus asked.
"Before I broke you, I had just conquered, so we are forty-nine percent," Destiny replied.
"I understand, will it last until we fix all the systems and install a new drive?" Jyllus asked.
"Yes, if we shut down all systems and leave only the important systems we need to repair on, it will last two years," Destiny replied.
"All right, then go to the landing," Jyllus replied, and Destiny nodded and disappeared from the bridge. A few seconds later, Destiny began to descend to the planet. When it was in the middle of the atmosphere, the flames began to glow over the shields, and the strength of the shields began to decline. But the flames began to settle and came to a complete halt as the land approached for landing. And then, Destiny landed beautifully on the mainland.
