"For this whole month, you'll be going through a series of hardcore exercises to train your muscles and your mind as well, especially in the event of losing your wand. Now, you're all going to run 10 laps each before we fully start."

Their coach, Senior Curse breaker Thompson barked.

Ginny groaned. This was going to be one hell of a month.

August 17

"Thank God the weekends start tomorrow and we have a break!"

Darren whined as he massaged his neck in pain.

"Hey! How about a get together? Maybe at a muggle bar or something? Just to hang out and know each other better!"

Angela said excitedly.

David huffed as he closed his own locker.

"A muggle bar? Why in Merlin's name would we even want to go there??"

Darren turned to him incredulously.

"You really haven't been to one before?! Geez man. Muggles sure do know how to party! And they have great food too!"

Ginny and Josh both sighed. One thing they knew so much about Darren. He was a lover of food. Ginny even wondered why he wasn't a chef or something.

"Well, I'm in!"

Ginny said enthusiastically and Angela clapped enthusiastically.

"Great! That's 3 out of 5! What say you Josh?"

Josh looked up from a mini-tome he was going through and shrugged.

"Um… I don't know I mean, I have this convention that I have to be at and—"

"Oh lighten up nerd pants! It's only for a night! Have fun for a living!"

Josh turned to glare at Darren who was sucking on a chocolate frog.

"Git"

"Well whatever. I have somewhere to be. Mail me wherever you all choose and I'll think of making it."

David said as he stood up and walked out. Angela shook her head.

"That guy! Maybe he's still disgruntled cause we voted you team leader Ginny."

Ginny shook her head.

"Alright guys… which bar should we all go to?"

Ginny dusted her foundation around her face and smiled at a job well done. Her face was done with silver eye shadow and dark red lipstick.

She wore a silver spaghetti strapped loose top with a quite open back and black tight leather trousers and black stiletto heels that might quite possibly hurt her later into the night but she didn't care.

She wore silver large hooped earrings and clutched her purse and sprayed her perfume.

Walking into the living room, she saw Luna cuddled up on the sofa, a mug of hot cocoa in her hands as she watched a cartoon on t.v.

"Hey Luna… No plans this night?"

Luna looked up at Ginny.

"No. Draco's busy with Lord stuff, my hunt for Nargles also isn't until September time. I see you're ready to go out"

Ginny smiled as she twirled around.

"Yeah, me and the gang decided on a cool muggle pub in uptown muggle London. Apparently Darren's got some pull and knows the manager. Don't wait up."

Ginny winks.

"Hmm…talked to Blaise yet?"

Ginny immediately froze up and her heartbeat quickened. She hadn't spoken to him since…that night.

She took a deep breath.

"No. I'll see you later though bestie. Bye!"

And she was out the door and out on the streets, people passed her by, shops open and the 7pm London air was quite delightful.

She didn't mean to just walk out on Luna like that, but… any mention of Blaise nowadays put her on edge. It'd been over 2 weeks since she'd talked to him or even written him. She was scared he was still angry with her. Daphne had written her 2 days earlier during her honeymoon that they met up with Blaise and the others in the Bahamas. He seemed to be distracted. She tried to convince Ginny to write him, but Ginny had always been a bit of a stubborn head. Also she was being stupidly meek! Scared that he'd decide to leave her. He'd after all called her immature anyways.

Snapping out of her thoughts, she decided to try and have fun with her new friends today. After all, they needed to know each other more, communicate more too, so they'd be able to perform better at their next task. The heavyweight exercises they'd been doing had seriously done wonders to her body. Her shape was getting even more defined and her laps in her leather trousers were definitely turning eyes. Her backless spaghetti strapped top showed off a milky spotless back. Too bad the person she wanted to spend her evening with wasn't there with her.

Did he even miss her??

Stop thinking too much Ginevra Weasley!

She quickly apparated in a darkened alley to uptown London and near the bar where they'd all be meeting outside together.

The gang was already there. Angela was dressed in a white strapless thigh length gown that clung to her body and silver ball earrings. One thing Ginny had learn about her was she loved fashion.

She wore a pair of silver open toed heels. Darren wore dark blue jeans and a black tee shirt and dragon hide black boots. He was actually quite tall too, at 5'10. Josh was 5'8, like the girls. He dressed quite casually, in black long-sleeved round neck top and light brown trousers with brown shoes. David dressed all prim like the purebloods git he appeared to be. A navy blue v neck short sleeve shirt that accentuated his muscles nicely, white jeans and a long-sleeved knee length acromantula silk black jacket and black boots.

Darren waved excitedly when he spotted her.

"Ginny! There you are! Looking good!"

He whistled and Ginny good naturedly twirled around for them. She missed the appreciative look David gave when she did that. Angela squealed and hugged her while Josh waved shyly.

"Okay! In we go guys!"

The club was an expensive looking one, they realized as they walked in. The first floor was all dancefloor, with multiple colored lights on the floor patterns. Tables and chairs were arranged in corners like booths and a large bar with stools at the front. Lights of different colors filtered from up down and loud beats came from the dinner on stage. The second floor up , there was a square rimmed verandah and up was possibly the VIP section.

"Okay guys! How about Angela and I go order drinks and the rest of you choose an empty booth!"

We did just that, settling, Josh looking around awkwardly.

The music boomed loudly and Ginny looked around curiously at the muggles as they danced, drank and had fun like they had no troubles whatsoever.

Angela and Darren returned once more, with drinks.

"Okay! So the martinis are for Ginny and I"

Angela said, placing the glass near Ginny who grabbed it, staring at in interestedly. She'd had her fair share of beer, even some where kept at the house for the 2 roommates.

"Two margaritas for David and I, and then a mimosa for the lady."

Darren winked at Josh who scowled at him and Ginny and Angela chuckled.

As they settled down, Angela cleared her throat.

"Okay… Before we drink, here's to our first hangout and many more to come!"

She squealed, raising her drink and Darren and Ginny eagerly raising theirs, Josh doing so reluctantly and David scoffing.

"Oh come on pretty boy! It's just one night. Be human"

Ginny joked, raising an eyebrow as he scowled and Darren barked out a laugh as he raised his and they all clinked their glasses.

As they drank, an upbeat came up and Angela squealed.

"Ooh! I love this song! Come on guys!"

Angela was an half-blood. She'd mentioned that before.

"You don't need to tell me twice"

Darren said as he munched some cheese and crackers before rushing into the crowd.

Angela dragged Ginny and a reluctant Josh into the crowd.

Ginny soon got the hang of the song and became immersed in the song.

"Ooh! I'm thirsty!"

Angela made a gesture to a passing server who nodded.

"Don't ever drag me there!"

Josh said. Ginny let out an involuntary giggle. Okay, maybe she was a bit drunk. Most of them already had at least 5 different drinks each. Well except Josh who only had his first one, and it was just a sip. David had 3 then stopped.

"Well then! Scaredy pants, I think someone's been giving me the eyes"

She winked back at the guy on the dance floor who was staring at her and she went away, not noticing Josh's downtrodden face.

Josh sighed and stood up.

"Well, I think it's time for me to go… I'll see you guys Monday"

Ginny giggled as she saw Darren between 2 girls, grinding against each other and then he made out with the one in front of him and then turned and did the same with the one behind him.

"Ugh!"

David said, his face twisted in disgust.

Ginny giggled again as she drank her drink again.

"Should you still be drinking? You look like you've had enough."

David said as he stared at her, eyebrow raised.

She shook her head stubbornly.

"No! I'm just starting!"

She stood up and immediately staggered but David caught her and she stared at him, before smiling and patting his cheek.

"How nice. You're nice David. Did you know?"

David snorted before he grabbed her purse and steadied her, helping her out the club.

"Lets get you home"

"Home? No way! I'm having funnnn"

She whined and David scoffed, a small smile on his face.

"Sure… you can do that tomorrow"

"Sure then. You know you're really nice… you remind me of someone too!"

She said, deep in thought.

"I'm sure. Now, hold on… I'm going to call the knight bus to take us home. Do you think you can remember where you leave?"

"Of course I do! What do you take me for?"

She says angrily before telling him the address and immediately falling unconscious. Moving to carry her bridal style, David chuckled as he stared at her sleeping face and how peaceful she looked and a small smile appeared on his face.

"You're not that bad Weasley."

He said, as he flagged down the knight bus.

Another week passed again and it was soon Friday. 25th to be precise.

"So Ginny! How are we celebrating your birthday girl?!"

Darren said doing a jig and Ginny laughed, covering her mouth. Yes, her birthday was tomorrow. Too bad Blaise wouldn't be there, she sadly thought.

"Ow, well I'm not going to celebrate it"

She said, hiding a mischievous face.

"what?!?!"

Darren replied, shocked out of his senses.

"Why not?"

Angela asked curiously.

"Guys… I'm not celebrating it, but my family definitely is. My mum wants to use it as an excuse for a family gathering of sorts. I'd have invited you, but knowing my mother, she'd just blow it up to proportions."

Angela pouted.

"Aw! Well okay then. But the next one must definitely be a party!"

Ginny laughed and nodded as she said goodbye to her friends, missing the hesitant look on David's face.

Ginny sighed as the hot water poured down her bruised skin that evening and her hair became cleaner from the days practice.

Tomorrow, she'd be turning the big 18. She wondered if she'd feel any different but shrugged it away. It would just be like any other birthday to be honest. Although, she'd thought this one would be different, what with having a boyfriend whom she adored and seemed to adore her back. Now though… she wasn't so sure anymore.

"Ginny!!! You have a visitor!"

Luna sang out the sentence, sounding surprisingly excited.

Furrowing her eyebrows, Ginny switched off the shower and wrapped herself in her white fluffy towel. Rushing into her room to quickly put something on and head to the living room, she froze at the sight of someone she thought she wouldn't see for quite a while.

He looked utterly breathtaking to her. His hair was a bit longer than it previously was, falling into his eyes and his skin was actually a bit tanned. He was dressed in a simple grey skin tight cardigan that accentuated his muscles and dark jeans with black leather boots and a black leather knee length jacket.

He also stared back at her with such intensity that Ginny felt herself shiver as his eyes worked it's way up and down her body.

It was silent for a while before he broke it.

"You look beautiful…"

He said softly, and that was all Ginny needed as she felt her tear ducts become heavier and she ran into him, slamming herself as if trying to merge them as one and as she felt his arms eagerly hug her back, she felt herself murmuring apologies over and over again.

His chest reverberated with his slight chuckle and he pressed a soft kiss on her forehead with relief.

"It's okay. And I believe I need to apologize to you as well"

Looking up at Blaise, confused and teary eyed.

"But I was the one who—"

"We both made mistakes, yes. But, even I was to realize that no one would like it if their partner was spending time with their ex, or someone they slept with, even if just as friends. My mother practically beat that sentence into my head when I got back a week ago."

Ginny giggled quietly as she imagined Esme reaching up and slapping a normally cold Blaise across the head before frowning.

"A week? But, I thought you'd be spending time with your friends?"

Blaise hummed as he brushed through Ginny's drying hair with his hand and Ginny's eyes filtered close at the administration.

"I was, and it was great, especially with the guys, but then Corinna arrived after a week and became quite unbearable. The guys understood why I left. I'm sorry love…"

He muttered, his eyes genuinely soft as he stared into Ginny's eyes and Ginny felt her insides turn to mush before standing on her tip toes, her hands going around his neck, and pressing a soft but heated kiss on his lips which he leaned into, his arms on her waist.

"I'm sorry too…"

Ginny beamed at him before biting her lip which her zeroed in on and she spoke slyly.

"Now that that's over with… I've missed you so much. And I know you missed me too. So, how about rechristening the bed, the right way this time?"

His cerulean blue eyes darkened and Ginny felt her heartbeat quicken.

"Well… that I agree"

And as they both fell into the bed, Ginny felt herself content for the first time in a while.

"So they're back together?"

Draco asked Luna as he took her out that evening to an expensive dinner in one of the top wizarding restaurants in Britain.

Luna smiled as they walked in to the restaurant.

"I believe so. They can't keep their hands off each other after all"

Draco's face turned to one of disgust.

"Yeah, I don't need that in my head."

Luna giggled before whispering something into Draco's ears as a staff directed them to their table reservation.

"You could always imagine me not being able to keep my hands off of you"

Draco felt himself go hard as he watched his girlfriend sway her hips towards their table and the staff helped her to her sit.

Merlin, was he a lucky man!

He must have done something right in his last life!
