Katsuki P.O.V

I was sleeping peacefully. Atri in my arms, her breathing soothing as she laid her head on my chest listening to the sound of my heart beating rapidly as I thought of what would happen in the future.

Would we be married? Would she even want to marry me? Or would we be apart from one another left with the memories of each other- memories of the late night talks or movie nights or even nights on the rooftop where we would smoke and kiss hanging out with the others.

I was sighing to myself wondering these things when her phone sent off a loud dinging noise that woke her up. She sits up straight, eyes wide awake as she fumbles for her phone.

Looking down at it she reads something that makes her face harden considerably.

"Bakugou...I have to go...Sir Nighteye needs me…" She says tiredly.

Stepping over me she straddles my torso hugging me breathing in deeply as she kissed me passionately with the certain urgency that a person who was scared would.

She stands up grabbing her hero costume from beneath her bed. She gets dressed in her costume with a few different alterations on it- a hood and mask. Before she left the room she kissed me one more time smiling at me.

"I love you so much Bakugou Katsuki, I hope you know that," She says.

"I love you too Atri Lee," I smile at her feeling calm.

She pauses at the door before looking back at me with a last smile as she leaves the room, closing the door silently contrasting over the soft pads of her boots as she walks down the hall.

With no other second thought I drift back to sleep holding onto the pillow she was using the scent of her caramel shampoo and conditioner left on the pillowcase.

Atri P.O.V

Each of the work studies students arrived at the Sir Nighteye agency dressed in their costumes just as I had. I waited outside where the others were as Nighteye had instructed.

Soon enough armored trucks pulled out of the neighboring garage and Nighteye instructed us to board the back of the car with our Intern Hero.

I sat with Midoriya and Mirio in the back of the armored truck fiddling with my fingers as I nervously awaited our destination.

I glance up every so often at the sullen Mirio and Midoriya who hadn't spoken a word aside from hello to me ever since we had arrived here.

The truck rocks back and forth as it makes its way to wherever we were going to go.

I had said my goodbyes this morning as I had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach when I had read the text from Sir Nighteye. Katsuki didn't seem to assume anything was wrong, instead he just kissed me and told me he loved me then he fell back asleep as if nothing had happened.

Feeling torn between telling him what was happening and staying, I knew that he would only try to tag alongside me when I left or he would have stopped me from going with everything he had.

We were forbidden by Sir Nighteye and the other Pro-heroes from saying anything about the investigation and task. So of course with my loyalty to Sir Nighteye I kept quiet from everyone including Katsuki.

I knew that I was in a dangerous situation...The man who had tried to kill me only tried to kill me because he didn't want a hero out there with a powerful quirk like my own.

Kai Chisaki told me that I needed to either join him or perish...I chose to perish rather than be a villain. But, to my surprise the pro-heroes of America managed to find me before I had been killed by Kai.

Now I was headed right back into the arms of my almost murderer.
