"Thanks babe," he nodded, kissing her back as her phone rang.

"Jesus," she groaned softly, ignoring it, only for it to ring again.

"Deep breathes," he teased and she flipped him off with a playful pout before answering.

"Benson. Oh hi Trevor. Uh.. okay... What…." Her jaw dropped and her eyes welled up as she looked at her husband."

"Mhm… ok…" her voice broke and El moved himself from Noah's grip before pulling her into his arms and putting Trevor on speaker.

"I think she's going to do it but she wants to meet with you and Elliot and all three boys. One last time."

"Okay," she gasped.

"Trevor whatever we need to do," El spoke up.

"Could we do tomorrow?" He asked and El looked to Liv, "Noah is sick I… I don't know…"

"I just worry she's gonna change her mind… she wants tomorrow."

"It has to be all three?" Liv said, overwhelmed.

"I'll confirm but… I think so guys."

"Okay… okay let me…" Liv trailed off sucking in deep breathes as she felt a wave of panic overtake her.

El wrapped her tightly in his arms, pressing gentle kisses to her head. "Trevor we'll make it work okay? Can I call you back in a bit?"

"Sure buddy. I'll talk soon," he said before hanging up.

Noah was now awake and Eli had snuck quickly into the room with Nate. "Guys…" he said nervously.

"Stay out of the germ zone," she warned, trying to play off her panicked attack.

"Liv," he said gingerly, sitting in their door way with Nate on his chest.

"Um… we um… Nate's mother wants to sit down with all of us before a decision is made on signing um over her rights," she said softly and Eli nodded encouragingly.

"That's good… guys that's really good," he smiled small.

"It is," El repeated, rubbing his wife's back.

"I'll go mommy," Noah croaked from his spot on the bed.

"Buddy," she began but he held up a hand. "Mom. I'm going."

She forced a small smile and blew him a kiss. "I love you baby."

"I love you momma," he said, catching her kiss and laying back.

"Go ahead to the couch with these two," he nodded towards Eli and Nate, "and I'll get this one back to sleep okay?"

She nodded and returned to the couch, taking Nate from Noah and snuggling him close.

"Liv it's gonna workout," Eli said encouragingly, resting his head on her shoulder while he ate his Chinese.

"How did you get so wise and strong," she asked, almost begging for an answer.

"I told you before… I get it from my moms," he said causally, handing her an egg roll.

"Noah I'm going to call Lucy. You can't go like this," El pleaded with his son who was curled in bed and doing a nebulizer treatment the following morning.

"Daddy," he whined around the mouth piece, but El shook his head. "Finish please and let me and mom talk about it."

It was still early, and they had another hour before they had to leave. Liv was in the kitchen making eggs for the three who had an appetite, and gave her husband a sad smile.

"Babe he shouldn't go. It's freezing out today and he's all wheezy."

"I know…" she trailed off and Eli shook his head. "Guys…"

"What if he has an asthma attack during the meeting? It can be triggered by stress and I don't know how she's going to act," El said, crossing his arms.

Liv couldn't help but smile at how schooled he'd become on Noah's health. She remembered finding him awake when she got home from work late one night, googling everything he could about, at the time, her son's chronic condition.

"I think he's gonna be more stressed if we leave him home, dad," Eli said and Liv nodded. "That's a good point, El…"

He sucked in a deep breath and looked between the two in the kitchen, before turning his attention to the almost four month old who sat upright on the counter in his boppy seat by his brother.

"What do you think?" He asked him as if he could answer. The little one smiled small at his daddy and El sighed, looking back to Liv.

"Your call, daddy," she said, putting the ball in his court cause she didn't know what to do.

"My call?" He whined pathetically.

Since the adoption was finalized, she'd been trying to give him more freedom to making parenting choices alone for Noah.

He sucked in a sharp breath and nodded slowly, thinking about it a little bit. "I'm gonna go check on him," he said, going into their room where Noah was just finishing his treatment.

"Buddy," he whispered, "how you feeling?"

"Okay," he croaked and El gave him a look.

"Noah Porter," he said softly, sitting beside him.

His lip quivered and he leaned into his dad. "I don't wanna be the reason we don't get Nate," he said, losing it after a moment.

El's heart broke and he wrapped him in a tight hug. "Buddy… buddy no… you wouldn't be the reason…"

"B-b-but she said that she wants all of us there," he sobbed and El nodded. "I know, son, but listen… she's a selfish mom. That's why she is going through this and doesn't get to have Nate. Any good mom and dad would put their foot down and make the best decision for their baby. And sometimes the best decision isn't easy."

Noah looked up and sniffled, starting to lose control of his breath.

"Come here," he said, pulling the young boy into his lap. "Match my breaths… feel me breathing bud," he whispered, and Noah did as he was told, eventually relaxing back into his dad's chest.

Once he was called down enough, El kissed his head. "I'm gonna call Lucy cause she knows how to handle your asthma, and I want you to stay home and relax and rest. We won't be long, and when we come home me and you can snuggle and watch movies okay?" He said softly, and Noah nodded, sniffling.

Eli and Liv peaked in the door, and El looked up. "Momma can you call Lucy please?" He asked and she nodded. "Heard you and texted her... she's on her way, okay?"

Noah nodded through teary and sleepy eyes and El moved him so that he was tucked in the middle of the bed, boosted up on several pillows.

"She can't take Nathan from us," he said encouragingly, "and Judge isn't going to think badly of us cause we had you stay home."

He nodded quickly and El wiped a few stray tears that fell. "It's okay to be sad… but I need you to trust me and mom, okay?"

"Okay daddy," he said, leaning into him for another hug.

Liv and Eli blew kisses from the door and Liv cutely waved Nate's chubby hand at Noah.

Lucy arrived, and everyone left to go to the prison.

Nate's mom was seated in a room by herself, hand cuffed with a guard, when the Stablers walked in.

"A-aren't there 5 of you," she asked softly and El nodded, gently rubbing Liv's lower back.

"Yes. Our middle son, Noah, has bad asthma and also is coming down with a sinus infection. He had to stay home."

"Oh…" she trailed off, her eyes studying the three standing in front of her and the little boy in the woman's arms.

"I um… I wanted uh to… see him… one last time um before," she nodded, her voice cracking.

The Stablers relaxed visibly, and Liv stepped forward, moving the chair around to her side of the table as the boys and Trevor watched nervously.

"I haven't um… I haven't even met him," she said, her hands shaking slightly as Liv sat down and sat the little one on the table, facing his birth mother.

"Lauren… this is Nathaniel John… but we call him Nathan or Nate… mostly Nater," she said gently as tears began to roll down the woman's cheeks.

"H-hi… hi honey," she whispered, looking at Liv. "Can I… can I touch him."

Liv nodded and with a shaking hand, Lauren reached to gently rub Nate's wrist.

"Hi… oh you're beautiful," she choked, looking up towards Elliot and Eli, and then back to Liv. "He looks like um… like he could be yours," she choked.

"He does resemble with those eyes," Liv whispered, and Lauren cried harder.

"I've been clean um for 4 weeks but um… I don't think I'll be able to stay that way... away from it," she paused, "give him the life he deserves."

"Lauren," Liv said gently, covering her hand with her own. "I can't speak to the future… but if you can get clean one day… and stay clean, Elliot and I would be happy to let you meet him… know him."

Elliot nodded, taking the other chair with Eli beside him.

"Lauren… we can… we will take care of him. Love him. Raise him to be a man you would be proud of. But we can't do that with all of this uncertainty. He needs consistency, and do our boys," he nodded to Eli who nodded.

"It's been hard, not knowing if he's gonna stay with us or not," Eli said, choking up, "because we like… God we love him so much. He's our baby brother."

Lauren nodded quickly. "W-will you tell him about me… how much I love him? Even though… my decisions are horrible."

"Yes," Liv answered honestly and immediately.

Satisfied with the answer, the young woman sat back and took a deep breath, looking over to her lawyer. "Give me the papers before I change my mind," she whispered.

He did, and she quickly signed them, handed them back to her attorney, and looking to the Stablers.

"Take care of him… please," she whispered as tears fell.

"We will," Liv said, beginning to cry herself, and leaning over to wrap the young woman in a tight hug.

El and Eli followed suit, and she gave Nate's hand one final squeeze before they left the room.

The family walked out of the prison with Trevor in silence, stopping when they made it outside the walls.

Eli leaned into Liv and broke down completely.

"Oh baby," she whispered, passing Nate to El and hugging her oldest tightly as her own tears fell.

"Why you crying," she whispered and he shook his head, gasping into her shoulder. "This is just such a relief... Just so happy," he managed to say as his tears fell.

She smiled, hugging him close to her. "Us too sweet boy… us too. Come here daddy."

El smiled and wrapped his arms around them both with a smile as Nate nuzzled his chest.

"Okay," Eli laughed softly after a moment. "Let's go see Noah."

When they got home, El crawled into bed with Noah who was sleeping.

He stirred slightly and cuddled into El, before his eyes shot open and he looked up to him.

A smile cracked Elliot's face and Noah grinned. "We got him?" He asked.

"We got him!" He cried.

Noah tackled his dad, happy sobs escaping him, along with some coughs.

"Okay okay… I know it's awesome but calm down please… we don't need you having an attack," he laughed as Noah curled into him, happy tears spilling down his cheek.

"Screw it," Eli said from the door, diving in to hug his brother and dad.

Liv laughed. "Eli if you get sick, I swear," she smiled from the door holding Nate.

"Oh man I wanna cuddle him so bad!!!" Noah whined and everyone laughed. "I know babe I'm sorry… you'll be better soon, though if you keep resting," El said to Noah.

"Alright, Eli," Liv nodded, "exit the germ zone please." He laughed and made his way to the living room.

"You two are quarantined," she laughed, blowing them kisses and shutting the door.

Liv settled on the couch with her boys and turned the TV on. Eli retired to his room to play video games after awhile, and Nate fell asleep, cradled in her arms.

She knew Noah was asleep when her husband texted her.

E: U up?

She laughed out loud and he heard it in their room, a smile plastering his face.

Sending him a selfie back of her smiling and Nate asleep and squishy against her, she wrote back.

O: One of us is

E: Noah is asleep

O: Absolutely not

E: Babe… please!

O: Where??? Haha.

E: Kitchen

O: Um Eli?!

E: Send him to the store

O: No you horn dog.

E: Come shower.

O: Elliot Stabler! Hahaha

E: Momma, seeing you today and realizing we officially get to raise a baby together has been the biggest turn on.

O: Don't sweet talk me

E: Noah's asleep can I come cuddle you

O: If you can break the grasp. Don't kiss the baby with your germs

E: Duh

She heard him sneak out not long after, sprinting over to her and plopping beside her on the couch.

"Put the boy down," he whispered and she laughed.

"Elliot," she whined playfully and he gave her a look. Begrudgingly, she put him in the small bassinet they had in the living room before sitting back beside her guy.

"Elliot!" She squealed and giggled softly when he laid on top of her, smothering her in kisses.

"I love you," he smiled.

"I love you," she said back, kissing him gently.

"You sure you don't wanna have some fun," he mumbled and she smiled, wrapping her arms around him. "Baby I always do, but right now I want a nap. Can we take a nap?"

He pouted playfully but wasted no time moving to curl up behind her and settling an arm snuggly around her.

"I'll always nap with my woman," he whispered, kissing her cheek.

"Possessive," she teased and he nodded. "Absolutely."

"Can we have the kids over for dinner next week to tell them? I would say sooner but our poor sick boy," she pouted.

"I'm sure we can figure something, my love," he said into her ear between soft kisses.

"That would be awesome… I really wanna tell them in person."

"Especially mama," he laughed and she nodded, rolling to face him. "Especially mama," she confirmed.

They stared at one another for several moments before leaning in for a slow and passionate kiss at the same time.

"I feel like all my dreams have come true," she whispered, nuzzling his neck.

"No one deserves it more than you, Olivia. No one."

Her eyes watered and she leaned into him again, kissing him with a little more fire and pressing her body impossibly close to his.

He pulled back in a daze once she took what she wanted, and she giggled softly. "Maybe a shower would be nice," she whispered and he nodded quickly.

She lifted their little one and they brought him into his nursery, switching on the video monitor and making their way to their bathroom.

Turning on the shower, she climbed in first and relished at the way the hot water felt running down her back and curves.

Letting out a soft moan, she rolled her neck and sighed happily when Elliot climbed behind her and began massaging her shoulders.

"Tense," he whispered in her ear and she nodded. "I've been in the guest room the past few nights cause of our sickie boy," she pouted.

"How about I sanitize our room and trade with you huh?" He whispered, nibbling as her ear as he massaged a little more intently.

"Hmmm," she moaned softly, leaning her head back against him, "I think it's more not sleeping in your arms."

He chuckled softly and moved a hand down to her core, trailing her slit lightly. "No… I think it's not sleeping on our 3,000 dollar bed," he teased and she giggled.

"Probably," she conceded with a laugh, gasping as he pushed a thick finger into her dripping and aching core.

"Were you this wet for me when we were partners," he asked into her ear as his tongue circles the spot behind it.

"All the time…" she whined as he thrusted his finger slowly.

His eyes traveled to the monitor just outside their glass shower door, checking for movement and satisfied when he saw none.

"Let me take care of you," he whispered and she shook her head. "Quickie," she whispered, her legs betraying her as he led her to the shower seat.

"I'll be fine… you deserve to relax," he said, dropping to his knees in front of her once she sat and easing her legs over his broad shoulders.

"What the hell did I do to deserve this?" She asked, her hands falling to his cleanly shaven head while her own rested back against the cool tile.

"You put up with me," he said, peppering kisses to her inner thighs as he slipped one finger back into her, "and I'm better than I was when we were partners."

"Kids number 5, 6, and 7 have calmed you," she said on the end of a soft moan as he slowly pumped into her.

"You've calmed me," he nodded, brushing his nose against her clit while his tongue teased the opening his finger was penetrating.

"El…" she moaned softly, her leg muscles tightening on his shoulders.

Running his tongue back up her slit, he circled her throbbing clit gently before sucking the bud between his teeth.

The combined pressure of the gentle bite and the sucking made her whole body react as a rush of new arousal coated his fingers.

"If I make you squirt, can you do it quietly?" He asked, adding a second finger that expertly found her magic spot.

"Mhm," was all she could muster between heavy panting.

"If you say so… touch your tits baby," he instructed and she did as he was told, moving one hand from his head to her already peaked nipples.

"Elliot," she whined as his movements became quicker and his sucking became more intense.

She was all but riding his fingers and face as the pressure built towards explosion levels and her grip on his head and her nipple tightened.

"You have to be quiet," he said, removing his mouth from her and looking up. His finger on his free hand picked up with his tongue left off, and he watched her body contort and her jaw drop.

"That's it Liv… come for me, baby," he said, pumping his fingers faster and moving his hand from her clit to her mouth at just the right time to muffle her scream.

As her body shook and tensed through her orgasm, the rough pads of his fingers sent her spiraling over a second edge as she released onto his face and chest.

In true Elliot fashion, he kept his fingers moving at the same speed, prolonging her orgasm and the fluid releasing from her body, until she begged him to stop under his large hand.

"B-b-b-baby st… stop," she gasped, panting above him like she'd just run a marathon.

Slowly his movements down, he pressed a soft kiss to her mound, and clit before looking up her belly, between the valley of her breasts at her. "Look at me," he mused softly, and her eyes lazily scanned down to him.

She involuntarily clenched as he pulled his fingers from her and sucked them clean, before licking the remnants of her release from all parts of her it touched.

Watching as his hand fell to his throbbing member to stroke while he cleaned her up, a new wave of arousal washed over her and her gentle hands on his shoulders signaled him to stand.

"I hope you weren't gonna waste all that precious and delicious cum down the drain, she said seductively as she took over milking him with her hand and then her mouth as she swirled her still sensitive clit.

"B-baby…." He gasped, watching her cheeks hallow as she brought them both to orgasms in just several minutes of movements.

His hand were on the wall above her as he went rigid and came with a powerful thrust and grunt down her throat while she moaned through her own orgasm around him.

"Jesus," he muttered, resting his head against the wall in an effort to catch his breath.

"Just Olivia," she smirked and he breathed out a chuckle.

He smiled small when he felt her press soft kisses along his softening cock, before pushing him back lightly so she could stand and kiss him.

The combined taste of them was unbelievably erotic, and he could have taken right there if it wasn't for their little guy whimpering on his monitor.

"Clean up… I got him," he said, kissing her again.

"I love you baby," she smiled, holding his waist.

"I love you, more," he said, pressing a sweet kiss to her forehead."

"They'd better be telling us we get to keep our boy," Bernie said impatiently with her arms crossed in the front seat of Katie's car.

The meeting had been a week ago, and Noah was finally feeling better enough to have people over. By some miracle, El only wound up with the sniffles while the rest of the gang remained healthy.

The whole family was coming over for Friday night dinner, and they were going to share the good news and the fact that Trevor and Judge had managed to get a signature date to make their son officially a Benson-Stabler the following month.

"Grandma Bee, please don't say anything that is gonna upset them. It's been really hard and we don't know if that's what they've asked us to dinner for. It could be nothing," she said sternly as her husband climbed in the back. He began to open his mouth to speak when Bernie shot him a look.

"Not a word, young man. Anyways, I'll be able to tell the moment I see my son and my Olivia. I know them like the back of my old hand," she said with a nod.

Katie chuckled, heading over to her Dad's house.

Eli was playing soccer on the terrace with Noah while El sat with Nate in his chest carrier watching them. The little boy had grown obsessed with his brothers, and got sad every time they left him.

Mo, Dickie, Liz, and their families were already there when Katie and Jack walked in with Bernie, who made suspicious eye contact with her daughter in law.

Liv raised her brow at the old woman, watching her look out the French doors at her husband and boys playing.

Her boys- still felt surreal.

Dickie watched his grandmother, bracing for the snark as the boys piled in to say hello when they noticed her.

El was last to give his mama a hug with Nate still strapped to his chest.

Looking into her son's eyes that were a lighter blue than usual for a bit, she soon moved her gaze to the curly haired blonde baby boy on his chest and nodded triumphantly.

"Looks like grandma was right again and you're the final piece to our puzzle huh?" She said, kissing his cheek and making him squeal.

Everyone looked towards Elliot and Olivia, who couldn't stop their grins as Bernie slowly made her way to the spot at the head of the table.

"So when's the court date that makes him official? Wait. Don't tell me."

She looked between the pair and nodded again. "Mother's Day week?"

Liv's jaw dropped and El shook his head. "Mama it's just creepy when you do that."

"Wait he's ours?!" A slightly oblivious Dickie cried, jumping up.

"He never was the brightest twin," Bernie said with a shake of her head that caused everyone to laugh as they moved to embrace the boys, their "parents."

"He'll officially be a Benson-Stabler on Mother's Day Week," Liv said with a smile, brushing his soft curls back as he gave her a grin that showed his two tiny bottom teeth.

"Legally," Bernie corrected with a smile. "He's officially been once since he was born, I think."
