Drabble 12: No Homo

"No homo" says Tyson, standing next to the bed.

Kai's grabbing an extra blanket out of the closet. He turns to shoot Tyson a weird look when he hears him.

"What? I don't want you to get the wrong idea in case I - I don't know - spoon you in the middle of the night or something." He sinks a knee into the mattress.

Kai walks toward the bed, dropping the woolen blanket on the single king-sized bed they are both forced to share because it's snowing outside heavily and Tyson can't drive home after their little hang out. "Let me make this clear," Kai says through his clenched teeth. "Nobody, absolutely nobody, is hugging anybody tonight. You stay on your side of the bed," - he plucks two pillows from the six arranged on the headboard and places them in the middle of the mattress - "and I will stay on mine."

Tyson eyes the barrier he made, twisting his mouth to the side. He doesn't like it too much. It's insulting. As if he would hug Kai on purpose. AS IF!

"Cross the line and you're dead," threatens Kai.

Tyson scoffs. "I won't have a problem staying on my side. It's you I'm worried about."

Kai narrows his eyes. "Come again?"

He wants to whinny like a horse. He folds his arms, turning his eyes to the ceiling. "I mean, you did try to make us share a shower earlier-"

Kai bellows. "I asked you to shower with me because we were running out of hot water!" His voice makes Tyson's ears ring.

Tyson puts a finger in his right ear and gives it a shake. "Ow!" he complains. "Damn it, you didn't have to shout like that. I almost lost my hearing."

"So those things are working," he bites, pointing to the sides of his head. Kai flares the blanket over the bed, pinning Tyson with a glare. He crawls in.

Tyson sits down, beside the barrier.

"Move them and I'm kicking you out."

"Mleh" He sticks his tongue out.

Kai pushes his face away.

"Don't touch me! Stay on your side!"

"Fucking-" Kai turns to the other side, muttering curses under his breath, tugging the blanket over his head.

Tyson's jaw dislocates. "What did you call me?"

"Go to sleep!" Kai switches off the lamp.

Tyson harrumphs.

He scoots down on the bed and lays his head on the pillow. He can't keep silent. He cannot lie still. He grunts and tosses restlessly, so many fucking times, Kai loses his patience and uses the barrier quilts to whack him.

"You crossed the border! You crossed the border!" Tyson screams. "Police!"

"What is wrong with you?" Kai sits up, ripping the sheets off of his own body.

"You crossed the border! Stay on your- mmph!" His cries get muffled by a palm, Kai pushing him down on the mattress. Putting his weight on top of him. "Mm!" Tyson tries to throw him off.

"Stop. Fucking. Screaming," says Kai in a low growl, pressing him into the bed, his lips brushing the back of the hand he has over Tyson's mouth.

He has his other hand trapping one of his wrists beside his head.

Tyson breathes heavily, staring at Kai's shape in the dark. He goes quiet.

Now get off of me, he wants to say. His eyelids shuttering in annoyance.

This is so fucking unfair.

He kicks his leg.

Kai peels his hand off his mouth. Still staying on top of him.

Tyson gasps in a breath. Their lips brush accidentally. He freezes.

Kai's shoulders stiffen.

This isn't very bro-like.

His lips tingle. He opens his mouth wider to scream "no homo!" but Kai shuts him up with a kiss.

His tongue is in his mouth. Oh my god! He braces a hand - the one that is free - on his shoulder. To push him the fuck off. But he must be really good at kissing because Tyson's starting to get all hot and bothered.

His lips press against his firmly. With more force. His tongue caressing all the right spots.

Tyson moans. Growing hard in his boxers. Kai kisses him for a good ten minutes before letting him go.

But by then, he doesn't want him to stop.

"Wha-" Tyson pants, half-drugged.

"No homo" Kai breathes against his lips with a smirk, climbing off of him. Putting the barrier back up.
