Episode 312: Ken Khan
Several days had passed since Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, Spyro, Sparx, Hunter, Elora, Bianca, Shiela, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley, Agent 9, and Sunset Shimmer had returned from Equestria and stopped Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and the Sorceress from taking over it. Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth were at the mansion while Delia was away, visiting an old friend of hers just moved into Viridian City The house being bought was the house Kairi's grandmother was living in before moving.. Delia's old friend is a woman she was in school with her since she was a little girl. Also, her old friend has a daughter who is around Sora's age, and had a crush on him since seeing him battle in the Indigo Plateau. Also in the Johto and Hoenn Pokémon Leagues. Also, Sora and Kairi were surprised to hear it took a long time for someone to move in. They found that very odd.
The new Pokémon were fitting in just fine to their new home. They were glad to make the new friends on the ranch as they were let out to stretch their legs. Sonic was running all through the Kanto region once again, getting some chilli dogs from Danny's Bay of Burgers. He had wondered how Sally was doing since he, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and the other Mobians came into Sora's world.
Speaking of which, over on Mobius, Fi Moon raced through Mobius to reach Knothole and inform the Freedom Fighters.
"I must hurry! I have to get help!" Fi Moon said. She froze in her tracks when a squad of Mobian echidnas all surrounded the fox. Leading them is Lien-Da. The echidnas all point their guns at her. "The Dark Legion."
"Fi Moon of the Dragon Kingdom. You're awfully far away from your home, aren't you, little girl?" Lien- Da asked. Fi Moon was scared because she was surrounded and she knew she didn't stand a chance against any one of the echidnas.
"Please, I don't want any trouble," Fi Moon pleaded.
"You have come to the wrong place if you are not looking for trouble, fox. Take her," Lien-Da ordered. The Dark Legion Echidnas were about to do exactly that when something swooped down and rescued her. "What?!"
"You're safe now," a new voice said. Lein-Da turned to see Fi Moon saved by a Mobian Flying Squirrel. He wore a pair of blue and gray gogles, a blue scarf, white socks, and a pair of blue and white boots. Coming out of hiding is a band of Freedom Fighters, led by Sally Acorn. With her is a Mobian coyote about a meter tall. He has mainly brown fur with pale yellow fur on his front torso, muzzle and cheek turfs that point upwards, blue eyes, and as well short and neatly combed blonde hair on his head. For attire, he wears red boots and arm cuffs, and two sword straps that connect on his chest, forming a "X"-shape. He also has a belt colored red and white, with a gray buckle connecting the straps, and white-colored gloves and leg cuffs. Another is a Mobian golden rabbit with pale yellow fur, a white muzzle, and vibrant emerald-green eyes. Her eyelids (as well as around the eyes themselves) are generally violet or pink and her right ear is often flopped, though this is not a constant feature. Her hair, starting off as a tuft of bangs on the back of her neck and forehead, and then down to her waist which she began tying back in a single ponytail. She also has a robotic right arm and robotic legs. Another is a purple Mobian walrus wearing teal bandolier-like tool belt and a backwards yellow cap, glasses, and black and grey shoes. Another is a pink or lavender female echidna with a cybernetic dreadlock Golden belt, a white gloves, teal boots, a teal/black sleeveless crop top. And finally is a black-and-peach armadillo with a red shell. He has a black nose that is somewhat longer and more pointed than Sonic's and he has light blue eyes. For attire, he wears large black, red, and brown boots, red socks, black, fingerless gloves with red lining the finger holes and buckled brown cuffs, with bandages wrapped around his lower arms.
"Good work, Ray! Antoine, Bunnie, you take the echidnas on the left! Rotor, Mighty, you take the ones on the right. Julie-Su and I will deal with Lien-Da," Sally ordered.
"On it!" Mighty said. He and Rotor took on the echidnas on the right as Antoine and Bunnie took care of the ones on the left. Sally and Julie-Su dealt with Lien-Da. Sally and Julie-Su fought the evil echidna. Lien-da gave Sally an uppercut, leaving Julie-Su against her.
"Well, little sister. You ready for your lesson?" Lien-da asked.
"You have no right to call me sister," Julie-Su said coldly. The two echidnas fought each other hardily. Julie-Su gave Lien-da a kick in the stomach. Out of nowhere comes a large and burly Mobian cat came and knocked Lien-Da out from behind. The majority of his body fur consists of two shades of purple: light and dark. A striped pattern runs up his arms and tail. His feet are covered in dark purple fur up to his ankles as well as the outer tips of his ears, while his upper legs, back, and sides are covered in light purple fur. White fur covers his chest, torso, inner ears and his muzzle with the addition of cheek tuffs. His eyes have yellow scleras with black irises. His preferred attire consists of tan gloves, sandals, and a matching belt with a gold buckle."Good timing, Big."
"Anytime, Julie-Su. Think we can get out of here, while we can?" Big asked.
"Good thinking, because we took care of them varmits," Bunnie said, in a southern accent.
"Oui. Let us make haste," Antoine said. Mighty grabs Sally as the Freedom Fighters and Li Moon make a full retreat. Lien-Da regains consciousness and looks around.
"They got away! No matter. Our paths will cross again, make no mistake," Lien-Da said.
Once they were far away, Sally regained consciousness from that fight.
"Did we win?" Sally asked.
"We did, Sally. And now, we're far enough from the Dark Legion," Mighty said.
"And if we wanna stay that way, we should keep going," Ray said.
"Agreed. They could be right behind us as we speak," Sally said. She turned to Li Moon. "Just why are you all the way out here?"
"I was looking for you, Sally. Ken is in trouble," Li Moon said.
"What? Ken Khan is in trouble?" Ray asked.
"Is it Eggman or the Iron Dominion?" Sally asked.
"No. It was someone else. He had an army of monsters. I honestly hae no idea who it is," Li Moon said. "All I know is that he calls himself, N. Brio. That is all I know."
"N. Brio?" Rotor asked.
"Has anyone ever heard of N. Brio?" Mighty asked.
"I sure haven't," Julie-Su said.
"We can worry about that later. Right now, all that matters is getting Li Moon to safety," Sally said. The rest of the Freedom Fighters agreed and pressed on towards Knothole.
Back in Sora's world, Sora, Pit, Ash, Brock, Max, Tails, Cuphead, Mugman, Axl, Crash, Coco, Dingodile, Shantae, the Pikachu, Spyro, and Sparx were watching a Pokémon battle on TV. It was a battle between two Elite Four members from two different regions. It was Phoebe representing the Hoenn region against Agatha of the Kanto region.
"So, who are battling who here?' Shantae asked.
"Coming from Hoenn is Phoebe and battling against an Elite Four Member of the Kanto region, Agatha. Both specialize with Ghost Type Pokémon. And both are nothing to sneeze at," Sora said.
"How do you know, Sora?" Cuphead asked.
"Well, I battled against Phoebe and I lost. Her Dusknoir was a real toughie. Also, I heard some stories about Agatha when I was a little kid. It's said her Gengar is so strong, it'll haunt you in your dreams when you lose to it," Sora said.
"I think I'm getting scared just thinking about it," Shantae said.
"We never really met Phoebe in our world, but her power is a force to be reckoned with," Brock said. "And more."
"M-M-M-More?" Mugman said, shiviering.
"Yes there is," Brock said in a very stern tone. They all waited to hear what he had to hear. Brock then went into his hopelessly in love mode. "There's no denying that Phoebe is a beauty above all else!" Everyone watching did an anime-style fall.
"Figures," Sora said.
"I will root for you, my dear Phoebe!" Brock said, before he clings to the TV.
"Oi! Down in front!" Dingodile exclaimed. Max grabs him by the ear.
"How about I root you to your seat, Brock," Max said.
"And about time too. It's about to start," Spyro said.
"Then, it's a good thing I came just in time!" Murray said, carrying a huge bowl of popcorn. "The Murray loves a good match!"
"Now, that both trainers have entered the battlefield, we can now begin! This will be a sudden death one-on-one Pokémon battle, and the battle will be over when either side's Pokémon is unable to continue battling! Who shall make the first move?" The announcer asked. Phoebe takes out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Dusknoir!" Phoebe called out as her Dusknoir came out to battle. Agatha took out her Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Gengar!" Agatha called out as her Gengar came right out to battle.
"Just the ones I figured she would use," Sora said.
"A battle between ghosts. This would be fun to watch," Coco said.
"So, who do you think is going to win?" Shantae asked.
"I'm going to think Agatha is going to win because she's got loads of experience," Sora said.
"You mean that little old lady?" Dingodile asked.
"Don't let her appearence fool you, because she's no ordinary little old lady," Sora said.
"He's right, but both Gengar and Dusknoir are both at a disadvantage since they're both weak against their own Types like Dragon Types," Max said.
"Weak against your own power. That's no fun," Tails said.
"Also, Dusknoir is at a disadvantage, becasue Dusknoir is a slow moving Pokémon," Max said.
"Quiet! It's about to start!" Murray said.
"Phoebe will make the first move!" The referee instructed.
"Dusknoir! Use Shadow Punch!" Phoebe ordered. Dusknoir puts its hand in the ground and landed a shadowy punch into Gengar.
"Dusknoir has landed a strong Shadow Punch! An excellent start for Phoebe!" The announcer announced.
"Why didn't Gengar didn't dodge it?" Axl asked.
"Shadow Punch can't be dodged," Max said.
"Impressive, Phoebe. Gengar! Use Shadow Ball!" Agatha ordered. Gengar forms a ball of shadow and sends it at Dusknoir.
"Block with Hex!" Phoebe ordered. Dusknoir uses Hex to block Shadow Ball cold.
"Dusknoir blocks Gengar's Shadow Ball withi its Hex! What other surprises does she have in store for Agatha's Gengar?" The announcer asked.
"Okay, Dusknoir, use Shadow Punch!" Phoebe ordered. Dusknoir sends out another Shadow Punch to deal damage to the shadow Pokémon.
"Shadow Ball!" Agatha ordered. Gengar forms Shadow Ball and it blocks Shadow Punch.
"Looks like Agatha is making a comeback! Her Gengar uses Shadow Ball to block Shadow Punch, knowing it cannot be avoided!" The announcer announced.
"Now, use Hypnosis!" Agatha ordered. Gengar hypnotized Dusknoir, making it fall asleep.
"Wake up, Dusknoir!" Phoebe pleaded.
"Now, use Dream Eater!" Agatha ordered. Gengar opens its mouth as red energy comes out of Dusknoir's body and flows in the mouth.
"What an upset! Agatha uses a Hypnosis and Dream Eater combo! Gengar replenishes its strength by consuming Dusknoir's dreams!" The announcer announced.
"What's Dream Eater?" Murray asked.
"Dream Eater is a Psychic Type attack that can only be used when the opponent is asleep. It heals the user from its injuries, but the target takes damage from it," Brock said.
"Finish it with your Dark Pulse!" Agatha ordered. Gengar unleashes Dark Pulse and it struck Dusknoir on the mark. Dusknoir had been taken down.
"Dusknoir is unable to battle! Gengar wins! The winner is Agatha!" The referee announced.
"It looks like experience trumps over youth once again in this battlefield! A big congratulations is in order for Agatha of the Kanto Elite Four!" The annoucner announced.
"You were right, mate. She's no ordinary old lady," Dingodile said.
"Told you," Sora said.
Phoebe shakes Agatha's hand for the battle. She didn't seem upset that she lost at all. After the battle was over, Kairi came in.
"Soup's one!" Kairi called to the group.
"Yay!" Sora said, getting up and rushing to eat Kairi's meal. Murray and Ash did the same thing, racing them both to get a taste. "Oh, no you don't hippo!"
"Oh, yes I do!" Murray countered. Sora, Ash, and Murray made it to the table at the same time as the meal was being set on the table. Sonic had come back just in time.
"Room for one more?" Sonic asked.
"You might say that," Brock said.
Everyone started to dig right into the pizza that was made. Kairi wanted some hands-on experience making some pizza for everyone. One taste, and their tastebuds were dancing.
"Wow, this is amazing, Kairi," Banjo said.
"Better than take-out," Kazooie said.
"Thank you, everyone. The other cooks did their part too," Kairi said, gesturing to Amy, Peach, Daisy, and Roll.
After the meal has concluded, Sora, Kairi, and Ash stepped out to stretch their legs. Sora brought over Paras, Doduo, Cufant, and Lickitung, and Yanma, while Kairi brought over Drowzee, Snubbull, Bellossom, Dottler, and Chinchou. Sora, Kairi, Ash, the Pikachu, and Angel found a good spot to train.
"Okay, Doduo! Use Peck! Paras! Use Scratch! Cufant! Use Tackle! Lickitung! Use Stomp! Yanma! Sonic Boom!" Sora ordered.
"Drowzee! Use Confusion! Snubbull! Bite! Bellossom! Petal Blizzard! Chinchou! Charge Beam! Dottler! Struggle Bug!" Kairi ordered.
All of the Pokémon used their chosen attacks to build up their concentration. Ash joined in with Sceptile, Swellow, Donphan, and Corphish. Corphish sparred with Paras as Donphan sparred with Cufant. Doduo ran around as Swellow flies in pursuit. Sceptile practices with Leaf Blade as Bellossom dodges by jumping. All of the Pokémon were making some progress. A wild Gloom comes jumping out and glares at Bellossom.
"Kairi! A Gloom!" Sora said.
"I see him!" Kairi said. Gloom starts off by firing Sludge Bomb at the Bellossom. "Dodge and use Magical Leaf!" Bellossom dodges and sends out Magical Leaf at the weed Pokémon. Gloom fights back by sending out Moonblast. "Bellossom! Fire back with your own Moonblast!" Bellossom fires her own Moonblast and it cancels out Gloom's attack. Gloom fell to the ground, beaten. Kairi takes out a Pokéball and threw it. The Pokéball struck the weed Pokémon and he flows inside. The Pokéball wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéballs to confirm the catch. Kairi's Pokémon Box activates and it asks her if she wants to keep her new Gloom with her. She chose to send her newly caught Gloom to Professor Oak's lab. "Done."
"That was impressive," a voice spoke. She turned to see a girl around Kairi's age. She was taller, and she wore a black shirt, showing off her midriff and wore blue jeans, and sandals. "I've been looking for you."
"Um, who are you?" Kairi asked.
"The name's Alison, and I've been wanting to meet you for a while. Ever since I first saw you in the Poké Maiden Tournament a while back," Alison said.
"I'm flattered. Is there something I can do for you?" Kairi asked. Alison smiled as she took out a Pokéball.
"I would like to have a battle against you," Alison said. "How about it, Kairi?" Kairi accepted the challenge.
"Okay. How do you want to do this?" Kairi asked.
"I was thinking we both use one Pokémon each. And the one I wanna battle is that Bellossom," Alison said.
"Bello?" Bellossom asked.
"Sure," Kairi said.
"Okay! Go for it, Meganium!" Alison called out, throwing her Pokéball. Her Meganium is a female due to its small antennae.
"Bellossom versus Meganium. This should be fun to watch," Ash said.
"Pikachu!" Ash's Pikachu agreed.
"You can make the first move," Alison said.
"Bellossom! Start up with Petal Blizzard!" Kairi ordered. Bellossom sends out Petal Blizzard to deal damage to the herb Pokémon.
"Meganium! Dodge and use Body Slam!" Alison ordered. Meganium avoids Petal Blizzard charged at Meganium to slam her body into Bellossom.
"Dodge it!" Kairi called out. Bellossom avoids Meganium when she got close enough. "Now, use Razor Leaf!" Bellossom fires Razor Leaf right at Meganium.
"Block that with your Leaf Storm!" Alison ordered. Meganium blocks Razor Leaf with Leaf Storm.
"Now that's strong!" Ash said.
"Pika!" Ash's Pikachu agreed.
"You're right! That Meganium is tough!" Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Sora's Pikachu said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
"Now use Soloar Beam!" Alison ordered. Meganium starts to charge up energy to fire at the flower Pokémon.
"Bellossom! Use Moonblast! Make it your strongest one!" Kairi ordered. Bellossom starts to build up energy from Moonblast. Meganium had built up enough energy and fired it right at Bellossom. Bellossom fires Moonblast right at Meganium's Solar Beam. The two attacks collided, resulting in an explosion. Kairi figured she'd take advantage of the smoke by using it as a cover. "Bellossom! Petal Blizzard and follow with Razor Leaf!" Bellossom fired both Razor Leaf and Petal Blizzard, catcching Meganium off guard. "Now use Moonblast!" Bellossom fires Moonblast right at Meganium, landing a hit. Meganium fell on her left, knocked out from the attack. Alison calls back her fallen Meganium.
"Not bad, Kairi. You're even better than I thought," Alison said.
"Thank you," Kairi said.
"Also, you're even cuter than I thought too," Alison said, blushing. Kairi didn't know what she was talking about, but then, it struck her when she looked into her opponent's eyes.
"OH!" Kairi winced. Sora didn't know at first, but he figured it out as well. Ash was oblivioous to their revelation.
"So, I was wondering if you woud like to go out for a milkshake sometime?" Alison asked.
"Um, no thanks. It's just I'm in a relationship with a boy. I think you're nice, but it wouldn't work out between us," Kairi said, backing away, same as Bellossom.
"Lossom," Bellossom said.
"The offer's still standing," Alison said, walking off to a Pokémon Center, but winked right at her before she left. Kairi didn't know how to react about the fact she was just hit on by another girl. She decided not to let it bother her too much.
Over in the Dragon Kingdom on Mobius, N. Brio had taken full control of the kingdom and his army of mutants patrolled the streets.
"This place is nice. But it won't be after I give it a complete makeover. Isn't that right?" N. Brio asked. Harley nodded.
"Excellent. Now, go join the others. Throw anyone who resists in a cell if they try anything," N. Brio ordered. Harley left to join the mutants as N. Brio made contact with Cortex and N. Tropy.
"Report, N. Brio," N. Tropy commanded.
"I successfully taken over the city! It's only a matter of time before I, er, I mean, we take control of this world," N. Brio reported.
"You managed to succeed in something where N. Gin has failed," Cortex said.
"Indeed. Just don't blow it like he did, N. Brio," N. Tropy said, before breaking contact.
"Oh, I won't mess up like that oil leaker did. Better get ready just in case anyone gets here," N. Brio said. He sets off to get to work.
Over in the Mushroom Kingdom, the Destructix opens a dimensional rift and enters on through. They make their way back to Mobius to speak with Finitevus. The silver echidna turned to see them.
"Scourge, have you been successful in killing Sonic?" Finitevus asked.
"None of your business!" Scourge hissed.
"I'll take that for a no then," Finitevus said.
"We would have gotten the job done if the Hooligans didn't get in the way!" Scourge said.
"How unfortunate. Eggman's hired bounty hunters must have wanted that bounty real bad. And your timing couldn't be any better. I just gotten word that there's been recent activities in the Dragon Kingdom. I assumed it was the Iron Dominion at first, but sadly I was mistaken," Finitevus said.
"So, what's your point?" Scourge asked.
"Your point is, we may have some competition in our conquest, so I'll need you to eliminate it," Finitevus said. Scourge wasn't interested.
"Not our department," Scourge said.
"You should reconsider. Sonic might be there to reclaim it for the Free People," Finitevus said. Scourge relented and accepted the offer for payback against the blue hedgehog.
Back in Pallet Town, the Sonic and the other Freedom Fighters thought about Mobius and how bad it might have gotten since they weren't there to stop Dr. Eggman and his forces. Knuckles was worried about Julie-Su, and Cream was worried about her mom. Sonic wasn't worried because of Sally's leadership skills.
"Anyone think Sally and the rest of the Freedom Fighters will be okay?" Tails asked. All the Mobians all looked at the two-tailed fox.
"Why bring that up, Tails?" Amy asked.
"I'm just concerned, that's all," Tails said.
"And you are right to be. The war with Eggman has raged on for years, and we have to work hard to put a stop to him once and for all," Knuckles said. Rouge looked at the Echidna with a teasing look.
"Now, you're not just saying that because Julie-Su is there, are you?" Rouge teased. Knuckles glared right at the Mobian bat.
"You should count yourself lucky she isn't here because she would enjoy putting you in your place," Knuckles retorted.
"But Knuckles is right. Dr. Eggman has crossed so many lines and we have to stop him in his tracks," Shadow said.
"We should have a word with Alia about sending us right to Mobius," Vector said.
"Yeah, I guess. Sal's probably waiting for us. And I would like to run circles around old egg head again," Sonic said.
The Mobians all spoke with Alia about their intent on Mobius, so Alia understood the situation.
"You realize I can't send any of you with Sora and Kairi because of the Brotherhood of Darkness. Especially after what happened in Equestria," Alia said.
"We know. But we gotta at least check in with Sally," Tails said.
"Affirmative. Dr. Eggman's dominance over Mobius cannot be tolerated," Omega said.
"I'll have a talk with Sora and Kairi about this when they get here," Alia said.
Later, Sora and Kairi were briefed by Alia baout heading to Mobius. They knew it was bad since Eggman is most likely connected in the Brotherhood of Darkness, so they had to act fast if he is.
"Okay, Alia. Let us get set for Mobius once we're ready," Sora said.
"Sure," Alia said.
Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth got set for Mobius to assist in the fight against Dr. Egggman and his robots. They wondered if he could be like Dr. Wily or maybe worse. Sora and Kairi were bringing Salamence, Aggron, Flygon, Sceptile, Duralodon, Electabuzz, Magmar, Jynx, Raichu, and Girafarig. The Freedom Fighters got set as the Kongs, Crash, Coco, Aku Aku Spyro, Sparx, Hunter, Elora, Sheila, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley the Yeti, Agent 9, the Cooper Gang, Carmelita, Dingodile, Ash, Brock, May, and Max were going with them. The Cooper Gang drove in with their van.
"Are you ready, Sora?" Alia asked.
"Ready as we'll ever be, Alia," Sora said.
"Good. Turning the dimensional rift on now," Alia said, activating the dimensional rift. They all entered right through the rift to find themselves back in Knothole. Sally, Antoine, Bunnie, Mighty, Ray, Julie-Su and Big were surprised to see their friends along with several others.
"Sonic!" Sally exclaimed happily.
"Hey, Sal!" Sonic greeted.
"We knew you'd be back, but where were you?" Mighty asked.
"It's a very long story," Knuckles said.
"So, who are they?" Bunnie asked.
"This is Sora and his girlfriend Kairi. Diddy and Dixie you already know," Sonic said.
"The rest of the introductions will have to wait because we have a crisis on our hands. And your timing couldn't be any perfect," Sally said.
"Just what do you mean?" Ash asked.
"Well, for one thing, we have someone you should see," Sally said, gesturing to Li Moon with them.
"Li Moon? What are you doing here?" Tails asked.
"Shouldn't you be with Ken Khan right about now?" Tails asked.
"I would be if he hadn't been captured," Fi Moon said.
" Ken Khan? Captured?" Sonic asked.
"That's not good," Charmy said.
"How was he caught?' Espio asked.
"I don't know the whole detail, but I only know that the Dragon Kingdom was attacked by an army of monsters, led by a strange man calling himself N. Brio," Fi Moon explained. Crash and Coco flinched when the red fox mentioned N. Brio.
"N. Brio? N. Brio is here?" Coco asked.
"Charmy was right to say this isn't good," Aku Aku said.
"Someone you know?" Sally asked, looking at the bandicoots.
"N. Brio is an evil scientist Crash and I defeated way back. He was working for Dr. Cortex, same as N. Gin. N. Gin worked on the technical stuff while N. Brio creates potions to turn people into monsters or make big explosions," Coco said. Spra looked right at Fi Moon with a question on his mind.
"Is N. Brio working with Dr. Eggman or anyone else for that matter?" Sora asked.
Fi Moon shook her head as she replied, "No, I don't think so. N. Brio did not mention anything."
"Okay, too easy," Sora said.
"We're here to help out anyway we can," Kairi said.
"I don't know about this," Sally said.
"You can trust us, Sally. We been through so much since we started this whole thing," Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Sora's Pikachu agreed.
"And we took down evil villains along the way," Kairi added.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
"What they said," Meowth said.
"Well, if Sonic can count on you, then so can I. We'll start with the planning. In the meantime, you can fill us in on what more you know of this N. Brio," Sally said.
"Right," Coco said.
Sora, Kairi, Ash, Brock, May, Max, the Kongs, Crash, Coco, Aku Aku Spyro, Sparx, Hunter, Elora, Sheila, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley the Yeti, Agent 9, the Cooper Gang, Carmelita, and Dingodile went with the Freedom Fighters to discuss their plan of attack.
Sally explained to the otherwordly visitors that Ken Khan is the king of the Free People and a valued alley of the Freedom Fighters. Their list of enemies included Dr. Finitevus, the Iron Dominion, and of course, the Eggman Empire. They even told them about the four ninja clans residing there. First i the Shinobi Ninja Clan, which is the clan Espio is affiliated with, since it's all chameleons. Then, there's the Yagyu Ninja Clan, which is made up of bats. The Raiju Ninja Clan that is made up of Lynxes. And finally there is the Gossamer Ninja Clan, which is made up of spiders. They were divided from one another since they were enemies.
Coco explained to the Freedom Fighters about N. Brio, being a part of Cortex's forces in his plot to take control of the world Crash and Coco are from. The bandicoots (mostly Coco) explained how unhinged N. Brio is.
Over to the Dragon Kingdom, Blaze stands outside the gates along with Samus, Jak, Daxter, Keira, Ratchet, Clank, the Bomberman Brothers, Shovel Knight, Sash, Carol, Milla, Fox, Sir Arthur, and Volnutt. With them are new members of Blaze's crew. One is a young teenager with somewhat spiky blonde hair in a long ponytail and blue eyes. He wore an azure coat and a black shirt, exposing his belly. Another is a young man with short blue hair. He wore blue shirt with darker blue shoulder pads, black pants, and a blue and red cape affixed with a red stone. He also wears a small gold headband. Also with them is a limbless creature with two tufts of hair on his head, a purple jacke with a red red bandana, gloves, and yellow shoes.
"Here we are," Blaze said.
"You certain that a member of the Brotherhood of Darkness is behind those gates, Blaze?" Ratchet asked.
"Yes. Dr. Eggman would try anything to grab Sonic's attention. I know that from experience," Blaze said.
"If you say so," Ratchet said. He turned to Clank. "Clank, you think you can scan for anything inside?"
"Affirmative, Ratchet," Clank said. He activated his scanning systems and he was finished within seconds. "Scanning complete. There are several lifeforms inside, but none that are native to this world."
"This has the stink of the Brotherhood of Darkness. You were right to bring us here, Blaze," Fox said.
"What do you think they're looking for in there?" Black Bomber asked.
"Who cares, because we got some asses to kick!" Daxter said.
"Crude, but I do agree with Daxter. Those villains won't get too far," Sir Arthur said.
"I agree with Sir Arthur. We have come this far," Shovel Knight said.
"How are you liking this, Gunvolt?" Jak asked.
"You were right when I said it wouldn't be boring," Gunvolt said.
"How are we going to plan our attack?" Volnutt asked.
"I figured the Bombermen coould throw their bombs over the wall and cause some disturbances. Then, Samus, Fox, Jak, Keira, Daxter, Rachet, Clank, Volnutt, and I will draw their fire while Sir Arthur, Marth, Shovel Knight, Gunvolt, Ray Man, Sash, Carol, and Milla will head inside and take on whoever is running the show," Blaze said.
"I'm on board!" Ray Man said.
"Let's do this," Samus said.
"That sounds good. Wake me up when it's over," Blue Bomber said, falling asleep before Red Bomber woke him up.
"Oh no you don't Blue, you're not falling asleep now! We need you for the mission," Red Bomber said.
"You sure we can do this, Blaze?' Green Bomber asked.
"She wouldn't ask us if she didn't need us," White Bomber said.
"Get into positions, everyone!" Blaze said. The Bomberman Brothers got rady to throw their bombs as Blaze waited with Samus, Fox, Jak, Keira, Daxter, Rachet, Clank, and Volnutt got into position as Sir Arthur, Marth, Shovel Knight, Gunvolt, Ray Man, Sash, Carol, and Milla waited for the Bomberman Brothers to make the first moves. The Bomberman Brothers each got their biombs ready and threw the bombs over the gates. The explosions caught the attentions of the mutants as Blaze, Samus, Fox, Jak, Keira, Daxter, Rachet, Clank, and Volnutt came out of the cover of smoke and launched their attacks on the mutants. Sir Arthur, Marth, Shovel Knight, Gunvolt, Ray Man, Sash, Carol, and Milla followed after and went on ahead to deal with the head of the operations. The Bomberman Brothers kept up with their bombing, causing discord among the mutant armies. One mutant makes contact with N. Brio.
"Dr. N. Brio! Dr. N. Brio! We have a problem!" One of the mutants reported. N. Brio spoke through a hologram.
"Who could be attacking us after we just took over!" N. Brio questioned.
"It's a band of meddlers! They got pass the gates and they're quickly wiping out our forces!" The mutant reported.
"Stop them at any cost! Capture them and throw them into the dungeon! With the others!" N. Brio ordered.
"Yes sir!" The mutant said. He breaks contact with N. Brio
The Bomberman Brothers kept up with the attacks, but it goes south when Banette comes up behind them. The ghost Pokémon struck them from behind and fell to the ground.
"What just happened?!" Aqua Bomber asked.
"I don't know, but can we do that again? That was fun!" Yellow Bomber said.
"I wouldn't call that fun!" Black Bomber said. Ariados came and wrapped them all in its webs, catching them all like flies. "Hey, what is this?!"
"Where did that thing come from?!" White Bomber exclaimed.
Over to Sir Arthur, Marth, Shovel Knight, Gunvolt, Ray Man, Sash, Carol, and Milla, they all raced to the temple to find the head honcho when they were greeted by Harley.
"Who is this joker?" Carol asked.
"I don't know, but I do know is that is in the way!" Ratchet said.
"Then, let's move him out of the way," Jak said.
"I agree. We must press on forward," Marth said, drawing his sword. They all raced to Harley only to find that he is super strong. He managed to beat the squad with ease.
"What sort of demon is he?" Sir Arthur asked.
"I didn't think this would be so difficult," Shovel Knight said.
"We have to keep trying!" Gunvolt said, getting ready to shock him, but Harley knocked him out.
"Gunvolt!" Marth exclaimed. Harley grabbed him and threw him to the ground. Ray Man made contact with Blaze.
"Hey, Blaze, we got a problem here!" Ray Man reported.
Over to Blaze, Samus, Fox, Jak, Keira, Daxter, Rachet, Clank, and Volnutt, they were wiping out the mutant army to the best of their abilities.
"Kinda busy here!" Blaze said.
"It really can't wai- AAH!" Ray Man cried before Blaze lost contact with him.
"Ray Man! Ray Man, come in! Jak, Ratchet, Sash, Marth, anyone, come in!" Blaze said. She checked in with the Bomberman Brothers. "White, come in! How's the attack going?" No response came from White Bomber. "White? Come in! Black, Red, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Aqua, Green, come in!" Fox noticed something was wrong.
"What's going on?" Fox asked.
"I can't make contact with the Bombermen or with anyone else!" Blaze said.
"You think something is wrong?" Fox asked.
Before the cat could ask what's going on, Cacturne jumped out and fired Bullet Seed at the squad and they all take a blow, rendering them unconscious. The attackers were all thrown in the dungeons and their weapons were taken. Only Daxter and Clank were missing. They had gotten loose during the attack. Harley made contact with N. Brio.
"Master, the enemy has been neutralized," Harley reported.
"Excellent work, my puppet. Make sure you do the same to any strangers coming our way!" N. Brio instructed.
"Yes, master," Harley said. He left to patrol the streets. Blaze and her team wakes up to find themselves in the dungeon.
"What happened?" Blaze asked.
"Blaze?" Ken Khan asked, seeing the cat.
"Ken! You're alive! What happened?" Blaze asked.
"My kingdom had been captured as you had witnessed. The one leading those monstrosities is someone calling himself N. Brio. My army was defeated and I have been thrown in here. Now, it won't be long before they attack the rest of Mobius," Ken Khan said.
"We can't have that," Sash said.
"It'll be so much easier if we weren't still wrapped up," White Bomber said. Blue Bomber snored as he slept comfortably. "How can you sleep peaceful at a time like this, Blue?"
"That's Blue for ya. He could even sleep through an earthquake," Green Bomber said.
"Any other ideas, Blaze?" Samus asked.
"The only thing we can do is wait on the Freedom Fighters. N. Brio's dominance over the Dragon Kingdom should be easier to notice than a campfire on a beach," Blaze said. Keira noticed someone was missing from the group.
"Where are Daxter and Clank?" Keira asked.
"I thought it was too quiet here," Jak said.
"Same here. They must have gotten away during the brawl we were in," Ratchet said.
"I just hope they come up something soon," Volnutt said.
Over to Daxter and Clank, the duo had made it outside and they were fortunate to escape.
"Why are we running away for, Clank? We should be inside and taking on all those freaks!" Daxter said.
"Daxter, we had to avoid being captured at any costs. And it wouldn't be logical to expect to come out unscathed in the process of our retaliation," Clank said.
"Okay, smarty-bot, what do you think we should do?" Daxter asked.
"If memory serves, our only options is to recruit the aide of the Freedom Fighters. They'll have to help save our compatriots and aid us in defeating the villain here," Clank said.
"Fine, we can do it your way," Daxter pouted. The duo went off to find the Freedom Fighters and get help from them. The only problem they were facing was, they didn't know where to start looking.
Over to Sora, Kairi, and the rest, they were making their way to the Dragon Kingdom inside of tanks they took from the enemy forces ling ago. Shadow, Silver, Crash, Coco, and Aku Aku rode in the Cooper Van along with the Cooper Gang and Carmelita.
"This is the only way to travel!" Coco said.
"Just keep following the tanks and we'll be right with them in no time!" Sly said.
"You got it, Sly!" Murray said.
Right in one of the tanks, Sonic was sitting, bored since he would have run ahead of them to get to the Dragon Kingdom first, but Sally couldn't risk it, and they had to surprise them first.
"I still think I can go faster when I run on ahead," Sonic pouted.
"Too risky. N. Brio could be setting up a trap for us," Sally said.
"She's right. If Fi Moon said he has an army armed to the teeth, and we could be in a bigger fight than we think," Sora said.
"Crash and Coco dealt with N. Brio before, so their expertise should help us out," Kairi said.
"She's right. Evil geniuses are in their category," Amy said.
"Same with us," Sally said.
"According to Fi Moon, N. Brio has an army of monsters, so we need to be ready for anything these monsters can throw at us," Sally said.
"If N. Brio is a part of the Brotherhood of Darkness, then he could have a clue to put an end to this whole inter dimensional nonsense," Meowth said.
The tanks and the van all arrived close enough to the Dragon Kingdom. Daxter and Clank waached from their hiding place. The Sora, Kairi, Ash, Brock, May, Max, the Pokémon the Freedom Fighters, the Kongs, Crash, Coco, Aku Aku Spyro, Sparx, Hunter, Elora, Sheila, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley the Yeti, Agent 9, the Cooper Gang, Carmelita, and Dingodile all arrived to their destination.
"Here we are, everyone. Our next plan of action is to go over the walls. Espio, you can use your invisibility ability to make it over without anyone or anything seeing you," Sally said.
"Of course," Espio said.
"I'm also good at sneaking in. Two is better than one," Sly said.
"He's right, Sally. Espio and Sly can shadow each other to keep the other safe," Silver said.
"And this is your home turf, I'll leave the leadership to you," Sly said.
"I agree," Espio said. He turned to Sly. "Come on, Sly. I can show you a way to get in." Espio and Sly climbed up a wall and saw all sorts of mutants patrolling the streets of the Dragon Kingdom. "Mutants. Not of Mobius."
"No kidding," Sly said. "You move in first since you can turn invisible."
"Of course," Espio said, turning invisible. Espio jumped off and went through the streets. Sly jumped off as soon as he saw them leave the area for the moment. The raccoon had to move fast before they come back. Sly snuck through the streets. He noticed how alert they were now.
"Sora to Sly. Anything going on?" Sora asked through the com.
"Just a bunch of circus freak shows patrolling the streets," Sly said. "And they look like something up with them."
"Whatever it is, we can worry about it later," Bentley the Turtle said.
"He's right. The important thing we rescue Ken Khan and liberate the Dragon Kingdom," Espio said, through the com.
"Sly, find a way to get us inside. Espio, make sure you keep Sly safe," Sally said.
"Of course," Espio said.
Outside the gates, the sounds of blades with drawing, catching everyone's attention.
"Anyone hear that?" Max asked.
"I do," Elora said.
Just then, a band of Mobian Komodo dragons came with swords, axes, sais, and maces coming right towards them.
"Well, well, what do we have here?" One of the Komodo dragons asked.
"Wonder what treasures they have," another Komodo dragon said.
"Who are they?" Ash asked.
"They're Komodo dragons. These Komodo dragons a bunch of bandits," Shadow said.
"What do you want?" Sora asked.
"We want everything you own," the leading Komodo dragon said. "And we won't take no for an answer." The Komodo dragons were about to launch their attack when Sonic took the weapons out of their hands. Silver uses his telepathic powers to lift them up, and hold them close to the Komodo dragon bandits. Daxter and Clank took out some of the Komodo dragons and pinned them down.
"If you know what's good for you, you'll back off," Silver said. The leading Komodo dragon had to stand his ground and not show any fear.
"And how are you going to make us?" The leading Komodo dragon asked. Sora took out his Pokéballs and let out Sceptile, Salamence, Aggron, Flygon, and Duralodon out and they scare the Komodo dragons, making them flee. "Come back here, you cowards!"
"Chaos Spear!" Shadow shouted, firing his Chaos Spear at the leading Komodo dragon, sending him flying.
On the other side, Espio and Sly made it to the gates to open the gates and allow them to enter. Just when they got close, Banette came up from the ground and grinned wickedly. Sly was about to take control of the lever when Banette attacked with a Thunder attack. Sly got hit.
"Sly!" Espio exclaimed. He turned to see the ghostly Pokémon grinning evilly, but Espio felt uneasy since he felt a familiar feeling. "Banette?"
"What's Banette doing here? Sora didn't say he was bringing that here!" Sly said.
"That's not Sora's! That's a different one completely! But this one seems very familiar to me. It feels like I seen this one before," Espio said.
Banette attacked with Will-O-Wisp at them, but Sly bats the bluish purple flame at its owner.
"Sly, you open the gate! I'll keep this Banette busy!" Espio said.
"Right," Sly nodded. Sly went for the lever as Banette attempted to stop him, but Espio threw a shuriken at the marionette Pokémon, causing an explosion. Sly opened the gates allowing the rest to go through. This caught the attention of the mutants.
"Invaders!" One of the mutants shouted. N. Brio saw the bandicoots with them and he grinned. Harley shows up next to them.
"Bandicoots. Not sure why they're here, but this an opportunity for revenge," N. Brio said.
"Shall I deal with them, master?" Harley asked.
"No. I'll go and greet them myself," N. Brio said. He turned to Harley. "Deal with the others if you want, but the bandicoots are mine."
"Yes, master," Harley said. He left to join the others to fight the Freedom Fighters and the others. N. Brio rushed over to the scene. Crash and Coco fought the mutants as N. Brio greeted the bandicoots.
"N. Brio!" Coco said.
"Friends! I have a little fun game for you to play! I've got a reward for the clever bandicoots who can reach my new temple, but you'll have to defeat my deadly diabolical creations along the way!" N. Brio said as he laughed insanely. He threw a potion down the ground, making him disappear.
"Where are the testing grounds?" Coco asked. Crash shrugs his shoulders. She turned to the others. "Guys! N. Brio is heading for the temple!"
"That's where we're going to go!" Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Sora's Pikachu said.
"I'm with you, Sora!" Kairi said.
"Eevee, vee!" Angel said.
"I'm coming with! You'll need me to get to the temple since I know the way!" Sonic said.
"And we'll deal with the mutants!" Knuckles said, giving a mutant a punch. Another mutant was about to attack Knuckles, but Julie-Su attacked the mutant.
"I got your back, Knuckles!" Julie-Su said. Knuckles smiled.
"Thanks Julie-Su!" Knuckles said. The female echidna smiled back. As the battle raged on, Sora, Kairi, Sora's Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, Crash, and Coco went with Sonic as Sally led Ash, his Pikachu, Brock, May, Tails, Vector, Charmy, Murray, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Tiny Kong, Kiddy Kong, and Lanky Kong to the dungeon. Donkey Kong, Chunky Kong, Dingodile, Bentley the Yeti, and Agent 9 handled the mutants as they fired green energy at them, but Silver used his psychic powers against them and Omega launches missles at the mutants. Harley saw Sally's squad heading for the dungeon and jumped high and lands right in front of them. May was horried to see out of anyone she met, it had to be Harley.
"No way! Harley?!" May exclaimed surprised.
"How did he get here?!" Ash also exclaimed.
"You don't think he's gotten through a dimensional rift same as us, did he?" Brock asked.
"Is he someone you know?" Sally asked.
"He's a Pokémon Coordinator we know. He tried to sabotage May when we first met him," Brock said.
"But that might be the Harley from Sora's world. I heard news of his disappearance and his face on a milk carton," Vector said.
Back in Pallet Town, Toad took out a carton of milk with Harley's face on the side, reading: "Have you seen me?" He pours the milk in a glass and took a drink.
Back in Mobius, Sally, Ash, Brock, May, Vector, Charmy, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Kiddy Kong, Tiny Kong, Lanky Kong, and Murray stood before the brainwashed Pokémon Coordinator.
"My master won't allow you go further," Harley said. Brock raised a brow.
"Something is wrong here. This might not be our Harley, but something is strange about him," Brock said.
"Agreed. It would seem that he was brainwashed by the enemy," Vector deduced.
"Even when brainwashed, he's a creep," May said.
"We don't have time to deal with him. We need get to the dungeon," Sally said.
"You get to the dungeon, because I am itching for some more action!" Murray said. "Feel the wrath of the Murray!" The hippo got ready to give Harley a punch, but he caught the hippo's fist, much to his shock. "Uh-oh."
"Uh-oh is right," Diddy said. Harley picked him up and gave him a toss.
"Murray!" Dixie exclaimed.
"He couldn't do that before!" Vector said.
"Who shall be next?" Harley asked.
"That would be me," Vector said. Vector lunged at Harley only to be stopped by him. Sally and the others attempted to get pass them, only to be stopped by Cacturne.
"No way!" Charmy said. May took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Munchlax! Take the stage!" May called out as her Munchlax came out to battle. "Munchlax! Focus Punch!" Munchlax readied its fist on Cacturne, but the scarecrow Pokémon blocked Munchlax's Focus Punch. May was stunned to see it happen. "No way!" Cacturne swung its arms at Munchlax. Ash, Brock, and May let out Corphish, Forretress, and Combusken attacked Cacturne, but Octillery, Banette, Ariados, and Wigglytuff attacked and overpowered them.. Shadow saw the fight and headed right for Cacturne.
"Chaos Attack!" Shadow said as he gave Cacturne punches and kicks. Shadow gave Cacturne one last punch. "Chaos Blast!" Shadow gave a blast of chaos energy and it overpowered the Pokémon. Shadow sets his attention onto Harley who was fighting Vector and Murray, so he used his power of speed to land a hit onto Harley. "Chaos Blast!" Shadow lets out another blast of chaos energy. Harley was still standing as the crocodile and hippo were giving it their all. Donkey Kong, Chunky Kong, Knuckles, and Bentley the Yeti ganged up on the brainwashed Harley.
Over to Elora, she took on some of the mutants. She was quickly getting surrounded, but Spyro plowed right through the mutants.
"Get away from her!" Spyro yelled. He flamed the mutants and turned to her with concern. "Are you okay, Elora?
"Yeah, thanks to you, Spyro," Elora said. Spyro gave the faun a hug. Elora was surprised by how sudden, but it felt nice. Tails, Hunter, and Bianca watched on as they knew what it would blossom into.
Sora, Kairi, the Pokémon, Sonic, Crash, and Coco raced through the grounds of the kingdom. Unknown to them, N. Brio was watching them as he prepared his potions.
"I have you right where I want you," N. Brio said as he got ready to throw his potion when Tawna came right behind him.
"Hey!" Tawna yelled. N. Brio threw the potion to another side. He growled at the female bandicoot. She was about to beat him up when he used another potion to teleport out of her way.
The potion N. Brio threw goes flying into the air. Harley kept on fighting them as the potion lands a hit onto Harley causing him to scream in pain.
"He's down! Keep him that way!" Shadow said.
"Right!" Vector said as Murray slammed into him, keeping him down. Shadow pinched his shoulder, rendering him unconscious.
"It should subdue him until he wakes up," Shadow said.
"We should get something to keep him that way," Chunky Kong said.
"Agreed. Omega should have some restraints with him," Shadow said.
Over to Sally, Ash, Brock, May, Ash's Pikachu, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Kiddy Kong, Tiny Kong, and Lanky Kong, they made it to the dungeons to see Ken Khan, Blaze, and the others in the cells.
"Sally!" Ken Khan said.
"Ken!" Sally said.
"Words cannot describe how happy I am to see you," Ken Khan said.
"Same here," Sally said as she saw Blaze and her team. "Blaze? What are you doing here?"
"Helping anyway we can, same as you," Blaze said.
"At least we're on the same side," Sally said. She gets them out of their cells and got them out. Sally uses her laser blades to cut the webs to cut their webs out.
"Thanks," White Bomber said.
"Anytime," Sally said.
"Where's N. Brio?" Sally asked.
"He should be at the temple about now," Ken Khan said.
"Sora, Kairi, Crash, Coco, and Sonic are heading there now," Ash said. Ken Khan looked at him.
"Who are Sora, Kairi, Crash, and Coco? And who are you?" Ken Khan asked.
"They're friends," Sally said.
"And is Sonic here as well?" Ken Khan asked.
"Yes, he's right with us," Sally said. "And more."
Over to Sora, Kairi, the Pokémon, Sonic, Crash, and Coco entered the temple and headed to the throne room. Once inside, they all looked around for the demented scientist.
"N. Brio, come on out!" Sora called out.
"No need to yell, child," N. Brio said. He stepped out as he mixed some potions together. He threw some potions at the squad. Sonic ran as Crash jumped out of the way. Kairi took out her Pokéballs.
"Electabuzz, Magmar, Jynx, Raichu, and Girafarig!" Kairi called out. Sora did the same thing.
"Sceptile, Salamence, Flygon, Aggron, Duralodon! Go!" Sora called out.
The couple's Pokémon all came out to battle. The Pokémon all attacked N. Brio whom threw his potions at the attacks of the Pokémon. Sora's Pikachu and Angel ran across the throne room as Sora, Kairi, Sonic, and the bandicoots avoided him.
"Hold still! I need to know if this is lethal!" N. Brio said.
"Na-na!" Sonic taunted.
"Hold still, hedgehog!" N. Brio yelled.
"Hit me while you can!" Sonic taunted. He tried to grab him, but he zips around him with his speed.
"Pikachu! Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu slams his tail at N. Brio hard.
"You little rodent!" N. Brio exclaimed. Crash gave him a kick. "Ouch!"
"N. Brio!" Ken Khan called out as he came riding in on his cloud. "You will pay for what you have done!"
"I think not!" N. Brio said, mixing his potions together and drank it. He then transforms into a muscular green-skinned monster. He roars as he slams his fists on the ground. Sonic ran around as N. Brio tried to crush him. Crash stuck his foot in front of him and the evil scientist tripped and fell. Sally, the rest of the Freedom Fighters, and everyone else all came around and gave N. Brio such an overwhelming pummeling. N. Brio roared as he tried to land another hit, but he was overpowered by the onslaught. N. Brio was beaten as another potion hits him, transforming him into a pterodactyl-like creature. "And now for my final t-t-test! Taste my reptilian wrath!" He then froze as his newly formed wings are on his stomach. "AUGH! My cloaca!" He lays an eggs with bolts coming out. He flinched as he flew off as Crash claims the eggs in his hands.
"And don't come back!" Sora called out to him. N. Brio went through a dimensional rift into a completely different realm. Cortex and N. Tropy was watching closely.
"First N. Gin fails, and now it's N. Brio. Surprise, surprise," Cortex said.
"No matter. His failure doesn't change a thing for us. We'll have to think of something to grab their attention. Until then, let them have their victory," N. Tropy said.
"Fine," Cortex said. "I'll deal with the bandicoots, and deal with G. Gin and N. Brio when I see them."
After the battle, they all made it back to Knothole for their victory. Marth, Gunvolt, and Ray Man were introduced to Sora and Kairi and they were happy to meet them. Blaze and her team couldn't stay long, so they had to take off, but came the ceremony. Cream and Cheese was standing next to a a tall, cream-colored anthropomorphic rabbit with a white muzzle, brown eyes and a tuft of light orange hair on her forehead. She has light brown and orange markings around her eyes and on the ends of her lopped ears. For attire, she wears a long light pink and purple dress with a white trim and a fitted burgundy vest, a blue or orange ascot, white gloves with gold cufflinks, low-heeled burgundy shoes, and pink lipstick. The non-Mobians stood before Sally.
"Thank you all for what you have done for us. You saved the Dragon Kingdom and the Free People from the threat of Dr. N. Brio. The people of the Free People all owe you their gratitude as do we. So, it pleases me to make you all honorary members of the Freedom Fighters," Sally said, giving them all medals as the the official Freedom Fighters all cheered.
"Thank you for this honor, Princess," Sora said. "We were happy to help out."
"And since we have a common enemy in Dr. Eggman, I would like to lend you the Freedom Fighters in your world. And you are welcomed here anytime," Sally said.
"Thank you," Sora said. With that said, Sora, Kairi, the Pokémon, Ash, Brock, May, Max, the Kongs, Crash, Coco, Aku Aku, Spyro, Sparx, Hunter, Elora, Bianca, Sheila, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley the Yeti, Agent 9, the Cooper Gang, Carmelita, Dingodile, Sonic, and the Freedom Fighters that came along all prepared to depart. Mighty, Ray, and Julie-Su were all going with them as Harley and his Pokémon were being carried with them. A dimensional rift opens and they all go on through. After arriving, they explained to Professor Oak and the rest about their experience in Mobius. Harley was laying down, on the bed as Tails was figuring out how to undo the mind control.
"Is there anyway to undo the brainwash?" Sora asked.
"There is. We can remove the control chip from his mind. But there is a downside in doing so," Tails said.
"Downside?" Kairi asked worried.
"We can remove the chip from his mind, but there is a possibility that we might end up killing him or just damage his brain.
"Is it worth the risk?" Meowth asked.
"He'll try to attack us if we don't," Tails said. He activated a device to remove the chip. "Here we go." Tails turns it on and it it goes through his nose. The device takes the chip from his brain. Harley screamed as the device successfully removed the chip and he now becomes brain dead. He starts drooling.
"Did it work?" Kairi asked worriedly.
"Let's see," Tails said, checking his vitals. "The good news is he's alive. The bad news is his mind had taken some damage, but not so fatal. So, in other words, he'll be just fine. Only time knows when he'll make a full recovery."
"That's good to know. Now we should send him home," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
It didn't take long before Harley's return hits the news as he is in a mental hospital in Slateport City for his slow recovery. Harley was laying in bed as the nurse was feeding him his oatmeal.
"Here you go, Harley. It's blueberry. Your favorite," the nurse said.
Even though Harley mentally unstable, he was able to respond by blinking; once for yes and twice for no. His Pokémon fortunately recovered better than Harley did, but not emotionally. They constantly worried about their trainer. The May in Sora's world even hoped for Harley's recovery even if he didn't deserve after what he tried to do. But she knew it wouldn't be right to wish his current state on him. Ash's May wondered how the Harley there would react seeing his counterpart in such a state. The bad guys had failed, but the Brotherhood of Darkness luckily for them, but the war wasn't over yet as they were all going to find out.
