Episode 316: A Dimensional Finale Part 1
A few days have passed since saving all of existence from N. Tropy and his female counterpart. Tawna has officially joined the other heroes, along with Professor Layton and Luke. They were filled in on the Brotherhood of Darkness and their organizations skills. Sora wasn't sure what just happened to him recently. He could have sowrn he heard the voice of his deeased father. He couldn't understand how it was possible since he never met him before in his life. He couldn't remember where he first heard it. He could have thought he heard it from a dream or in the old wedding video of him and his mother, but that wasn't it at all."Why is this eating me up inside? It felt like dad was right there beside me, but at the same time, he wasn't," Sora said in his thoughts. Pikachu looked up and he could something was wrong.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said with concern. He turned to his partner.
"What's wrong, Pikachu?" Sora asked.
"Pika, Pika, Pikachu, chu, Pi, Pika, Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"I'm not worrying you, am I?" Sora asked.
"Pi," Pikachu nodded.
"Sorry, buddy. Didn't mean to worry you. Just had a lot on my mind lately," Sora said. "How about we go and train some more. You could use the exercise."
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said as he went with Sora to train.
Sora and Pikachu met Kairi and Angel outside the house. Kairi was worried about Sora more than ever becuase she could always tell when something was bothering him. Kairi was the only one he told about hearing his father's voice for the firt time for real since he couldn't remember when. She didn't know ho to react to this claim, but she knew it had to be true. If hearing his father's voice was something, hearing the voices of his other ancestors was another story. That was something he left out.
Upon arriving at Professor Oak's lab, Sora and Kairi trained their Pokémon some more to be prepared for anything. Rookidee, Dreepy, Silicobra, Lickitung, Yanma, and Dottler all evolved. The newly evolved Corvisquire, Drakloak, Sandaconda, Lickilicki, Yanmega, and Orbeetle astounded the other Pokémon. Scorbunny wasn't among the enthusiastic.
"Okay, Drakloak! Let's get some practice done! Dragon Pulse!" Sora ordered. Drakloak fired Dragon Pulse into the ground. "Very good! Okay Corvisquire! Air Slash!" Corvisquire sends out Air Slash and it has proven pretty powerful. "Good work, you guys!" The Pokémon all beamed, but Sora noticed something wrong with Scorbunny. "Hey, Scorbunny, what's wrong?" Scorbunny looked at him and scampered off. "Scorbunny?" The rabbit Pokémon just moved away when Sora tried to talk to him. "Scorbunny, hey!"
"Sora, what's wrong now?" Kairi asked.
"It's Scorbunny. He's been giving me the cold shoulder lately. I have no idea what's going through that rabbit Pokémon's head," Sora said.
"You think he's sick or something?" Kairi asked.
"I don't know," Sora said.
"Hey! Sora!" Lea called out. Sora and Kairi turned to see the red-head.
"What's up, Lea?" Sora asked.
"Professor Oak wants you to come in! He says there's something he wants you to see!" Lea said. The couple obliged him and entered the lab.
"Sora, Kairi, wonderful timing, because I have a letter from Sandgem Town," Professor Oak said.
"Sandgem Town? Who do we know there?" Sora asked taking the letter from Professor Oak. "Hey! It's from Gary!"
"Gary?" Kairi asked. "Really?"
"Yeah. I haven't seen him since he left for the Sinnoh region!" Sora said. He and Kairi read what's written.
Dear grandpa,
How are things down there in Kanto? Sorry it took me so long to write you, but I've been so busy with my research, I lost track of time. Things have been going smoothly down here in the Sinnoh region since I got here. When I first got here, I was given one heck of a greeting from his staff. Also, I've been helping take care of the three starter Pokémon of Sinnoh, Turtwig, a Grass Type, Chimchar, a Fire Type, and Piplup, a Water Type. Just seeing them just brought back some old memories. Also, tell my mom that I'm sorry I haven't been calling her. I'm hoping to coming down to see you, or you can come see me. Also, I have sent over three eggs, but for some strange reason, they just won't hatch. So, I thought maybe Sora and Kairi can take care of those eggs, and I would appreciate if they let me know what hatches from them. Also, tell the lovebirds I said hi.

"That Gary," Sora said.
"Gary mentioned three eggs, didn't he?" Kairi asked.
"He did. In fact, I have them right here," Professor Oak said as Isa brought in two and Lea brought in one. Two of the eggs are light blue, but one has a red jewel at the center. It has yellow dots all around. The other is similar to the first egg, but it has regular blue dots all around. The third egg is white with greenish-blue spots. Sora and Kairi takes the eggs in their arms.
"These are the eggs?" Sora asked.
"Yes indeed. I would appreciate you would take care of them, because I cannot get them to hatch either," Professor Oak said. The two eggs responds well to Kairi. The red jewels in the center starts glowing. Sora was amazed by how the eggs were responding to her. The egg Sora is holding is responding to Sora as it gives off the same blue energy as Sora did when he faced the N. Tropies. "Extraordinary."
"What could it mean, professor?" Isa asked.
"It's possible that Sora and Kairi might have a certain connection with these eggs. If so, then it's possible that they could hatch at any moment," Professor Oak said.
"Got it memorized? Any moment," Lea said.
"We'll keep these safe," Sora said.
"Thank you, Sora, Kairi," Professor Oak said.
The couple left for the mansion as they showed their friends the eggs. Riku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill came back from Saffron City, and Ventus came from Celadon City after visiting his grandma while Terra and Aqua came from Porta Vista to visit Sora.
"Wow, Pokémon eggs," Ventus said.
"What do you think are in those eggs?" Mighty asked.
"We don't know yet. We just got them Professor Oak after getting a letter from Gary in Sandgem Town. These eggs just wouldn't hatch right away," Sora said.
"Who's Gary?" Sly asked.
"He's Professor Oak's grandson. The Gary in our world left to be a Pokémon researcher. Same can be said about Sora and Kairi's Gary," Ash said.
"Just where exactly is this Sandgem Town?" Richter asked.
"Sandgem Town is in the Sinnoh region. That's where he went before Kairi and I left for the Hoenn region," Sora said.
"Just how soon will these eggs hatch?" Ventus asked.
"The professor said at any moment," Kairi said.
"I want them to hatch now," Ventus said.
"I know, Ven, but you can't rush nature. Can't make it rain when you want it to, and you can't make it sunny when you want it," Terra said.
"Terra's right, Ven. Just gotta be patient," Sora said. The two eggs Kairi was taking care of started to glow right at the same time.
"Guys! The eggs!" Coco exclaimed.
"Why are they going off like that?" Tawna asked.
"You don't think they're hatching, do you?" Riku asked.
"At the same time?!" Terra asked.
Both eggs hatches at the same exact time. The eggs produced two new Pokémon right before their very eyes. One is a small, blue, aquatic Pokémonwith stubby feet and club-like arms that are longer than its body. It has a red gem on its chest and a yellow dot below the gem. Its onion-shaped head has a pair of long blue antennae, which have small spheres on the ends. Its irises are dark blue with yellow sclerae, and there are two yellow dots of "eyelash" markings extending from the eyes. The other is a blue Pokémon with a round head and a tiny body. Its head is crowned by a flotation sac with a long, ribbon-like antenna. Its mouth is small, and its eyes are large with blue sclerae and gray irises. Above its eyes are two blue, circular markings connected to the eyes by a thin black line. Its long, flipper-like arms have rounded tips. It has a red, oval gem on its chest and a single rudimentary foot spike. The two newborn Pokémon take a look at Kairi, seeing her face light up like with Togepi.
"Whoa," Ventus said.
"What are these?" Luke asked.
"I don't know, but I have to say, they're so cute!" Amy said.
"I think I know what one of them is. That one there is a Manaphy," Max said, pointing to the two antennaes.
"Manaphy?" Sora asked, taking out his Pokédex.
Manaphy, the Seafaring Pokémon
Type: Water
It is born with a wondrous power that lets it bond with any kind of Pokémon. Water makes up 80% of its body. This Pokémon is easily affected by its environment.
"Okay, let's hear about you," Sora said, pointing his Pokédex at the other one.
Phione, the Sea Drifter Pokémon
Type: Water
When the water warms, they inflate the flotation sac on their heads and drift languidly on the sea in packs. It always returns to where it was born, no matter how far it may have drifted.
"Okay, let's see what attacks they know," Sora said. He used his Pokédex to see what each one of them knows. "Hm, Manaphy knows only Bubble, Tail Glow, and Water Sport. And Phione only knows Bubble and Water Sport."
"Just those? I thought they would know more than those," Ventus said.
"What do you think? They were just born," Sora said. Kirby walked up to them to greet the newborns.
"Poyo," Kirby greeted.
Manaphy and Phione embraced the pink puffball.
"They like you, Kirby," Sora said.
"Poyo," Kirby chirped.
The egg Sora was looking after didn't hatch at all. Sora figured the egg takes some more time than the other two. did. Kairi brought Manaphy and Phione to Professor Oak to show them.
"So, that's what these eggs hatched into?" Professor Oak asked.
"Yeah. It was quite a surprise. Do you have any idea about Manaphy and Phione, professor?" Kairi asked.
"Not so much. Manaphy and Phione are said to be mythical Pokémon. To be in a possesion of one is quite rare among trainers," Professor Oak said.
"Theyre mythical Pokémon? I never would have guessed," Kairi said.
"This is quite amazing, Kairi. And what about the egg Sora has? Has that one hatched yet?" Professor Oak asked.
"No. It hasn't hatched at all. Maybe it needs some more time to hatch," Kairi said.
"I suppose. If it's acceptable for you, I would like to have to do research on them. That would require them being in the lab for a few days," Professor Oak said.
"I don't know. They seemed very attached to me," Kairi said. Professor Oak tried to put that into effect when Manaphy and Phione started crying. Hearing their cries, Kairi went back for them. "I'm here, sweethearts! I'm here, I'm here!" She rocks them like the babies and they stopped crying. "There, there. No more tears."
"I guess they don't want to be away from you," Professor Oak said.
"Looks like it to me too," Kairi said.
"Also, it would seem they have chosen you as their new trainer. What do you think?" Professor Oak asked. Kairi liked the idea.
"I would like that. Just to get to know them," Kairi said. Kairi placed Manaphy and Phione down and took out two Pokéballs. "Here, how would like to be my Pokémon?" Manaphy and Phione beamed at wanting to be with Kairi and they both flow inside the Pokéballs. Stars swirls around them to confirm the catch. Kairi lets them out to carry them into her arms. "Welcome to the team, Manaphy and Phione." Manaphy and Phione gave Kairi a warm hug.
It didn't take long before Kairi's other Pokémon got to know their new friends. Crash went up to the baby Pokémon and made some funny faces at them. Sora's egg was being watched contstantly by Sora and Pikachu. He wondered what the egg was glowing in that blue energy.
Meanwhile, over to Team Rocket's old hideout, the Brotherhood of Darkness had their forces patrol the place from top to bottom. The members of the Brotherhood of Darkness were all present and accounted for. From Ganondorf's left was Bowser, King K. Rool, Gnasty Gnorc, Dr. Wily, and Dr. Eggman. On his right were Ripto, Lord Fredrik, Risky Boots, the Sorceress, King Dedede, and Sigma.
"Our enemies have joined forces and they are more powerful than ever," Ganondorf said.
"Maybe so, but we still outnumber them a hundred to one," Dr. Wily said.
"He's right. Things are going our way for a change," Bowser said.
"True, but still, numbers are irrelevant because our enemies are more powerful than ever. Sigma and I have just recieved word that all of existence was at risk recently," Ganondorf said.
"That's unlikely, because I would have been fully aware of that," Dr. Eggman said.
"That's not what my agent inside of Maverick Hunter Headquarters said. He has been monitoring their progress ever since Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and the Sorceress had failed to take over Equestria," Sigma said, making the three villains growl.
"That wasn't our fault! It was the so-called hired help Ripto has with him," the Sorcress said.
"It was your stupid Rhynocs that slowed us down!" Ripto argued. "Along with Gnasty's stooges!"
"Say that again, short-stuff!" Gnasty Gnorc yelled.
"Silence!" Ganondorf yelled. The good news is that N. Tropy has failed to meet that objective; thanks to our enemies. We will let this serve as a reminder that we shouldn't be lax."
"Those do-gooders have been sticking their noses into our business long enough! I say we do something about it right now!" Risky said.
"I agree. It will only be a matter of time before they find us out," King K. Rool said.
"Indeed. I suggest that we recruit some help. Perhaps with their help, we can succeed where we and those like us have failed," Ganondorf said as two dimensional rifts opens up. Two small figures steps forward before the Brotherhood of Darkness. One figure is small jester with no legs, arms or hands. He wore brown shoes with small light brown dashes going across them that look like shoelaces. His skin is lavender with two big expressive purple eyes that lie under his hat. His hat is divided into two colors with different shapes on each side: red with white triangles on the left side and blue with white circles on the right. He wore a red bow tie under his mouth. The other figure is a short alien with no feet and detached hands with cream mittens. He is clad in a regal blue suit, complete with a white cape with gold trimmings and a dash of purple, gold-trimmed cog designs, and wears a white scarf with a blue belt interwoven. On this belt is a silver buckle. His face is brown with oval-shaped yellow eyes. The rest of his head is covered by his hood, with his cat-like ears underneath, causing his hood to poke out at its sides. The protrusions covering his ears have a gold ring around them and have white tips."You all know Marx and Magolor through King Dedede. They have volunteered for the task at hand."
"These two jokers? What can they do?" Bowser asked.
"We're more than we appear to be," Marx said as he grinned, revealing his fangs.
"Just what do you want us to do?" Magolor asked.
"What I want is for you to go and take out our enemies. They are currrently residing in Pallet Town. Draw their attention directly to you. And then, eliminate them." Ganondorf said.
"Is that all? That sounds like loads of fun!" Marx said, taking out a beach ball, with stripes matching his hat, red, blue, and white. The villains waits anxiously for the results, but King Dedede decides to go with them to make sure the job is done right.
Back in Pallet Town, Sora, Kairi, and their friends all gather around to take a picture. The Pokémon all wanted to be a part of it as well. Meowth was guarding Cortex, making sure he would try anything, despite taking away his gadgets. Marx and Magolor had all arrived on the scene. A dimensional rift opens up as Double comes out of it.
"Hey! Who are you?" Magolor asked.
"Just call me Double. Sigma called me here to spring their prisoner," Double said.
"Just stay out of our way," Marx said. The two hired villains set off to get the attention of the heroes as Double snuck in to spring Cortex. Delia was going to take the picture of the group since they insisted that they all be in it. Spyro held Elora in his forelegs as Coco looked at the inter-species couple.
"Hey, since when are Spyro and Elora a couple?" Coco asked.
"Since we were dealing with Cortex. Hunter and Bianca set up a picnic to get them to confess to each other," Zero said.
"It's about time though," Iris said.
"It's odd, but it's cute," Coco said.
Scorbunny felt awkward and tensed being around Bianca again, but he wanted to remember her. Bianca saw the rabbit Pokémon and knew how saw he is.
"Hunter, why don't you excuse me for a minute?" Bianca asked.
"Huh? Need to put on your makeup?" Hunter asked.
"Very funny," Bianca said. She went over to Scorbunny, seeing how sad he is. "Hey, Scorbunny, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Scorbunny looked at her and shook his head. Don't you want to talk about it?" The rabbit Pokémon shook his head. "Well, I just want you to know that I'm sorry about the other day. I just didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I'll forgive you for your jealousy, if you forgive me for hurting you. We can still be friends, can we?" Scorbunny looked at her and he nodded.
"Bunny, Scor, Scorbunny, Scor?" Scorbunny asked.
"Are you asking me if I'm happy with Hunter?" Bianca asked. Scorbunny nodded. "Yes, I am happy with Hunter."
"Scorbunny, bunny," Scorbunny said, accepting Bianca's relationship with Hunter.
"Thank you," Bianca said, hugging Scorbunny and he hugs her back.
"So, that's what's been eating you. I should have realized it sooner," Sora said. "I don't need Meowth to tell me that's very mature of you to accept someone's relationship with someone else." Scorbunny remembered hearing how Gary had a thing for Kairi prior to the Indigo Plateau Pokémon League and with Kadabra as an Abra.
Inside the mansion, Meowth stares right at the evil scientist.
"Hey, kitty cat. How about you undo my restraints. I can make it worth your while," Cortex offered.
"Thanks, but no thanks, bighead. I ain't falling for that trick. Besides, I ain't as dumb as I used to be," Meowth said.
"What is it going to take to get you to move your tail and get me out?" Cortex asked.
"Nothing. Team Rocket didn't give me anything out of it, and I doubt you can deliever," Meowth said. Cortex grinned when Meowth mentioned it.
"Is that so? Tell me everything you know of this Team Rocket," Cortex said.
"Oh boy, where do I start?" Meowth asked.
Outside, Double heads inside to find Cortex as Marx and Magolor went to get the attention of Sora and his friends. King Dedede shows up and sees Marx and Magolor. He knew it was perfect. His eyes glows purple as the spell Cia casted on him sparkled.
Inside the mansion, Double searches for any sign of Cortex. He stopped when he heard him talking with someone.
"So, they double-crossed you and then you became good?" Cortex asked in shock.
"Yeah. What was the point of stealing anymore, so Sora and Kairi gave me a much sweeter deal than Team Rocket ever did. I even get to be petted like the cat that I am," Meowth said.
"You gave up a life of villainy just to be pampered like a spoiled poodle?" Cortex asked.
"Better to be a spoiled poodle than a dirty rat, starving to death out in the streets or in the woods, or out in sea, or a cold mountain, or in a blazing desert. If I'm going to be out there, I would rather have a full belly, and I like helping now," Meowth said.
"Such wasted potential! You were better off as a villain. Once a villain, always a villain, I always say. Evil has much better benefits than good," Cortex said.
"Trust me, joining Team Rocket was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Trust me, it ain't worth it," Meowth said.
"Ugh, what's the point? I tried to get you back into the dark side and then you turn me down like the girls in my days in high school. You can keep your pampered life, while I live it big as a villain!" Cortex said.
"And then get your butt kicked by the same bandicoot four times," Meowth said. Double sneaks on in and behind Meowth. "I think it's funny that your own creation is your own undoing!" Meowth laughed as Doube knocked him out from behind. Meowth fell right on his face.
"Who are you?" Cortex asked.
"The guy who's getting you out of here," Double said.
"Great. I'm saved by a short fat loser. What else could go wrong?" Cortex asked. Double swings his arms as he reveals his real self. He is much more menacing. His body expands, making him much more tall and lean, and revealing most of his armor is translucent and full of what appears to be a pink fluid or gel. His feet, shoulders, and helmet gain large spikes and horns. His eyes also become red with green outlines, and his face turns into a slender sneer.Cortex was shocked to see his true self and was terrified. "I was only kidding about the fat loser crack. If I knew that's what you really looked like, I would have kept my mouth shut." Double creates purple beam knives from the generators on his arms and uses them to cut his restraints.
"If I was here to kill you, I wouldn't have been aiming at you holdings. Now, shut up and come with me," Double said.
"As long it's anywhere, but here, I don't care where you take me," Cortex said. A dimensional rift opens as the yellow Maverick and scientist goes on through. They come back and right before the Brotherhood of Darkness.
"Dr. Neo Cortex, I presume," Ganondorf said.
"How do you know my name? And what do you want with me?" Cortex asked.
"To cut a deal with you. We have a common enemy against a boy with brown spiky-hair. I am certain you are familiar with him," Ganondorf said.
"You mean that kid? He tied me up like a Christmas present and left me in a room to rot, after I helped him save the multiverse from N. Tropy! Talking about ungrateful!" Cortex said.
"Yes, yes. N. Tropy was set on resetting the timeline. That is something we cannot have. I have a proposition for you, my friend," Ganondorf said. Cortex became interested.
"I'm listening," Cortex said.
"How would you like to rule over all of space and time?" Ganondorf asked.
"That is what I had in mind from the very beginning," Cortex said.
"Yes, but with us, you can become even more powerful than ever. And give you the chance to destroy the one who has wronged you: Crash Bandicoot," Ganondorf said.
"Yes! That accursed Bandicoot was my greatest failure! I should never have modified him!" Cortex said as he remembers his failure.
(Flashback, to Cortex Castle)
He and N. Brio were preparing to have Crash into his machine.
"But Dr. Cortex! We have not determined the cause of past failures!" N. Brio said. N. Brio laughs giddily.
"Moron! This Bandicoot will be my general, and he will lead my commandos to world domination! This time, I shall reign triumphant!" Cortex said. The machine fires a beam atCrash, making him cry out in pain. The camera shows stack of cages all marked with different species of animal. N. Brio is shown pulling a lever to raise Crash, who is now seated on a chair, into the Cortex Vortex. "We are closer than ever before! Quickly! Into the Vortex!"
"But Doctor Cortex, the Vortex is not ready! We have no idea what it could do!" N. Brio warned as he laughed manically. Crash is raised into the Cortex Vortex. A loud mechanical droning is heard, a bright lights go off. A screen at the Vortex's control panel shows that Crash, labelled "BANDICOOT 1.0",has been rejected. Cortex growled in anger. "Failure again!" Cortex attempts to catch Crash. "Capture him!" Crash runs out the window. He looks down when he realized he was up high.
"Uh-oh!" Crash said before he fell.
(Present day)
"He foiled my evil plans and sent me back to the past where I spent twenty-two years, plotting my return and taking my rightful place as ruler of the world!" Cortex said.
"That's what we all have in common, Cortex. We dealt with some do-gooder and we end up going through a humiliating defeat," Bowser groaned.
"Humiliating is right," King K. Rool said.
Cortex became a member of the Brotherhood of Darkness to get revenge on Sora, Crash, and their friends.
Back in Pallet Town, Everyone all got ready to get their pictures taken. Marx got set to set their attack. Marx got a ball ready and kicked it. Meta Knight noticed and kicks the ball back.
"Marx!" Meta Knight yelled.
Everyone saw the jester as he blew a raspberry at them.
"You know him?" Sora asked.
"Yes. One of the biggest trouble makers in Dreamland," Meta Knight said.
"And proud of it. Get ready to rumble!" Marx said as he begins to transform. A fearsome bat-like monstrosity with golden yellow-colored wings with two sharp fang-like claws jutting out from each one. The wings also have flashing mirror-like, multicolored, hexagon-shaped scales under them. Each wing has a big, red heart embedded on the alula. His skin retains a purple hue. His eyes are big and black. Marx has a bigger mouth and Marx's bow tie is noticeably larger, but it appears to be coming undone. Lastly, his shoe color remains the same, but the shoes themselves are longer and are rounded at the ends. Magolor then puts on a magic crown as he too transforms. He now has a gaseous, blood-red colored body with a blue aura emanating from it. He now wears white gloves, each with five fingers, and are each now separated by a pair of magical sun-shaped runes. Magolor's hood grows outward and furls into what resembles a jester's hat, obtaining a purple hue with horns with white at the tips. His scarf remains white, but it is larger and is cinched together by a purple, silver-buckled belt, giving the appearance of a veil. "Prepare to meet your maker!"
Terra and Aqua takes Ventus to a safe place as Naminé does the same for Azurill. The heroes all gets set to fight the two villains. Mario, Donkey Kong, Wario, Spyro, Samus, Link, Marth, Sir Arthur, Richter, Guts Man, Zero, Proto Man, Duo, Shantae and Alucard begin their assault as Magolor fires orange orbs at them. They take the hits from the orbs.
"You're very stupid of you think you can defeat me that easily!" Magolor said, send out some purplish black orbs as Blaze uses her fire power to block them.
Marx sends out blades made of energy as Bomb Man and the Bomberman Brothers threw their bombs at him. Marx vanishes into the ground and darts back up. They all get struck by the jester monster as he laughs. The Pokémon joins in the fight as they were overpowered by the two villains.
"Guys!" Sora cried.
"No!" Kairi also cried.
Marx laughed some more as he flew right to Sora.
"So, you're the one my bosses told me about. You're no Kirby, but you're just a big as he is!" Marx said. Mimey gave him a Punch ion the face. "Ow!"
"Get away form my son, you monster!" Delia demanded.
"Monster? That's the nicest thing anyone has ever called me," Marx said. He was about to take his mom when Sora reached out his hand.
"Get away from my mom!" Sora yelled as a ball of blue energy is shot out from his hand and it struck Marx, sending him crashing in the ground. Sora was shocked when he saw what he just did. "Did I do that?"
"Ow! What was that?" Marx asked.
"Pathetic," King Dedede said as he appeared before everyone. The Mane Seven, Spike, Dingodile, Chunky Kong, Tiny Kong, Kiddy Kong, Lanky Kong, Time Man, and Oil Man saw him.
"Dedede! Your'e alive! We knew you were safe!" Pinkie Pie said, running to him. King Dedede was about to smash her with his hammer when Shadow fired his Chaos Spear at the hammer, knocking it out of his hand. The black hedgehog gave him a clean kick in the gut. "Why did you do that, Shadow?"
"Something is wrong," Shadow said. He looked right into Dedede's eyes and he saw his eyes were giving off an evil purple aura. "He's being controlled!" King Dedede takes the hammer back in his hand and comes running towards him. Dedede makes a few swings at him when he matched the speed as his blue counterpart. Bandana Dee saw his king not being himself.
"Your majesty, please stop! Think about what you're doing!" Bandana Dee yelled.
"Traitor!" King Dedede yelled as he swung his hammer at him.
"But sire, I was devastated when you vanished! I was trying to find you and bring you back!" Bandana Dee pleaded.
"A likely story!" King Dedede swung his hammer at him. Kirby ran to snap him out of it when King Dedede smacks Kirby hard. "You! I should have flattened you when I still had a chance!"
"Poyo," Kirby said. King Dedede brought his hammer up when Sora ran and tackled him.
"Leave Kirby alone!" Sora said. King Dedede got up on his feet.
"Why you little!" King Dedede hissed. He headed right for Sora as he grabbed him. Kairi looked on with horror.
"Sora!" Kairi cried. Sora placed his hands on his arms as the blue energy came from his hands and went into Dedede's body. King Dedede gave off a blue glow as the dark magic within him was trying to survive. The blue energy was too much for it and vanished completely. King Dedede blinked twice as he saw what he was doing.
"What the? Where am I?" King Dedede asked, snapping back to his senses. "And where are they?" He let's go of Sora. Marx and Magolor knew it was bad for Dedede to break out of Cia's control, so they retreated.
"You're in Pallet Town. You were under the control of the Brotherhood of Darkness. You remember anything while you were being controlled?" Sora asked. The king of Dreamland paused when he was asked that.
"Oh no. I do remember. I saw what I was doing and I couldn't stop," King Dedede said.
"You're back to your normal!" Bandana Dee cried.
"Yeah, thanks to you. I wouldn't be if he didn't do whatever it was," King Dedede said.
"Yeah, what was that? I didn't know you could use magic too, Sora," Twilight said.
"Neither did I," Sora said.
"It's not magic," Delia spoke up. "It's the power of aura. Sora, you are an Aura User." Sora was shocked to hear the truth.
"An Aura User?" Sora asked.
"Yes. Same as Sir Aaron, your ancestor," Delia said.
"I think I am lost on the whole thing," King Dedede said.
Over to the Brotherhood of Darkness, Marx and Magolor reverted back to their normal forms to report that King Dedede is out of their control.
"So, King Dedede has been set free?" Ganondorf asked.
"Yes sir. And I can bet my beach ball that he's telling them where we are right now," Marx said.
"So, now what?" Bowser asked.
"We will wait for them to come. The war began with Team Rocket's downfall, and now, we shall end it. And we shall be ready," Ganondorf said.
With that said, the clash between good and evil is about to unfold. The second part of the finale of the Multiverse arc is about to be underway in the next chapter and for an exciting battle.
