Episode 326: Porygon With The Wind
After meeting Agumon in the Pokémon Center, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, and Azurill are joined by the dinosaur-like Digimon in search of the virtual Pokémon. Along the search, they explained to the lost Digimon about where he is. Agumon knew about the Pokémon Contest Kairi was in.
"You were watching that?" Sora asked.
"Yes I was. I never seen anything like that before. I was amazed by how they used their attacks, especially when they fought," Agumon said.
"What you saw was a Pokémon battle. That's how Pokémon grow with their trainers, Agumon," Ventus said.
"Just how many kinds of Pokémon are out there?" Agumon asked.
"So many. Just about more than eight hundred kinds of Pokémon are known about right about now," Aqua said. Agumon was amazed by how there are over eight hundred.
Over to Porygon, the virtual Pokémon wondered around the large city. It saw all the Pokémon wondering around. Porygon was attacked by an alley Meowth, but Porygon fought back with a Psybeam. The Meowth ran off after getting hit.
Over in the Digital World, several other Porygon and Porygon2 come gliding by as a Digimon is flying in the sky. It is pink bird with arm-like wings, a feather mane, a red beak, blue eyes, blue stripes on its crest, blue borders on two of its head feathers and its tail feathers, yellow legs, and red claws on its wings and feet. It wore a metallic ring on its left leg. The bird Digimon flew down to the reptile Digimon with the fur pelt.
"Gabumon? Not that I'm happy to see you, but why are you here?" The bird Digimon asked.
"Biyomon, you've seen Agumon around?" Gabumon asked.
"No, not sense yesterday. Why?" Biyomon asked.
"He and Porygon disappeared and I have no idea where they went," Gabumon said.
"Have you told anyone else?" Biyomon asked.
"No. Just you," Gabumon said. "You can't tell me you're not worried about him."
"I won't tell you that because I am. Let's get started on the search," Biyomon said. The two Digimon set off to find their missing friend. Unknown to them, a gray canine Digimon with long, lapine ears, large, black claws on its forelimbs, and a long, feline tail, wrapped with three belts is watching them.
"Gotta go tell the lord Myotismon," the gray Digimon said, taking off.
Elsewhere in the Digital World in a jungle, a Digimon is flying through. It is a bipedal Digimon with four arms with grey talons at the end of the first pair. It has large, green eyes, mouth-like mandibles, and two yellow antennae reaching out from its head. Its elytra is covered with grey spines. It is red and brownish green in coloration with black muscle in the face, neck, the brachium of its arms, and its thighs. Also in the jungle is a plant-like Digimon living there. is a green, bipedal, mandrake-like Digimon with a tail and small bumps lining its back. It has large, root-like feet and foliage-like hands. Each hand has three purple-tipped vines that act like fingers. The top of its head is adorned with a pink and yellow flower with a long, yellow stamen with a red tip. Also there is Digimon that looks like a green caterpillar with a pair of long antennae and ten legs with pink claws. It also has purple mandibles. It has a black band resembling aringaround its abdomen and two pink spines on the end of it. Just then, a group of red stag beetle-like Digimon come flying through the jungle. They have black markings on their heads and four arms. They have long mandibles and pair of large wing and a pair of elytra on their upper backs. They all have black muscle in the torso, arms, and legs. The ladybyg, plant, and worm Digimon saw them coming.
"Kuwagamon!" The ladybug Digimon yelped.
"Not again!" The worm Digimon exclaimed.
"Run!" The plant Digimon yelled as she started running.
The three Digimon ran from the attacking Kuwagamon as they launched their attacks.
"Scissor Arms!" The Kuwagamon shouted as they attacked.
The three Digimon kept on running. Just then, a large Digimon resembling a praying mantis with sickles on its arms slashes through the trees, scaring some more Digimon from their homes. There were some who looked like living tree stomps and there were some Digimon that looked a cross between a flower and a lizard running for their lives. There were also some small Digimon that resembles a green ball with eyes and mouth, multiple pink spikes, and a leaf for a tail. It has a fang on the left side of its mouth. The mantis Digimon laughed as he swiped his sickle-like arms across.
"Twin Sickles!" The mantis Digimon yelled as purple blade-like energy struck the retreating Digimon, dissolving them into bits of data. The three Digimon ran through the jungle as they came a Digimon that resembles a guinea pig with light blue eyes, bat-like wings which could possibly be its ears, and a short, stubby tail. He was standing by a tunnel.
"Patamon! Help us!" The ladybyg Digimon pleaded.
"Tentomon, Palmon, Wormmon! Hurry!" Patamon said. The three Digimon joined Patamon inside as they met up with four more Digimon in the cave. One resembles an Egyptian cat wearing large lime yellow and red striped gloves with black claws sticking out of them. Its ears are large with tufts of purple hair on the tips reminiscent of a caracal Its tail has purple stripes with a tuft on the end and it wears a gold ring on it. Another is bipedal dragon Digimon with blue skin and red eyes. It has white coloration in its belly and snout, a small horn on its nose, two ear-like appendages on its head, a yellow "V"-shaped mark on its forehead, and two yellow upside-down triangle marks under its eyes. It has five fingers on its hands and three toes on each foot, and a claw on each finger and toe. Another is a Digimon resembling a bald eagle with red feathers and large yellow feet. Its wings each have three digits, and it can use them like fingers. It has clear blue eyes, and wears a belt around its forehead. On the back of its head, secured by the belt, is a feather. And the last one is a small armadillo-like digimon with three-clawed limbs and a short tail. It is primarily yellow with a purple underside.
"Veemon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon, Gatomon, thank goodness you're safe," Palmon said.
"Has anyone heard from Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, or Gomamon yet?" Tentomon asked.
"No. We were hoping you would," Veemon said.
"Well, we didn't," Wormmon said.
"Myotismon's raids are getting out of hand! These Digimon are going rogue and we don't know why," Veemon said.
"If only we could be strong enough to fight them off because we can't seem to fight off an entire army off by ourselves," Tentomon said.
"Tell us something we don't already know. He's grown so powerful even Mega level Digimon are backing him up," Patamon said.
"And even with me as the only Champion level Digimon in the bunch, even I don't stand a chance against a mass army by myself. We're all helpless as newborn kittens against that lot," Gatomon said. They hear something approaching and quiet down. It was the Kuwagamon squad looking around. They went deeper into the cave to prevent being caught.
"They got to be here somewhere!" One of the Kuwagamon said.
"Keep looking! They couldn't have gone far!" Another Kuwagamon said as they flew off, searching for them.
"Honestly, I'm getting sick of running and hiding, because this no life to live," Palmon groaned.
"I agree. We spent so much time running fast, I forgot was slow feels like," Hawkmon said.
"Whereever Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, and Gomamon are, let's just hope they got someplace safe," Patamon said.
"Hope you're right, Patamon, because Myotismon isn't going to give us any safe haven when he gets us," Armadillomon said.
Back in Jublife City, it was getting late as Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Azurill, and Agumon decided to call it a night.
"Looks like we can't do anything about it tonight. We'll have to head back to the Pokémon Center and turn in," Sora said.
"Good idea, Sora, because Ven needs his rest," Aqua said.
They all went off to the Pokémon Center to rest for the night, but they weren't aware of the same Porygon following them back. Once inside, they climbed into bed as they were about to fall asleep. Agumon slept on the floor next to Pikachu and Angel. Meowth got irritated and bats the dinosaur-like Digimon on the shoulder.
"Hey! Quit moving!" Meowth barked. Agumon just slept soundly. Agumon wasn't bothered by the sound of Sora's snoring as he was having a nightmare about home. He saw several Porygon, Porygon2, and Porygon-Z in trouble. They were all caught by green goblin-like Digimon with yellow eyes, short red mohawk hair, and pointy ears. It has two large teeth in its mouth, five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot. It wears a pierced ring on its left ear and a light brown sleeveless jacket that is open with brown trim and has black leather adorned by metal orbs near its shoulders. It also wears a brown belt and a light brown also carried wooden clubs with screws on them, and a metallic ornament under its hilt. They threw some nets on them as several other Digimon were all running for their lives. Evil laughter echoes in the air. Coming through the flames of the Digital World is a vampire-like Digimon with several bats. He has a mark on his shoulders and a similar mark on his right boot with a skull on his left, and both are silver. He also wore a bat-shaped opera mask.
"Crimson Lightning!" The vampire Digimon said as a crimson whip emits from his hand and struck Agumon, waking him up from his nightmare. He was panting heavily as the image of that Digimon was terrifying.
"Just a nightmare. Of all the dreams to have, why did it have to be about Myotismon?" Agumon asked as the Digimon he saw was Myotismon. Agumon falls back asleep. Porygon sneaks inside the Pokémon Center and falls asleep by a potted plant.
Over in the Digital World, on a beach, pink hermit crab-like Digimon with blue spots and a gray shell is crawling the beach, while accompanied by blue-gray crab with red highlights, searching for something. Its left cheliped is larger than its right and the claw itself has a scissor-like blade on the cutting edge. Hiding in the water is a white, furrysea lion-like Digimon with no nose and long ears, purple markings, an orange-red mane, large claws, a short tail like asea otter and a W-shaped smile with two pointed teeth popping out. He made sure the Digimon on the beach were gone, so he had his way into the water to escape. The sea lion-like Digimon dove in the water, but then, a Digimon resembling a tylosaurus comes swimming after him. The Digimon turned to see it coming.
"You're not taking me alive! Marching Fishes!" The sea lion-like Digimon shouted as several fish come at it. The sea lion Digimon makes a get away from the attacking tylosaurus Digimon. The Digimon swam through an underwater ditch and found it was occupied by a bunch of penguin-like Digimon with claws on their flippers and ear-like appendages on their heads and a marking on their bellies.
"Gomamon, you're okay!" One of the penguins said.
"You too, Penguinmon," Gomamon said. "Myotismon's goons haven't found you yet, right?"
"Thank goodness no. Nowhere is safe anymore," Penguinmon said.
"Not since Myotismon decided to be in charge of everything," Gomamon said.
"I just hope Agumon and the other Digimon are okay," Penguinmon said.
"Me too," Gomamon said.
Gabumon and Biyo look for Agumon and Porygon for any sign. But the found nothing. Several Porygon2 and Porygon-Z zoomed by them.
"What's gotten into them?" Gabumon asked.
"I don't know, but it doesn't sound good," Biyomon said. And she was right, because a bunch of serptine dragon Digimon with red wings. They had bluish green bodies and a purple underbelly. They had a skull-like masks and red and yellow manes and antelope antlers on their heads.
"Airdramon!" Gabumon and Biyomon yelped as they hid. The Airdramon flew right by them, lucky that they didn't see them. A small doorway opens and the two Digimon go right through. They end up outside of Jubilife City, starling some Kricketot in the area.
"Where are we?" Gabumon asked.
"I don't know, but at least the worst is over," Biyomon said.
"I don't think you should jinx it, becuase we have been having loads of bad luck lately," Gabumon said. Biyomon knew he was right because they have been having loads of bad luck because of Myotismon's grip.
On the very next morning, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, and Agumon all woke up and decided to head off after they had themselves some breakfast. They decided to have some sausage egg sandwiches with hash browns for breakfast due to Agumon taking the food from the Pokémon Center. Agumon ate the sandwiches much to his delight.
"This stuff is great! So tasty!" Agumon said, eating them up.
"Glad you like it, but don't go crazy on it," Terra said.
"This is so good. Even this stuff here. WHat did you call it again?" Agumon asked.
"Hash browns," Terra said.
Agumon eats the breakfast food much to his delight. Sora and Kairi were used to strange things happening to them, especially the whole time they spent saving the multiverse from a band of evil villains. The search for the lost Porygon continues on after they ate. Unknown to them, Skorupi found them and continued to follow them. Porygon floats around after leaving the Pokémon Center and searches for Agumon. Porygon found Agumon at last and went to nuzzle him.
"Porygon! We found you!" Agumon said.
"There you are, Porygon!" Sora said.
"Say, didn't that guy Edward have a Porygon and its evolved forms?" Ventus asked.
"He did, Ven. Why?" Aqua asked.
"I was wondering if Edward went to the Digital World and caught them?" Ventus asked. Terra and Aqua didn't have an answer for that, but they figured it might be possible. Porygon looked at the group of humans.
"They're our friends. They were helping my find you," Agumon said. Porygon went up to Sora and beamed as it nuzzled Sora.
"It likes you," Kairi said.
"I think so too. Say, Porygon, would you like to come with us?" Sora asked. Porygon nodded. "But, it'll be a battle. What do you say?" Porygon agreed and got into position. Sora looked right at Pikachu. "You're up, Pikachu!"
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said, standing before the virtual Pokémon. Porygon starts things up with a Tackle.
"Dodge and use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Pikachu dashed and lands a hit onto Porygon. Porygon became jagged and the edges becomes sharpened.
"What was that?" Ventus asked.
"Porygon had just used Sharpen. It increases Porygon's attack power," Riku said. Porygon charges right at Pikachu and lands a hit on the mouse Pokémon. Porygon fires Psybeam.
"Dodge and use Electro Ball!" Sora ordered. Pikachu forms a ball of electricity and hurls it right at Porygon. Porygon's body glows and became yellow in color.
"That was Conversion. Now Porygon's an Electric Type!" Riku said. Porygon charges right at Pikachu with another Tackle.
"Pikachu! Dodge and use Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu dodges and swings his tail onto Porygon. "Thunderbolt! Make it a big one!" Pikachu gave Porygon a huge Thunderbolt attack. Porygon was weakened enough, so Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it. Porygon flows inside the Pokéball and it wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box activates and it asks him if he wants to keep Porygon with him. He chose to keep Porygon in exchange for Staravia. He lets his new Porygon out. "Welcome to the team, Porygon." Porygon smiled as it went to Agumon and he smiled. "And you're coming with us, aren't you?" Agumon looked at Sora surprised.
"You want me to come along?" Agumon asked.
"Yeah. We can't just leave you here all alone, right?" Sora asked. Agumon smiled and he agreed to come with his new friends. They started to depart from Jublife City on the west and head to Oreburgh City.
"So, why are we heading for Oreburgh City?" Agumon asked.
"Just to challenge the Gym Leader to a battle and win a Gym battle to earn a Gym Badge," Sora said.
"What's a Gym battle?" Agumon asked.
"It's a Pokémon battle that I have to win. How it works is Pokémon trainers travels all over the land and win Gym battles to earn a Gym battle. I have to win eight of them all together," Sora explained.
"That sounds easy," Agumon said.
"Not as easy as it seems. Gym Leaders will be putting their efforts to make it hard and challenging for trainers like me," Sora said.
"Challenging how?" Agumon asked.
"You would have to wait and see when we get there," Riku said.
As they left Jubilife City, they came across a Shinx. The Shinx was a bit on the aggressive side.
"A Shinx," Riku said.
"And a real mean-looking one too," Terra said. Shinx starts up by charging at them with a Thunder Fang. "Shinx is using Thunder Fang!" Sora takes out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Turtwig!" Sora called out as Turtwig came on out. "Turtwig! Tackle!" Turtwig charged at Shinx an lands a hit. Shinx charged right at Turtwig and deals some heavy damage.
"That was a good clean hit," Agumon said.
"It sure was. I think its ability is Rivalry," Riku said.
"Rivalry?" Ventus asked.
"It's an ability that certain Pokémon like Nidoran have. The attacks of the Pokémon deals more damage if the Pokémon is the same sex," Riku said.
"He's right. It would seem both of Turtwig and Shinx are both males," Terra said.
"Turtwig! Razor Leaf!" Sora ordered. Turtwig fires Razor Leaf and lands a hit onto Shinx. "Now use Tackle!" Turtwig charges at Shinx and fell on his side. Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it. Shinx flowed inside and the Pokéball wobbles around and around very violently. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box activates and it asks him if he wants to keep Shinx with him. He chose to send Shinx over to Professor Oak's lab.
"Got myself a Shinx," Sora said.
"And a real strong one," Riku said.
"I'll say," Sora said.
Back in the Digital World, on top of a hill is a castle as the canine Digimon runs towards it. Standing outside is a humanoid Digimon that has a resemblance to a devil. He has completely black clothing, fingers elongated into claws, devil's horns, tattered wings, and skulls on its shoulder and knee. He has a deep redsymbolon his chest and on hisleft boot. He also wears belts around his lower torso, left leg, right upper arm and left forearm, gauze bandages around its right forearm and left hand, and a skin-tight balaclava that only reveals his mouth and red eyes. The canine Digimon was about to enter when the humanoid Digimon grabbed him.
"Where do you think you're going, Gazimon?" The humanoid Digimon asked.
"Inside! Where else! I must tell lord Myotismon!" Gazimon exclaimed.
"No one sees the master unless it's important,"the humanoid Digimon argued.
"But it is, important! Myotismon must know right away! It is about the Resistance!" Gazimon said. The humanoid Digimon grinned evilly.
"Is that so?" The humanoid Digimon asked. "I will inform him of this. Wait here." The humanoid Digimon flew to the inside of the castle and he knocks the door of the master's chambers. It turns out it was Myotismon, in his study.
"Come in," Myotismon instructed. The humanoid Digimon enters the room and kneels.
"Lord Myotismon. I have been informed by one of the Gazimon," the humanoid Digimon said.
"Is that so, Devimon?" Myotismon asked. "Is it the Resistance?"
"Yes, my lord. That is what I believe it is," Devimon said.
"Then, bring him to me," Myotismon ordered.
"As you wish," Devimon said, taking his leave to retrieve Gazimon.
After waiting a few minutes, the Gazimon has informed that one of the fugitive Digimon from the Resistance has gone missing.
"Are you sure?" Myotismon asked.
"Affirmative, master. I heard it all myself," Gazimon said.
"Excellent job. You shall be rewarded," Myotismon said.
"Thank you, oh, evil one," Gazimon said, bowing his head in respect. Myotismon grinned wickedly as Gazimon takes his leave.
"It looks like things are going our way once again, Devimon," Myotismon said.
"I couldn't agree with you more, my liege," Devimon said.
"How go the efforts?" Myotismon asked.
"I have already dispatched some Digimon to search for any signs of the resitance. Guilmon, Agunimon, and GeoGreymon has escaped us so much. Leomon is quite elusive," Devimon said.
"Yes. And how goes my master plan?" Myotismon asked.
"It is only a matter of time before we enter the human world. The humans and the creatures known as Pokémon will be yours to rule over," Devimon said.
"Excellent. In the meantime, we must do what we can to root out the Resistance and any Digimon who sympathize with them. Begin my searching for Gabumon and the rest of his band," Myotismon ordered.
"Yes, my lord. As you wish," Devimon said, taking his leave. Myotismon hoped to enter the human world very soon and rule over its inhabitants.
Back in the Sinnoh region, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Eevee Angel, Meowth, Azurill, and Agumon made their stop and they are greeted by Barry.
"Sora! Hey! Haven't seen you since we registered!" Barry said.
"Hey Barry. We were heading for Oreburgh City and we thought of you! Where are you heading?" Sora asked.
"Back to Jublife CIty for a bit. I got my very first Gym Badge," Barry said.
"How did you do?" Sora asked.
"The Gym Leader there gave me a real hard time, and he almost had me. Luckily, my Chimchar evolved before it got bad," Barry said, taking out his Pokéball and lets out a Pokémon appears to be an orange chimpanzee with a flame at the tip of its tail much likeCharmanderand its evolutions. It also possesses beige coloring on its belly, hands, feet, mouth, and ears. It also has blue and red markings on its face along with small fangs, and a patch of red at the base of it's tail. Sora took out his Pokédex and scanned Barry's new Pokémon.

Type: Fire/Fighting
It skillfully controls the intensity of the fire on its tail to keep its foes at an ideal distance. Its fiery tail is but one weapon. It uses ceilings and walls to launch aerial attacks.
"So, that's what Chimchar evolves into," Sora said. "Luckily your Chimchar evolved since Rock Types are weak against Fighting Types."
"Yeah, luckily. So, what's your strategy?" Barry asked.
"That's my little secret," Sora said.
"Right, hush-hush," Barry said. Agumon leans to Ventus.
"Who's he?" Agumon asked.
"That's Barry. He's a Pokémon trainer we met when we first got here. He's a huge fan of Sora's," Ventus said.
"Anyway, Sora. I was wondering if you would like to have a battle with me. My Monferno is stillaching for some action!" Barry challanged.
"Sure Barry. I can take you up on your challange," Sora said. Since Barry was going to use Monferno, he figured he'd go with Piplup. "Go! Piplup!" Sora threw his Pokéball and Piplup came right out.
"Hey, that's a big Piplup. Bigger than Dawn's Piplup!" Barry exclaimed.
"This Piplup is pretty strong," Sora said.
"Piplup," Piplup said.
"I don't doubt it! Monferno! Mach Punch!" Barry ordered. Monferno came at Piplup with blinding speed and lands a punch onto the penguin Pokémon. "That's the way, Monferno!" Monferno jumps backwards.
"What was that about?" Agumon asked.
"Mach Punch allows to make the user move with blinding speed and lands a blow onto an opponent, just like we just saw. Monferno can only learn it after evolving from Chimchar," Terra said.
"Okay Monferno! Fire Punch!" Barry ordered as Monferno moved in to deliever Fire Ounch onto Piplup.
"Dodge and use Bubble Beam!" Sora ordered. Piplup avoids Fire Punch and fires Bubble Beam right the fire monkey Pokémon. "Now use Peck!" Piplup moves in to deliever a peck onto Monferno.
"Dodge it and use Scratch!" Barry ordered. Monferno avoids Piplup's Peck and moved in to land a peck onto Piplup, but Piplup lands a peck onto Monferno.
"Hydro Pump!" Sora ordered. Piplup fires Hydro Pump and lands a heavy blow onto Monferno, earning a knock out. Barry went to Monferno and helped him up.
"You did your best, Monferno! You're number one to me!" Barry said. Riku walked up to Barry and the blonde looked right at him. "Uh, who are you?"
"You haven't been introduced. This guy here is Riku. He's a trainer I first met in Cerulean City when I had my travels back in Kanto. He came from the Alola region. The blonde here is Naminé, his girlfriend," Sora introduced.
"You raised your Monferno well," Riku said. Barry smiled.
"Thanks, man. Anyway, I should be going. Just gotta head back to Jubilife City and do some training before my next Gym battle. Come on, Monferno! We got some work to do!" Barry said.
"Mon!" Monferno said as the trainer and Pokémon took off.
Oreburgh City was pretty up ahead. How is Sora do in his very first Gym battle? And what does the evil Digimon Myotismon have in sotre for our heroes? Just you wait and see.
