Episode 333: Return of An Old Opponent
A day had passed since their adventures in the Eterna Forest, so Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon made it to a town that seems close to Eterna City. Along the way, they made a stop by a river to do some fishing. So far, they didn't cath a thing. They stayed out for many hours and waited.
"Anything, Kairi?" Sora asked.
"Nothing. You?" Kairi asked.
"Same," Sora said.
Ventus, Terra, and Aqua waited for them to get done with their fishing when they heard something coming. The Digimon hoped it wasn't another DIgimon coming right towards them to launch an attack. It turns out to be Zoey doing some fishing of their own.
"Hey there, everyone! Haven't seen you since Jublife City," Zoey greeted.
"Zoey, hey!" Sora greeted.
"Come here to do some fishing of your own?" Kairi asked.
"Sure have. Saw you in the Floraroma Town Pokémon Contest on TV. Congrats, Kairi," Zoey said.
"Thank you, Zoey," Kairi said. He saw the Digimon with the group.
"What are these?" Zoey asked.
"These are Digimon. They came from another world. Agumon was in Jubilife City along with us . Gabumon and Biyomon have been with us since Oreburgh City while the rest of them met up with us when we took on Hunter J," Sora explained.
"Hunter J? You mean that ruthless Pokémon Hunter that's gotten everyone talking about? I heard she's facing some charges for her crimes," Zoey said.
"That was our handy work," Veemon said. "Anyway, I'm Veemon."
"These are Hawkmon, Wormmon, Palmon, Armadillomon, Patamon, Gatomon, Tentomon, and Gomamon," Kairi introduced.
"It's nice to meet you," Agumon greeted.
"You too, Agumon," Zoey said. She looked right at Sora. "And judging by how you're heading down here, I would say you're heading towards Eterna City for your next Gym battle, right?"
"That's right I won my first Gym Badge," Sora said.
"Glad to hear it. You don't mind if I join you in your fishing, do you?" Zoey asked. Zoey got into position and threw her fishing rod as she joined in the couple in fishing. Kairi's rod suddenly got a pull and it was almost starting to pull her in the water.
"I got something!" Kairi said. She starts to reel it in. "Gotta hold on!" Sora helps her pull up a small fishlike Pokémon with an ellipsoid body. The bottom half of its body is light-blue while the top half is black. A purple stripe runs across the Pokémon's horizontal length. It has small blue pectoral fins, two black oval-shaped dorsal fins, and purple eyes. The Pokémon's most notable feature is the pair of caudal fins that resemble a pair of blue butterfly wings with purple spots.
"You got a Finneon," Zoey said. Sora took out his Pokédex and scanned the fish-like Pokémon.
Finneon, the Wing Fish Pokémon
Type: Water
After long exposure to sunlight, the patterns on its tail fins shine vividly when darkness arrives. Because of the patterns on its fins, it has been nicknamed the "Beautifly of the sea."
"We're nowhere near the sea," Sora said.
"Judging by the size of the tail fins, I would say it's a female," Zoey said. She looked right at Kairi. "Since you caught it, it's only fair that it's your catch." Kairi took out a Pokéball and the wing fish Pokémon flows right inside. Kairi's Pokémon Box activates and it asks her if she wants to keep Finneon with her. She chose to send Finneon to Professor Oak's lab.
Just then, two Pokémon came right out of the water. Both were slug-like Pokémon whose appearance changes drastically depending on the sea it is found in. However, both forms have a shell-like back and an amorphous lower body. Both forms also have yellow lining around their eyes, mouth, and back. One of them has an underside that is white and its shell is pink. The shell has several small spike-like protrusions on it. On its head is a ring of pink fleshy knobs resembling flower petals that spike up. The other one has underside that is green and its shell is blue. The shell has two flap-like protrusions. These flaps are lined in yellow. On its head are two white-tipped knobs resembling horns that extend away from its face.
"Shellos and two of 'em," Zoey said. "The pink one is a West Sea Form and the blue one is a East Sea Form."
"Shellos?" Sora asked, taking out his Pokédex and scanned the two Pokémon. The image on his Pokédex.
Shellos West Sea Form, the Sea Slug Pokémon
Type: Water
Its appearance changes depending on the environment. One theory suggests that living in cold seas causes Shellos to take on this form. There's speculation that its appearance is determined by what it eats, but the truth remains elusive.
Shellos East Sea Form, the Sea Slug Pokémon
Type: Water
Subjecting this Pokémon to a strong force causes it to secrete a strange purple fluid. Though harmless, the fluid is awfully sticky. This Pokémon's habitat shapes its physique. According to some theories, life in warm ocean waters causes this variation to develop.
"East Sea and West Sea Shellos," Sora said.
"It's odd to see an East Sea Shellos over here," Zoey said.
Both Shellos fires Water Gun right at the couple and they ducked their heads. Sora looked right at his girlfriend.
"Which one do you want?" Sora asked.
"I'll take the pink one," Kairi said.
"Okay," Sora said. Sora and Kairi looked right at the Pokémon couple "You're up, Pikachu!"
"Go right in, Angel!" Kairi said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
Both of Pikachu and Angel stood in front of the sea slug Pokémon. Pikachu stood in front of the East Sea Shellos and Angel stood in front of the West Sea Form.
"Pikachu! Quick Attack!" Sora ordered.
"Angel! Quick Attack!" Kairi ordered.
Both of Pikachu and Angel dashed right at the sea slug Pokémon and both landed a hit onto them. The East Sea Shellos attacks with Mud-Slap right at Pikachu.
"Dodge it, Pikachu!" Sora called out as he dodged Shellos's attack. "Now use Thunderbolt!" Pikachu lands a Thunderbolt right at Shellos. The West Sea Shellos fires Water Gun right at Angel.
"Angel! Dodge it and use Headbutt!" Kairi ordered. Angel jumped and dashed right at the West Sea Shellos and lands a Headbutt onto the West Sea Shellos.
"Iron Tail!" Sora and Kairi ordered. The Pokémon couple swung their tails right at the two sea slug Pokémon and they collide into each other. Sora and Kairi each threw a Pokéball and threw it at their chosen targets. Sora threw it at the East Sea Shellos as Kairi threw it at the West Sea Shellos. The Pokéballs wobbles around and and then stars swirls around them to confirm the catch. Sora and Kairi's Pokémon Boxes activates and each one of them asks if they want to keep their new Pokémon with them. The couple chose to send them both to Professor Oak's lab. The couple high-fived as they celebrate their latest catch.
"Way to go, Kairi!" Sora praised his girlfriend.
"You too, Sora! That was a good catch too!" Kairi said.
"That was impressive," Zoey said. "You two are insync!"
"Say, Zoey, what did you mean by West Sea and East Sea Shellos?" Gomamon asked.
"Well, Gomamon, is it?" Zoey asked, making him nod, "Pokémon can adapt into different environments just like people, plants, and animals. Shellos is a perfect example."
"Amazing," Hawkmon said.
Suddenly, a roar is heard as something came right before them. It was a green muscular bipedal dinosaur Digimon with purple eyes, two rhinoceros-like horns on its head, multiple horns on its back, red stripes on its neck, back, and tail, and two large red-striped black tusks protuding from its back and ending near its nose. It has three fingers on its hands and feet, with a claw on each od them. It also has a claw on the back if its feet. It has a silver skull and crossbones tattoo on its left shoulder, with four yellow stars right under it. The Digimon walks in a tyrannosaurus stance.
"What is that thing?" Meowth asked.
"A Tuskmon," Veemon said. "That guy is bad news."
"And it's about to get worse!" Tuskmon said, charging right at them. Agumon stood in front of him.
Agumon, "Pepper Breath!" Agumon fires his fire attack at the larger dinosaur Digimon, but it bounces right off.
Gabumon, "Blue Blaster!"
Patamon, "Boom Bubble!"
Tentomon, "Super Shocker!"
Biyomon, "Spiral Twister!"
Gabumon, Biyomon, Tentomon, and Patamon fired their attacks at Tuskmon, but they didn' even hurt him. Tuskmon charges right at them.
"Slamming Tusk!" Tusmon charges right the four Digimon and gave them a punch on them.
Palmon, "Poison Ivy!" Palmon fires her vines right at Tuskmon to hold him, but he bats her off. Gomamon, Hawkmon, Veemon, Wormmon, Gatomon, and Armadillomon all headed for Tuskmon, but he broke free of of Palmon's grip and gave them a smack of his tail. Zoey didn't like how he was pushing them around and took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Glameow!" Zoey called out as Glameow hiss right at Tuskmon. "Glameow! Shadow Claw!" Glameow lunges right at Tuskmon, but he gave her Pokémon a punch, knocking her down.
"Glameow!" Zoey gasped.
"That was uncalled for, partner!" Armadillomon said. He rolls into a ball and dashed right into Tuskmon's face. "Diamond Shell!" Armadillomon lands a perfect hit on his face.
"You little rat!" Tuskmon roared. "I'll crush you like a bug!" Tuskmon ran right towards Armadillomon "Slamming Tusk!" He gave Armadillomon another punch and rolled backwards. Armadillomon got back up and he started to glow.
"And here we go," Sora said.
"What's going on?" Zoey asked.
"Armadillomon Digivolve to-" Armadillomon transformed into a gargantuan ankylosaurus Digimoncovered all over with osteoderms, armor plates and scutes. He has green eyes and a helmet-like covering with a pair of massive horn-like scutes. Each of his legs wears spiked collars. He has a purple belly and has an iron spiked ball mace on the end of his tail. "Ankylomon!" Ankylomon gave off a loud roar as he got ready to fight.
"Armadillomon is now Ankylomon," Hawkmon said in awe.
"Ankylomon?" Zoey asked.
"Ankylomon is a Digimon whose entire body is surrounded by hard steel. His tail can make good work of his foes," Agumon said.
"Now that I'm someone in your own size, how about you pick on me?" Ankylomon challenged.
"I'll pry you open like a tin can!" Tuskmon roared as he charged right at the ankylosaurus Digimon. Ankylomon charged right at Tuskmon and leaps right into the air.
"Megaton Press!" Ankylomon shouted as he slams right into the ground, and flattens Tuskmon. He takes his large mace-like tail and waves it around. "Tail Hammer!" Ankylomon slam right into Tuskmon's head and causes him to dissolve into bits of data, destroying him. Ankylomon reverts back to Armadillomon once the fight was over. He turned to his friends. "Everyone okay?"
"Yeah, thanks to you," Terra said.
After the fight with Tuskmon, they took off to find a place to rest for a while, so they came across a an event going on. Agumon' notrils flare up.
"I smell food," Agumon said.
"I smell it too," Gabumon said.
"If you guys are hungry we can make a stop to the Pokémon Center and eat in the messhall," Sora said.
"That fight with Tuskmon did wipe us out a bit," Armadillomon said.
"I hope it's close because Agumon might run off and chow down like a Munchlax," Aqua said.
As they were walking by, they spotted several girls in their teens wearing yellow clothing that seems suitable for rich girls. There are seven familiar figures among the girls.
"Hey boss, you sure this trip in the Sinnoh region is a good idea?" Hakaru asked.
"We pretty much did that during our tour of the Hoenn region," Kaoru pointed out.
"And how come we had to bring the ladies with us?" Hikaru asked.
"We promised them an entertaining view of Gym battles since beginning in the Hoenn region and we want to keep them entertained," Kyoya said, writting in his notebook.
"After all, Haruhi is the reason we got started in this journey," Tamaki said.
"Well, the girls were disappointed that Haruhi didn't make it to the finals of the Hoenn Pokémon League finals thanks to that battle with Sora Ketchum," Karoru said.
"Yes, but it was an enjoyable as they all saw," Kyoya said.
"You think we'll ever see him again?" Honey asked.
"Probably," Mori said.
"I for one think it's very unlikely that we will see him again," Kyoya said.
Over to Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon were all walking by when they were apprioached by a security guard.
"Stop right there!" The guard said.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"Where do you think you're going?" The security guard asked.
"Um, to Eterna City for a Gym battle," Sora said.
"Or maybe you're just snooping around," the security guard said, not buying his claim.
"I'm telling you, it's nothing like that. We were just passing by," Sora argued.
"You'll have to come with me! All of you!" THe security guard stated. Just then, Haruhi hears the commotion and sees the group.
"Sora?" Haruhi asked. She went up to the security guard. "Excuse me!" THe security guard stopped when he took Sora by the hand. "What's going on here?"
"I found this band of prowlers snooping around!" The security guard explained.
"We weren't snooping! We were only passing by, on our way to Eterna City for my second Gym battle!" Sora said. She took a look at Sora.
"Eterna City? That's where you're going? So are we," Haruhi said.
"That's what they all say!" The security guard said as a man with brown hair and brown eyes came to the scene. He wore a white business suit and brown shoes. He also wore a violet tie with a tannish brown tie.
"Is there a problem?" The man ? The security guard looked at him.
"Sir, just caught this band of riff raff prowling the area," the security guard said.
"How many times do I have to say it?! We're on our way to Eterna City!" Sora exclaimed.
"He's telling the truth," Terra said. Haruhi looked at the man.
"I actually know them. He's the trainer I battled in the Hoenn Pokémon League during the second round of the tournament," Haruhi said.
"Is that so?" The man asked. She nodded. "Young man, are you truly heading to Eterna CIty like you claim?"
"For the last time, yes," Sora said, trying to keep his cool.
"And how many Gym Badges have you earned?" The man asked.
"One. I have it right with me," Sora said, taking out his Badge Case and shows the Coal Badge to him.
"That is a legitimate Gym Badge," the man said. He turned to the security guard. "Proceed to your post, guard. And next time, ask for proof when someone else passes."
"Yes sir. It won't happen again, sir," the security guard said, returning to his post.
"Thanks for sticking your neck out for us, Haruhi. Haven't seen you since the Hoenn Pokémon League's closing ceremonies," Sora said.
"It's not a problem, Sora," Haruhi said. They shook hands. The Digimon were confused since they had no idea who she was.
"And thanks for your hand, man," Sora said.
"Not a problem, son," the man said. He looked right at Kairi and smiled. "And my what a lovely young lady you are. And what would your name be?" The man held out a rose surprising everyone.
"I'm Kairi," Kairi said.
"Kairi? Such a lovely name for a beautiful young maiden," the man said, giving her the rose. Sora felt jealous when he was seeing this.
"Um, thanks," Kairi said.
"Anyway, I'm sure you and your friends would like to rest your feet," Haruhi offered.
"As a matter of fact, we were looking for a Pokémon Center, but we'll be happy to take your offer," Sora said.
"Yes we would," Aqua said.
"Of course, that's only if it's okay with you, sir," Haruhi said.
"Of course. Any friends of yours are always welcome here," the man said, taking his leave. "If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to ask." He heads inside the building, leaving Haruhi with Sora and his friends.
"I wasn't expecting to see you again, Sora. How have you been?" Haruhi asked.
"Just been busy with traveling and whatnot," Sora said. That was the half-truth since he doubted she would believe a word of his dimensional escapades along with Kairi, Mario, Sonic, or Donkey Kong, or in Equestria.
Unknown to anyone, a mysterious figure wasn't too far. This figure is a Digimon that appears to be a centaur, but has clawed feet, holding a longbow and has a sash of arrows on his side. He has a horn coming on his forehead.
In the Digital World, a cyborg Digimon with a skull helmet is monitoring the Factory area. He has a clawed right foot. With him are brown robot Digimon with a rocket on their backs. Also there are gray gear-like Digimon with cog-like hands. Alarms are sounded.
"Red alert! Red alert!" The brown robot Digimon all said. A large Digimon is flying above them. It is brown cyborg dragon with purple hair and yellow eyes. It has tattered purple wings and two arms, and wears a blak helmet and black gauntlets on its arms.
Over to Devimon, he is monitoring the scene from a distance.
"Remember Megadramon. We want Andromon alive. Turn all of the others into scrap metal," Devimon ordered.
Megadramon flies around and then, his cybernetic claws opens up.
"Dark Side Attack!" Megadramon shouted as organic missles fires down on them. Some of the robot Digimon get struck as they dissolve into bits of data. The robot Digimon weren't going to call it quits that easily.
"Gaurdromon, Attack!" One of the Gaurdromon ordered. They aimed their arms as missles with whistles and a red siren on top.
"Grenade Destroyer!" The Guardromon shouted as they fired. Megadramon wasn't phased one bit. The cyborg Digimon came out and he analyzed the attacking Megadramon.
"Target identified: Megadramon. Threat level: Maximum. Object: destruction!" The cyborg Digimon said, opening his chest and two missles emerge from it. "Gattling Attack!" He fires the missles and they head right towards him. Megadramon sees the missles and smacks them with his tail. The cyborg Digimon spins his right hand around, making it look like a drill. "Lightning Blade!" He fires it and sends it right up to Megadramon. It struck him and he roars as he heads on down.
Over to Devimon, he anticipated that his plan to draw out Andromon had worked.
"I knew you would show yourself sooner or later. That is the first mistake you made so far," Devimon said. A Bakemon appeared behind Devimon.
"Devimon, we have a problem! We recieved word that Leomon's forces are heading this way!" The Bakemon said.
"Is that so? Send out Deltamon to deal with them!" Devimon ordered.
"Right away!" Bakemon said.
Not too far, Kazemon is flying in the air and is joined by another Digimon. He's a large humanoid Digimon who has a large horn on its head. He is covered in a blue and yellow armor-like exoskeleton. He has a symbol on his cuisse and pronotum.
"We must be getting closer to the action, Kazemon," the beetle Digimon said.
"I just hope we're not too late," Kazemon said.
A blast of fire comes from out of nowhere. The two Digimon saw it came from a blue bipedal dinosaur-like Digimon with red eyes, two tails, blue scales on its back, blue skin on most of its body, and white skin on its belly and nose. It has four toes on each foot, with one toe on the back of the feet, and a black claw on its toes. Its right tail has metal armor on its tip, and its left tail has the bones of its tip exposed. It has two reptilian heads on its arms, the right head having its top covered in metal armor, and the left head being a dinosaur skull. The Digimon has a "delta"-shaped mark on its belly.
"A Deltamon," Kazemon said. "They must have been expecting us." She turned to her comrade. "Beetlemon, you think you can keep him busy?"
"You have to ask?" Beetlemon asked. Kazemon flew on ahead. Deltamon almost grabbed Kazemon with his skull head, bit Beetlemon came at it with lighting emitting from his hands. "Thunder Fist!" Beetlemon slams his fist into Deltamon's skull head. "Come and get me, ugly!" Deltamon roared as he tried to reach with his metal head.
Kazemon kept flying as she is met with Digimon similar to Birdramon, but they were black. Kazemon saw the bird Digimon behind her. She turned to face them. She unleashed her wind attack.
"Hurricane Wave!" Kazemon shouted as she struck the evil bird Digimon. Some of them dissolves into bits of data as some more comes out to play. Just then, spears appear from out of nowhere. She saw they came from Digimon that resembles pawn chess pieces. Some of them were black and some of them were white. "Thank you, PawnChessmon!" Kazemon thanked.
"Alright, lads! Aim for the wings of the Saberdramon!" One of the black PawnChessmon ordered.
"Oi! Pawn Spear!" The PawnChessmon all shouted as they threw their spears. They struck the Saberdramon hard as more of them were coming. Just then, two Digimon came in, both resembling a centaur and knight chess piece came galloping in. One of them was white and the other one is black. They both wielded gigantic darts on their shoulders.
"Are you ready, KnightChessmon?" The black knight chess piece Digimon asked.
"Yes, KnightChessmon. To arms!" The white KnightChessmon said. The two KnightChessmon and PawnChessmon all attacked the Saberdramon as they flew down, forgetting about Kazemon. They opened their wings.
"Meteor Wing!" The Saberdramon shouted as they fired black fireballs down at them. The black fireballs strike the PawnChessmon.
"Big Darts!" The KnightChessmon shouted as they charged and destroyed the Saberdramon.
Over to Kazemon she comes across Megadramon as he didn't notice her. She spotted Andromon on the ground.
"Andromon!" Kazemon shouted as she flew down to help him. Just then, a bunch of chrysalis-like Digimon with six tentacles with blades on each end, spikes and a red horn on their heads. "Out of my way! Tempest Twist!" Kazemon performs a handstand and unleashes a whirlwind kick. The chrysalis-like Digimon got struck and they get destroyed. More of them shows up as another Digimon had come. He is a bipedal blue akita dog with black nose and claws, yellow eyes, a white belly and mane, and white tail tip, feet tips, snout, inner ears, and a yellow cross-shaped mark in the forehead. He wore a red bandana, white bandages on his arms, and red and black boxing gloves on his hands. "Gaomon! Glad you could come!"
"I recieved a distress signal from the inside, so I came to help!" Gaomon said. He turned to the fairy-like Digimon. "You go help Andromon, leave the Chrysalimon to me!"
"Okay!" Kazemon said, heading to help Andromon. Gaomon headed right towards the Chrysalimon with a full charge.
"Rolling Upper!" Gaomon shouted, giving one of the Chrysalimon an uppercut, dissolving it.
Kazemon reached Megadramon and gave the cybrog dragon Digimon a kick on the side.
"Take that, you bucket of bolts!" Kazemon said.
"Kazemon," Andromon said.
"Are you alright, Andromon?" Kazemon asked.
"Yes," Andromon said.
Megadramon roars as he charged at Kazemon. She dodges as she transforms. She takes on a new appearance. She turns into a beautiful bird-like woman with light-blue wings growing out of its head along with a ruff of feathers that resembles a hairdo, lightly tanned skin, light blue eyes, and two black stripes on its face. It has a pair of brown wings on its back, and three digits on both its hands and feet. It wears pink panties, a pink top with detached sleeves, and metallic shoulder pads. It also wears gauntlets with purple soft-edged pentagons with the same symbol as Kazemonon them, pink boots with metallic knee pads, a long black scarf that resembles a strap, and a pink breathing mask. Its boots are connected to its top by pink straps that pass through the inside of its panties. "Zephyrmon!" She flies right into Megadramon's level. "Hurricane Gale!" Zephyrmon fires a tornado with bladed air and it struck Megadramon. She came at the dragon-like Digimon with red energy. "Plasma Paws!" She struck Megadramon as he began to break down and dissolve into bits of data. Just then, another Digimon similar to Megadramon shows up. It's a purple dragon with purple hair and yellow eyes. It has robotic wings and two arms, and wears a black helmet and black gauntlets on its arms. "Not Gigadramon!"
"You may have defeated Megadramon, but you'll have a much harder time against me!" Gigadramon shouted as he charged right at her.
Over to Beetlemon, he was giving Deltamon some beatings of his own.
"Now to finish this!" Beetlemon said as he began to transform. His new appearance has his entire body is covered in armor, with treads instead of legs, cannons on the ends of his arms, and his horn is a large turret. "MetalKabuterimon!" He took aim at at Deltamon and began to charge. "Electron Cannon!" MetalKabuterimon fires an extremely high-speed positron laser from the gun turret on his head. Deltamon gets struck and dissolves. MetalKabuterimon reverts back to Beetlemon and flew to help.
Zephyrmon was in a losing fight against Gigadramon because he was a much more superior model compared to Megadramon and she used so much energy to destroy him.
"Give up while you can, pretty birdie, or I'll be having your wings for lunch!" Gigadramon said.
"Never!" Zephyrmon said definitely.
"Then, it'll be your funeral!" Gigadramon said as he got his arms ready to attack. "Genocide Gear!" Gigadramon fires his missles at Zephyrmon as lightning struck the missles and destroys them. Beetlemon flew in and headed right towards him.
"Leave her alone! Lightning Blitz!" Beetlemon shouted as he headed right towards Gigadramon and struck Gigadramon. He fell to the ground. He wasn't going down as easily as Beetlemon thought, so he grabbed Andromon and flew off. "Andromon!"
"No!" Zephyrmon cried as she struggled to stand. Beetlemon caught her.
"No, Zephyrmon, don't move! We'll have to retreat. We only lost the battle, not the war," Beetlemon said. Zephyrmon knew he was right, so she had no choice but to agree. They had to retreat. Gigadramon presented Andromon to Devimon as he grinned wickedly.
"Excellent work, Gigadramon. I knew having you in reserve in case Megadramon failed would prove useful. Lord Myotismon shall be pleased by my efforts. Come we must head for Datamon. He shall provide the information inside of Andromon's memory circuits," Devimon said. Gigadramon agreed as the two Digimon flew to their destination.
Over to Gaomon, he had destroyed the last of the Chrysalimon as he saw his comrades hurt.
"What happened?" Gaomon asked.
"Devimon won. He had a Gigadramon as a backup. Now Andromon is in hot water," Beetlemon said.
The KnightChessmon and PawnChessmon had destroyed the Saberdramon and they waited for news from Beetlemon and Kazemon.
"We must meet up with Leomon in our new location. He shall send the coordinates soon," Gaomon said.
Zephyrmon, Beetlemon, Gaomon, the KnightChessmon, and the PawnChessmon all went to find someplace to relax after that battle.
In Myotismon's castle, a blue bat-like Digimon with hooks on the wings, hands, feet, and tail came flying in.
"Lord Myotismon!" The bat-like Digimon said.
"What is it?" Myotismon asked.
"I just gotten word that Devimon has captured Andromon. He is currently taking him to Datamon to have the data extracted," the bat-like Digimon reported.
"Excellent. Inform him that he has my permission to proceed with the memory extraction once he arrives," Myotismon instructed.
"Yes, o' evil one," the bat-like Digimon said as bowed his head and he flew off. The bat-like Digimon flew to Impmon.
"So, Pipismon, anything?" Impmon asked.
"Yes. Lord Myotismon says to proceed with the memory extract once he gets him there," Pipismon said.
"That's what I wanted to hear, ba-boom," Impmon said.
Back in the Sinnoh region, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, and Aqua explained to Haruhi about the Digimon when she asked about them. She was surprised to hear them talking and the same for Meowth once he started to speak.
"Wow, I never thought of anything like this?" Haruhi said.
"Neither did any of us, and here they are," Terra said.
"Anyway, I just wanted to say congratulations on winning two Contest Ribbons, Kairi. The same for your Gym battle, Sora," Haruhi said.
"Thanks Haruhi. Just how many Gym Badges did you win so far?" Sora asked.
"Just the one. Roark gave me a real hard time when I battled him. His Cranidos was a real powerhouse. And his Geodude and Onix were no laughing matter," Haruhi said.
"Just how come you're traveling the Sinnoh region, Haruhi?" Ventus asked.
"It was Tamaki's idea. He and the rest of the club were with me during the Hoenn Pokémon League and watched me win the Hoenn Gym battles, and of course, my own fan club were right there cheering me on," Haruhi said.
"A club?" Aqua asked.
"A Host Club," Haruhi sighed.
"What's a Host Club?" Veemon asked.
"Honestly, I have no idea," Terra said. Just then, Tamaki shows up.
"Haruhi, there you are. Don't you have some training to do?" Tamaki asked when he spotted the group. "Wait, aren't you Sora? You were Haruhi's opponent during the three-on-three round. The Pokémon you used was a Sceptile, a Pelipper, and a Swampert. I was there watching it."
"Host Club member?" Aqua asked.
"He's the president of the club," Haruhi said.
"Um, yeah, it was me right there," Sora said. Tamaki spots Kairi and Aqua with the group.
"Well, well, what do we have here? Aren't you two just so lovely? And what would your names be?" Tamaki asked in a princely manner.
"I'm Kairi," Kairi answered.
"And I'm Aqua," Aqua added.
"Kairi. Aqua. What beautiful names for such beautiful maidens. My name is Tamaki Suoh. And I must say, it is a pleasure to meet you both," Tamaki said, holding out a rose in front of them. Sora, Ventus, and Terra felt like he was ignoring them just now. He directs his attention onto Sora. "Say, Sora, I have a capital idea. Our guests happens to be fans of yours. So, how would like to be a guest host?"
"I don't know," Sora said. He felt like he was about to get himself into something. A few minutes later, he and the rest of the group met the rest of the Host Club.
"So, you're the famous Sora Ketchum. This is an unexpected pleasure," Kyoya said.
"Very unexpected," the twins
"Just wasn't expecting this either," Sora said. Honey jumps onto Sora's back, scaring Pikachu off his back.
"Sora-chan! You wanna have a piece of cake with me? We got three flavors! Strawberry, chocolate and lime!" Honey said.
"Um, that'll be hard for me to decide," Sora said. It was clear that he has a liking to Sora and his friends.
"Haruhi tell us that you're heading for the Eterna CIty Gym for a Gym battle. Is that correct?" Kyoya asked.
"Yeah. We already met the Gym Leader Gardenia on the way over there," Sora said.
"And we'll have to say Gardenia is a real tough trainer," Ventus said.
"And Tamaki suggested that Sora as a guest host for the day," Meowth said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said. THe rest of the Host Club looked right at the scratch cat Pokémon with quie a shock.
"A talking Meowth!" The twins exclaimed in shock.
"Yeah he talks," Sora deadpanned.
"Now that we have the inroductions out of the way, how about we get started on having Sora getting to work as a host for a day?" Tamaki said.
"Host for a day?" Sora asked, getting worried.
"Pika," Pikachu said, sharing his trainer's worries.
A few minute later, he sat at a table with three girls. One girl has has long brown hair that has wavy bangs hanging over her eyebrows with two distinctive buns on either side of her head and large brown eyes. Another is a pale-skinned girl with neck-length brown hair with bangs hanging over her eyebrows and grey eyes. The third one has short black hair and brown eyes.
"Oh boy," Sora said in thoughts.
"I just wanna say it's a real honor to be sitting on the same table as you, Sora," the girl with the neck-length brown hair said.
"I'm curious, what kind of Pokémon do you have with you right now?" The girl with the long brown hair asked.
"Well, other than Pikachu, I also have a Turtwig, a Chimchar, a Thwackey, a Scorbunny, and a Staravia," Sora said, taking out his Pokéballs and lets them all out for the girls to see them. "And here they are."
"Oh, they're so cute," the girl with the black hair said.
"This is the first time I have ever seen a Scorbunny and a Thwackey," the girl with the long brown hair said.
"Your Turtwig and Chimchar are so adorable. I can bet that you're a fortunate trainer to have such cute Pokémon," the girl with the neck-length brown hair said.
"Thanks," Sora said.
"So, how do you like being a Pokémon trainer, Sora?" The girl with the long brown hair asked.
"It's cool. I get to travel to new places and meet many intersting people and see all sorts of Pokémon. It's been like that with me and Kairi since I first got started," Sora said.
"What was your very first Pokémon if you don't mind me asking?" The girl with the long brown hair asked.
"Pikachu was my first one," Sora answered. "I can tell you, I hard quite a rocky start. When we first met, Pikachu didn't really like me and he wouldn't do a thing I tell him to do. Remember, Pikachu?"
"Pikachu," Pikacu said.
"Has Kairi always been with you during your travels?" The girl with the neck-length brown hair asked.
"Yeah. I first met her when she was kidnapped by a couple of Pokémon hunters when I stumbled on their camp. We managed to get away from them and she stuck with me ever since. I guess you say that I'm the reason she's a Pokémon trainer right now, because she wouldn't be if I hadn't come to her aide. Also, I would be utterly lost without her. So, I was very happy to have her with me." The girls were moved by how they met. They could sense the romance in his story about their meeting and how he told it.
"Oh that girlfriend is so lucky to have a boyfriend like you," the girl with the long brown hair said. She eyed Sora's neckalce. "And that's a beautiful necklace you're wearing. Does it have a special meaning to you?"
"It does actually. It's been in my family for many generations. I had it with me for as long as I can remember. It belonged to my dad before me and it belonged to his dad before him," Sora said.
"Is it to confirm that you came from royalty?" The girl with the black hair asked.
"No, it's actually a symbol of knighthood. I'm actually descended from a long line of knights from the old days. All the boys in my family would wear one of these as the people all viewed them as actual knights. Nobody believes in that anymore, but Kairi is an exception. Her and her mom," Sora said. The girls were even more moved to hear that he has the noble blood of a knight flowing in his veins.
"I'm so envious of Kairi because I would love a knight in shining armor of my own," the girl with the long brown hair said.
"Look at that. He's a natural," Kyoya said.
"No training needed," the Twins said. Sora was giving the girls their autographs and they were at awe when they watched the battle between Sora and Haruhi, they wanted to meet him ever since. Kairi was a bit jealous, but she was happy to hear her boyfriend say how much she means to him. Pikachu's ears perks up when he hears something.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"What's wrong, Pikachu?" Sora asked his partner.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"You hear something?" Sora asked. And Pikachu was right because the centaur-like Digimon came galloping in as he laughed. The security guard from before came running in.
"Hold it right there, buddy! You can't just come barging in like you own the place!" The security guard said.
"I can do whatever I please!" THe centaur Digimon said. Tamaki walked up to the Digimon.
"Now, look, Mr.-um," Tamaki paused.
"Call me Sagittarimon," the Centaur Digimon introduced himself. "And I'm claiming the whole joint as my turf!"
"I think not!" The man from before spoke. Tamaki turned to see him.
"Father!" Tamaki said.
"You sir, are trespassing! And I will kindly ask you to leave," Tamaki's father said.
"And I will unkindly say, that you can blow it out your asses because I'm claiming it as my turf, and you got a problem, you can take it up with me," Sagittarimon said.
"Gladly!" Agumon said as he headed right for the Digimon. "Pepper Breath!" He fires a Fireball right at him, but Sagittarimon smacks him to the ground.
"It's going to take more than a Rookie level runt to take me down! And you're not going to get in my way again!" Sagittarimon said, getting an arrow ready to shoot at him. "Judgment Arrow!" He fires it and Palmon acted fast.
"Poison Ivy!" Palmon shouted, saving Agumon with her vines. "I heard of you, Sagittarimon! You're a brute of a Digimon who would claim any territory as your own! You also steal from the inhabitants of the places you conquer!"
"Yeah, so what? What are you going to do about it, you little weed!" Sagittarimon said, giving her a kick. "You're going to be the first I stomp on! Meteor Gallop!" Sagittarimon charges right at Palmon. She stood there as she began to glow. Everyone was at awe when Palmon was transforming.
"Palmon Digivolve to-!" Palmon shouted as she transformed into a large cactus Digimon with an orange tuft of hair and boxing gloves, "Togemon!" Everyone was at awe to the giant cactus in front of them. "Wanna go a couple rounds with me?" Togemon marched right up to Sagittarimon.
"Bring it on, ya walking pin cushion!" Sagittarimon challenged. "Meteor Gallop!" Sagittarimon charges right at Togemon. Togemon charges right towards Sagittarimon.
"Coconut Punch!" Togemon lands a powerful punch with her boxing glove. Sagitarrimon lands a few punches on the cactus-like Digimon. "Is that all you got?"
"You want some more, just ask!" Sagittarimon said as he came at Togemon again. He gace her a toss to the side. "Now to finish you off!" He gets anarrow ready to strike her. "Judgement Arrow!" He fires the arrow, but Togemon punches it, destroying it.
"Needle Spray!" Togemon shouted as she lets out a barrage of needles onto Sagittarimon and he dissolves into bits of data. Togemon reverts back to Palmon. "That takes care of him." Everyone was at awe to what they were witnessing.
Sora did some training for his next Gym battle as Chimchar, Staravia, and Scorbunny were getting set for the upcoming battle. Sora knew the battle against Gardenia wasn't going to be easy.
A few hours later, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and the Digimon were all taking their leave as the Host Club was seeing them off.
"You sure you have to set off to Eterna City?" Hikaru asked.
"Yeah. We're almost there, and we all wanna get there, ready to go," Sora said.
"Good luck in your battle, Sora," Haruhi said.
"Thanks," Sora said, shaking her hand. Both trainers promised each other a good battle the next time they meet.
