Also tell me what you think. I am planning to write a mini story as highlighted in the previous chapter. What I am hoping is to make it as an idea and hopefully someone will adopt it and make it more awesome because I have been dying to read a story like that after I read a similar one.

After the mini story I am going to start one about D Naruto's origins.

Chapter 16

It was a very short journey back to the Leaf mainly because Naruto was running for his life with a scary overprotective father hot on his heels. Naruto was a stamina freak so he could run all day. Zabuza well let's just say being an overprotective dad comes with its own superpowers mainly the ability to chase Naruto to the ends of the earth. Kakashi was forced to create a clone to carry a reluctant Sasuke and he carried Sakura so that they can keep up but even Kakashi had his limits. He was just thankful Zabuza decided to let up on chasing Naruto but he would occasionally 'accidentally' almost kill Naruto whether it be a quick swing of his sword toward Naruto followed by a 'woops my hand slipped' to a flick of a kunai toward said boy. They made camp to sleep for the night and Zabuza had to make sure that Haku won't do anything. He made sure that he was shadowing her everywhere she went (creepy) and would sit between her and Naruto when they talk and disrupt their conversation.

In the morning they took off albeit at a more sedated pace since someone was not running for his life. Kakashi had to wonder what would happen if Naruto and Haku went at it and Zabuza found out. Poor kid, had to get a girl with an overprotective murder maniac of a father. Zabuza and Naruto kept glaring at each other while Haku looked embarrassed. The gates of the village came into view after 5 hours of travelling. At the gates the two chunin guarding the gate took their details and Kakashi had to explain Zabuza and Haku's presence. So after a tearful separation between Zabuza and his sword who ended up being dragged away by Haku they went to the Hokage Tower

Hokage Tower

Sarutobi was busy with every Kage's eternal enemy, paperwork. He wondered why he ever took the damn job again. Oh because he was the only one capable and that all his students ditched him for their own reasons and no one left was able to do the job. Honestly this work was wearing him down, his wrinkles had wrinkles upon them and that was saying something about the job.

He had just received a message via Kakashi's summons that team 7 was coming back and from the miniature report he received he read it was going to be an interesting mission briefing indeed. This team just had to have a rough start, a simple C rank mission turned into and A rank. He only hoped this wouldn't happen in the near future (yah right you just jinxed them).

Minutes later Team 7, Zabuza and Haku entered the office. Kakashi being Team leader gave the Hokage the mission debrief. The Hokage was both pissed at Kakashi's decision making and impressed by how well the team handled themselves. He also took note of the subtle hints that Kakashi was leaving some important details which meant he will stay so they could discuss what it was. On the matter of where Zabuza and Haku would stay, Naruto and surprisingly Sasuke both offered them residence. Sasuke's reasoning being that he had lots of space (secretly he wanted to get close to Haku) but in the end Naruto ended up housing them after Haku insisted that they go with Naruto. Sasuke was a bit miffed but let it go, for now at least.

As they left Kakashi stayed. "So Kakashi what is it that you wanted to talk about" the old kage asked as he took a comfortable position on his seat.

"Well Hokage-sama it's about Naruto. It seems he is hiding a lot about himself and also His brother showed up" Kakashi expressed his concern. Now that was problematic. Naruto was always an open book but ever since his 'brother' showed up he became reclusive and secretive and he was even more worried.

"Hokage-sama Naruto's brother is strong, very strong. He only showed a few skills against the immortals he was fighting and weird jutsu but I could tell that he was holding back way too much. In my opinion as long as we don't do anything he won't destroy us because I know that he is capable of it." The hokage nodded at Kakashi's suggestion. Powerful individuals like him don not need to be antagonised and from what he heard those immortals hurt Naruto and they paid the price. So as long as they don't piss him off he won't erase them as they were on thin ice as it is.

"Also Naruto seems to have access to books of sealing that make our library look like it's a joke even the 4th's work. He may soon be a sealing master above others. I think if Jiraiya-sama comes and starts teaching him I think he could establish a connection with Naruto in that department" the Hokage again nodded but the problem was he had send a message to Jiraiya when Naruto started acting up but the guy still hasn't shown up. It's like he is ignoring the message or the messengers can't find him which could be the only logical explanation. But he was interested in the books that Naruto had. Those books could boost and revolutionise their world of sealing.

"So does young Naruto want to share the books" asked the old man. Kakashi shook his head. "No sir he doesn't want the books to fall into anyone's hands or teach anyone for that matter. He said it was clan property." Yap he figured as much. Well he will have to give the boy time maybe if Jiraiya came back he could coax the boy to trade in a few secrets. He motioned Kakashi to leave as he took out his smoking pipe and started smoking as he looked out the window facing his beloved village. The village surely screwed up big time and now the boy was most likely not loyal to the village. The resources the boy stumbled upon were too good to pass but because they were locked in the Uzumaki clan shrine, they couldn't do anything about that.

Outside with Naruto and company

The rest of the team was now outside. Sakura was being her usual self pestering Sasuke for a date and Sasuke denying her while stealing glances at Haku. Zabuza and Haku just looked at the drama with sweat drops.

"Ahh does this happen often" Zabuza asked

"Yah"

"Well that's that sad" Zabuza said as he saw Sakura trying again and again with no luck. They then took off in the direction of the Uzumaki shrine. When they arrived Naruto instructed the AI to register Zabuza and Haku into the database before they are granted entry. They entered the shrine and Zabuza and Haku quickly noted how clean and orderly it was but also how empty it was.

"Don't worry about the emptiness this is just a front. I don't usually stay here. Come this way." Zabuza and Haku followed him to a door and when he opened the door they entered into a whole new environment completely. They were now in a house not a shrine and they could hear people talking. They didn't know what happened one minute they were in a shrine and the next they walked into a house. Naruto seeing their confusion just chuckled and decided to explain.

"What you just walked through is a called a Door. It's a sealing technique that links two places by creating a space tunnel between them. It's like you are teleporting from one place to another only you just walk through a door. And I didn't make it my brother did. But soon I will also be able to do that too it would be so much easier to travel to places that are important"

Zabuza and Haku followed Naruto as they marvelled as the implications of the technique. If the kid managed to reach the level of sealing required to make such a technique, he could make a door to any place he wanted. As they moved towards the living room where they heard voices, they were met with a purple haired beauty sweeping the floor. Naruto stopped in his tracks he didn't know who this woman was but she felt weird. She had chakra but no pathways and who the heck was she. Zabuza and Haku stopped seeing Naruto tense when he saw the woman. They could guess something was wrong and they prepared for a fight.

"Ara you are back and you brought friends. My name is Miya and I am your new big sister. Who might your friends be?" Miya introduced herself as she eyed the visitors but her eyes lingered more on Naruto. Naruto was confused. Since when did he have a new big sister? When did she arrive and what his brother thinking. Two women were enough but three? Was he planning to amass a massive harem or something?

"Oh this is my friend Haku and her father Zabuza. They will be staying with us for a while." Naruto replied as Miya led them to where the others were. When they got there they all did a double take when they saw what was happening.

There was Kaguya and Kurama seemingly instructing Hinata on something. In the corner were Shiro and D Naruto who were cowering in fear. What the hell. What got that super strong guy to cower in fear and what's with the oversized rabbit?

"Hey everyone I am home and I brought visitors." Naruto announced prompting everyone to look at them earning a thank you from the two in the corner before they bolted and somehow hid behind Naruto.

"Oh man you are a sight for sore eyes. Things are bad here man you don't know what hell we have been subjected to. Oh didn't see you there how are you" D Naruto said as he pocked his head from behind Naruto. Zabuza and Haku sweat dropped again. This was the guy that beat the crap out of those immortal and now he is hiding behind a kid. What the hell kind of freak house did they walk into?

Naruto gave the introductions before Kurama seemingly teleported in front of Haku and started inspecting her while she put a hand under her chin while giving occasional hums. Haku began to squirm under the intense gaze. She thought maybe something was wrong with her. After her inspection Kurama nodded to herself.

"Oh yah you will do just fine girl. Come along now we are behind" she said as she dragged Haku to the Sealed Room. D Naruto and Shiro looked panicked.

"Hey stop her or things will really be over for us!" D Naruto shouted. This confused Naruto and Zabuza.

"And what's bad about that" Naruto asked with Zabuza inching closer to hear as well. Since this involved his daughter he had a right to know what was going to happen to her.

"She is gonna turn her into a mini-me of herself you idiot. It like what happened to sweet Hinata. Oh sweet Hinata is gone." Shiro said with tears in his eyes at the prospect of another one emerging in this home.

"What do you mean Hinata is gone she is right there."

"I said sweet Hinata is gone and we are left with that" Shiro pointed to Hinata and when Naruto finally looked closely froze. Gone was the jacket she was and in its place was a miko outfit that's a hugged her body a little showing some impressive assets in the chest area for someone her age. She was oozing with confidence as evidenced by her approaching him without blushing or pocking her fingers. Naruto just stared at the girl mesmerised by her beauty while Zabuza popped a vein.

"Hello dear welcome home" she said as she kissed Naruto on the cheek. Said boy was now a lobster. What the heck happened to Hinata she wasn't like this when he left? What's with the dear thing and the kiss not that he was complaining.

"What the hell are you doing young lady the boy is taken" Zabuza shouted. No one steals his daughter's boyfriend not on his watch (dude make up your mind).

"Did you say something" Hinata said in a soulless voice as she projected a lavender aura around her that scared the crap out of Zabuza who started to sweat for some reason. This also served as a bucket of ice dropped on Naruto as he immediately came out of his daydream when he felt the aura.

"See I told you. And now that Haku girl is gonna be taught that dreadful power. We are outnumbered man. We are so screwed and Zabuza welcome to our humble home" Shiro said as he backed away.

"Come on guys. What about Miya she seems nice" "She is the worst. She is the one in charge of teaching Hinata that" Shiro said as he pointed to Miya who was manifesting a Hannya mask and Hinata was studying it.

"What the hell is that?" Zabuza shouted as he saw it. His skin was pale as a ghost. Its official he just walked into a nut house and he didn't think he will escape.

"She has been practicing that thing on us. It starts with the aura of Doom then those things come."

"I wanna go home. I would rather go back to the Mist and fight in the war than be subjected to this. Who wants to go fight a war?" Zabuza asked as he backed away.

"I am game" "Yah me too" "Count me in" were the responses he got as they turned to flee only to come face to face with those fucking things. So we find two grownass man, a boy and a rabbit cowering in the corner shaking and hugging each other for dear life.

Off to the other side Miya looked at her handiwork "and that's how you do it" she lectured her student who was taking notes. This kind of power shouldn't be given to women at all. It should be locked in an iron maiden and thrown at the bottom of the deepest sea. Oh yes the power to control man should be destroyed.

"Please tell me when those things go away" came a squeal from the corner.

Time skip 6 months later

A lot of things happened during the past 6 months. Some good and some very annoying while some made even Zabuza laugh his guts out and some scared the crap out of him. So let's start with the good.

Naruto could proudly say he now had two girlfriends (and a murderous soon to be father-in-law hehehe). Naruto was at first confused as to why Hinata called him dear and the kiss and the act of the proper housewife was the cherry on top. There was one answer to his question, Kaguya. It seems Kaguya took it upon herself to 'educate' Hinata to be a mini-me of her. Which means Hinata now had that confidence she lacked and some daringness along with the scary parts of Kaguya. Kaguya talked to her about the probability of Naruto getting more than one wife him being the last of his clan and all. It took a while to convince Hinata that Naruto won't abandon her for another woman. Hinata decided that when Naruto came back she would stack her claim as the alpha of the house which she did by the kiss. Naruto wanted to protest that he wasn't ready but was out voted with him and Zabuza being against the idea. When Haku came from her training (Kuramafying) she also proposed to Naruto to which he couldn't argue again. Zabuza wanted to protest but a hannya mask later he agreed.

The second was Naruto started training on his chakra nature and chakra shape manipulation. They discovered that Naruto had three chakra natures which were fire (from the kyuubi), water and wind. So making utilisation of the Sealed room and Shadow clones his training progressed remarkably. They wanted Naruto to first be proficient enough with his chakra natures before going for jutsu. Chakra shape manipulation was a bit difficult but he completed the stages of training he was given. All that was left was to be taught a jutsu called the Rasengan (he wouldn't be Naruto without it) which was invented by the 4th. Naruto wanted to protest the idea but he was advised that he shouldn't let his feeling get in the way of progress plus D Naruto told him that there were ways to make it better and overcome the jutsu's weakness. So Naruto trained so that he could surpass the 4th.

Then there was the annoying. To begin there was the Hinata issue which tied all his annoyances together. After he heard what happened to Hinata he was furious and wanted to march into the Hyuuga compound and give Hiashi a piece of his mind. After hearing Kaguya's reasoning he calmed down and felt that he had been played somehow seeing Kaguya whistling innocently (yah right) while looking away from him. He was happy(?) that Hinata was now living with him so they could spend more time and get used to her new personality.

The next was the council meeting that happened and the confrontation between Hinata and Hiashi.

Flashback

It was a week after they returned from their mission and Naruto and his girls were walking together. They didn't know that it was reported that Hinata was see after Hinata was taken by Kaguya she hadn't shown up for any team meeting or notified her sensei on what was going on. She was too busy to think about that. An ANBU agent appeared before them to tell him and Haku that they were needed in the council room. He was surprised to see Hinata with them and she looked fine. So he made the decision that she would also join them for the meeting. Great now he had to deal with those annoying old farts again.

When they entered the council meeting the council members were surprised to see Hinata with them. They were expecting two people not three and the third one being the missing heiress. The normally stoic Hiashi showed emotion, there was surprise on his face with a hint of fear.

"Hinata? What a surprise. We all thought that you were kidnapped. What happened are you okay" the 3rd asked as he was the first to get over his shock.

"Kidnapped. She doesn't look kidnapped to me. Haku-chan does she look kidnapped to you?" Naruto asked faking surprise.

"No Naruto-kun she doesn't"

"As you can see old man she isn't kidnapped. She has been living with us for a while now" Naruto replied before he realised his mistake. He muttered a silent 'shit' under his breath.

"She has been living with you. Explain yourself what do you mean by us. As far as I know you live along?" now this caught the attention of everyone. It seems there was a story here and they intent to milk it from the boy. No more lies.

"She was under the care of my sister and yes I live alone but I usually stay with my brother and his family. If you want the full story of what happened let's hear the first part form the Hyuuga over there before we hear the other part" Naruto said cleverly diverted attention from himself to the Hyuuga head.

Hiashi was now sweating bullets as every eye turned to him with the most hateful glares directed at him from the three children in the room.

"It doesn't matter what the story is. The most important issue is that my daughter is back and she should come home" Hiashi replies as he tried to shut down the questions that were about to arise.

"Ehhh she is home I don't know what you are talking about man. Isn't that the deal that you made. If you want I can get the contract." Hiashi then realised that something. The buyer was from the Uzumaki family and she tricked them. But he wouldn't dwell on his blander as what the child said now raised more suspicion from the others.

"Hiashi what deal does he mean" Tsume asked. Hiashi tried to cover it up but Naruto blew that out of the water.

"Oh he didn't tell you. He sold her to my sister. So she now lives with us" the entire room was quiet before "WHAT!"

"Hiashi what's the meaning of this. You sold your own daughter and one of my ninja at that and you didn't notify me" Hiashi was now cowering at the KI that was directed at him from some individuals in the room. How was he going to get out of this one?

"Hinata isn't a Hyuuga anymore so you don't have control over her and that stupid seal you put on her won't work. Now can you please tell me what you called us here for then we will leave you to grill your fish there" Naruto was annoyed. They called him for something and he bet that his answer would be a big fat NO.

Hamura besided to get the ball rolling "Well we heard that you were reading a book on sealing. We were hoping that you could lend it to us and some other copies for the benefit of the village. The Uzumaki helped us in the past by developing many seals for us and most of our sealing knowledge is from them, so in the spirit of the alliance we had with them could you…" before she could finish she was interrupted by Naruto.

"NO." one simple answer and chaos erupted in the room as every individual voiced their complaints. Naruto just raised his hands to quiet them as he explained. "You made an alliance with the Uzumaki clan. When they were wiped out that alliance was nullified. What's left is just a family and me. My brother left his work for me and my descendants and not for everyone else. So those books are not for those outside the family"

The 3rd sighed. He figured as much. They were not going to get anything from the boy. So they moved on to the next best thing they could get to boost the village's prowess.

"Okay what about the girl. We heard that she is from the now extinct Yuki clan. She is valuable asset so we could give her anything she wants to start her clan her. We could even supply were with a suitor and we have the perfect candidate" Hamura continued as they eyed Haku like hawks. If they couldn't get the Uzumaki clan's new sealing books well they could get the girl. She has no family so a chance to start over a life free from running, she was bound to accept.

"Sorry but I would have to decline. It's a nice offer but I will pass. I already know were my family is going to be and with who. And besides we Yuki choose our suitors, anyone else given to us is deemed not suitable" Haku replied with a smile as she held Naruto's hand which was noticed by the shinobi side. The civilian side threw a fit calling her ungrateful, losing a chance to be under the greatest and most powerful village and the like. She just ignored them. She already has everything she wanted and she would never trade that for anything else.

Of course Naruto wouldn't leave the meeting without pissing off certain people. That came in the form of hairless/bold and poop pans aimed two individuals sparking a round of council room comedy.

End of flashback

So they left but the council kept pestering them. It was getting annoying really. And then there were the expensive gifts that an anonymous someone kept leaving at the shrine with poorly written love letters. They were all returned to said person who thought he was discreet.

The third was the funny. And this was the report from D Naruto's pranks. Naruto could honestly say that he was impressed. When he read the newspapers he burst into laughter. It seems no matter which dimension Narutos will always be naturals at pranks. But he was a bit jealous though. Those were some good pranks. Even Zabuza almost went into cardiac arrest due to excessive laughter.

Now for the scary, the girls. If there was one thing all male residents of the house didn't want, it was to be test subjects. Honestly that woman Miya was a sadist that's for sure. She made the girls practice their hannya on them. I mean come on who wants to wake up and come face to face with that thing. Or Zabuza who was taking a dump and the next thing he is bolting out of there with a hannya hot on his heels. Those were dark times for them (que shudder).

Streets of Konoha

Naruto was making his way towards the training grounds. Kakashi said that he had a very important announcement to make so they were supposed to meet. Naruto was really enjoying training with his brother. He was making headway with his training unlike Kakashi's 'training' as he called it. Naruto was surprised when Sasuke revealed his sharingan during one of their spars. Sasuke had taken it upon himself to spar with him every time they got to training. Naruto didn't mind if the Uchiha wanted to get stronger but his obsession with Naruto showing all his tricks was really getting on his nerves. Kakashi noted that Naruto was not showing the speeds he showed during their previous mission to which he replied that he wasn't fully recovered (total lie). The reason for his reduced speed was because he had reapplied his training seals and increased their level.

Even with the increases seals he was still faster than Sasuke so the dude got frustrated and pulled out his sharingan. It was revealed that Kakashi spend a lot of time helping Sasuke activate his doujutsu. For Naruto the sharingan wasn't a bother, there were a lot of tricks to fool the sharingan one being using his favourite base taijutsu skills; observe and react accordingly. It's simple and doesn't follow a set of taijutsu kata; it's totally random which is a nightmare for copycats.

Anyway he was about to get to the training ground when something drew him to a certain area. He rushed to the place to find a weird guy warring a cat suit and makeup lifting the 3rd's grandson in the air about to hit him. The two friends of the kid were hiding behind Sakura whom was trying to alleviate the situation but seemed to be ignored. A blond haired girl was trying to tell the guy to leave the kid alone or they would be in trouble but was ignored again. So he decided to intervene.

"Hello there what seems to be the problem?" he decided to take the civil approach. Sakura hearing Naruto's voice was relieved. The blond girl gave him a glance before disregarding him. Cat suit weirdo just twitched a little showing he was agitated even more.

"Get lots runt this doesn't concern you" this response gained a twitching eyebrow from Naruto. He was just tired of being called runt because of the henge he was wearing.

"Kankuro leave the boy alone and let's go. We don't want to make him angry" the blond haired girl said. "Now now Temari I am just gonna give the brat a good beating and we will be on our way.

"Oi who are you calling brat." Naruto said as he stared at the weirdo.

"You of course. Who else is a runt here?"

"Okay I am short so what. And have you looked at yourself. You look like a clown that escaped from the zoo in the middle of freak land. I mean seriously wearing a cat suit in broad daylight and they try to act like the tough guy. Oh and the make-up dude makes you look like those kabuki dancers. Did you ransack your sister's room for it or did you buy it with a straight face. Overly you are a makeup cats suit weirdo"

Kankuro twitched at this. He twitched some more when he heard snickering from the kids and Temari. Even the kid in his hand was snickering. He dropped the kid and got ready to beat the shit out of this runt.

"Good choice weirdo. You saved yourself from the most painful punishment for assaulting the 3rd's grandson. And the kid always travels with some ANBU shadowing him (total lie), they were just waiting for you to do something stupid" Kankuro and Temari froze when they heard this. Attacking such an important person would have caused an international incident which would mess up their plans. Looks like they dodged a bullet there.

Naruto looked at the tree near him, more specifically at a certain someone. "Sasuke I would advise you to get you duck butt here if you don't want to die" everyone was confused as to who the boy was talking to until a black haired boy jumped down from the tree. Sasuke was a bit miffed at being called that, he wanted to give Naruto a verbal beat down until Naruto pointed to the spot he was at.

There in the tree standing upside down was a red head that had a passive look. Sasuke was shocked. The boy was standing right behind him and he didn't even sense him. He could have been killed. The other two were now sweating as they saw the red head. They showed fear in their eyes like they saw the boogieman.

Said red head ignored everyone as he stare intently at Naruto. Naruto rose up to the challenge ate stared right back with equal intensity. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife and serve yourself (always wondered what it tastes like). The red head released his Ki making those around shiver in fear. Naruto retaliated also by releasing his own countering the redhead's KI. The Sand genin were shocked. This kid was challenging Gaara? Well shit was about to hit the fan.

And done.

Next the start of the Chunin exams.
