When the others saw Nia transform and confront Cressida, they had expected a fight. They had heard just how strong Nia was from Alex when she turned into her other self, so they figured at the very least she'd be able to hold her own now. Give them a fighting chance. But what they were seeing now hadn't been anything they'd expected.

This wasn't a fight. This was just… a beatdown.

"Stand still you little brat!" Cressida shouted as she fired another blast towards Titania. The younger girl was easily moving out of the way of every attack. Cressida hadn't even been able to land a single hit since they'd started fighting. Titania suddenly vanished, teleporting right in front of his cousin. Cressida tried to raise her guard, but Titania swung her hand.

For what seemed like the hundredth time since they started, Titania smacked her across the face, adding another handprint on her cheek. Cressida fell back and then looked up with a glare. "Would you stop doing that you little-!" Before she could finish, Titania zipped forward and kicked her right in her chin, sending her sliding back.

"Damn!" AJ said, wincing. Olevia and Envie looked just as shocked. They had never seen Nia fight anything like this before. She was like a completely different person.

Titania walked over towards Cressida who was rubbing her chin. "Are you planning on fighting back anytime soon? Because smacking you around is getting pretty dull," she said.

Cressida grit her teeth. "Don't get cocky! I've had years of experience over you!" she said, raising her hands. Roots suddenly shot up out of the ground, wrapping around Titania's arms and legs. "For a brat like you to think she can beat me nothing short of pure arrogance!" Cressida moved her arms again, and suddenly more, much larger roots grew up around Titania.

Their edges looked razor sharp, and they suddenly lunged down towards her. Titania suddenly balled her fist up, and suddenly all the roots around her burst into flames. Cressida looked shocked as Titania stepped towards her. "You're older than me, and you've had more experience. But unfortunately for you, I'm still stronger…"

With that, she raised his hand and blasted Cressida with a burst of wind. She was sent sliding against the ground, leaving a long crater in the ground behind her. Cressida turned over and began coughing. "D-damn you Umbriel…" she muttered. Her brother had to have been able to sense how powerful this girl was, and her set up to fight anyway.

Was this supposed to be his way of punishing her for leaving? Well she wasn't about to let him have his way. She'd beat this girl no matter what it took. Cressida got back up to her feet and began glowing around her whole body. "I'm not about to be embarrassed by some uppity little shit like you! I'll blow up this whole island if I have to!"

Sure enough, the entire island seemed to begin shaking. The others looked around nervously. "Uh… this isn't good is it?" Envie asked wondering just where the heck Astro was. This was getting a way out of hand.

Cressida brought her hands together and then took aim towards Titania. "I don't care what grandfather says! I'm getting rid of you right here and now!" she shouted before firing a massive blast towards her.

Olevia, AJ, and Envie all raised their arms as the blast flew towards and hit Titania. They were blown back by the impact as dust and debris went flying through the air. AJ was the first to get back up to his feet and quickly tried to make his way back towards them. "Nia!" he shouted. He knew she was powerful, but that blast must have shaken even her up.

Cressida giggled as she lowered her hands back down. "Ha! She wasn't so strong after all. Just an overconfident arrogant little girl who needed humbling. Hardly worth even considering to be the heir of Avalon," she said crossing her arms. "Maybe now grandfather will see he was being ridiculous. He may even name me the heir for… what the?"

A strong gust of wind suddenly came by, blowing the cloud of dust and dirt away. Cressida grew wide eyed as she saw Titania standing there. The ground beside and behind her looked as if a nuke had hit it, but aside from her clothes looking a bit ruffled, she herself didn't look at all hurt. "Are you serious?" Olevia said wide eyed.

Titania crossed her arms and began walking forward. "Really? Was that honestly the best you could do?" she asked. "I'm honestly a little disappointed."

Cressida's jaw dropped. "Wha-?! That's impossible! There's no way you could still be standing after that!" She had put literally everything she had into that attack. Even if it hadn't taken her down, it should have at least injured her.

Titania flew forward, zipping in front of her. "I could just knock you out and be done with this… but you hurt AJ. So I'm going to make you hurt." She suddenly turned the wand into a gauntlet, and then nailed Cressida with a vicious uppercut. The older girl was sent flying up into the air, and Titania flew up after her, and then spiked her back down to the ground.

The others watched as Titania continued the beatdown, knocked Cressida around like she was a punching bag. "Remind me to never get on that girl's bad side…" Olevia muttered.

"Hey!"

They turned around and then saw Astro, Junji, and Sear approaching. "I sensed Nia's magic spike! What's going-?!" Astro stopped when he saw his sister knocking Cressida around. "Shit."

Titania stepped on Cressida's back, pressing her to the ground, before turning towards her brother. "Oh, it's you. You're late," she said before turning back towards her target. "Alright, I think it's about time to finish you."

She raised her hand and a large sword suddenly approached over her, the blade pointed right down at Cressida who grew wide eyed. She was about to bring her hand down, but suddenly a hand grabbed her wrist. Titania looked over and saw Astro glaring at her. "Stop," he ordered.

"Take your hand off of me…" Titania warned.

"Put the sword away," Astro said sternly. Titania glared towards him. "This isn't what we came here for. The goal is what was to find your father and get out. Slaughtering whoever the hell this is wasn't part of the plan."

Titania grit her teeth. "She's our enemy. Shouldn't we take her out while we still have the chance? What's the point of letting her go just so she can come back and bother us later?" she asked, pulling her hand away from his grip.

"Nia, do you really think killing one of Oberon's children, his actual blood relative, will be anything but a bad move? Best case scenario he comes even sooner than we planned for, and we're not ready to take him on yet," Astro said, trying to talk some sense into her.

Titania scoffed. She raised her other hand and flicked her finger, and suddenly Astro was hit with a blast of air. The other gasped as he was sent sliding back. "I'm not Nia you dolt. I'm Titania. There isn't a person on this planet I'm not prepared to face. You included," she said.

Astro sighed and then pinched the bridge of his nose. "Nia… I really don't want to hurt you," he said as his eyes turned black. "Change back to normal and let's go, now…"

"I almost cut you in half the last time we fought. Do you really want to try it again?" she asked.

It looked like the two siblings were about to clash, but suddenly they both heard clapping. The two of them looked over and saw another figure approaching. Cressida glared when she caught sight of it. "Bravo, really. A truly wonderful performance," the figure said laughing.

It was a young man, who looked like he might have been nineteen or so. Like Cressida, he had blue skin, and lone white hair that flowed down to his mid back. He also wore a similar red and gold armor. "You all really put on a show. Now I see why grandfather has such an interest in you," he said.

Astro and Titania both glared towards him. "Who are you?" Astro demanded.

The man chuckled. "Forgive me, I was in such a good mood I didn't bother introducing myself. You may call me Umbriel. Grandson of Oberon, and heir of Avalon," he said, giving a dramatic bow. "And you, my young friend, are quite interesting. A half-ling I presume?"

Astro reached down to his sword, and Titania looked ready to attack, but Umbriel quickly held his hand up. "Now, now, I'm not here to fight. I only came here to collect my knuckleheaded younger sister. I thought sending her to face you would be a good way to both test you abilities and punish her for leaving Avalon with grandfather's permission," he explained.

Cressida glared towards her brother, while Titania snorted. "Or maybe you were just too afraid to face me yourself. Not that I blame you," she said shrugging.

Umbriel laughed. "Hah! You inherited grandfather's arrogance! That's for sure! No, I'm sure our time to clash will come sooner or later. But for now I only came to observe you, and I wasn't let disappointed," he said. He smirked towards him. "However, I'm still not about to just stand aside and give you my throne."

Titania huffed. "As if I care about something as small as Oberon's little throne," she said, crossing her arms. "You can have it for all I care."

Umbriel raised his hand and then snapped his fingers. Cressida suddenly vanished from underneath Titania's foot. The Butterfly siblings looked confused, but Umbriel turned and began walking off. "Well, it's really not up for us to decide. It's in grandfather's hands. Now I'll be taking my leave for now. But I'm looking forward to us crossing paths again, dear cousin."

Titania narrowed her eyes. "The next time we cross paths, will likely be the last."

Umbriel gave one last chuckle before vanishing. Astro stared after him for a few moments before he looked back down towards Titania. "Okay, you can go back to normal now…"

Titania ignored him, instead flying off towards the others. She flew in front of AJ before reaching out and grabbing him into a hug. The boy flinched, clearly caught off guard by the sudden show of affection. "Are you okay?" she asked, frowning.

Astro grit his teeth. "Why that little…!"

Micah walked up behind him and hummed. "Well, Alexander did say that Titania was supposed to be her pent up feelings or whatever. So I guess that includes all her feelings," he said.

"I'm gonna murder him…" Astro muttered.

Titania hugged AJ tightly, smiling as she pressed her cheek up against his. AJ's face was crimson, and he looked like he was about to pop. Olevia and Envie shared a glance before the former stepped towards them. "Uh, AJ took a pretty bad blast earlier. I know you healed him but maybe we should-"

Titania suddenly glared towards them, hugging AJ even tighter. "He's fine." Olevia held her hands up while Envie whistled. Nia usually wasn't this… clingy.

Astro and Micah made their way over to the others. Astro was still glaring towards AJ, while Micah was looking confused. "So… all of that was crazy, and I'm really not sure what our next move should be here. Are we still looking for Nia's dad or…?"

The elder of the Butterfly siblings grunted. "No… we should probably head back. They already know we're here and we have no guarantee they won't come back. Plus we need to deal with… this," he said gesturing towards his sister. "So let's go home for now," he said, pulling out his scissors. He got ready to open a portal, then suddenly noticed something in the corner of his eye.

Micah looked over towards his friend confused. "Something wrong dude?" he asked.

Astro kept staring for a few moments longer, and then grunted. "No, it's nothing," he said before ripping open a portal. "Let's get going. I need to think about what our next move is…"

There was an air of awkwardness around the Vanguard base. At least for the people present in the Supernatural Department's quarters anyway. Hours after they had returned and debriefed the others on the situation, one question had still remained. And that question was when Nia was coming back.

Not that she had actually left, but… well, Titania was still in control. Both Astro and Alexander said there was nothing they could really do about it this time. Not without putting up a fight anyway. And while they were pretty sure they could knock Titania out and give control back to Nia, they didn't want to risk so much damage. Especially since she seemed relatively calm.

So far all she had done was stay by AJ's side. Very, very close to his side. Uncomfortably close for some of their taste. And by some it was clear they meant Astro. He looked like he wanted to gut the boy with his sword, but anytime he got near Titania shot him a death glare.

Vera sat and watched as Titania sat up against the wall next to AJ, who was stiff as a board. She smiled up at him, not taking her eyes away for even a moment. "This is bullshit," Cayenne said scowling. "Why the fuck am I always the one babysitting princesses? Where the hell did Astro run off to? Shouldn't he be dealing with this shit?" she spat.

The underworld princess smiled nervously. "H-he said he had some important stuff to deal with. And you were the only one strong enough to hold Nia off in case she goes crazy," she explained. She had a feeling he only said that so Cayenne would get stuck with this job though. They really were amazingly petty when it came to dealing with one another.

Cayenne scowled. "Bullshit, he's just off doing some lone wolf crap again. I'm getting sick of him going off and not telling us shit. Always keeping some damn secrets from everyone…"

Vera sighed. "Yeah, he does have a habit of doing that. But he really doesn't mean anything by it. He's just used to doing things on his own."

Cayenne grunted. "Well he isn't on his own anymore. He needs to get his shit together."

"I'll try talking to him. Not sure how far I'll get, but it's worth a shot right," she said shrugging her shoulders. She then turned back towards Titania and AJ. "Should we… like help him?"

"You feel like stepping in between the love birds, go ahead. As for me, so long as they're not trying to get nasty I could care less," Cayenne said waving them off. "When the kid feels like going home I'm sure he'll nut up and say something.

AJ sat nervously as he tried to ignore the girl with the giant butterfly wings beside him. He could practically feel her staring a hole in the side of his head. He wasn't sure what the heck he was supposed to do here. All of this had been… unexpected. "You're nervous," Titania suddenly said, making him jump. "It's cute."

He felt his face flush at the words. "I-I'm not nervous! This is just… kind of weird…" Titania let out an amused giggle before scooting closer to him. Once again he flinched. "H-hey, do you have any idea when you're going to like… go back to normal?"

Titania suddenly frowned, and AJ felt a chill up his spine. "You mean when Nia is coming back… why do you care. I'm better than her anyway…" she muttered. "She's a weakling, and a coward. She's not even able to say how she feels about you. It's better if I have control…"

Now AJ was the one frowning. "Hey, don't talk about yourself like that," he said sternly.

"I'm not talking about myself. I'm talking about Nia."

"You're the same person!" AJ suddenly snapped. "Alexander said so! You're just… in a different state of mind or whatever! But you're still Nia! You're still blondie! So don't say stuff like that!"

Titania looked at him surprised for a few moments, and then pouted. "You don't know anything…" she muttered angrily. "None of you know anything…"

The lone figure made his way deep inside of the cave, where he had his camp set up and dinner cooking above the fire pit. He sighed before taking a seat and pulling his cloak off.

It was a man who looked like he was in his mid-twenties. Like Cressida and Umbriel, his skin was a light blue. His pink hair which was long and messy looking, flowed down to his waist. He also wore red and gold armor, though it looked very loose and worn out.

He grabbed his dinner from over the fire and took a bite out of it. Today had been a very close call. The two chasing him were much too fast to be regular mortals. And then there was his niece and nephew who had showed up and clashed with them. He wasn't sure what had been going on until he'd spotted… her.

It had only taken a glance to realize just who she was. He hadn't seen her since he was a baby, but he just knew. Maybe it was because she looked so much like her mother. Especially in that mewberty form of her. A very old foolish sentimental part of him wanted to rush out and greet her, but common sense took over and made him stay hidden. He didn't know what she and her friends had some here for, but they were better off without him.

"So this is where you were hiding…"

The man quickly reached for the dagger at his side as he turned to see Astro approaching. The prince glared down at him, arms crossed and a scowl on his face. "How… how did you find me?" he asked, getting up. "Why are you here? Who sent you?"

Astro snorted. "I picked up your scent earlier when I spotted you in the bushes. Nobody sent me, and you already know why I'm here," he said bluntly.

"Say it, just for clarification," he said pointing his dagger at him threateningly.

Astro narrowed his eyes. "I'm Asterossa Butterfly." The moment the name Butterfly left his mouth, the man's eyes widened. He turned towards Astro. "And you are Uran. Oberon's firstborn, and father to Titania Butterfly," he said stepping forward. "My sister needs your help, and she's going to get it. If I have to drag you out of here, so be it…"

The man stared back at him and then sighed. "Goddamn it…"
