Ways of the Dark
Hermione is hiding a secret and it is about to be revealed. Ron and Harry feel betrayed by everyone and fight. Who will win? Loosely based off The Dark Lady Series by CleoTheo.

Chapter 6: Vanishing Cabinets
(A/N I know the vanishing cabinet doesn't happen till book 6 but in my story it happens in 5th year.)
As Hermione woke up from a great night of sleep, she smiled to herself. Her dreams were filled with the situation regarding Dumbledores death. Suddenly, Hermione felt her stomach growl and she realized she was super hungry.
Hermione got dressed and went down to breakfast putting on her sad, abandoned friend act. When she got to the Great Hall, she saw Harry, Ron, and Ginny automatically shoot glares at her. Hermione lowered her shoulders and hid her face with her hair to hide her smirk.
Going to an empty seat, Hermione ate breakfast. After finishing, she got up and moved her ring, that notifies Draco she needs to talk to him, and left for the 7th floor.
About 10 minutes later, Hermione felt the door to the Room of Requirements open and saw Draco come in. She smiled at him and went over to him.
"What is wrong? You usually only call when it's important", Draco asked taking Hermione's hand and walked to the couch in the room.
Hermione smirk and gave her boyfriend a kiss on the cheek, "I have a way to get rid of Dumbledore."
After a beat of shock, Draco shook his head, "How? Your father can't even get rid of him. No offense but you are just a school girl."
Hermione smiled and shook her head. She took Draco's hand and they walked out of the Room of Requirements. Before Draco could question what she was doing, Hermione walked 3 times and the door opened again.
Draco opened the door and gasp. There was junk everywhere. Why would Hermione bring him here?
Draco was still questioning stuff when he saw Hermione run to the back of the junk room. In the back, she stopped at a cabinet.
Before Draco could even ask, Hermione spoke, "This is a vanishing cabinet. You can use it go get to and from somewhere. The twin is at Borgin and Burkes. This one is broken though. I need your help to fix it."
Hermione turned to Draco, who was still stunned but finally spoke, "How will this defeat Dumbledore?"
"We will bring the death eaters through it and will corner Dumbledore and kill him. I already have polyjuice in case we need alibis."
Draco finally understood and looked to his girl friend. He kissed her and smiled, "That is brilliant! You are brilliant!"
Hermione just rolled her eyes at him, "Well I am the brightest witch of the age."
Realizing the time, Hermione and Draco made plans to meet up and work on the cabinet and left the room to get to class.
