Hey guys, welcome to a new Flash story called New Reverse Flash. This popped in my head on how the Reverse Flash is always the Flash's enemy and that's when I thought to myself "What if there was a new Reverse Flash who's good and is also related to Eobard Thawne." And that is what this story is.

Prologue:
- What if the son of Eobard Thawne from a destroyed world showed up in the second season of flash and meets Caitlin Snow. But also finds out that a version of his dad has killed soo many people and decides to restore the Reverse Flash name. This is the story of the New Reverse Flash.
