Hey, guys welcome to a new chapter of New Reverse Flash called Gideon, Where Am I? In this chapter, a speedster arrives on the street at night and the thing is his suit was similar to a certain evil speedster. Who could this person be? Only one way to find out.

Another thing, this takes place after Team Flash meets Jay Garrick/Hunter Zolomon.

Gideon, Where Am I?

Central City - Nighttime

It was a beautiful night in Central city, there was a certain calmness in the air, and the reason for that was because ever since the flash made his appearance everyone felt safe.

But the thing was that everyone was going to be in for a shock. Why is that you may ask?

A blue portal appeared on the street, as it had a mix of yellow, red, and black. Just then a speeding blur raced out of the portal and once the speeding blur stopped, it turned out that it was a man in a suit similar to a certain evil yellow speedster.

But this suit was different. It had silver shoulder pads on the shoulders, and silver gauntlets on the arms. The mask was different as it looked more like a helmet, each part of the suit had silver on it. All in all, it looked like the speedster from the evil speedster from last year. But he's totally different.

The speedster looked around the city with a confused look on his face. This looked almost like Central City, but everything was different. The buildings looked different, and the cars looked modern.

The speedster looked at his gauntlet and asked, "Gideon, where am I?" The reason he asked this was because the city looked like Central City, but not his version of Central City.

"You are currently in the Central City of Earth-1, Edward Thawne" Gideon tells him.

The speedster now named Edward Thawne was confused by this. "Earth-1? Why am I on a different Earth?" Edward asked. The last thing he remembered, he was on a portal in the city, and now he was here.

"I'm sorry to tell you this Edward, but from my readings, our earth no longer exists. I'm truly sorry." Gideon said to Edward.

Edward was in complete shock at what he was told. Not only was he on another earth, but his earth no longer exists. Edward was shaking as he wanted nothing more than to scream and shout at what had happened, but he took a few deep breaths and said to himself, "Calm down Edward, it's going to be alright." Edward then looked at Gideon and asked, "Gideon, what should I do now?"

"I would advise you to lay low and plan ahead on what you should do while you are here, Edward. And from what I've gathered, the flash of this earth is not aware of you being here." Gideon tells him.

Edward nods at this. "Ok, that's good. I better find someplace to sleep in the meantime." That said, Edward leaves the scene to find the nearest motel and pays for a room. Once he was in the room, Edward fell onto the bed to get a good night's sleep, and come the next day he'll figure out what to do while he's on this earth.

The Next Day with Edward Thawne

When morning came, Edward got up and headed to a store to get a laptop and see how different this earth was from his. So far, everything was the same. But that's when he saw that the Ronnie Raymond of this earth looked just like him. The next thing he found out shocked him. It turns out that a version of his dad killed many people on this earth. With a determined look, he tells Gideon, "Gideon, I now know what I'm going to do on this earth."

"And what would that be Edward?" Gideon asked him

Edward stands up and says, "I'm going to restore the Reverse Flash name and continue my Father's legacy as the New Reverse Flash." With that said, Edward puts on his suit and asks Gideon, "Is there any crime going on in the city right now, Gideon?"

"Yes, the police are in a firefight with some gunmen in downtown Central City." Gideon shows him video footage of the firefight, and it appears that the police are about to be outnumbered. "You better hurry Edward, the police are not going to stand a chance against them," Gideon tells him.

Edward puts on his mask and says, "Time to go to work." With that said, Edward speeds out of the room and heads downtown.

Downtown Central City

When Edward got there, he saw the police were indeed in a firefight. They were hiding behind their cars for cover as the gunmen were moving forward to reach the officers. So, Edward decides to take action.

Time seemed to slow down as Edward sped in front of the gunmen. He punches one man in the face, throws another one over his shoulder, spartan kicks another gunman to a car, and gives the last man a superman punch to the face. The police heard no more firing from the gunmen, as they looked to see what happened and they were surprised to see that all the men were taken care of. But that's when they saw someone in a yellow suit and they quickly assumed it was the man in yellow from last year. So, they decided to take action.

After Edward saw his handy work, he was about to leave when he suddenly heard a few gun clicks. Edward turned and looked at all the guns that the officers pointed at him. So he tells them, "Just for the record, I'm not the man for last year." With that said, Edward speeds around the officers, he then takes their guns and handcuffs them to their partners.

Edward looks at the officers, "As I said, I'm not the man for last year. I'm the New Reverse Flash." With that said, Edward speeds away leaving everyone wondering what he meant by that.

But unaware, a few cameras caught him on camera and a particular team is about to find out about him.

Star Labs

At Star Labs, one Cisco Ramon was working on his computer to see what to upgrade for Team Flash. But there was one thing that was on his mind and that thing was Jay Garrick and how he told Team Flash about Zoom and the multiverse.

At first, they didn't believe him. But after what they saw with Atom Smasher, they fully believed his story.

That's when Cisco got a notification on his computer that reads: New Reverse Flash? Friend or Foe?

Cisco's eyes widened at what it said, as he clicked on the notification that showed a video of a speedster saving some cops from gunmen.

The suit looked like Thawne's suit, but it was totally different. So Cisco got on the comms and contacted Barry. "Barry, you need to get here now!" Cisco says urgently.

In a speeding flash, Barry showed up and asked "Cisco, what is it?" The way Cisco sounded, it must be something big.

Cisco points at the screen, "Look" Cisco tells Barry. Barry takes a look at the screen, and he has a shocked look on his face. How is this possible? There is no way that he could be back after Eddie killed himself to stop Thawne. But like Cisco, Barry saw that the suit was different from Thawne's as there was some armor on some parts of the suit.

Barry looked at Cisco and asked, "How is this possible?"

"I don't know man. But you need to go out there and find him quickly before he harms someone." Cisco tells him.

Barry nods at this and was ready to suit up when they heard a similar sound when Barry uses his speed. Both Barry and Cisco turned to see it was the speedster who they assume is Thawne. Barry gets in a fighting stance, as he glares at Thawne. "I don't know how your back Thawne, but I'm taking you down," Barry said.

The person who they assume is Thawne raises his hand to stop Barry from attacking him. Both Barry and Cisco were confused by this. But they had shocked looks on their faces when the person who they assumed was Thawne took off his mask.

"Ronnie?" Barry asked in disbelief.

"No, I'm not Ronnie Raymond of Earth-1." The look-alike said. After taking a deep breath the look-alike tells them, "My name is Edward Thawne of Earth-139 and I'm the doppelganger of Ronnie Raymond." The person who's called Edward Thawne looks at Barry and says, "And my father is Eobard Thawne."

Safe to say, the lives of team Flash have got a whole lot weirder.

Before you ask, the reason I have Edward meeting team flash early is that I wanted Edward to point out the fact that he's from a different Earth. Don't worry, team flash will question if Edward is telling the truth.
