Episode 441: Bianca's Father
At last, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew all arrived in Nimbasa City.
"Here at last," Sora said.
"Just when do you think the Contest will get started?" Ventus asked.
"The Contest should be underway within a week according to Stephan," CIlan said.
"That's plenty of time for you to get ready, Kairi," Terra said.
"That's good to know," Kairi said.
Unknown to them, a man and a woman were watching them from a corner. The man makes contact.
"This is Alpha Metang 1. I'm reporting that Sora Ketchum and his friends has arrived in Nimbasa City. Current location is the Nimbasa City Pokémon Center. Awaiting orders," the man said.
"Do not blow your cover Alpha Metang 1. Stay in position. We don't want them to know about us yet," a female voice spoke.
"Roger," the man replied.
Sora, Kairi, Iris, and Cilan had their Pokémon checked in as Bianca came running towards them.
"Look out! Look out, look out, look out, look out!" Bianca excalimed.
"Not again!" Sora cried before she bumped into him and he slams into the wall. Bianca saw she ran into someone again.
"I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" Bianca asked.
"I think my teeth are still intact, so I must be okay," Sora said.
"I am sorry for bumping into you, Sora. Please forgive me!" Bianca said.
"Don't worry bout it, Bianca. It happens," Sora said. "Anyway, you get your Gym Badge yet?"
"I sure did. It was harder than I orginally thought, but it was worth it!" Bianca said, showing the group the Insect Badge she won. "Ta-da!"
"That's sweet!" Ventus said.
"Thank you, Ven! What brings you here?" Bianca asked.
"Well, we're here for Kairi's Contest, and my Gym battle. And I can guess you're here for the Gym battle," Sora guessed.
"I am. I came all this way to challenge Elesa, the Nimbasa City Gym Leader," Bianca said.
"Wait a minute! Elesa, as in Elesa the supermodel?" Cilan asked. Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth all looked right at the Pokémon Connisseur.
"The Gym Leader is a supermodel?" Sora asked.
"Indeed. She specializes with Electric Type Pokémon, but she also appears in fashion shows and the covers of fashion magazines!" Cilan said.
"I never would have guessed," Sora said.
"Excuse me, but did I hear one of you mention about a Contest?" A girl walked up to the group.
"Yes. I'm going to be in it," Kairi said.
"Well, I'll have you know that Elesa will be one of the judges in the Contest going on next week," the girl said.
"Really?" Kairi asked.
"Yes. I saw it on thr news today, and she says she'll be one of the judges along with Mr. Basil and Juilanna Minerva," the girl said.
"Thanks for the info," Aqua said.
"No problem," the girl said, taking off.
In Lovrina's villa, she sat on her bed and she makes contact with her Team Shadow peons.
"Attention all peons! This is Lovirina! I have received word that Sora Ketchum has been sighted in Nimbasa City. Approach with caution when you make contact with him," Lovrina said. She breaks contact as she sighed. "And to think I woke up in a chipper mood. I had a lovely low-fat breakfast, I had a nice soothing bath, and now this happens. How can one little kid be so bothersome?" Lovrina sighs again.
Eleswhere in the city, two familiar figures whad received the transmission along with the rest of the peons. It was Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor. They wore the Team Shadow peon uniform, minus the helmets.
"Sora Ketchum? This is the break we've been waiting for!" Weevil said.
"The chance for revenge has literally presented itself to our doorsteps," Rex said.
"I still can't forgive them for cheating us out the Silver Wing and then them beating us senseless!" Weevil said.
If you're wondering why are Weevil and Rex in Nimbasa City the same time as Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew, well you're about to see it for yourselves.
(Flashback)
We take a look at where we last left Weevil and Rex. It was after the freaky storm they have gone though, so they spotted Dakim waling down the street.
"Who's that guy?" Rex asked.
"I don't know, but we should follow him and see," Weevil said. Dakim has entered through the door in an old building, so the two teens follow him inside, being careful not to be seen by him. They followed him all the way to the top as a helicopter comes flying in. A helicopter ladder, and Dakim climbs up.
"Wait!" Weevil and Rex shouted, catching up while Dakim was climbing up. Dakim looked down and spotted the two teens.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Dakim asked, taking out a knife.
"Take us with you!" Weevil and Rex pleaded. Dakim climbed up with Weevil and Rex.
"Gimmie a reason why I shouldn't just throw you both off the helicopter!" Dakim snarled.
"Please don't!" Weevil and Rex pleaded.
The helicopter made an arrival to what looks similar to Team Rocket's. They entered the building as they enrtered a baord room with Mateus sitting in his chair, drinking a glass of red wine.
"Master Matues. Team Magma and Team Aqua has disbanded," Dakim repoprted.
"I know. It would appear that their dreams of their own world was doomed to failure," Matues said. Weevil and Rex looked at each other.
"Team Magma and Team Aqua?" Weevil asked.
"What did he mean by new world?" Rex asked.
"And what of Team Rocket?" Dakim asked.
"It appears that they have some new associates. It is as I have predicted," Mateus said, standing up. He is wearing his modern clothing and he sees the two teens.
"And who are these?" Mateus asked.
"Forgive me, Master Mateus. They tagged along. Shall I deal with them?" Dakim asked.
"Wait a sec!" Weevil said.
"Hold on!" Rex added.
"No. I shall hear them out," Mateus said. He looked at Weevil and Rex. "Approach me." And they do exactly that. "I can see you both came all this way."
"We had ourselves a share of bad luck lately, and we want is nothing more than revenge! Revenge on the spiky-haired punk who robbed us the Silver Wing in the Whirl Islands!" Weevil said.
"We almost had it and they made fools oout of us!" Rex said.
"We lost track of them, and we are desperate for some payback!" Weevil said. Mateus smiled.
"Revenge you say. I see," Mateus said. Dakim looked right at the Team Shadow leader.
"Master Mateus?" Dakim asked.
"You wish to join me? Then I accpet. What are your names?" Mateus asked.
"I'm Weevil Underwood and he's Rex Raptor. We'll do anything to have our revenge! So please!" Weevil said.
"Very well, Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor. I can see your desire for revenge is burning hotly, so I shall grant your wish. But before you can join my organization, you must go through rigorous training, and from there, you shall prove yourselves worthy of joining," Mateus said.
"Rigorous training?" Rex asked.
"That means, you two will be going through bootcamp! Starting today since we have a handful of new recruits," Dakim said. "Get some sleep! You start first thing in the morning!"
For the many weeks that came and went, Weevil and Rex both started out with the band of new recruits as they've gone through some training. Weevil and Rex had made it to graduation as they were given their Team Shadow uniforms. They both kneeled down to Matues.
"Congratulations, Rex Raptor and Weevil Underwood. You've have proven yourselves worthy of being members of Team Shadow. So, I shall officially initiate you both into the ranks of Team Shadow. Now, repeat after me. I hereby swear my undying loyalty to Team Shadow and the darkness it represents," Mateus started.
"I hereby swear my undying loyalty to Team Shadow and the darkness it represents," Weevil and Rex repeated.
"I shall devote my life into our goal into plunging the world into eternal darkness, by any means necessary," Matues said.

"And eliminate anyone who would dare interfere with our goal!" Mateus said.

"Surrender is not an option!" Matues said.

"Welcome, Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor, to your destiny," Matues said.
Since then, Weevil and Rex have been proud members of Team Shadow.

Weevil and Rex grinnined evilly.
"Revenge is within our grasp," Weevil said.
"We'll go jurassic on the happy couple, and then it's off to Alola and find that Lana girl!" Rex added. Weevil and Rex laugh evilly.
"Yeah!" Weevil and Rex hi-five each other.
Weevil and Rex were about to take off to the Pokémon Center and they see an obese man walking down the streets.
"Where do you think he's going?" Rex asked.
"Probably where we're going!" Weevil said. "Let's go." Weevil and Rex placed their helmets on and started to follow him.
Over in the Pokémon Center, they met up with a pair of familiar faces there. It was Hilbert and Cheren.
"Hilbert, Cheren, funny bumping into you guys here," Sora said.
"Sora," Hilbert said.
"It's good to see you all again," Cheren said.
"What have you been up to?" Sora asked.
"Collecting some Gym Badges, and catching some Pokémon. You?" Hilbert asked.
"Same thing," Sora said.
"I alos won two Contest Ribbons," Kairi said, showing her Ribbons.
"Wow, Hilda wsn't kidding," Hilbert said. "What about you, Sora? How many Gym Badges did you win?"
"I got four," Sora said, showing Hilbert and Cheren his Gym Badges.
"That's the Toxic Badge. You obviously used a lot of effort to earn the Toxic Badge," Cheren said.
"What about you guys? How many Gym Badges did you win?" Sora asked.
"We still have three. But we'll do what we can to catch up with you," Hilbert said.
"That we do," Cheren agreed.
A little later, Bianca was watches Kairi practice with her Audino for the Contest.
"Use Hyper Voice!" Kairi ordered. Audino has let out Hyper Voice and it circles around in the air. "Now, use Disarming Voice!" Audino has let out Disarming Voice and the two sounds collideided with each other, and the two sound waves were mixing well. Bianca was astounded by what she was seeing.
"That was wonderful, Kairi. Your Audino is going to take you places in the Contest," Bianca said.
"Thank you, Bianca. I know you'll be supporting me in the Contest," Kairi said.
"Of course. After hearing that you won the Hoenn and Sinnoh Grand Festivals, I was awestruck. Not only a Pokémon League Champion like Sora, but a Top Coordinator like you! How could I not watch you perform!" Bianca said.
The man eventually reached the Pokémon Center, unaware of Rex and Weevil behind him.
"There it is," Weevil said.
"Score," Rex said. They peeked inside and they grinned to see Sora and Kairi together. "And there they are! Just like Lovrina said."
"All we have to do is wait for the right moment," Weevil said.
The man looked around the Pokémon Center and he spot Bianca. She turned as she recognized the man.
"Daddy?" Bianca asked.
"Hello Bianca," Bianca's father greeted. Hilbert and Cheren knew what it meant for their friend.
"What are you doing here?" Bianca asked.
"I have come to bring you home," Bianca's father said.
"What? Why?" Bianca asked.
"Because I told you that I don't approve of this, so I'm going to bring you back home with me. Your mother has been too permissive for her own good, so I set off to bring you back home where you belong," Bianca's father said.
"No, daddy! I already came this far," Bianca said.
"And it's far enough," Bianca's father said. Sora had to speak up.
"Hold on! Bianca really wants to do this! Can't you see that she's doing this all for you?" Sora asked.
"This is a family matter so this does not concern you. Pokémon journeys are just too dangerous. My daughter is much better off being at home," Bianca's father said.
"No, daddy!" Bianca said. Bianca's father wasn't in the mood for games.
"This is not up for debate, young lady! You belong at home!" Bianca's father said.
"Daddy, I'm going to be fine! I have my Pokémon with me. You knew how much this means to me and now you're telling me that that I can't because you said that it's too dangerous. I'm not a baby anymore!" Bianca argued.
"I already told you, it's too dangerous! You don't know anything about the world, so that's why I cannot allow you to go on this journey!" Bianca's father said.
"I can learn! I learned so much since I left!" Bianca said.
"We can talk more about it when we get home," Bianca's father said.
"Wait!" A female voice called out. Everyone turned to see a tall, very slender young woman. She has bright, almond shaped blue eyes. She has short blonde hair. She wears red, white, and blue headphones with long cords on the sides. Elesa wears a yellow sleeveless top over a black top that exposes her stomach in two sections, thick opaque black tights, and bright yellow stiletto high heels. "Don't you think you're being too overprotective?" Bianca's father glared right at her.
"This is a matter between me and my daughter. This does not concern you," Bianca's father said. Cilan winced.
"It's her! It's Elesa!" Cilan exclaimed.
"You know, there are many people in this world. There are people whose way of thinking may be completely different from yours. Sometimes, this means you may get hurt. But it's important to keep trying, to learn about the differences between yourself and others. To learn that being different is OK. And you shouldn't worry. Trainers always have Pokémon at their side. Pokémon are wonderful. It's not only how cute they can be, but also how much you can depend on them," Elesa said. Bianca's father didn't know how to respond to that. He turned to his daughter.
"Are you sure you want to do this, Bianca?" Bianca's father asked.
"More than anything. I'm grateful for everything you have given me, but I'm old enough to make my own decisions, but you never let me have any say in the matter. You never let me have any friends! The reason I don't know about the world is because you're not letting me learn about it for myself," Bianca said. Bianca's father sighed.
"I guess you're right. I used to think that Pokémon jounreys were too dangerous, but what's the point of them if we don't have Pokémon trainers? I just wanted you to be safe. And I should have realzied that you already were, because you have your Pokémon. I was upset that you left without my permission anyway, so your mother and I ended up having a fight about it," Bianca's father said.
(Flashback)
We have a look in Bianca's home.
"Why would you think that it was okay to allow Bianca to go out on a journey?" Bianca's father asked.
"Bianca is old enough to go on one. And I think she's going to be just fine," Bianca's mother said.
"She will be once she is safe at home!" Bianca's father said.
"Don't you think you're taking this a little too personally? Bianca is growing up. I cannot understand why it's hard for you to accept it!" Bianca's mother said.
"There's nothing to accept!" Bianca's father said.
"Keeping Bianca from making new friends is one thing, but this is over the line! What's going to be next? You telling Bianca that she cannot be married when she's an adult? I don't want to lose our daughter because of your foolish fatherly pride! Bianca will never forgive you if you won't allow her to make her own decisions!" Bianca's mother said.
"You're supposed by on my side!" Bianca's father argued.
"I'll you know, that I'll be one whose side I wanna be! And if I want to be on my own side, then that's the side I want to be! And my side is saying that it's Bianca's choice! Bianca is growing up and that's something you cannot stop! You're going to be around forever, so you won't be around to protect Bianca when you're dead?" Bianca's mother asked.
"You can say whatever you want, becausenothing you say is going to make me change my mind!" Bianca's father said. Bianca's mother groaned in annoyance.
"You know what? Fine! Just do whatever you want to do! And I hope you never find her! And don't even count on finding me here, because I would have left you! And I would be taking Bianca under my custody!" Bianca's mother stated. "That way, you will do this to her ever again!"
(Flashback ends)
"I never believed she would live up to that threat, but deep down I know she's right. I can't protect you forever. And I'm sorry Bianca," Bianca's father apologized. Bianca smiled.
"I forgive you, daddy," Bianca said.
"So, you have my permission to continue on your journey," Bianca's father said. She gave her father a hug. "Just don't forget to call home every now and then."
"I won't," Bianca promised. With that said, Bianca's father has taken off for home without his daughter as planned, but he had let what Elesa said to him sink in. Bianca turned to Elesa. "Thank you for speaking up to me."
"I just did what anyone would have done. I'm not a parent, but I know that it's not an easy thing," Elesa said.
"Um, we were told that you're a Gym Leader here, right?" Ventus asked.
"Yes. I'm thr Nimbasa Gym Leader Elesa. I trust that you're here for a Gym battle?" Elesa asked.
"Yes, Bianca, Hilbert, Cheren, and I are have come all this way to challnege you into a Gym battle," Sora said.
"I see. Well, I'll be looking forward in accepting your challenge, but in the meantime, I'm not accepting challenges at the moment since I need to prepare for my position as a judge for the upcoming Contest," Elesa said.
"We can wait," Sora said. Elesa looked right at Pikachu.
"Oh my gosh! A Pikachu!" Elesa said. "You shine like the sun! I never seen one up close."
"Well, now you have," Sora said.
Weevil and Rex stand outside for their moment to strike.
"Okay, Rex, get ready to strike," Weevil said.
"Right," Rex said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Come on out, Heliolisk!" Rex has unleashed a Heliolisk from the Pokéball. "Use Flash!" Heliolisk spreads its frills and flashes inside. Everyone shields their eyes.
"Hey, where did that light come from?" Meowth exclaimed. Weevil and Rex recognized Meowth. They knew he was the same one who was with Team Rocket, so they both grabbed him. The Flash wore off. Everyone uncovered their eyes.
"What was that?" Sora asked.
"I don't know, but it sure was bright," Iris said. Ventus was quick to notice someone was gone.
"Hey, where's Meowth?" Ventus asked.
"He was just here a sec ago!" Terra said.
"He couldn't have gone far," Kairi said.
"Meowth! Where are you?" Sora asked.
Over to Meowth, he was gagged as he is placed on a chair on their hideout.
"We never expected to see you here, since Meowth can't be found in Unova," Weevil said.
"Who are you jokers?" Meowth asked.
"Look at this. He doesn't recognize us," Rex said.
"Maybe it's because of these," Weevil said. They took off their helmets and revealed themselves. Meowth went wide-eyed when he saw their faces.
"Hey, you're those two nimrods from the Whirl Cup! What are you guys doing here?" Meowth asked.
"We're here as proud members of Team Shadow," Rex said.
"Team Shadow? I thought they were history!" Meowth said.
"You would think so since you were with Team Rocket. And to think they were done in by the same guy who happens to be the Pokémon League Champion, who took out Team Rocket when you, that old bag and that whiney old geezer were the incompetent members!" Weevil said. "Now, we're going to have the payback we deserve since they took the Silver Wing from us!"
"Is that why you have it for them?" Meowth asked. "It don't matter, because when Sora find ya, he'll kick your asses!" Meowth said.
"Oh, we're counting on it. You're going to be our hostage, to lure them over to use!" Weevil said. Weevil took out a Pokéball and he lets out a Beedrill. He gave the poison bee Pokémon a message. "Give this to Sora Ketchum and his friends!" The Beedrill nodded and flown off to the Pokémon Center.
Speaking of which, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Hilbert, Cheren, Bianca, Elesa, Pikachu, Angel, and Axew were continuiing to search for Meowth.
"Meowth, say something if you can hear us!" Sora said.
"Meowth!" Ventus called out.
"Pika!" Pikachu said.
"How could we have lost him?" Terra asked.
"We can't give up. I know he's around here somehwere," Iris said.
"Axew," Axew said.
"Eevee," Angel said. Her ears perk up when she heard buzzing coming right towards them. "Eevee, vee!" Angel points to the Beedrill. The group all heard the buzzing and saw the Beedrill.
"Is that a Beedrill?" Cilan asked.
"It is," Aqua said. The Beedrill made a stop to Sora.
"What's that she's got?" Kairi asked. The Beedrill activates the message with a hologram of Rex and Weevil wearing their helmet.
"Sora, Kairi. We have your Meowth," Rex said.
"And if you ever want to see your Meowth again, meet us at the Battle Subway in one hour, or else your Meowth doesn't have a prayer," Weevil said as the message breaks. Sora growls.
"Man, who are those guys?" Sora asked.
"Not them again?" Bianca said. Hilbert and Cheren turned to Bianca.
"You know them?" Hilbert asked.
"We saw them before when they were in the Ruin Castle. They didn't say who they were," Boanca said.
"They crossed the line by taking Meowth from us," Sora said.
"We have to rescue him!" Kairi said.
"That's right. That's exactly what we're going to do!" Sora said.
"We'll go with you," Cheren said.
"We'll have a much better chance by working together to sae him," Hilbert said.
"Okay. We'll be off!" Sora said.
WIth that said, Sora, Kairi, Cilan, Iris, Hilbert, Cheren, Bianca, Elesa, Pikachu, Angel, and Axew have set off to the Battle Subway to save Meowth. Ventus, Terra, and Aqua stayed behind and hoped for their return.
It would seem that their old enemies has joined with their new enemies. Can they hope to rescue Meowth before it's too late? Or will Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor have their revenge on Sora and Kairi? If you want to find out, then you would have to wait and see in the next chapter.
