Episode 450: The Close Encounters of the Poké Kind
Not too long after Sora's battle over Shamus, Pignite was given some special Pokémon food made by Kairi as Pignite was wolfing it down very fast. The same for Rufflet since he also had a hard battle as well.
"Eat as much as you like," Kairi said.
"You sure put that Shamus in his place where he belongs," Benga said.
"You bet your big head that's where he belongs! A trainer who abandons a Pokémon with Krookodile tears doesn't deserve to have any Pokémon!" Iris said.
"Axew," Axew added.
"At least Paul never took Pokémon from other trainers when they lose," Aqua said.
"That wouldn't be his style," Terra said.
Yeah. Shamus was even worse than Paul ever was," Ventus said. "But his hair was sure was funny when Pignite used Flamethrower on him!" Ventus laughed. Meowth also laughed just as hard as Ventus.
"That's enough, Ven. You shouldn't laugh at someone else's misfourtunes, no matter how deserving it was to them. But it wouldn't surprise me if he hadn't learned his lesson," Sora said.
"A trainer like him never do," Benga spoke up. "Shamus relied too much on power alone and that's what made him lose. My gramps didn't rely on power to get to where he is now. My gramps took on trainers like him when he was just starting out."
"I don't doubt it, Benga," Cilan said.
"Come to think of it, Sora, you reminded me of him a lot," Benga said. This surprised Sora when Benga compared him to his grandfather.
"How?" Sora asked.
"It was what you said to Shamus, that's how. He would agree with you if he were here," Benga said.
"I never thought of that," Sora said.
The group all continued talking among themselves as they ate.
Meanwhile, not too far, the police had picked up the two Team Plasma grunts, badly beaten. They had several of their teeth missing, and blood gushing from their mouths. They also had black eyes, and broken noses.
"Whoever did this to them really did a number on them," Officer Jenny said.
"I would say it was a so-called Pokémon liberation gone wrong. Whoever it was they messed with, he or she wanted to make sure they didn't mess with him again," a police officer said. "These poor bastards are lucky that they weren't killed." Officer Jenny sighed.
"We better take these guys into custody. We can't just leave them out here," Officer said. The Team Plasma grunts were being taken to the local hospital to recieve the best care.
Elsewhere, a spaceship crash lands in the woods. The spaceship opens up and several Elgyem and Beheeyem steps out. They look around and do some scouting. After a little while, the alien-like Pokémon began to dismantle their ship, piece by piece. Once it was fully apart, they started to make their way in one direction. They eventually found a cave inhabited by Woobat and Swoobat. A portal opened from underneath a rock and they entered through. There were a lot of Elgyem and Beheeyem going, greeting their new friends, allowing them to stay. There was one Elgyem that was curious about the outside world and left while they weren't looking. The Elgyem looked around to the outside world and began to wonder around.
Not too far, an eccentric elderly man wearing a hat made of tin foil took out his binoculars and looked right through them.
"I know for certain them aliens are out there somewheres! I can feel it on my bones!" The elderly man said. "And I'm going to find them aliens and show the word that they exist!" He went inside his trailer; inside are all sorts of alien merchandise, photos. It was very messy as there were Chinese food cartons as well as hamburger wrappers, french fry holders, pizza boxes, beer cans, and chicken buckets. It would be home for any Grimer or Trubbish. A Garbodor comes out of the heap and took a drink of a six-pack of beer. The Garbordor lets out a loud belch as the elderly man drives.
Back to the Battle Club, the group were taking their leave of the Battle Club.
"You sure you won't be stickiing with us, Benga?" Sora asked.
"I'll hang out here just a little bit longer. I'm thinking of having myself a battle before I take off. But, I have a feeling that we'll see each other again. And I hope you and I can have a battle when we do," Benga said.
"Sure thing, Benga," Sora said, shaking his hand. With that said, Benga waved goodbye to his new friends. They knew they were going to see Benga again, and probably sooner than expected.
A couple of days later, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew were passing by what looks like a gathering.
"Wonder what's all the excitement here," Meowth said.
"You don't think it might be a meteor shower?" Ventus asked.
"Far from any meteor shower there, sunny," a man spoke. He had ark skin and a large beard. "We're all here because of a UFO!"
"A UFO?" Kairi asked.
"Darn tootin there, missy! This here spot has been a popular sight for them UFOs for the last fifty years. And that's when those aliens showed up!" The man said.
"Aliens?" Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, and Meowth all asked.
"Pika?" Pikachu asked.
"Ee?" Angel asked.
"Xew?" Axew asked.
"These aliens here!" The man said, holding up a picture of an Elgyem and its evolved form Beheeyem.
"Oh, those aren't aliens. They're Pokémon called Elgyem and Beheeyem," Cilan said.
"They're aliens I tell you! And they're making an appearence here tonight!" The man said. A scientist wearing a white lab coat came up to the man.
"Don't get your hopes set too high. You tried to do that last year and you were full of disappointment," the scientist said. The man took his leave as the scientist turned to the group. "Sorry about him. He might have watched too much sci-fi movies."
"We kinda figured that," Sora deadpanned.
"Anyway, my name is Dr. Sebastion Weaver. A researcher of Elgyem and Beheeyem," Dr. Sebastian introduced himself.
"Nice to meet you, Dr. Sebastian. I'm Sora, and this is my girlfriend Kairi and my cousin Ventus," Sora introduced.
"Hi," Ventus greeted.
"Nice to meet you. This is my Eevee Angel," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel greeted.
"I'm Terra."
"My name's Aqua."
"My name's Iris."
"Axew!"
"And I am Cilan."
"And I'm Meowth."
"A pleasure to meet you," Dr. Sebastian said.
"You mentioned that you have been doing research on Elgyem and Beheeyem, is that right?" Cilan asked.
"Indeed. Follow me if you will," Dr. Sebastian said, leading the group to the lab. Once they reached the lab, they all entered inside. Inside are two teenagers in lab coats. One is a boy with blonde hair as another is a girl with also blonde hair.
"Welcome back, Doctor," the boy and girl greeted.
"We have guests. Everyone, allow me to introduce you to my assistants. This is Lawrence, and his girlfriend Luanne. They have been assisting me with my research," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Nice to meet you," Lawrence greeted.
"Hi," Luanne greeted.
"Doctor, I hope you don't mind me asking, but why have you been studying Elgyem and Beheeyem so much?" Aqua asked. Dr. Sebastian chuckled.
"Allow me to respond with a question. Have you ever thought there might be other beings in outer space?" Dr. Sebastian asked. Cilan and Iris didn't know how to answer that, but Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, and Meowth figured there would be aliens since they met Digimon and people from other dimensions. Sora and Kairi especially remembered their inter dimensional experiences. Also, Deoxys also fits the bill of a Pokémon from outer space.
"You mean aliens?" Ventus asked.
"Yes and no. I am also referring to Pokémon from outer space as well," the scientiust stated.
"Dr. Sebastian has a theroy that Elgyem and Beheeyem might have some kind of connections to a UFO sighting that took place more than five decades ago," Luanne said. Cilan stroked his chin.
"That would make sense because Elgyem and Beheeyem has been connected with the UFO sightings," Cilan said.
"That is correct!" Dr. Sebastian said.
"How did you come across that conclusion?" Aqua asked.
"I am happy that you asked. I shall explain. It all started one night just about twenty years ago. I came out with my grandfather's telescope to look up at the cosmos and see the wonders of our universe. I was fascinated by what I saw, but that alone did not spark my fascination. There was something that changed my liffe forever! I saw what looks like some sort of aircraft, but it was for space. At first I thought it was some sort of joke, but I quickly realized it wasn't when it coming down faster than a speeding Emolga. Intrigued, I followed the cfrat as fast as I can go. It made a crash landing on the ground. I eventually caught up to the craft, and that's when I saw them! Elgyem and Beeheyem! More than I could even count! I was at awe. I knew for certain that the Elgyem and Beheeyem were there when a UFO crashed landed the first time. They started to dismantle the craft soon after is landed. They took the pieces with them and disappeared. I wanted to know more about them, but I have lost track of them before I could see them again. I knew right there and then, my detiny is that I am to dedicate my life into doing research on Elgyem and Beheyeem. When I told my family and friends about what I saw, they didnt believe me. They thought that either I was dreaming or I just made it up; but I knew better. They were as real as you and me. There was no denying that they were. I din't care what anyone else thought, I began to do my research on these fascinating Pokémon to see how intelligent they are. As the years came and went, I kept a vigilant watch for any signs of Elgyem and Beheyeem. So far, I have only found a few clues, but it was not sufficient enough. As I have done my research, many questions began to run through my mind. Questions like, what brought them here, is there something special about our planet, and many more. But it would seem that it has drawn some attention," Dr. Sebastian concluded.
"What a fascinating story," Cilan said.
"But why would they take their ship apart? Wouldn't they need it to get back home to wherever they came from?" Iris asked.
"That's what's been on my mind, too," Sora said.
"That is what I don't know. They must have saw that their craft was no longer able to travel through space, so they had to dismantle it. The purpose for the remains remains a mystery," Dr. Sebastian said.
"As a science connisseur, it will be my honor to join you in your research on Elgyem and Beheeyem!" Cilan said. Sora groaned.
"You lost the bet, Sora," Kairi said.
"Double or nothing the next time he offers his services as a something conniseur?" Sora asked.
"You're on!" Kairi said.
"What's the bet?" Meowth asked.
"Nothing you need to worry yourself over," Sora said. He chuckled.
Back at the cave, a squad of Beheeyem came running out, looking for the Elgyem that got away.
Speaking of which, the Elgyem looked around for a bit as it was facsinated with the world around it. It was curious about what was around.
Back to the lab, the group joins Dr. Sebastian and his assistants as they went to search for any clues about the alien-like Pokémon.
"This is the most recent area where the latest crash has taken place," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Nothing is left here," Meowth pointed out.
"If there were any here, then they did a good job at covering their tracks," Cilan said.
"You think we could see some around here?" Ventus asked.
"I think we are about to find out, Ven," Terra said. They some rustling.
"You hear that?" Aqua asked. Just then, some Beheeyem came out of the bushes. "Beheeyem!"
The Beheeyem saw the humans and then they started to engage them by firing Enrgy Ball right at them. The group dodged the attacks.
"Why are they attacking us?" Meowth asked.
"Why don't you ask them, Meowth?" Sora asked.
"I would if I could speak their alien linguo," Meowth said. The Beheeyem then fled after they launed their attack.
"They're gone," Lawrence said.
"Why would they just attack us with Energy Ball and then take off?" Iris asked.
"They didn't seem too interested in us. Something must be up if they're just taking off when they did," Dr. Sebastian said.
"I agree. They appear to be looking for something," Cilan said. "The question is what are they looking for?"
Over to the old man in his trailer, he searches for any signs of alien activity.
"Here, aliens, aliens, aliens. I know you're here somewhere," the old man said. The man pushed the breaks when he saw the Elgyem running across form him. "An alien! I real live space alien! I"ll have to caoture it and then everyone will see that I was right!" He turned to the Garbodor. "Up and at 'em, Garbodor! We got an alien!" He saw how Garbodor was stumbling. It was clear that Garbodor was drunk. "You drank my beer again, didn't you?"
"Dor," Garbodor burped drunkily.
"We'll talk about that later! Right now, we got a much more important mission! Time for Operation: Alien Capture!" The old man said. The man and the drunken trash heap Pokémon stepped out and went looking for Elgyem.
Speaking of Elgyem, it wondered around, looking around to the various things it had not seen before. Elgyem only knew about life in the cave with the others, so it knew nothing of the outside world. The outside world was more beautiful than it could imagine. It spotted the group and became cuious about them, so it started to follow them.
Over to the Beheyeem, they searched for the missing Elgyem. A small group of Elgyem came out and the Beheeyem started to chase after them for getting out.
Back to the group, they made a stop to rest their feet.
"We should take a break for right now. We can proceed with the search shortly after we have replensished our energy," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Good call because I could use a rest," Meowth said.
"And I am starting to get thirsty," Terra said, taking out some water water bottles for everyone.
"Good timing," Sora said, drinking some water. "Ah, that hits the spot!"
"It sure does," Kairi agreed.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"Vee," Angel said.
"It was a good thing we bought some water before we took off," Aqua said.
"It sure was," Ventus agreed. He drank some of the water as well.
"Seeing those Beheeyem has confirmed how right I was. If there are Elgyem and Beheeyem here, then they shouldn't be too far away!" Dr. Sebastian said.
"I have a feeling that you might be right. Beheeyem attacking us would mean that they don't trust human beings," Terra said.
"That is a theroy that I have. They must have come across some human beings after some sort of cruelty," Dr. Sebastian theroized.
"That pretty much sums it up," Meowth said.
"Say, while we're sitting here, how about we have some lunch?" Cilan asked.
"How could you think about having lu-" Sora asked with his stomach growling. "Never you mind." CIlan hands out some already made sandwiches for everyone.
"Plenty for everyone," Cilan said. He even handed some to Dr. Sebastian, Lawarence, and Luanne. "Here you go." They all took a bite of the sandwiches they were given.
"These are great," Cilan," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Thank you very much. It fills me with joy to see you enjoy it," Cilan said. Elgyem spotted the sandwiches and became very hungry. Elgyem went over to Sora.
"What the?" Sora asked. He looked right at the cerebral Pokémon on his lap. "An Elgyem!"
"No joke!" Meowth exclaimed. Elgyem pointed to the sandwich in his hand.
"You're hungry, aren't you?" Sora asked. Elgyem nodded as he handed him the sandwich. Elgyem happily ate it. "You like it, don't you?" Elgyem nodded.
"Oh, he's so cute!" Kairi cooed.
"It looks like this Elgyem has taken a liking to you, Sora," Dr. Sebastian said.
"I should agree," Cilan said.
"Just where did he come from?" Ventus asked.
"I don't know, but more of them shouldn't be too far from here," Lawrence said.
Just then, the old man and his Garbodor were tracking down Elgyem down by following his footprints.
"The alien came this way, Garbodor. You ready to rock?" The old man asked. Garbodor belched. "You gotta sober up faster."
A little closer, the Beheyeem from before came to the direction of the old man and the drunk Garbodor when the old man spotted them.
"Bodor!" Garbodor said, pointing to the three Pokémon. He turned around and saw the alien-like Pokémon.
"Aliens! I knew I would find you venetually, you intergalactic goldmines! Garbodor! Use Belch!" Garbodor unleashed a powerful burp right at the Beheeyem. They attacked with Psybeam, striking the trash heap Pokémon. Garbodor gets back up. "You aliens can't do that to Garbodor and get away with it! Garbodor! Use Gunk Shot!" Garbodor aims right at the Beheeyem and fires a garbage bag right at the Beheeyem. They countered with the use of Psychic and sends it right back at the Garbodor. One of them then fires a Hyper Beam right at Garbodor, knocking it out. "I'll teach you, extraterrestrial bastards!" He took out a net as the other two Beheeyem used Psychic on both of him and the Garbodor, and sent them flying in the air. "You ain't the last of me!" The Beheeyem went back to searching the lost Elgyem.
Back to the group, Elgyem was eating some Pokémon food that Kairi had made, and he had an instantly liking to the food.
"He has such a healthy appetite," Kairi said.
"He sure does," Iris said.
The old man and the Garbodor lands right next to the group.
"What is that?" Terra asked.
"Hey, you okay?" Iris asked.
"Axew?" Axew asked.
"Uh, those aliens gave me a toss that I won't forget!" The old man said. He spotted Elgyem. "Alien! It's one of those aliens!"
"You got it wrong! It's a Pokémon called an Elygem," Cilan corrected him.
"I knows an alien when I see one, and that there's an alien! I'm going to catch it and go on TV!" The old man said.
"Okay, why would you want to capture Elgyem?" Ventus asked.
"Fifty years ago, I bared witness to the greatest discovery known to man and Pokémon! A UFO! It was the most incredible discovery that my eyes have ever spotted! When I have spread the word that aliens has landed, nobody believed me! I was like screw them, I'll capture a real live alien and show the entire world, just so they would see that I wasn't crazy or drunk! Sure it cost me several marriages in my career, but who is to say that I am not dedicated! Nobody but me and my loyal Garbodor!" The old man said. Garbodor stood up and drunkingly burped.
"Call me Captian Obvious if you must, but it smells like somebody's been doing more than hunting aliens," Meowth whispered to the group.
"And what gave that away?" Terra whispered back.
"I know what you're thinking! You're all saying that I'm a crazy drunken old coot! Them folks do't call me Crazy Fred for nothing!" Crazy Fred said.
"What's the tin foil?" Lawrence asked.
"It's to keep them aliens out of my minds! Those misguided fools out there are waiting for the aliens to come to them, when I should just get my hands dirty and do it myself! I'm going to get on TV with a real alien in a cage I have prepared and then everyone will have to believe me!" Crazy Fred said.
"You do not understand! This is a Pokémon called an Elgyem! I have been doing research on them for twenty years! It has been a dream of mine to find out the mystrery of why they chose our world to inhabit," Dr. Sebastian said. "We are seeking knowledge, not a way to get famous."
"Say what you will! I aim to capture that alien and then go on TV! Garbodor! Gunk Shot!" Crazy Fred ordered. Garbodor fires Gunk Shot right at the group. The garbage bag, explodes upon contact on the ground as garbage goes flying.
"How putrid!" Aqua exclaimed.
"I'm going to need a long bath to wash this off!" Kairi said.
"Eevee!" Angel added.
"Okay, that's it! Pikachu! Go!" Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said, stepping in front of Garbodor. "Start up with Thunder!" Pikachu fires Thunder right at the trash heap Pokémon, only to miss his target.
"Garbodor! Use Belch!" Crazy Fred ordered. Garbodor took out a moldy piece of cheese and ate it. Garbodor unleashed a powerful belch right at the mouse Pokémon. Pikachu is blown away by the belch. "Now, use Sludge Wave!" Garbodor unleashed Sludge Wave and it heads right towards Pikachu.
"Dodge and use Thunder again!" Sora ordered. Pikachu avoids Garbodor's Sludge Wave and fires Thunder right at Garbodor, landing a heavy hit.
"Belch again!" Crazy Fred ordered. Garbodor took out a carton of rotten eggs and swallowed them. Garbodor then belches right at Pikachu.
"I thought Belch only works when the user uses a berry," Ventus pointed out.
"That's true, but that Garbodor must have some snacks hiding away on its boy," Cilan said.
"Pikachu! Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu swings his tail right at Garbodor, hitting it hard. "Now, use Thunderbolt!" Pikachu fires Thunderbolt right at trash heap Pokémon.
"Sludge Wave!" Crazy Fred ordered. Garbodor fires Sludge Wave right at Pikachu and it lands a hit onto Pikachu.
"Pikachu!" Sora and Kairi gasped.
"Eevee!" Angel gasped. Elgyem was stunned to see Pikachu take a bad hit. Pikachu was now poisoned from the attack. Garbodor gets ready to land the finishing blow onto Pikachu when Elgyem gets in front of Garbodor and lifts it up in his Psychic Type move.
"Elgyem is using its Confusion!" Cilan said.
"Elgyem must have seen how brave Sora is being by protecting Elgyem from Garbodor's attacks!" Kairi siad.
"That might be it!" Iris said.
"Garbodor! Use Gunk Shot!" Crazy Fred ordered. Garbodor fires Gunk Shot right at the cerebral Pokémon, but he dodges and fires Psybeam, striking Garbodor.
"That's Psybeam!" Iris said.
"Axew!" Axew said.
The Beheeyem came and lifted the Garbodor up and slams the trash heap Pokémon hard on the ground. They stood in front of Elgyem.
"Beheeyem!" Ventus said. The Beheeyem fires Energy Ball right at the trash heap Pokémon, hitting it hard. One of the Beheeyem fires Hyper Beam and it struck both of Crazy Fred and his Garbodor hard.
"Foiled again! Foiled again!" Crazy Fred exclaimed as he and Garbodor goes flying.
"Bodor!" Garbodor exclaimed.
Not too far, he and Garbodor lands right in front of a passing car. The driver wore an alien mask. He gets right out.
"Hey there, buddy, you okay?" The man asked. Crazy Fred stands up and points his finger.
"I got you now, alien!" Crazy Fred exclaimed by grabbing him.
"Hey! Let go of me!" The man demanded.
"The alien learned our language after hearing it! You're coming with me, alien!" Crazy Fred stated. A police car comes by.
"Hey! What's going on?" The police officer asked. The man fought out of his grip and took off his mask.
"This guy is crazy! He thinks I'm an alien and he tried to kidnap me!" The man said. The policeman took a look at Crazy Fred.
"Oh, it's you again, Crazy Fred. I thought you learned your lesson about thinking everyone and everything is an alien," the policeman said. He turned to the man. "Will you be pressing charges?"
"You bet your badge I wil!" The man said.
"Okay. Let's go, before the Martians get you," the policeman said, placing him in the back of the car. He took Crazy Fred's Pokéball and used it to call Garbodor back inside. He drove off.
"I'm telling you that I saw aliens!" Crazy Fred said.
"Sure you did. And maybe there were zombies, too," the policeman said.
Back to the group, the Beheeye were giving Elgyem an earful for leaving their home.
"I have a feeling that they're mad at Elgyem for something," Lawrence said.
"I think it must be for leaving their home. Those Beheyeem were searching for this Elgyem for leaving their home without their permission," Cilan said.
"I was thinking the same thing," Dr. Sebastian said. "They must have realized how dangerous the outside world is, so they were looking for Elgyem and to bring him home before something has happened. The Beheeyem demanded that the Eglyem comes with them, but Elgyem refused. Elgyem turned to Meowth, gestruing him to come.
"Huh? Something I can help you with?" Meowth asked. Meowth walked over to the alien-like Pokémon and then placed his hand on his paw. Meowth's eyes glowed bright white.
"Meowth, are you okay?" Kairi asked.
Meowth turned, holding Elgyem's hand.
"I am speaking to through Meowth's body so you can understand me," Meowth spoke through Elgyem's body.
"What's going on?" Ventus asked.
"Elygem is using Meowth to communicae to us," Cilan said.
"I'm sorry about the trouble you all got onti for my sake, but I only wanted to see the outside world. Life with the other Elgyem and Beheeyem has been unbearably boring, so I wanted to see the world for myself. It has more wonders than I could have imagined. I hope you can forgive me for my selfishness. The others have told me that the outside world was too dangerous for me to see," Meowth spoke through Elgyem.
"Is that why you're out here?" Sora asked.
"Yes. None of the other Elgyem and Beheeyem could ever understand. I have seen the bonds that you all share, so it is my own personal wish that I share my bond with you, Sora. For some reason I felt that I could relate with you more than anyone," Elgyyem requested through Meowth. The Beheeyem were against the idea. One of the Beheeyem took Elgyem by the hand, and shook its head.
"Those Beheeyem don't want Elgyem to go," Terra said.
"It looks they don't," Dr. Sebastian said. Sora stepped in.
"Wait a minute, Beheeyem. Is what's best for you more important than what he wants?" Sora asked. The Beheeyem took Meowth with their psychic powers.
"Not again!" Meowth yelped as it placed its hand on Meowth's head.
"Meowth!" Sora exclaimed.
"This does not concern you! We will do what we must to keep our kind safe! We have been safe from the likes of your kind for fifty earth years, and that is how we want it. The reason for it is because of your barbaric nature," Beheeyem spoke through Meowth.
"You want to be safe, I can understand that, but your little friend here was only curious and saw that not all of us are bad as you think they are. He saw how we were willing to protect him," Sora said.
"One good deed does redeem your kind! We have made up our minds!" The Beheeyem said through Meowth.
"Maybe it doens't, but he is willing to make some new friends, so the least you can do is give him a chance to make some friends," Sora said. The Beheeyem turned to Elgyem and saw determind he was.
"Are you sure that you want to do this?" Beheeyem asked though Meowth. Eglyem nodded. "Very well. We will allow it, on the condition that you do not speak a word of our exsitence to the world, nor that you forget."
"Nobody would believe us even if we did," Sora said. Sora took out a Pokéball. "You ready to come along, Elgyem?" Elgyem nodded as he went to Sora. He pressed the button and flows inside. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box goes off asking him if he wants to keep Elgyem with him. He chose to keep Elgyem in exchange for Rufflet. The Beheeyem lets go of Meowth.
"Did something happen while I was dreaming?" Meowth asked.
"Just that we added a new friend into our team," Sora said.
With that said, the Beheeyem left to return home. Dr. Sebastian and his assistants turned to Sora.
"I think it's best that the world didn't know their existence. We're the only people in the world with this knowledge," Dr. Sebastian said.
"I guess you're right," Cilan said.
A little later, Dr. Sebastian and his asstants lead the group to a path to Driftveil City.
"Take this path, and it shall take you to the town nearest to Driftveil City," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Thank you," Sora said.
"No, thank you," Dr. Sebastian said.
"Good luck in your Gym battle," Lawrence said.
"And take good care of Elgyem," Luanne said.
"I will," Sora said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, and Axew took the path down to Driftveil City. The story continues on in the next chapter.
