Episode 463: The Clubsplosion Part 1
A few days had come and gone. It was now the day of the registrations for the Clubsplosion Tournament. Sora has chosen his Pignite to partake in the tournament as Riku has chosen his Lampent. On that very morning, the group were watching the news regarding the Team Shadow members.
"Police are totally baffled by the sudden disappearance of the Team Shadow members that attacked days ago, so Officer Jenny has this to say," the reporter said. The scene switches to Officer Jenny.
"We cannot deny nor confirm that their escape was planned, but what I can guarantee that they will make their move again," Officer Jenny said. We switch back to the reporter.
"Just who and what is this Team Shadow? And what do they want? Are they working at the same goal as Team Plasma? Who knows? More on the subject when more information has turned up. And now, the weather," the reporter said.
"You think Dakim had something to do with it?" Cilan asked.
"Maybe, but it could have been either Miror B or Lovrina," Riku said.
"Eevee," Eevee said.
"How? There didn't seem to be any signs of forceful entry," Aqua said.
"Why are we even talking about them? They won't be coming back here; especially after Karen whooped Dakim," Ventus said, making Karen smile.
"Also, we need to talk about the Clubslosion. Which Pokémon will be entered in the tournament?" Terra asked.
"Well, I was thinking of using Pignite, since a tournament like this might build up his fighting strength," Sora said. He looked right at Riku. "What about you, Riku? Which one will you be using?"
"I sticking with Lampent," Riku said.
"Good call," Terra said.
"Okay, Lampent and Pignite both being Fire Types. This is going be a real spicy battle between the two of them," Cilan said.
"That's if they face each other like they did in the final," Kairi told the Pokémon Connisseur.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Of course," Cilan said.
Just then, Benga shows up to the group.
"Hey there, guys, it's been a while," Benga said.
"Benga, hey! Didn't know you were here," Sora said.
"Are you partaking in the tournament?" Terra asked.
"Sure am. How about you, Sora?" Benga asked.
"I am," Sora said.
"And so am I," Riku said. Benga looked right at Riku.
"You two haven't met, so let me introduce you. Riku, this is Benga. Benga, Riku," Sora introduced.
"Good to meet you," Benga said.
"Right back at you," Riku said. He looked right at Naminé.
"So, who's the blonde?" Benga asked.
"This is Naminé. She's my girlfriend," Riku said.
"Hello," Naminé greeted.
"Good to know you," Benga said, smiling. He looked right at Karen. "And who's she?"
"This is Karen. She's my long lost sister," Sora said.
"Hello, Benga," Karen greeted.
"Wow, looks like this group is just full of cute girls like Kairi and Aqua," Benga said. Kairi and Aqua both blushed. Naminé blushed since she figured she was included in the mix.
"Okay, how about we don't make the boys jealous and head on down before the tournament starts," Meowth said.
"Right. We don't want to be late," Sora said.
They headed down for the arena as the couples held hands on the way over. Kairi gave a kiss on Sora's cheek as Naminé did the same thing to Riku. Hilda and Rosa were sitting at different locations as Alder was sitting in a VIP booth. He wasn't wasting time eating the food brought up to him.
It was now time for the tournament to get started. Freddy O'Martian along with Don George to get things started. Sora, Riku, Hilbert, Nate, Stephan, Cheren, Bianca, Burgundy, Cilan, Georgia, Hugh, Cilan, Benga, Trip, and Iris all arrived with Kairi, Karen, Ventus, Angel, Blossom, and Sparky ready to cheer hard for Sora's team. Terra and Aqua has let out Thor and Eclair to watch the battles. A trainer with green hair and violet eyes comes walking in. He wore a white suit with a lavender vest underneath, as well as white shoes. Another is a woman with long dark blue hair and yellow eyes. She wore a reddish jumpsuit and dark purple boots. Another is a young man with his dark green a hairstyle like a Simisage, and he wore a dark blue shirt and a dark gray pair of pants and black shoes. The other trainer is a pudgy man with a red Mohawk a with his white shirt opened. He wore a pair of sunglasses, grayish pants, and a pair of black shoes. And the sixteenth trainer is the woman with the green hair. Hassleberry is also taking part of the tournament as well as a a young shady young man with glasses with messy black hair and a pair of glasses. Also with them is a very large and muscular woman, and one more being a young man, wearing a bandana on his head. And one trainer is dressed in a golden yellow robe and he has a shaved head.
"Hello, Clubsplosion fans of all ages! I would to introduce you to Don George, the Ambiga Town Battle Club manager and host, and host to kick things off!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Don Geroge approached the microphone and spoke into it.
"Thank you," Don George spoke through the microphone. "A hardy welcome. It's time for the Clubslosion! Our big winner will recieve a year supply of all eight Pokémon vitamin drinks! HP Up, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, Protein, Iron, PP Up, and PP Max! Guaranteed to increase their potential and improve their quality!" Don George said.
Everyone were at awe for the prize being handed to them.
"I'd so love to win that," Bianca said.
"Yeah, that'll be great for Sawk," Stephan said.
"It would be great if I would become a vitamin drink Connaisseuse," Burgundy said.
"Couldn't be any worse than you are now," Georgia teased.
"Ver bere, la moush!" Burgundy exclaimed.
"Oh brother," Nate rolled his eyes.
"Good luck to all of you! And may the best trainer win!" Don George announced. "I'm sure your raring to get things underway as soon as possible! So without any further ado, the Pokémon Clubslosion Tournament is off and running!" The crowd all cheered.
"Now, ladies and gentlemen, direct your attention on the big screen! We will announce the first round match-ups!" Freddy O'Martian announced as the trainer's mugshots are all on display.
"I wonder who I will end up battling!" Cilan said.
"We're about to find out," Sora said.
"Our first matchup will be Tyranno Hassleberry versus Riku!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"I hope you're ready for a lesson, solder, because you just signed in for bootcamp," Hassleberry said.
"Save that kind of talk for the military," Riku said.
"Win it, Riku!" Naminé cheered for her boyfriend.
"Azu, Azu!" Azurill chirped.
"Our second match is Nate versus Cilan!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Nate and Cilan looked right at each other. "Our third match is Angus versus Sora!"
"Good luck, kid!" Angus said, combing his hair.
"May the best trainer win," Sora said.
"Match number four is Burgundy versus Iris!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Get ready for an evaluation, plue vìt!" Burgundy said. Iris sighed.
"Georgia is one pain in the neck, but Burgundy is another," Iris said.
"Our fifth match is Betty versus Getty!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Betty and Getty both growled at each other.
"Battle number six will be Rydia versus Georgia!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Georgia glared right at Rydia.
"The one I wanted to beat is that Dragon Master wannabe Iris, but whatever!" Georgia said.
"Battle number seven is Montgomery versus Hugh!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Hugh looked right at Montgomery.
"Match number eight is Bianca versus Trip!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"How could I be up against Trip?" Bianca asked.
"Well, this should be easy," Trip arrogantly said. Bianca's cheeks puffed up.
"Oh yeah? Do you like to lose?" Bianca asked.
"And our ninth match will be Hilbert against Cheren!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Hilbert and Cheren looked at each other and nodded to one another. "And battle number ten is Stephen and Edmund!" Stephen and Edmund looked at each other. "Battle number eleven is Benga versus Delbert!" Alder stopped eating and spotted his grandson's mug.
"When did Benga get here?" Alder asked.
"And battle number twelve is Cindy versus Jake!" Freddy O'Martian announced as Cindy flexed her muscles.
"Wow, that is a whole lot of woman," Meowth said.
"She looks like she could squeeze him like a grape," Ventus said.
"Pikachu," Sparky said.
"I'm Freddy the Scoop, I'll be calling the play-by-play action along with my friend and colleague Don George. I trust that the action will be so fast and furious, it'll take two of us to cover it!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
Don George nodded, "That it will."
The crowd cheered hard again.
"Now, let's begin with battle number one! To my left is Riku, the silver haired warrior of Alola, and on my right is the self-appointed Sargent, Tyranno Hassleberry!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"You're in a real world of hurt, soldier!" Hassleberry said.
"Didn't I tell you to save it for the military? This isn't the army, you know, " Riku replied.
"As a reminder, trainers are only allowed to use the one Pokémon they have chosen before the tournament even began! Your thoughts? We're talking most unusual," Freddy O'Martian announced.
"You'll see Type compatibility will be extremely important," Don George said.
Both Riku and Hassleberry each took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Tyrantrum! Report for duty!" Hassleberry called out. Tyrantrum came on out to battle.
"Go! Lampent!" Riku called out. Lampent came on out to battle against Tyrantrum.
"Battle begin!" The referee announced.
"Tyrantrum! Move in for battle with your Crunch!" Hassleberry ordered. Tyrantrum charges right at Lampent.
"Okay, Lampent! Dodge and use Shadow Ball!" Riku ordered. Lampent avoids Tyrantrum's Crunch and then unleashed a Flamethrower of bluish purple flames and it struck the tyrannosaurus Pokémon right on the mark.
"Riku takes the early lead in this match despite Tyrantrum's resistance to Fire Type attacks!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"It certainly does! As I said, Type compatability will be extremely important, and this is what I meant! But there are exceptions on the matter!" Don George said.
"Samhill!" Hassleberry exclaimed. "That isn't going to stop me! Tyrantrum! Move right in with another Crunch!"
"Dodge and use Shadow Ball!" Riku ordered. Lampent manages to avoid Tyrantrum's Crunch and lands a hit onto Tyrantrum once again.
"Tyrantrum! Use Head Smash!" Hassleberry ordered. Tyrantrum charges right at the lamp Pokémon.
"Tyrantrum is making such a bold move, wouldn't you agree?" Freddy O'Martian asked.
"Head Smash is a gutsy move, because when it lands a hit onto Lampent, it will take heavy damage since being a Fire Type, and also, Tyrantrum will suffer recoil damage when its hit is successful," Don George announced.
"Dodge it!" Riku called out. Lampent tried to dodge, but Tyrantrum came too fast to avoid it, and Lampent has taken some heavy damage. Hassleberry laughed.
"Now, use Crunch and win this battle!" Hassleberry ordered. Tyrantrum came right at Lampent with Crunch.
"Dodge and use Psychic!" Riku ordered. Lampent manages to avoid Tyrantrum's Crunch and is now controlling it with Psychic. Lampent lifts up Tyrantrum into the air. "Send it down!" Lampent gave Tyrantrum a slam onto the ground with Psychic, earning a knockout.
"Tyrantrum is unable to battle! Lampent wins! The winner of the battle is Riku!" The referee announced.
"And Riku wins the first round of the Clubsplosion!" Freddy O'Martian announced. "That was a pretty good match, wouldn't you agree?"
The replay of Lampent slamming Tyrantrum down to the ground is suddenly played on the screen.
Don George flexed his muscles as he replied, "That battle demonstrated that it took more than muscle to win battles, but it took brains to win it as well!"
Hassleberry calls back Tyrantrum and he gave a salute to Riku.
"That was a good battle, Riku. I salute you," Hassleberry said, saluting his opponent.
"It looks like we're up next," Nate said.
"It sure does," Cilan agreed. "I wish you the best of luck," Cilan said.
A few minutes later, both of Nate and Cilan got ready for their match.
"Go! Gothorita!" Nate called out. A Gothorita came on out to battle as Cilan took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Come on out, Pansage!" Cilan called out. Pansage came on out to battle against Gothorita. "Use Bite!" Pansage came right at Gothorita with Bite.
"Dodge and use Double Slap!" Nate ordered. Gothorita gave Pansage a couple of slaps.
"Don't even think about losing, Cilan! I want you to lose to mui; your worst Connaisseuse nightmare, Burgundy!" Burgundy called out.
"I wouldn't dream of it!" Cilan said. He adjusts his bow tie. "It's evaluation time!"
Everyone was confused by what Cilan has said.
"Has he always been like this?" Karen asked.
"Pika?" Blossom asked.
"Don't forget, he is a Pokémon Conniseur, after all," Terra said.
"You heard him, it's Cilan's evaluation time!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Great, it's party time here, too," Iris said.
"Axew," Axew added.
"Nate, I have seen the ingredients that makes up Gothorita's battle skills," Cilan said.
"What do you mean by that?" Nate asked.
"Your Gothorita is first class when it comes to speed and power, but consider this a gift for this battle! Pansage! Use Solar Beam!" Cilan ordered. Pansage builds up energy to fire at the manipulate Pokémon.
"Gothorita! Use Psyshock!" Nate ordered. Gothorita unleashed Psyshock to block Solar Beam. The two attacks collides and results in an explosion.
"Two powerful attacks collides with each other, resulting in an epic explosion!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Pansage, use Dig!" Cilan ordered. Pansage dug into the ground. Pansage lands a hit onto Gothorita, resulting in a knockout.
"Gothorita is unable to battle! Pansage wins!" The referee announced.
"And Cilan wins the second match of round one!" Freddy O'Martian announced. The crowd cheered on as Cilan and Pansage waved to the crowd.
"Thank you, it's been wonderful!" Cilan said. "It's refreshing to have a battle that's full-flavored, yet light!" Burgundy was suddenly angered.
"How arrogant can he get?! On second thought, he should have lost!" Burgundy said.
A few minutes later, Sora and Angus gets ready for their battle.
"And now we move on to our next battle! On my left is Sora the trainer who is full of spirit and heart, and on my right is Angus, the trainer with glossy moves that match his shining hairstyle!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Sora and Angus each took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Move right in, Pignite!" Sora called out. Pignite came on out to battle.
"Go! Simisage!" Angus called out. Simisage came on out as well.
"Sora has really done his homework, because Pignite has the advantage when it comes to Types, and I did say that it does make the difference, but this match should see if that's the case here!" Don George said.
Rydia flinched at the sight of Pignite.
"A F-F-Fire Type Pokémon? What did it have to be a Fire Type?" Rydia shivered. Apparently Rydia is afraid of Fire Type Pokémon for some reason. Could it be that she's afraid of fire altogether? That'll have to come a little later.
"Battle begin!" The referee called out.
"Simisage! Use Seed Bomb!" Angus ordered.
"Dodge and use Flame Charge!" Sora ordered. Pignite charged right at Simisage and lands a hit.
"That was a good clean hit! As you all know, Flame Charge increases a Pokémon's speed when it lands a hit!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Luck," Trip scoffed.
"Not bad! Your Pignite is tough, but not as tough as Simisage! And I'll prove it to you! Low Sweep!" Angus ordered. Simisage ran towards the fire pig Pokémon to land a hit.
"Dodge and use Power-Up Punch!" Sora ordered. Pignite dodges and Simisage's Low Sweep because of Pignite's added speed. Pignite then came right at Simisage with a Power-Up Punch.
"Use Shadow Claw!" Angus ordered. Simisage dodges Power-Up Punch and swipes at Pignite with Shadow Claw. "Now use Low Sweep!" Simisage lands a hit with Low Sweep.
"Pignite, hang in there," Sora said.
"Angus is making a good comeback with Shadow Claw and Low Sweep!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Despite Pignite's speed, Simisage is still just as fast!" Don George said.
"Okay, Simisage! Use Giga Impact!" Angus ordered. Simisage jumped and headed towards the fire pig Pokémon.
"Block with Power-Up Punch!" Sora ordered. Pignite lands a counterattack with Power-Up Punch on the mark.
"Great job!" Iris praised.
"The sweet smell of success!" Cilan said.
"Since Power-Up Punch has landed a successful hit, his attack has gone up," Riku said.
"That was great! Use Power-Up Punch again!" Sora ordered. Pignite came right at the thorn monkey Pokémon and misses when Simisage jumped out of the way.
"Now use Low Sweep!" Angus ordered. Simisage lands a kick onto Pignite.
"Simisage makes good use of its Low Sweep onto Pignite! And it won't let up!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
Simisage kept on kicking Pignite hard.
"Sora," Karen said in a squeak.
"Pika," Blossom said.
"Sora," Ventus also said in a squeak.
"Pika," Sparky said.
"Sora, I know you can turn it around," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"It looks like it's all over," Trip said.
"Shut the hell up," Riku told Trip.
"Alright, Simisage, let's wrap this up. Giga Impact!" Angus ordered. Simisage darts right at Pignite.
"Come on, Pignite! You got this! I believe in you!" Sora called out. Pignite's body gave off a red aura. Sora gasped in awe since he knew what it was. "It's Blaze. That's right, Blaze will increase the power of your Fire Type moves when your stamina has taken some serious blows. Use Flamethrower!" Pignite unleashed Flamethrower from his nostrils and holds back Simisage's Giga Impact.
"It's Blaze," Riku said.
"It increases the power of Pignite's fire attacks when its stamina is low," Benga said.
"Once again, Sora's secret ingredient makes itself known to result in a miraculous result," Cilan said.
"Attaboy, Sora!" Stephan called out. Trip was amazed by what he was seeing. Simisage has taken lots of damage due to its weakness to fire.
"Now, use Power-Up Punch!" Sora ordered. Pignite lands a powerful punch onto Simisage, resulting in a huge knockout.
"Simisage is unable to battle! Pignite wins! The winner is Sora!" The referee announced. The crowd all cheered hard for Sora. All of the local girls all cheered hard for Sora.
"And Sora moves on towards Round two!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
Somewhere in Unova, Shamus was shocked when he saw that Pignite has won the battle against a Simisage.
"No freaking way! That twip actually won it?!" Shamus exclaimed in shock. Shamus hasn't forgotten how Sora has beaten him just by using Rufflet and his old Tepig. The battle against Emboar and Heatmor has left a bad taste in Shamus's mouth since he suffered a humiliating defeat by his hands. "I'm going to get him back for beating me! He can't make a fool out of me and get away with it! He can't! I won't let him!"
"Iris, you're up next," Riku told her.
"Right," Iris said.
"So, now we move on to the fourth battle of the first round! We have Iris, the energetic wild child nurtured by nature versus Burgundy, empress of the evaluation world and Pokémon Connaisseuse!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Iris took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Druddigon, let's go!" Iris called out.
"Alure, Deowtt! Alon ze!" Burgundy called out. Dewott glared right at Druddingon. The cave Pokémon let out a soft roar, but big enough to make Dewott flinch.
"Come on, Iris, you better not lose to that little girl, because I wanna have that battle with you in the next round!" Georgia called out.
"Shut up!" Iris called out to her.
"Hey, don't tell me to shut up!" Georgia shouted.
"Cilan, watch closely to witness how much stronger I have become," Burgundy said. "And I'm planning giving you my evaluation!" Cilan smiled.
"Good, I looking forward to it," Cilan said. Burgundy growled.
"Now, trainers begin!" The referee called out.
"Dewott! Ice Beam!" Burgundy ordered. Dewott unleashed Ice Beam right at the cave Pokémon.
"Dodge and use Dragon Claw!" Iris ordered. Druddigon dodged Dewott's Ice Beam and lands a slash onto the discipline Pokémon.
"Water Pulse!" Burgundy ordered. Dewott unleashed Water Pulse right at the cave Pokémon.
"Metal Claw!" Iris ordered. Druddigon slashes right at Water Pulse.
"Razor Shell!" Burgundy ordered. Dewott came right at Druddigon and slashes at Druddigon. "It's evaluation time! The connection you have with your Druddigon is as rotten as rotten berries and moldy bread with expired jelly."
"I hope you like that expired jelly on your moldy bread. Because you are about to be served with it! Druddigon! Use Dig!" Iris ordered. Druddigon dug into the ground and then came right out and lands a blow.
"Druddigon lands a devastating blow onto Dewott with incredible force of Dig!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Ice Beam would have done loads of more damage than Water Pulse would have!" Don George announced.
"He's right because it's a known fact that Dragon Type Pokémon are vulnerable to Ice Type moves," Aqua said.
"Pikachu," Eclair said.
"Dewott! Ice Beam!" Burgundy ordered. Dewott fires Ice Beam right at Druddigon again.
"Focus Blast!" Iris ordered. Druddigon unleashed Focus Blast and sends it right at Dewott, overpowering Ice Beam. It lands a hit onto Dewott, resulting a knockout.
"Oh no!" Burgundy exclaimed.
"Dewott is unable to battle! Druddigon wins! Iris wins the match!" The referee announced. The crowd all cheered for Iris for her win.
"And Iris joins Riku, Cilan, and Sora in the first round! Up next is Betty versus Getty!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
Elsewhere, Matues made contact with Dakim.
"You were defeated by a girl with a Pikachu?" Mateus asked, not sounding surprised.
"She seemed like an amateur, and I thought I was going to win it, Master Mateus! She just got lucky," Dakim said.
"You underestimated her. You have done enough. Return to HQ, at once," Matues ordered.
"Yes, Master Mateus," Dakim replied, breaking contact. He started to head for Team Shadow HQ.
Speaking of which, Golbez, Venus, Snattle, and Gorigan were having their own private meeting.
"First, Miror B, then Lovrina, and now Dakim. What incompetence we have with us," Snattle scoffed.
"They underestimated Sora and because of that it resulted in their defeat," Golbez said.
"Whatever. They're more of a problem each time we hear about them. We should get down there and deal with those brats," Gorigan said.
"I agree. Just thinking about them is enough to give me wrinkles," Venus said.
"No. We have drawn enough attention as it is. We will only move if Master Mateus orders it," Golbez said.
"I still don't understand how a mere child can be such a nuisance to us. Team Rocket and the Brotherhood of Darkness had suffered a humiliating defeat against him. We could have assisted the Brotherhood of Darkness at least," Snattle said.
"Master Mateus simply stated that they should be allowed to do as they please," Golbez.
"Hmph," Venus huffed. "And we can obviously see how that turned out."
Snattle and Gorigan silently agreed with her. And if you're wondering how the dimensional event took place, here is how.

It was a short time before the downfall of Team Magma and Team Aqua. Xande has mastered a spell that can allow him to open gateways into alternate dimensions. Ganondorf enters through and he sees Matues looking right at him.
"Who are you?!" Ganondorf demanded.
"Calm yourself," Matues said. "I am Matues, and I have a proposition in store for you." Ganondorf looked right at him quite skeptically.
"And what proposition is that?" Ganondorf asked. Mateus grinned as he explained that he could have the right power to rule as many worlds as possible. Ganondorf listened with intrigue. With Xande's help, he was able to summon Bowser, King K. Rool, Dr. Eggman, Dr. Wily, and Sigma from their dimensions with an agreement to conquer the multiverse.
It didn't take long until Team Shadow has seen the otherworldly villains and Matues said that he will allow the villains to do as they please as long as the world was theirs. The villains all quickly agreed. None of the Team Shadow members dared to question how they entered in the first place.

And now, you know the answer. Matues sat on his desk as Ein has entered.
"You wished to see me, Master Matues?" Ein asked.
"Yes," Mateus replied. "Have you made the proper modifications to our technology as instructed?"
"Yes sir. All that is left is your inspection," Ein said.
"Very well," Matues said. He stood up and accompanied Ein to his lab. Throughout the centuries, Matues has been showing a fondness for technology and science. It wasn't the same as magic and sorcery, but still it suits his purpose.
Back at the Clubsplosion, Betty and Getty were wrapping up their battle as Betty has unleashed a Simipour and Getty has sent out a Simisear. Simipour has taken down Simisear with Low Sweep.
"Simisear is unable to battle! Simipour wins! The winner is Betty!" The referee announced.
"Now for our sixth match for round one, we have two lovely Rydia, who is known as the Dragon Princess facing off against the stylish Dragon Buster Georgia!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Rydia comes onto the battlefield with a Goodra with Georgia has her Bisharp out.
"Goodra is a Dragon Type. This should be fun," Georgia said. She turned to Iris. "Hey, Iris, be sure that you're watching, because I can't wait to humiliate you in our battle!" Iris rolled her eyes.
"Maybe she should focus on the battle she's already in. What a little kid," Iris said, shrugging her shoulders.
"Battle begin!" The referee called out.
"Be ready, Goodra," Rydia said.
"Goo," Goodra said.
"Okay, Bisharp! Metal Sound!" Georgia ordered. Bisharp rubs her bladed arms together, creating a sound.
"Bisharp starts off with a Metal Sound!" Freddy O'Martian announced.
"Now, move in with Iron Head!" Georgia ordered. Goodra moved right in with Iron Head to land a hit.
"Dodge and use Aqua Tail!" Rydia ordered. Goodra dodges and swings its tail emitting water and lands a hit into Bisharp as soon as she got close. "Now use Body Press!" Goodra presses its body against Bisharp, causing some heavy damage. Georgia was shocked to see what was happening. "Now wrap it up with Dragon Pulse!" Goodra has taken down Bisharp with incredible ease.
"Bisharp is unable to battle! Goodra wins! Rydia is the winner!" The referee announced.
"And Rydia makes six in the first round of the Clubsplosion Tournament!" Freddy O'Martian announced. Don George stepped on the battlefield.
"That will be enough for now! The tournament's first round shall take a recess until after lunch! In the meantime, I suggest that you take your Pokémon to the Pokémon Center to be healed!" Don George said.
With that said, Sora us joined by his girlfriend, sister, and cousin as Rydia went up to Sora.
"Excuse me, Sora?" Rydia spoke up. They turned to see Rydia.
"Hey, I know you. You just battled Georgia and won. Congratulations on your victory," Sora said.
"Thank you," Rydia kindly said. "I just wanted to wish you luck for the second round coming up," Rydia said.
"Sora won't need it," Ventus said.
"Pika!" Sparky said.
"All the same, thanks," Sora said, shaking her hand.
The first half of the first round has concluded, but there is still the second round to contend to. What shall come next for the upcoming battles? Just wait and see until the chapter.
Okay, before we move on, I just want to say, I was originally going to have Stephan against Riku in the first round, but I realized that was unfair for him, and Riku didn't want to win that way, so I changed it. Anyway, I'll have the next one up as soon as possible.
