Episode 490: The Kanto Festival
After Sora has caught a Genesect, the group all returned to the villa where all of the Pokémon are introduced to the latest addition to the team.
"It's okay, Genesect, they're your new friends," Sora said. He turned to the Pokémon. "Guys, be sure you make Genesect feel at home. Genesect is a bit on the shy side, so let's try to help it fit in, okay?" All of the Pokémon all nodded as they all went out of their way to make Genesect feel comfortable. Sora walked inside as Riku was showing Cynthia the cassettes that he, Naminé, Cilan, Iris, Lucas, Dawn, and Barry found earlier.
"I have no idea what these are," Cynthia said.
"You sure? Because they seem important," Riku said.
"What seem important?" N asked as he walked in the room. He noticed the cassettes. "It can't be!"
"You know what these are, N?" Riku asked.
"I do. These are known as Drives. Team Plasma's scientists created these along with Genesect," N said.
"What are these Drives for?" Sora asked as he joined in the conversation. "It feels like something I should know about."
"And you should. These Drives are what are used for Genesect's Techno Blast. Depending on which ones Genesect is equipped with, Genesect's Techno Blast can be determined by what Type it comes out as," N explained. "The red Drive is the Burn Drive. The yellow one is the Shock Drive. The blue one is the Douse Drive. And the light blue one is the Chill Drive."
"In other words, Techno Blast can come out as Fire, Electric, Water, or Ice if I give it one of these," Sora pointed out.
"Exactly," N said. He turned to Riku. "How did you find them?"
"It was Barry who found them when he tripped over a box in the forest. Not even sure what it was even doing out there in the first place," Riku said.
"My guess is someone probably took these to prevent the Drives ending up in Team Plasma's hands, or someone might have gotten careless and buried them there," N said. "Either way, they are out of the hands of the enemy," N said. Sora takes the Douse Drive in his hand.
"I'll have to make good use of this," Sora said.
"You sure, Sora?" Cynthia asked.
"They're just as important as the Memory Discs for Silvally, then I'll need these for Genesect," Sora said.
"Looks like I handed you some lemons, and you made lemonade," Riku said.
Later, Sora stepped back outside and he saw how his and Kairi's Pokémon were getting along with Genesect. Sora smiled.
"Genesect's fitting in just fine," Sora said. He walked up to the paleozoic Pokémon and smiled. "Glad you're getting along with Genesect, guys." Genesect looked right at Sora. "I don't know what you expected to find, and I can't make any promises about your home, but I can promise to help you be so strong. That's if you would let me. So, how about it?" Genesect looked at Sora and saw how sincere he was being, so it nodded to let Sora know it understands. Sora took out the Drives. "Okay, Genesect, if I give you these, they'll help with your Techno Blast. "Let's try this one." He took the Chill Drive and placed it on Genesect's cannon. "There." Iris noticed what Sora was doing.
"Sora, what are you doing?" Iris asked.
"Hey, Iris. Perfect timing," Sora said.
"What do you mean?" Iris asked.
"I was thinking of testing out Genesect's skills in battle. I know you wanna do the same for Dragonite since I know you're planning of using him in the Junior Cup," Sora said.
"Dragonite could use the exercise. So, why not?" Iris asked.
Sora and Iris took their positions for battle as Kairi and Angel came by and started to cheer for Sora.
"Go for it, Sora!" Kairi cheered on.
"Eevee!" Angel added. Meloetta appeared before them.
"Have you come to watch the battle, Meloetta?" Kairi asked. Meloetta nodded. Iris took out Dragonite's Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Dragonite!" Iris called out. Her Dragonite let out a loud roar upon entry.
"You got the first move, Iris," Sora said.
"Dragonite! Flamethrower!" Iris ordered. Dragonite fired Flamethrower right at Genesect.
"Okay, Genesect! Dodge and use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Genesect took the shape of a saucer and darts right at Dragonite. "That's great! Use Metal Claw!" Genesect swipes at Dragonite with Metal Claw. "Now, use X-Scissor!" Genesect came at Dragonite with X-Scissor.
"Dragonite! Thunder Punch!" Iris ordered. Dragonite lands a Thunder Punch onto Genesect. "Now, use Ice Beam!" Dragonite fired Ice Beam, covering its body with icicles.
"Okay, let's give it a try! Use Techno Blast!" Sora ordered. Genesect fires an ice-like beam of energy from its cannon at Dragonite.
"Use Flamethrower!" Iris ordered. Dragonite fired Flamethrower at Genesect's Techno Blast. Both held their attacks as the collided attacks results in an explosion. "Flamethrower again!"
"Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Genesect transformed into its saucer form and darts right at the dragon Pokémon. Dragonite fired Flamethrower but misses.
"Use Thunder Punch!" Iris ordered. Dragonite came at Genesect with Thunder Punch.
"Use Techno Blast!" Sora ordered. Genesect regained its original form. Genesect fires an ice-like beam of energy from its cannon at Dragonite, landing a hit. Dragonite has taken some damage from Techno Blast. "Okay, use Metal Claw!" Genesect lands a hit with Metal Claw. Dragonite goes down for the count.
"Dragonite!" Iris cried. She calls Dragonite into his Pokéball. "That was a good match, Sora."
"Thanks, Iris. I have to admit, your Dragonite is nothing to sneeze at," Sora said.
"Way to go, you two," Kairi said. "You'll both do great in the Junior Cup."
"Thanks, Kairi," Iris said.
Meanwhile, a Victini is strolling around Harmony City. Victini explored around the city. The city was starting to prepare for the Kanto Festival.
Back at the villa, word got around that the Kanto Festival was taking place on the next day.
"Sora, there's going to be a Kanto Festival taking place tomorrow!" Kairi said.
"Sweet! This'll give us some time to have a date," Sora said.
"You mean a quadruple date, Sora," Dawn spoke up. Sora and Kairi looked at the Sinnoh couple. "Lucas and I invited Riku, Naminé, Terra, and Aqua to come along."
"What about Ven and Karen?" Sora asked.
"Karen said she'll be spending time with Ven during the festival," Lucas said. "It should be loads of fun to attend."
"As you may know, the Kanto Festival is held in various regions to spark in the interests of trainers traveling in the Kanto region," Jervis said.
On the next day, all the couples has arrived to the Kanto Festival as Karen Ventus has started to spend some time together since being cousins. Blossom and Sparky tagged along with them. Cilan and Iris wanted to partake in the Kanto culture as N tagged along.
Cilan has taken up the history of the Kanto region, as well as the legendary Pokémon, Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos. He even read part of how Sora brought down Team Rocket. He did remember being told about it before, but he never realized that he would be Kanto's national hero. Iris met up with Karen and Ventus as they made a stop what looks like Danny's Bay of Burgers.
"Look at that," Ventus said.
"Danny's Bay of Burgers? I didn't know your dad took part in that," Karen said.
"Dad may not want to send his name everywhere, but he said it's a good way to attract tourists," Ventus said. "Let's check it out. Maybe someone from my dad's restaurant might be inside."
"I would like to meet them," Iris said.
"Axew," Axew said.
Inside the eating establishment, there was a young woman with her shirt tied in front and wore knee length shorts. She has long blonde hair in a ponytail, and a sailor's hat. She turned to seeing Ventus.
"Lookie here! Venny!" The woman said, walking over to Ventus, giving him a hug. "You're growing faster than a weed!"
"Hiya, Pearl!" Ventus greeted.
"Pearl?" Karen and Iris both asked.
"Karen, Iris, meet Little Pearl. She's Big Earl's little sister. Little Pearl, meet Iris, and my new cousin Karen," Ventus introduced. Little Pearl looked right at Karen with a smile.
"So, you're Karen! Big Earl did mention the boss had a new niece! You look just like Delia," Little Pearl said.
"Thank you, Pearl," Karen said. Little Pearl turned to Iris.
"And it's nice to meet you, Iris. The boss told me about you," Little Pearl said.
"Nice to meet you, too," Iris said.
"Axew," Axew said. Little Pearl sees Axew in her hair.
"Well, aren't you the cutest little thing?" Little Pearl asked, petting Axew. "It's a real crime we don't have cute Pokémon from Unova in Kanto."
"Axew," Axew blushed.
"Is Sora here, too? I was told he's here in Unova," Little Pearl said.
"Yeah he is," Ventus said.
"Thought so," Little Pearl said. She noticed Sparky with Ventus. "Is this Sora's Pikachu?"
"No, he's mine. His name's Sparky," Ventus said.
"And this is Blossom," Karen said. Little Pearl smiled.
"Your Pikachu are so cute," Little Pearl said. "Oh! Listen to me! I'm flapping my gums when I'm supposed to get started!" She called out to her hired hands. "What are you guys lallygagging around for?! Get to work!"
"Yes, ma'am!" The two workers said, getting started on the cooking.
"Meal's will be ready in no time," Little Pearl said.
"Is dad here?" Ventus asked.
"No, because he couldn't leave your mom's side because of her pregnancy, but your parents sends their love," Little Pearl said. "I'm already looking forward in meeting the little darling." She gushed at the thought of meeting Ventus's baby sister. "How about you take a seat while you're waiting?"
"Thanks, Little Pearl," Ventus said.
"No problem," Little Pearl said. She looked to the back. "How about a hand here?" A male Indeedee came to the back as Ventus recognized him.
"What kind of Pokémon is that?" Iris asked.
"Axew?" Axew said.
"Brian!" Ventus exclaimed. "How have you been?"
"Indeedee!" Brian greeted.
"This is Brian. He's an Indeedee. A Pokémon from the Galar region," Ventus said.
"Danny asked Delia to ask Professor Oak to let me borrow him for the festival. Professor Oak sent Brian's Pokéball to Danny and he's been super helpful," Little Pearl said.
"Deedee," Brian said. Brian looked right at Karen. "Indeedee?"
"This is Karen," Ventus said. He turned to Karen. "Karen, this is Brian. He's one of Sora's Pokémon."
"Indeedee," Brian said, taking a bow.
"It's very nice to meet you, Brian," Karen said.
Over to the couples, they checked out what the Kanto Festival had to offer. A familiar face spotted Sora and Kairi and grinned. That familiar face is Duplica.
"Sora, Kairi!" Duplica exclaimed happily. Sora and Kairi both turned to see Duplica waving at them.
"Duplica?!" Sora exclaimed.
"Who?" Dawn asked.
"A Ditto trainer we met a while back," Sora said.
"She had a Ditto that couldn't transform its face completely, and another Ditto who couldn't change its size even after transforming," Kairi said.
"Ven, Aqua, and I met her when she stopped by in Porta Vista. She mistook Ven for Sora when she met him," Terra said.
"Terra and Aqua, too? It's good to see you both," Duplica said. She noticed two other couples with them. "And who are they?"
"This is Riku. He came from Alola same as Lillie and the others," Sora said.
"And this is Naminé, she's Riku's girlfriend," Kairi said.
"My name's Lucas," Lucas introduced.
"And I'm Dawn," Dawn finished.
"They're both from the Sinnoh region," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
Duplica notices Angel by Kairi's side.
"Now, who's this right here?" Duplica asked.
"This is Angel. She's my Eevee," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"It's nice to meet you, Angel," Duplica said, petting her. "Say, where are Lillie and your other friends?"
"Back in Alola. The Alola region has gained a Pokémon of its own, so Illima, Mallow, Lana, Kiawe, Sophocles, Acerola Mina, and Hapu went back to set up their own Gyms," Sora said.
"Lillie is now helping out with research for Professor Redwood," Kairi said.
"I should visit Alola, to check out their Gyms," Duplica said. Just then, two Ditto appeared on Duplica's shoulders. One Ditto is red and the other is green.
"These two Ditto with you, Duplica?" Sora asked.
"That's right, these are two new additions to my performance team. Meet Reddit and Greendit," Duplica said.
"Ditto," Reddit said.
"Ditto," Greendit said.
"A red and green Ditto, so cool," Dawn said. Two more Ditto show up around Duplica's legs.
"And here are my Ditto and Minidit," Duplica said.
"Hey guys, have you been?" Sora asked.
"Ditto!" Ditto said.
"Ditto!" Minidit said.
"What brings you here to Unova?" Sora asked.
"I was asked to take part in the Kanto Festival. I thought it was an opportunity to show the people of Unova the transforming abilities of Ditto. What about you?" Duplica asked.
"Sora is taking part of the Unova Pokémon League tournament. And I'm going to be part of the first Unova Grand Festival," Kairi said.
"So, you're a Pokémon Coordinator," Duplica said. "So cool."
"I'm also a Pokémon Coordinator. Kairi and I made it all the way to the final round of the Sinnoh Grand Festival," Dawn said.
"Dawn is really skilled," Aqua said.
"Pikachu," Eclair added.
"Pika," Thor said.
"You have to be, Dawn," Duplica said.
"Ah, Sora!" Cilan called out as he is coming towards them. "Kairi, Dawn, Terra, Aqua, Lucas, Dawn! I have found something deliciously interesti-" Cilan paused when he saw Duplica. "Who is this?"
"Hi there! My name's Duplica," Duplica introduced herself. She stroked her chin. "I'm going to guess you're a Pokémon Connoisseur, right?"
"Indeed. I am Cilan," Cilan introduced himself.
"Cilan is one of the Striaton City Gym Leaders," Terra said.
"If you don't mind, I would like to do an evaluation on all of your Ditto if you don't mind," Cilan said.
"Not at all," Duplica said. "Go ahead." Cilan observed each one of the Ditto very thoroughly. He has come to a conclusion.
"The connection of each one of your Ditto quite superb," Cilan said. "Each one of your Ditto has a unique and yet tasty flavor! Their happy expressions are signs of good health and lots of loving care!" Duplica smiled.
"Thanks a lot," Duplica said. "Mind if we hang with you for a while?" Duplica asked. "I wanna hear about your adventures."
"Sure thing. As soon as we find somewhere to stop," Sora said.
"Actually, that's one of the things I wanted to speak with you about," Cilan said. "Ven wanted me to retrieve you. He said there's a place you should see for yourself."
Cilan led the couples, Duplica, and the Pokémon to the place Ventus found. It turns out to be a replica of Danny's Bay of Burgers. Sora was stunned to see who was running the place.
"Little Pearl?" Sora asked in surprise.
"Now, is that handsome boy Sora? Look at you! Lemme have a good look at you!" Little Pearl said, planting some kisses on Sora's cheeks, making Kairi puff hers up in jealousy. She looked right at Kairi. "Oh, this redhead must be the Kairi Big Earl told me about! You're very pretty!" She gave Kairi some kisses on the cheeks same as Sora.
"Who's she?" Dawn asked.
"Little Pearl. She's Big Earl's little sister," Sora said.
"Big Earl? You mean your uncle's cook?" Riku asked.
"Who else?" Sora asked.
"Have a seat! I wanna hear all about what you've been up to!" Little Pearl said.
"That's what we've come here to do," Sora said.
"Deedee!" Brian greeted.
"Brian! How have you been!" Sora asked.
"Indeedee," Indeedee said, smiling.
"Brian's been helping out Little Pearl out," Ventus said.
"As long you're helping out anyone working with my uncle, then it should be okay," Sora said.
"That's what I said," Karen said, walking up to her brother. Duplica looked right at her. She then turned to Kairi.
"Who's this girl?" Duplica asked.
"This is Karen. She's Sora's twin sister," Kairi said.
"Really? Sister?" Duplica asked.
"We have a lot to explain," Sora said
A few minutes later, their meal was presented to them. As they ate, Sora, Kairi, Karen, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Azurill, Axew, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, and Eclair all shared their story about their journey like how they know Lucas and Dawn, and about the Digimon, and about their adventures in the Unova region. "And that's about it."
"Sounds like you had quite a journey," Little Pearl said.
"Same here. I have been hearing about Digimon appearing in the world, just like Ultra Beasts," Duplica said.
"And now we're here to partake in the Junior Cup taking place soon," Sora said.
"And the Grand Festival also taking place here," Karen added. "I just can't wait!"
"Just you know, I'll be rooting you," Little Pearl said.
Just then, a young man wearing a blue shirt with a white bottom. He also wore blue jeans and green boots. He also has gray eyes.
"Hey," the young man said. The group all looked at him. "I heard you say you're entering the Junior Cup, right?"
"Yeah," Sora said.
"I'm also competing in it," Riku said.
"And so am I," Lucas added.
"Are you entering?" Sora asked.
"No. I was just passing by," the young man said. "The name's Bartz Klauser. And you are?"
"Sora," Sora answered.
"Great! I was wondering if you would like to have a battle with me. Make it a full battle," Bartz suggested.
"Sure thing," Sora said.
It didn't take long until word of a battle was about to get started. Sora stood in one spot as Bartz stood in another.
"Since I made the challenge, I get to go first," Bartz said.
"Go for it!" Sora said. Bartz took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Leavanny!" Bartz called out. His Leavanny came out with a bring it on pose. Sora took out his Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Beartic!" Sora called out. Beartic came out, raising his arms.
"Using Beartic's a smart move since Leavanny's a Grass Type,"
"Leavanny! Start up with Leaf Blade" Bartz ordered. Leavanny cam right at Beartic with a Leaf Blade.
"Beartic! Use Ice Punch!" Sora ordered. Beartic came at Leavanny with Ice Punch.
"Dodge and use X-Scissor!" Leavanny came at Beartic with X-Scissor.
"Dodge and use Icicle Crash!" Sora ordered. Beartic unleashed Icicle Crash right at Leavanny. .
"Dodge that!" Bartz called out. Leavanny dodged Icicle Crash and came at Beartic, landing a hit with X-Scissor. Beartic fell on his knee. "Use Frost Breath!" Beartic unleashed Frost Breath, landing a critical hit onto Leavanny.
"Use Steel Wing!" Bartz ordered. Leavanny's leafy wings gave off a metallic glow with and lands a hit onto Beartic. "Use X-Scissor!" Leavanny came right at Beartic with X-Scissor ready to hit.
"Frost Breath!" Sora ordered. Beartic unleashed Frost Breath, hitting Leavanny again. "Now use Ice Punch!" Beartic lands an uppercut, sending Leavanny flying. Leavanny lands on its back. Leavanny tried to get back up, but fell back on its back, knocked out. Bartz calls Leavanny back and took out another Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Ludicolo!" Bartz called out. His Ludicolo came out, doing a dance. This Ludicolo is clearly male. Sora calls back Beartic and took out another Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Serperior!" Sora called out. Serperior came out to battle.
"Ludicolo! Use Blizzard!" Bartz ordered. Ludicolo fired Blizzard at the regal Pokémon.
"Dodge and use Attract!" Sora ordered. Serperior unleashed Attract. The hearts surrounds Ludicolo and fell in love with her.
"Shoot! Attract will keep Ludicolo from attacking much," Bartz said.
"Use Leaf Blade!" Sora ordered. Serperior came at Ludicolo, landing a hit with Leaf Blade. "Now, use Vine Whip!" Serperior whips Ludicolo with her Vine Whip
"Use Rain Dance!" Bartz ordered. Ludicolo danced and it started to rain. Ludicolo recovers from his injuries with the rain.
"What is that?" Ventus asked.
"It's Rain Dish," Cilan said. "A Pokémon with Rain Dish recovers from its injuries."
"Ludicolo! Use Blizzard!" Bartz ordered. Ludicolo was still in love with Serperior, but he managed to fire Blizzard at her.
"Dodge it!" Sora called out. Serperior got struck by Blizzard when Serperior tried to dodge, and ended up being frozen.
"Blizzard again!" Bartz ordered. Ludicolo fired Blizzard at Serperior, earning a knockout for Bartz's favor. Sora calls back Serperior as Bartz calls back Ludicolo. It stops raining. Bartz took out his next Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Mr. Mime!" His Mr. Mime came out with its hands against the air. Sora looked at Pikachu.
"You're up, Pikachu!" Sora said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said. Pikachu stepped in to battle.
"Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Pikachu ran towards Mr. Mime with Quick Attack.
"Light Screen!" Bartz ordered. Mr. Mime formed a golden yellow wall and it stops Pikachu cold. "That was great!"
"Electro Web!" Sora ordered. Pikachu hurls Electro Web at Mr. Mime.
"Use Light Screen again!" Bartz ordered. Mr. Mime uses another Light Screen to block Pikachu's Electro Web. "Now, use Copycat!" Mr. Mime's body became surrounded by an aura and sends Electro Web out to Pikachu. The mouse Pokémon gets caught in his own attack. "Now, use Focus Punch!" Mr. Mime came at the mouse Pokémon to land a punch.
"Use Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered. Pikachu gave Mr. Mime a taste of Thunderbolt, shattering Light Screen. "Now, use Iron Tail!" Pikachu swings his tail at Mr. Mime. He fell on his back, beaten. Bartz calls back Mr. Mime and took out his next Pokéball and threw it.
"Your turn now, Magmar!" Bartz called out. His Magmar spewed a small ember.
"That was great, Pikachu. Come back," Sora said. Pikachu returned to Pikachu's side. Sora took out his next Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Samurott!" Samurott came out to battle.
"Magmar! Come at Samurott with Skull Bash!" Bartz ordered. Magmar lowered its head and then started to run right at Samurott.
"Use Razor Shell!" Sora ordered. Samurott took a Seamitar and swung it at the spitfire Pokémon. Razor Shall lands a hit. "Use Aqua Jet!" Samurott came at the spitfire with Aqua Jet. "Use Water Pledge!" Samurott unleashed Water Pledge, catching Magmar in the mix. Magmar had been taken down. Sora called back Samurott and took out another Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Emboar!" Emboar came out with him snorting embers. Bartz calls Magmar and took out another Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Alakazam!" Bartz called out. Alakazam holds out both of its spoons tightly.
"Emboar! Use Flamethrower!" Sora ordered. Emboar fired Flamethrower right at the psi Pokémon.
"Block with Psychic!" Bartz ordered. Emboar's Flamethrower is blocked with Psychic. "Send it back!" Alakazam sends Emboar's Flamethrower back and struck the mega fire pig Pokémon on the mark. Emboar fell on his back.
"Emboar! Use Heat Crash!" Sora ordered. Emboar jumped while surrounded by flames, and then came on down.
"Alakazam! Use Psychic again!" Bartz ordered. Alakazam uses Psychic to hold Emboar in the air. Emboar is slammed on the ground. Emboar was taken down. Sora called back Emboar. Bartz calls back his Alakazam. Sora took out his next Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Genesect!" Sora called out. Genesect came out to battle. People were talking among themselves about the Pokémon they were all seeing with their own eyes.
"A Genesect," Bartz said. "A Pokémon that is said to be extinct. I never thought I would see one with my own eyes." Bartz took out his Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Ditto!" Bartz called out. Ditto came out and does a pose. Duplica was gushing at the sight of the Ditto.
"Ooh, his Ditto is so adorable!" Duplica exclaimed happily.
"Ditto! Transform!" Bartz ordered. Ditto transformed into Genesect. "Use Quick Attack!" Ditto went into saucer mode and dashed right at Genesect.
"You use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Genesect dashed right at Ditto and the two of them lands a hit onto one another.
"Genesect! Techno Blast!" Sora ordered. Genesect Genesect fires a black and purple beam of energy from its cannon at Ditto.
"You use Techno Blast, too!" Bartz ordered. Ditto fires a black and purple beam of energy from its cannon at Genesect. Both collide their moves. Genesect was pushing hard as Ditto was bushing back. Ditto managed to overpower Genesect with its own Techno Blast. Genesect starts to concentrate and build up its energy and lands a hit onto Ditto.
"Use Metal Claw!" Bartz ordered. Ditto came at Genesect, landing a hit. "Use X-Scissor!" Ditto came at Genesect with X-Scissor.
"Genesect! Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Genesect came at Ditto with Quick Attack.
"Two can play this game! Ditto! Quick Attack!" Bartz ordered. Ditto came at Genesect with Quick Attack. Both Pokémon lands a hit to one another. Both Pokémon took heavy damage. "Metal Claw!" Bartz ordered. Ditto came right at Genesect with Metal Claw.
"Dodge it!" Sora called out. Genesect dodged Ditto's attack. "Techno Blast!" Genesect fired Techno Blast right at its opponent, dealing some heavy damage. "Use Quick Attack!" Genesect lands the finishing blow onto Ditto, landing a knockout. Ditto reverts back to its normal form and earned a victory for Sora. The crowd all cheered. Bartz called back Ditto and walked up to Sora.
"Not bad, Sora. You were amazing," Bartz said.
"Thanks," Sora said. "You were good, too." Sora and Bartz shook hands.
"Sora's even better than I thought," Little Pearl said.
After the battle, Duplica has put on a show for everyone. Reddit's transformations all turned into red versions of other Pokémon as Greendit's transformations are green versions of Pokémon. Everyone were all astounded by the uniqueness of these Ditto.
When the Kanto Festival has concluded, Little Pearl has stated that she'll be staying in Harmony City for a while, but Brian was being sent back to Professor Oak's lab when it was done. What else is coming by? Just wait and see.
