Before we start I would like to announce my newest story. A Pokemon x She-ra and the Princesses of Power(The Netflix one). She-Ra: The Pokémon Alliance (The Title was Nitro zeus' idea). I haven't posted it yet, but I've finished the first three chapters of it and I'll post it and it's chapters after Kipo and A Trainer Journey in Grace. So it will be a while before I post it. Now onto chapter 32.
Chapter 32
A Day Of Rest
Oliver P.O.V.
After everything that happened, the people of Zaphis returned home, and life got back to normal in Zaphis, if not a little better. But for me and Yuri, who did have Dein Nomos at the moment, we were in Flynn's room as night fell, telling him what happened, with Lucario and Corviknight asleep in the room, Manectric in his Pokeball, and Bisharp and Banette somewhere in the castle asleep as well.
"The Enduring Shrine of Zaude…" Flynn asked me and Yuri. "That's what he said. Have you heard of it?" Yuri asked Flynn. "No, that's the first time. I wonder what it is." Flynn asked. "I don't know? But I know what he's gonna use it for." Yuri said to Flynn. "World domination… Do you really think he can do that?" Flynn asked Yuri. "He sure thought he could." Yuri said to Flynn.
"We Knights are always one step behind. We never would have been able to free the capital if it weren't for you two and your companions. Much less stop the blastia from spreading this danger across the land…" Flynn said to everyone. "That was more or less Xerneas doing. It was the Knights that protected the capital from heracles, though. They're the only reason we were able to even get into the capital at all." Yuri said to Flynn.
"That was more Zygarde's doing than mine. Besides, what about Lady Estellise?" Flynn asked Yuri. "Hey. Estelle came back on her own." Yuri said to Flynn. "I'm still grateful, though. Thank you." Flynn said to Yuri. "Quit it. You're creepin' me out. "Back on topic. From how Xerneas talked about it. We need to remove Alexei from it as soon as possible." I said to everyone. "Right. Alexei owes the world for all he's done. He owes us. Tomorrow I'm going to the Shrine of Zaude." Yuri said to everyone.
"By "I'm" you mean us, right?" I asked Yuri. "Of course. We'll leave in the morning." Yuri said to me. "So spare me any guilt trips tonight." Yuri said to Flynn. "Okay." Flynn said to Yuri. Then Yuri and Flynn had a convocation by looking at each other, and we're glad to see each other. But then Sodia rushed in with a knight.
"Captain, so this is where.. You two again." Sodia said to Flynn, then us. "Ignore us, we're leaving." I said to Sodia, as me and Yuri walked to the door. "Negotiations with the Union are difficult. It seems they can't even agree with each other. And one more thing. The council intends to cede all authority to His Highness Ioder in order to control the current crisis. Due to your success in liberating the capital. His Highness has pronounced you acting Commandant. Congratulations!" Sodia said to Flynn, as me and Yuri stopped at the door, and turned to Flynn.
"Well this cleans up one of our problems. Congrats." Yuri said to Flynn. "Congratulations Flynn. Now let's see if you can really change things for the better." I said to Flynn, with Sodia giving us a mean look. "Watch your tone!" Sodia said to us. "What? Can we congratulate our friend?" I asked Sodia.
"Yuri, Oliver, You two and your friends are the ones who really did all this…" Flynn said to Yuri and me. "Ahhh, details details. Whatever." Yuri said to Flynn. "Besides this is what you wanted. Now, let's see what you do with it?" I asked Flynn. "Well, I guess We'll go check on the others. See ya." Yuri said to Flynn, as we left his room.
After walking for a bit, we found Karol, Repede, and sleeping Gogaot and Mawile, in the cafeteria, with two people, and working on a bag. "What's up, Karol?" Yuri asked Karol, getting Karol's attention. "Oh, Yuri, Oliver. Take a look. It's as good as new!" Karol said to us, showing off the bag. "Not bad." I said to Karol.
"Good to see you're as useful as ever. That's not yours though, is it?" Yuri asked Karol. "It's mine." A voice said to Yuri. We all turned to see Hanks walking to us. "Hanks." Yuri said to Hanks. "This boy's been fixing up all the stuff that got knocked around in the commotion. He even went back to the lower quarter to pick all these things up." Hanks said to Yuri. "Heh. Actually, Repede, Mawile, and Gogaot found most of it. But Mawile and Gogaot went above and behind to find some of this stuff." Karol said to Me and Yuri.
"That explains why they're out." I said to everyone, as I looked at Mawile and Gogaot. "These're my favorite shoes, and you can't hardly see where they got torn. This guy's awesome!" A man said to us. "He sewed up a dress that was very important to me. Thanks again for that." A woman said to us, and thanked Karol.
"Are you sure about doing this, Karol? Tomorrow's the final battle." Yuri said to Karol. "It's okay… I was actually a little worried. I couldn't really sleep anyway. When I started thinking about the battle tomorrow. I just thought… I might as well help out if there was anything I could do." Karol said to us. "Huh…" Yuri said. "I didn't think Repede would want to come help, though. I was a little surprised." Karol said to everyone.
"He probably guessed what you were thinning. He doesn't just go along with anything." Yuri said to Karol. "Heh heh, yeah I guess." Karol said to Yuri, before trying to give Repede some pets. Only for Repede to walk away a little. "Hah, don't push your luck." Yuri said to Karol. "Aw, come on Repede." Karol said to Repede.
"Ohh, this boy's got a bright future ahead of him." Hanks said to everyone. "You are looking at the esteemed Boss of our guild." Yuri said to Hanks, embarrassing Karol, and making everyone else giggle. "You might learn a thing or two form him, yourself, you know." Hanks said to Yuri. "I walked right into that one." Yuri said to everyone. "You sure did. Besides, I think you both could learn something from each other." I said to Yuri and Karol.
"Memories support the heart. And our dearest possessions are vessels for those memories. Thank you, young man." Hanks said to Karol, before walking away. "I'll just do a little more, and then I'll call it a night." Karol said to us. "Okay, just don't overdo it." Yuri said to Karol. "And don't stay up too late." I said to Karol, messing with his hair. "Yeah, I know." Karol said to us. Then Yuri and I left the cafeteria.
Our next stop was the lobby, where Patty was, and giving some love to Cramerant and Slowbro. "What are you two doing wandering around?" Patty asked us, as she noticed us, and turned to us. "We're making sure you guys aren't causing any trouble." Yuri said to Patty. "I see. You're wandering around so you can cause some trouble." Patty said to Yuri. "Uh, no, I said… Eh, never mind." Yuri said to Patty.
Patty then turned back to Cramerant and Slowbro. "I'm so glad that Estelle's back. And that we didn't have to kill her." Patty said to us, without looking at us. "Same." I said to Patty. "I feel the same as well." Yuri said to everyone. "If… we hadn't been able to reign her back… would you really have killed her Yuri?" Patty asked Yuri. "Why do you ask?" Yuri asked Patty. "Because…" Patty said to Yuri.
"I don't know… is what I'd like to say. But if Estelle hadn't heard my voice when she did, I probably would have killed her." Yuri said to Patty. "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that." I said to Yuri. "How can you go to such lengths knowing it's going to hurt you?" Patty asked Yuri. "Estelle's my friend, and I can't let a stranger take care of my friend's problem. Besides, I'm not the one who it hurts the most." Yuri said to Patty.
"A friend's problem… Yuri, you're really strong…" Patty said to Yuri. "Strong, huh…? I don't know about that…But what about you? Did you forget about searching for the Maris Stella?" Yuri asked Patty. "Right now I'm focusing on beating the bad guys. Besides, I haven't forgotten. If anything. I've got a great memory." Patty said to Yuri. "A great memory, huh…?" Yuri asked Patty.
But Patty said nothing, and turned to us. "What's wrong?" Yuri asked Patty. Yuri… Oliver… I… I'll never forgive Alexei. Sacrificing someone for his own desires… I could never forgive that…" Patty said to us. "Yeah, I know what you mean." Yuri said to Patty. "That's why… um… We can't let Alexei get away with what he's done." Patty said to Yuri. "No, we can't." Yuri said to Patty.
"Oh, right. Yuri. Oliver. Guess what! The maritime guild. Gull's Song, is rushing to fix our ship!" Patty said to us. "That's a welcome surprise." I said to Patty. "Gull's song? Isn't that tokunaga's guild?" Yuri asked Patty. "Yep, we'll be able to use the Fiertia in no time." Patty said to us. "That's good to know. I was wondering how we'll reach Alexei without getting seen." I said to Patty. "All right. Then we'll use that to take Alexei down." Yuri said to everyone. "Of course! So, uh, Yuri… Oliver…" Patty said, before going quiet.
"Patty…" Yuri said to Patty. "Huh?" Patty asked Yuri. "If you're having difficulty saying it. There's no need to force yourself. I'll listen when you're ready to talk, so go get some sleep. Good night." Yuri said to Patty. "Yeah, our doors are open. Just come on in when you're ready." I said to Patty, before me and Yuri left.
After we walked for a bit, we found Judith, Flygon, and Shelgon hanging out by an indoor water feature, with Jusith holding a hand to her ear. "What're you doing. Judy?" Yuri asked Judith, getting her attention. "I'm trying to see if I can contact Phaeroh again. If Zaude is connected to the ancient catastrophe. Phaeroh might know something about it." Judith said to Yuri. "Isn't he gonna ask about Estelle?" Yuri asked Judith.
"I'll tell him it looks like everything will be okay." Judith said to Yuri. "All right. Thanks." Yuri said to Judith. "You know, the only real goal I've had in life has been to destroy the Hermes blastia. I didn't have to think about other things while I was doing that." Judith said to us, as she walked a little past us. "Other things?" Yuri asked Judith. "Like what?" I asked Judith.
"Oh… this world, me, lots of things. Had I never met Estelle. I might still be flying around with Ba'ul, not thinking of anything. And I might have not met Hugo." Judith said to us. "What was that about Hugo?" I asked Judith. "Oh nothing." Judith said to me. "You know. Phaeroh said you'd changed, too." Yuri said to Judith. "Don't get me wrong. I'm telling him Estelle will be all right because I really believe it. I have no intention of ignoring the blastia or the aer." Judith said to Yuri.
"Is that part of the "lots of things" you mentioned?" Yuri asked Judith. Judith said nothing, but had a nervous look on her face. "Sorry. Forget I said that." Yuri said to Judith. "I won't kill Estelle. Nor will I let her be killed. I also can't let Alexei go on." Judith said to Yuri. "Okay. We head out tomorrow morning. Just get back by then." Yuri said to Judith. "Understood." Judith said to Yuri, before she, Flygon, and Shelgon. "Judy." Yrui said, making Judith, Flygon, and Shelgon stop. "Hm?" Judith asked. "Let's win this one." Yuri said to Judith. "Oaky." Judith said to Yuri, as she, Flygon, and Shelgon got back to leaving.
After walking for a bit, we found Raven, Excadrill and Sableye sleeping in a cell. We then walked into that cell. "He's actually sleeping. Man, I can't tell he's brave, or just stupid." Yuri asked me. "I'm going with stupid." I said, as Raven woke up. "Weren't you gonna have a touchin' reunion with your bestest pal?" Raven asked Yuri, as he set up.
"Nah, it's that lieutenant of his. She's scary." Yuri said to Raven. "I think crazy is a better word for her." I said to everyone. "Hm? Oh, well… I guess I can see both of that." Raven said to us. "What do you mean?" Yuri asked Raven. "Oh, well, it's just… she's so serious. Gotta be careful not ta rub her the wrong way." Raven said to us.
"I'm not rubbing anything any way." Yuri saisd to Raven. "I think it might be too late for that." I said to Yuri. "Well, ya most certainly can't please all the people all the time." Raven said to us. "I guess you're right. So what are you all doing here?" Yuri asked Raven. "Oh, just thinkin' about stuff… Hey, why're ya lookin' at me like that?" Raven asked us, as we gave him weird looks.
"With all we've been through. I guess I'm just tryin' ta figure out what I should do with myself. But I keep comin' up empty. Change wears me out." Raven said to everyone. "I thought everything wears you out." I said to Raven. "You chose your own life. At this point, you should be able to do anything you want." Yuri said to Raven.
"How do I put it…? I already died once. Now I'm thinkin' about a bunch of stuff… But I guess thinkin' about setting things with Alexei is enough for now. The rest'll probably come out in the wash." Raven said to us. "Sounds okay to me." Yuri said to Raven. "Speakin' of settling things. I filled estelle in on all the stuff that happened. Guess what she did." Raven asked us.
"Hm?" Yuri asked Raven. "What?" I asked Raven. "She said I had to let her do the same thing everyone else did. So she smacked me on the head. Called it even." Raven said to us. "Hah hah, that's Estelle." Yuri said to Raven. "It kind of hurt, actually." Raven said to us. "Who knew Estelle, as such a smack." I said to everyone. "Well. I think I'm gonna catch my shut-eye in here." Raven said to us. "Suit yourself… try not to oversleep for once, though." Yuri said to Raven, before we left him.
Next we found Rita in a shrine, working with Dein Nomos, with Estelle in the room with her looking at the Pokedex, and Togekiss, Audino, Bisharp, Banette, Reuniclus, and Metagross snuggling up to Estelle, while sleeping. We heard the Pokedex turn talking.

"I guess she's been catching up on the Pokemon we saw." I said to Yuri, as we walked to the girls and Pokemon. "This'll bring the value back down, so the discrepancy with this should…" Rita said, as she tried a spell. But almost nothing happened. "Nope, it's nowhere near enough." Rita said.
"Yuri! Oliver!" Estelle said, as she noticed us walking into the room. "What are you all doing out here?" Yuri asked them. "Shut up and leave me alone! Oh, it's you." Rita said, as she started to cast a fire spell, but stopped when she noticed it was us. "Nice to see you too. So, what kind of experiment is this, anyway? Is something wrong?" Yuri asked everyone.
"No, it's being kept well under control. And it's stable. As annoying as it is to admit. Dein Nomos and this system of Alexei's are both pretty amazing." Rita said to everyone. "So then, where's the problem?" Yuri asked Rita. "The effective area of control is more limited than I thought. The control barrier originates at barrier blastia. She's stable inside it but she can't leave. I guess Dein Nomos alone couldn't take the palace of all those apathia." Rita said to Yuri
"So long trips are out of the question?" Yuri asked Rita. "Also, the barrier blastia's part of the system. As long as it's in use, this city is defenseless. That's why I'm out here trying to figure out a way for her to move around freely." Rita said to Yuri. "Why can't Estelle just take Dein Nomos with her wherever she goes?" Yuri asked Rita. "It was really only designed to contain aer that's gone out of control. I don't think it could affect Estelle in any way." Rita said to Yuri.
"I guess that's how it was with Duke, too." Yuri said to Rita. "Don't worry. I'll come up with something, or my name isn't Rita Mordio. I won't let Estelle wind up trapped like that again. Nobody treats my friend like just some… thing." Rita said to Yuri. "Okay, we'll leave you to it." Yuri said to Rita. "Nothing to worry about. You've got the best genius under the sun with you." Yuri said to Estelle. "Yes, I know Rita can help me." Estelle said to Yuri.
"Any idea when you'll be done?" I asked Rita. "I'll have this ready by tomorrow. You both better get yourself to bed." Rita said to us. "Okay, oaky, Don't push yourself too hard. Same to you, Estelle." Yuri said to the girls, before we left them.
As we left the girls, we heard the sound of banging coming from a room. We followed the sound to see what was making it. That's where we found Hugo, with Gallade back in his Pokeball, banging away with a hammer and chisel in an armory, hitting the Mawilite rock, with shatter stones around him. "What are you doing Hugo?" Yuri asked Hugo. "Getting all these Mega Stones and Keystones ready for tomorrow. We're going to need them." Hugo said to Yuri, as he finished the Mawilite, and then pulled out a silver crystal with a light red and light blue.
"Salamencite. Where did you find that?" I asked Hugo. "Me and Judith found it back in Mt. Temza before you found us." Hugo said to me. "So you've had that all this time and you didn't tell us?" I asked Hugo. "You didn't ask." Hugo said to me, making me slap my hand into my face. "Just don't stay up too late." Yuri said to Hugo. "I won't." Hugo said to Yuri, before chiseling the Salamencite. We then left Hugo.
After leaving Hugo, Yuri and I stopped in a hallway. "Well I'm going to bed." Yuri said to me. "But before you do I gotta ask you about something?" I asked Yuri, as I leaned on a hall. "What is it?" Yuri asked me. "What do you think of Estelle?" I asked Yuri. "I… I think of her as a good friend." Yuri said, sounding a little bit nervous. "Sounds to me that she's more to you than a "good friend"." I said to Yuri.
"She's not like that Oliver." Yuri said to me. "Come on Yuri, don't deny your feelings. Estelle knows you, a lot better than other people here, and she accepted that. I may be with Ava, but even I know that Estelle is one of a kind. So if you have any feelings for her, you should tell her." I said to Yuri. "It's oficial, you lost your mind." Yuri said to me, before leaving me. "Ahh daniel." I said. "Reminds you of someone else?" A voice asked me.
I turned my head to see Ava walking to me, with Houndoom back in her Pokeball. "Ava what are you doing here?" I asked Ava. "I was looking for you. I figure since tomorrow is the big battle, we could snuggle together while we sleep." Ava said to me. "I would love that." I asid to Ava.
A few minutes later we got ready for bed, and snuggled under the sheets. "Ava incase tomorrow gose bad. I want to ask you something. Will…" I said to Ava, but stopped when I noticed she was already asleep. "I guess I'll ask you after the battle." I said before going to sleep.
The next morning I waited for him outside the castle, and told everyone to meet at the main exit, everyone but Judith, Flygon, and Shelgon, I didn't see them. The last person to leave the castle was Yuri. "Morning Yuri." I said to Yuri. "Morning. Where's everyone else?" Yuri asked me, as he walked to me. "They're all by the main exit, wait for us." I said to Yuri. "Then let's go." Yuri said to me, as we started to leave.
"Going already?" A voice asked us. We turned to see Flynn, Lucario, and Corviknight, walking out of the castle, and towards use. "It looks like things here won't be settled for a while. I had hoped that we'd have the guild ships at our disposal." Flynn said to us. "I heard they've been having some issues." Yuri said to Flynn.
"It seems they've been unable to decide on a course of action since The Don's passing. It looks like it'll be one step behind you two again this time." Flynn said to us. "So nothing new." I said to Flynn. "Hey, no hard feelings, no matter which of us gets to Alexei first, right?" Yuri asked Flynn, before we took a few steps forward.
But Yuri stopped us. "Oh yeah. Are you done trying to get Estelle back? I mean, she's still a princess. And what about all that stuff with the imperial succession?" Yuri asked Flynn. "The Council has chosen Ioder as their leader. For all intents and purposes he's got their nomination for the throne." Flynn said to Yuri, walking to us.
"Hm. Okay. So that's why you don't need to chase her around anymore?" Yuri said to Flynn, as me and Yuri got back to walking. "That's not it. It's just that I've finally come to terms with the choices she's made for herself." Flynn said to Yuri, making us stop. "Wow. You sure loosened up." Yuri said to Flynn. "Yeah, what happened to the guys chasing us around and asking us to hand her over?" I asked Flynn.
"Don't give me a hard time. It's something I've had to struggle with in my own way." Flynn said to us. "Well, she'd be happy to hear it." Yuri said to Flynn. "I'll bring the problem of the aer and the blastia to His Highness' attention. He'll be able to come up with some way of helping. I'm sure. As for lady Estellise… Yuri, you have my confidence." Flynn said to us. "I appreciate it. Sorry for being such a pain. Well, we're going to get going. See you at Zaude." Yuri said to Flynn, as we stopped for a second before getting back to walking. "And we'll save you some of Alexei's men for when you get there." I said to Flynn
"As far as anyone is concerned, the capital was retaken because of my efforts. And the city's new look is from Alexei's actions. It isn't just with this though. No one even knows the things you two have… no, that Brave Vesperia's done, or that it was Xerneas that changed the city. They don't even try to learn the truth. Are you two really okay with that?" Flynn asked us, making us stop.
"Ah how cares. Saving Estelle is the important thing, who cares what the history books say. And besides I know Xerneas won't care about what people say, so why should we." I said to Flynn, as we walked away from Flynn, Lucario, and Corviknight. Yuri nodded in agreement, and followed me.
A few minutes later we reached the others, minus Estelle, Judith, Togekiss, Audino, Flygon, and Shelgon. "Morning, Yuri!" Karol said, as they noticed us. "Yuri, you're such a sleepyhead." Patty said to Yuri. "You two couldn't wait for me as well?" Yuri asked Bisharp, and Banette. Bisharp and Banette giggled a little.
"Looks like I overslept a little. My hair's a mess…" Raven said to everyone. "Looks the same to me." Ava said to Raven, making everyone giggle a little. "Yeah, is that all you're worried about…?" Karol asked Raven. "Sounds like we're all good." Yuri said to everyone. "Almost." Hugo said to Yuri. "Here ya go." Rita said, giving Dein Nomos back to Yuri.
Yuri took it, and looked at the barrier in the sky. "You pulled it off." Yuri said to Rita. "Now we just need Judy, Estelle, and their Pokemon." Yuri said to everyone. "Here I am. Good morning, everyone." Judith said to everyone, as she walked up to everyone with Flygon and Shelgon. "Ah, morning, Judith, Flygon, and Shelgon!" Karol said to them. "And where were you there?" I asked Judith. "Were you able to get in touch with Phaeroh?" Yuri asked Judith.
"Yes, but you won't like what he told me about Zaude… He says it is a place that must be left undisturbed, by Entelexeia, humans, and Pokemon." Judith said to Yuri. "I wonder why." Karol asked everyone. "Probably for nothing good." I said to everyone. "Such an encouraging send-off…" Raven said to everyone.
"Well, it's not like we can just say, "Oh! Thanks for telling us!" and not go. Alexei's at Zaude, and I'm not really not in a mood to just let him go." Yuri said to everyone. "That, and if Zaude is important, we can't let Alexei break anything in it." I said to everyone. "We can't just turn back now!" Patty said to everyone. "You're all right, Phaeroh will have to understand." Judith said to everyone. "If not, then forget that old bird. We are doing it our way." Ava said to everyone
"We already came this far. We can't stop now." Raven said to everyone. "Besides, if we just ignore it, the whole world's gonna be in all kinds of trouble." Karol said to everyone. "So let's go teach that man a lesson." Hugo said to everyone. "That's the spirit. Now we just need Estelle, Togekiss, and Audino." Yuri said to everyone. "Ahh about that. Rita, why don't you tell him." I said to Yuri and Rita.
"Estelle won't be coming." Rita said to everyone, not looking at everyone, and everyone looking at her. "Hm?!" Yuri said. "She can't fight anymore." Rita said to everyone. "Wait, you don't mean…?" Yuri asked Rita. "The control was a success. But she needs to avoid aer interference in order to keep her power from activating." Rita said to everyone.
"Huh? But all blastia need aer to work, don't they?" Karol asked Rita. "Yes, so I tried the same thing as Raven." Rita said to Karol. "Using her own life energy for power." Judith asked Rita. "Are ya serious? I really wouldn't recommend that." Raven said to Rita. "What made you do that?" Ava asked Rita.
"I cou;dn't find any other way. At least she can use formulas without worrying about aer. But it's not just controlling the power of the Child of the Full Moon, even artes will use her life. She could be in serious danger if she had to exert herself." Rita said to everyone. "Oh no…" Patty said to Rita. "So she won't be coming with us anymore." Yuri said to Rita. "And was she okay with that?" Raven asked Rita. "No." A voice said to Raven.
We all turned to see Estelle, Togekiss, and Audino standing behind us. "Estelle!" Kaorl said. "Hey! Y-You and your Pokemon are just here… to see us off, right?" Rita asked Estelle. "Rita, I'm sorry. Please take me with you." Estelle said to Rita. "What did I tell you?! You'll lose your life just by using your artes! You could go on living with no problem if you just wouldn't use them." Rita said to Estelle.
"I sat up all night thinking about what you told me. At first I thought, "Finally, I'll be able to live a normal life"." Estelle said to Rita. "Yeah, you've suffered enough. You can rest now." Rita said to Estelle. "Thank you, Rita. You all are risking your lives to fight. Even the fate of this world is at stake… Knocking that, my only choice is to fight alongside you." Estelle said to everyone.
"Estelle…" Karol said to Estelle. "There are still things I can do. For my friends. So I'm asking you, please, Take me with you." Estelle said to everyone. "I want to tell you no, but you decided this for yourself. I won't turn you down." Yuri said to Estelle.
"Yes. And she doesn't really listen once she sets her mind to something." Judith said to everyone. "Ahh, let's take her. Nobody likes havin' their friends run off to steal all the fun." Raven said to everyone. "And what kind of friends would we be, if we did that." Ava said to everyone. "Yeah, we'll all help out to make this easy on her." Karol said to everyone. "RIght, we'll get stronger and make sure Estelle doesn't have to heal us so often." Hugo said to everyone "We're gonna blow that scoundrel away!" Patty said to everyone, pulling out her gun. "We can't have the dream team, without one of its founding members." I said to everyone.
Rita heard all of this and made her upset. "Promise me one thing, you will never, never, push yourself too hard. Got it? I'll never forgive you if you break that promise!" Rita said to Estelle. "All right." Estelle said to Rita. Rita then turned away from everyone, and Karol walked up to her, only to get punched in the face, and fall to the ground. "Heh, trying to forbid this bunch from pushing themselves is pretty pointless." Yuri said to everyone.
"True. And Rita, I think you owe me a few coins." I said to Yuri and Rita. Rita sighed and handed me a few coins. "Easiest coins I'll ever make." I said. "Were you and RIta betting on whether or not Estelle would show up?" Ava asked me. "Yes. And Rita said, she wouldn't. But I know Estelle, and I know she wouldn't stay behind." I said to Ava, putting the coins in my pocket. "You're lucky, you're cute." Ava said to me, rolling her eyes.
"Thank goodness. It looks like I made it in time." Another voice said to us. "Who is it this time?" I asked, as we noticed that it was Ioder, Prinplup, Flynn, Corviknight, and Lucario, walking towards us. "Huh? Prince Ioder, Flynn, Corviknight, Lucario, and Prinplup?" Karol asked, as he got up.
"My, what an honor for His Highness to see us of himself." Yuri said to everyone. "There you go again with that attitude of yours…" Flynn said to Yuri. "You may have already heard, but the supply of ships has been delayed, so the Knights are not yet able to leave for battle. Under normal circumstances, the Knights should be the ones taking the initiative here, but you civilians have shouldered it. As head of the empire, I must apologize." Ioder said to us.
"Don't sweat it. It's not like we're doing this for the Knights or for the empire, anyway." Yuri said to Ioder. Yeah we're doing this because it's the right thing to do." I said to Ioder. "This may be a bit presumptuous, but I would like to ask that you take Flynn, Corviknight, and Lucario in their place." Ioder said to us, surprising us a little. "Huh?" Estelle asked.
"Your Highness?!" Flynn asked Ioder, as he, Corviknight, and Lucario looked at Ioder. "At this moment, both in name and in substance. Flynn is the greatest knight in the empire, and his Pokemon are proof that humans and Poekmon can fight together. I am sure that they will be of great use to you. Wouldn't you agree?" Ioder said to us and asked Flynn, Corviknight, and Lucario.
"But I… I must command the Knights." Flynn said to Ioder. "Corviknight." Corviknight said, nuzzling Flynn to us. "Lucario." Lucario said, lightly pushing Flynn. "Seems like Corviknight and Lucario want you to go with them, and don't worry. As soon as the Knights are ready. I will send them after you. You should be able to entrust your men with that much. Besides, are you not the one who desires most to settle things personally with Alexei?" Ioder asked Flynn.
"Your Highness." Flynn said to Ioder. "I, Ioder Argyros Heurassein, hereby command you on the behalf of the empire. Imperial Knight Flynn Scifo… Pokemon Knight Corviknight… Pokemon Knight Lucario… Join forces with the guild Brave Vesperia and stop Alexei." Ioder said to them. They all saluted Ioder. "Yes sir!/ Corviknight!/ Lucario!" they all said to Ioder.
"You heard His Highness. We'll be counting on you, Yuri." Flynn said to Yuri. "Even if I resided, You'd still come along, wouldn't you?" Yuri asked Flynn. "Well welcomed aboard. Now it's time to pass out some stuff I made last night." Hugo said to everyone, as he started to dig through his bag.
Hugo gave Flynn a left handed metal gauntlet with a Keystone in it, and Lucario a piece of Knight chest armor, but it was mostly just the upper chest piece and a right shoulder part to keep it all together, with the Lucarionite in the middle of the armor.
Hugo gave Raven a brown strap that would take the place of the strap he was using for his ponytail, and he gave Sableye a black wristband with Sablenite in it, and put it on Sableye's left wrist.
Hugo gave Karol a tan wrist band with the Keystone in it, and gave Mawile a pink bow with Mawilite in it, and tied it to the top of her head where her ponytail starts.
Hugo gave Rita a red, free finger glove with the Keystone on the back of it, and Metagross a metal strap with the Metagrossite, that he claimed onto Metagross' left front leg.
Hugo gave Estelle her heart shield back, with a Keystone attached to the back of it, and Audino a tiara that had her Audinite in it, and also had two clips on it that attached it to her ears, so it won't fall off easily.
And Hugo gave Judith a round earring with the Keystone in it and some chims under it, and also gave her another earring with the Salamencite in it. "What is this?" Judith asked Hugo, as she looked at the earring with the Salamencite in it, Hugo putting the earring with the Keystone on Judith's left ear, and everyone else putting on their Keystones and Mega stone.
"It's the Mega Stone for Shelgon when he evolves into a Salamence. I figure since I was making all the others, I'll make his as well." Hugo said to Judith, as Judih played with her earring. "You know how to make a girl feel special." Judith said to Hugo. "A special earring for a special girl." Hugo said to Judith. "Can you two stop flirting? My heart can't take it." Raven said to them, frowning. This made both Judith and Hugo go quiet and blush.
"So our next problem is just how ta go about actually gettin' ta Zaude." Raven asked everyone. "That's already been handled. Right, Judy?" Patty said to Raven, and asked Judith. Judith shook her head. "Yes, of course, we still have that important friend of ours." Judith said to everyone, as we heard a bellow in the air. We looked and saw Ba'ul in the air above us, with The Fiertia repaired. "Ba'ul? Is he okay?" Yuri asked Judith.
"I told you. He's strong. Plus Xerneas knew we needed his help, and helped him recover a lot faster, but that was before Xerneas came to help us." Judith said to Yuri. "Yep! We'll be able to use the Fiertia in no time!" Patty said to everyone. "So everything's ready. This is it, the final battle!" Yuri said to everyone. We all cheered in agreement.
