Episode 496: Genesect Rampage
After saying goodbye to Meloetta, the group all returned to Cynthia's villa as they have so much to catch up on.
"I don't think we have been properly introduced, because of everything happening," Twilight said.
"You're right, we haven't," Riku said. "But I already met the other Twilight before."
"Twilight, this is Riku, my good friend, and rival. And this is Naminé, his girlfriend. Along with his partner Eevee, and the little Pokémon in her arms is Azurill," Sora introduced.
"I heard a lot about you from Sunset Shimmer," Riku said.
"And we heard so much about you," Twilight said.
"And I know about you, Spike," Riku said. "Sora did mention you were a dragon, but I pictured you a lot taller."
"But he is cute, isn't he?" Iris cooed, grabbing the little dragon by the cheeks. "Such chubby cheeks."
"Axew," Axew said.
"And we already know who you are. Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash," Naminé said, looking at Starlight. "But, who are you?"
"Right. I'm Starlight Glimmer," Starlight said.
"Since you already know Karen, I think we should introduce ourselves," Cilan said. "I'm Cilan. I am a Pokémon Connoisseur."
"My name's Iris. And this is Axew," Iris said.
"Axew!" Axew said.
"I'm Ventus, but everyone calls me Ven, and this is Sparky," Ventus said. "And I'm Sora's cousin."
"I'm Terra, and this is Thor," Terra said.
"Chu," Thor said.
"I'm Aqua, and this is Eclair," Aqua said.
"Pi," Eclair said.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Sandbar."
"Gallus."
"Smolder."
"Um, I'm Ocellus."
"Yona."
"And I'm Silverstream."
"Anyway, how about we catch up," Sora said.
"Yes, let's," Twilight said.
Sora shared with the other worldly visitors about their adventures in the Sinnoh region after defeating the Brotherhood of Darkness, such as the Gym battles he entered and the Contests Kairi had competed in. They even told them about the Digimon, and about the war in the Digital World. They told them about Lucas, Dawn, Barry, Zoey, Kenny, Ursula, Conway, Bede, Marnie, Peonia, even about Paul. They even told them about Myotismon, AxeKnightmon, Team Galactic and Pokémon Hunter J, and about the Wallace Cup when the Alolan nine, Lisia, Brendan, and May showed up. They even shared about how they know Cynthia. The ponies, dragons, yak, changeling, griffin, and hippogriff were stunned when they were told Paul being Myotismon's puppet and how Team Galactic were attempting to destroy the world by creating a world he wants.
They shared about their journey in the Unova region as they explained how they met Iris and Cilan and why they're traveling together. They told them about Hilbert, Hilda, Nate, Rosa, Bianca, Cheren, Hugh, Trip, Stephan, Burgundy, Georgia, Cameron, Benga, Jaden, Syrus, Alexis, Hassleberry, Blair, Beatrice, Hector, and about Alder. They even told them about Team Plasma and how N was being manipulated by Ghetsis, and about the battles with Team Shadow. And how they bumped into Lillie's brother Gladion. They explained how they met Karen, also Blossom, Sparky, Thor, and Eclair along with the Pokémon they seen and caught while in Sinnoh and Unova. They even told them about meeting the turtles again, and about Shredder, Kraang, and the Technodrome.
"And we're here in Harmony City as Kairi's getting ready for the Unova Grand Festival, and when we competed in the Junior Cup. Riku and I both battled Gladion, and we both lost. Gladion won the tournament, and he battled against Alder and he also lost to him," Sora said. "And that pretty much leads us up to the recent Team Shadow attack, and seeing you again."
"Oh my," Fluttershy said.
"See, what did I tell you? Awesome!" Rainbow Dash said.
"Now, it's your turn," Sora said.
"Okay," Twilight said.
She started off with after Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, the Pichu, Sunset Shimmer, Spyro, Hunter, Bianca, Elora, Shiela, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley, and Agent 9 left, Sunburst discovered some kind of secret on how to bring Starswirl the Bearded and the other five Pillars back. What they didn't know is that they also brought back the Pony of Shadows, and how they save Stygian from the darkness. They filled them in about the Storm King and their trip to Mount Aris, and about when Twilight decided to open the School of Friendship, and about how Chancellor Neighsay shut down the school because of non pony creatures attending the school, and offends the leaders from each kingdoms they represent. The group already disliked the Chancellor. Twilight explained that Yona, Smolder, Silverstream, Gallus, and Ocellus ran away from home because they didn't want to say goodbye to each other. They figured they were at the Castle of the Two Sisters in the Everfree Forest. Twilight explained that the school would be more friendlier, but Neighsay thought it was doomed to failure. As time went on, magic started to disappear from Equestria, and found out that Cozy Glow was behind it all, so she was sent to Tartarus along with Tirek.
The group were stunned to hear how that little filly duped them so easily, so they filled them in about how Discord was pretending to be Grogar, and brought back King Sombra along with Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow after Celestia and Luna announced they were retiring, and having Twilight rule Equestria. King Sombra was defeated and they didn't know about the three other villains until Discord explained his plan to help Twilight prepare. And to make matters worse, the Windigos were back since the earth ponies, pegasi, and unicorns were going at each other's throats again. Thanks to the students attending the School of Friendship, the ponies along with the dragons, griffins, changelings, yaks, and hippogriffs joined in the final battle against the trio of villains and witnessed Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow turn to stone.
"My coronation was a bit of a disaster, but everything else in Equestria went back to normal," Twilight said.
"So, we made it a mission to see each other whenever had the chance. And you gave us a chance by telling us about the real Grogar and about Tirek, Cozy Glow, and Chrysalis," Rainbow Dash said.
"I'm glad to do that," Sora said. "I'm just sorry it couldn't be a good occasion."
"Don't worry about a thing, sugarcube. We could be in a drought, and we would still be happier than a grizzly bear in a cave full of honey," Applejack said.
"I still can't believe you're the ruler of Equestria now, Twilight. Celestia and Luna did choose the right pony for the job," Kairi said.
"Everything you've been through would make a delicious story," Cilan said.
"You talking like that is making me hungry," Gallus said.
"The experiences you was something, apart from the enemies you faced and friends you made," Fluttershy said.
"Like those Digimon you mentioned earlier. They sound like a fun bunch," Silverstream said.
"Yeah. I am wondering how Agumon is doing, and what he's up to," Sora said. Kairi placed her hand on her boyfriend's shoulder .
"I'm sure they're fine. Everything in the Digital World should be okay since Myotismon and AxeKnightmon are both dead," Kairi said. Sora smiled affectionately at her.
"You're right, Kairi. I just miss him," Sora said. Kairi smiled and turned to Victini.
"Victini, I thank you for your help," Kairi said. "We couldn't have beaten Ein, and those awful creatures without your help. So thanks."
"Tini, Vic, Vic, Victini, Vic, Vic," Victini said.
"What's Victini saying?" Karen asked.
"Victini is saying it was happy to share its strength, so it wants to be herr Pokémon from now on," Meowth translated. Kairi took out a Pokéball and held it in front of Victini.
"You sure about this?" Kairi asked. Victini pressed the button and flows inside. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Kairi's Pokémon Box goes off asking her if she wants to keep Victini with her. Kairi decided to keep Victini in exchange for Emolga. The Mane Six, Spike, Starlight, and the Young Six were amazed by the catch.
Meanwhile in the Digital World, Agumon was walking by a statue of Sora and he smiled.
"Sora, I can't help but wonder what you're up to right now. Knowing you, you're probably on another adventure, just like those inter dimensional adventures you went on," Agumon said. "I wish I could see you again. And maybe, we could hang out together, just like the old days." Agumon smiled as he walked off. Veemon and Gabumon watches him.
"He's thinking about Sora again," Gabumon said.
"He just misses him, why else would he come by the statue?" Veemon asked. "To be honest, I miss him, too. Along with Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, Terra, Aqua, and Ven."
"If only there was a way to get to the real world and see Sora and the others again, wherever he is," Gabumon said.
"Yeah, if only," Veemon agreed.
Meanwhile over to Team Shadow HQ, Mateus visits the Equestrian villains.
"So, you're this Master Mateus," Grogar said.
"So, you are sentient. I had to come and see for myself," Matues said.
"I demand that you release us!" Grogar said.
"You are in no position to demand anything," Mateus said. "There is another purpose for my visit here today."
"And what would that be?" Tirek asked.
"I may allow you to be free if you would swear your allegiance to me, for Team Shadow, and the darkness it represents," Mateus said.
"I am a queen! And a queen serves no one!" Chrysalis said.
"I won't serve anyone!" Tirek said.
"You can count me out, too," Cozy Glow said.
"You have nothing of interest to us," Grogar said.
"No?" Mateus asked. "Not even the desire to rule Equestria?" The four villains looked right at him.
"How do you know about Equestria?" Grogar asked.
"I have my own way of knowing," Mateus said. "You should think it over." Mateus took his leave of the Equestrian villains.
Meanwhile, several Genesect have gathered around as a red Genesect is leading them.
"We must return home. Somewhere those fiends won't find us." - Red Genesect subtitle.
The Genesect started to head for Harmony City, thinking it might be their home.
A couple of days later, Kairi, Naminé, Angel, Azurill, and the Young Six were watching a battle going on between Sora and Riku. Before the battle, Sora exchanged Haxorus, Braviary, Crustle, and Beartic for Serperior, Emboar, Samurott, and Stunfisk. Sora and Riku each took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Zebstrika!" Riku called out. Zebstrika let out a neigh.
"Go! Stunfisk!" Sora called out. Stunfisk came out with a grin.
"I see what you're doing, Sora. Stunfisk is a Ground Type, so Electric Type moves won't even tickle Stunfisk," Riku said.
"You would have done the same thing if you had a Ground Type Pokémon to use against Pikachu," Sora said.
"That's too true, Sora," Riku said. "My Gliscor would have been hard for you to handle, just like he was before I caught him."
"Those two are so chummy out there," Ocellus said.
"I find it hard to believe their friends and rivals," Smolder said.
"Wanna go first, Riku?" Sora asked.
"Sure thing! Zebstrika! Flame Charge!" Riku ordered. Zebstrika charged at Stunfisk with Flame Charge.
"Stunfisk! Use Camouflage!" Sora ordered. Stunfisk lays flat against the ground and closes his eyes. His body then changes color to match the environment. Zebstrika stopped and looked around.
"Where stunny thing go?" Yona asked.
"Stunfisk used a move called Camouflage. When it's used, Pokémon like Stunfisk makes themselves invisible, and it also matches the user's Type depending on its surroundings," Naminé said.
Stunfisk opens its eyes, and his body returns to his usual color.
"Use Mud Bomb!" Sora ordered. Stunfisk fires Mud Bomb at the zebra-like Pokémon.
"Dodge it!" Riku called out. Zebstrika dodges Stunfisk's Mub Bomb just by jumping backwards. "Flame Charge!" Zebstrika ran towards the trap Pokémon with his body surrounded by flames.
"Dodge it!" Sora called out. Stunfisk flapped his fins and floated up in tha air to dodge, but Zebstrika came too fast for Stunfisk to dodge.
"And I thought Rainbow Dash was fast," Gallus said.
"Flame Charge raises the user's speed from each time it's used," Kairi said.
"Vee," Angel said.
"Okay, Stunfisk! Use Scald!" Sora ordered. Stunfisk rises up on his tailfin and releases a stream of scalding hot water surrounded by steam from its mouth at the opponent. When the stream of water hits Zebstrika, a thin wall of steam appears in front of him. Zebstrika screams as the hot water makes contact with his body, leaving a burn.
"What wrong with zebra Pokémon?" Yona asked.
"Zebstrika has been burned. There are moves that can causes status conditions. It usually depends on which Type the Pokémon is. Scald is a Water Type move that causes a burn status condition," Kairi said.
"That was good, Sora. Try this! Double Kick!" Riku ordered. Zebstrika galloped right at Stunfisk.
"Use Spark!" Sora ordered. Stunfisk rammed into Zebstrika, causing his speed to go even higher.
"Thanks for that, Sora. You just made Zebstrika's speed go even higher," Riku said.
"What is he talking about?" Gallus asked.
"Zebstrika's ability is Motor Drive. It's an ability that raises a Pokémon's speed when struck by an Electric Type move," Naminé said.
"So, Zebstrika's is even faster?! How cool!" Silverstream exclaimed.
"Try this on for size, Riku! Stunfisk! Scald all around!" Sora ordered. Stunfisk spins around and fired hot water all around the battlefield. Zebstrika is then struck hard by the hot water. "Mud Bomb!" Stunfisk fired Mud Bomb at the thunderbolt Pokémon. Zebstrika has been at last been taken down.
"Zebstrika!" Riku gasped as he went up to Zebstrika. "You okay there?" Zebstrika nodded. "You put up quite a fight." He took out a Sitrus Berry. "Eat this. It'll help you recover." Zebstrika ate the berry as Sora fed one to Stunfisk.
"Does that feel better, Stunfisk?" Sora asked.
"Fisk," Stunfisk said.
"Despite the whirl Ven gave you, you're pretty tough," Sora said. "And that zap you gave me on our first meeting was something."
Riku called Zebstrika back inside and walked up to Sora.
"That was a great battle, Sora," Riku said.
"Right back at you, Riku," Sora said. Both Sora and Riku shook hands. N was watching from start-to-finish, smiling at the both of them. The couples, Pokémon, and Young Six went back inside when a knock is heard at the front door. Jervis answered the door to see Officer Jenny at the door.
"Officer Jenny; what a pleasant surprise," Jervis said.
"This is not a social visit, I'm afraid. I am in need of Cynthia's help, so it's important," Officer Jenny said.
"Oh, is that so?" Jervis asked. "I shall inform Mistress Cynthia at once. Please wait here."
Cynthia is sampling some of Pinkie's cupcakes in the kitchen.
"These are wonderful, Pinkie Pie," Cynthia said. Jervis walked in the kitchen.
"When it comes to cupcakes, nopony makes them better than Pinkie Pie, or the Cakes," Rainbow Dash said.
"Aw, shucks," Pinkie Pie said.
"Pardon me, Mistress Cynthia, but Officer Jenny has requested your presence," Jervis said. Cynthia knew how urgent it sounded apart from a rogue Dragonite, and Team Shadow showing up. She went to hear what the policewoman had to say. She arrived to the door.
"Cynthia, I'm glad I caught you here, I am in need of help," Officer Jenny said.
"What's the situation?" Cynthia asked.
"We have received reports of a band of Genesect are heading in this area," Officer Jenny said. Cynthia knew it was bad enough for Team Shadow and Equestrian villains controlling legendary Pokémon, but Genesect coming around to possibly cause some destruction was too much to swallow. She knew even with her strongest Pokémon with her, the Genesect would be too much to handle, so she had to get help from Sora and the others.
"I'll get right on it," Cynthia said.
"I appreciate your help, Cynthia," Officer Jenny said with a salute. Sora, Riku, Kairi, Naminé, and the Young Six overheard Officer Jenny talking about the Genesect.
"Cynthia?" Sora asked.
"Sora, I'm going to need your help with this," Cynthia said.
"Just how bad is it?" Sora asked.
"As bad as it gets, Sora. I'm sorry to put you and everyone else through this again, but I cannot handle the situation by myself," Cynthia said.
"Don't worry about it, Cynthia. We're used to this sort of thing," Riku said.
"Yeah, we should have guessed the peace wouldn't last for long," Sora said.
"We better let everyone know about the situation at hand," Sandbar suggested.
"Sandbar right. We help city!" Yona said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Pikachu, Eevee, Azurill, and the Young Six informed everyone else of the situation taking place in the rest. Meowth groaned in annoyance, knowing another crisis on their hands.
Meanwhile in Kanto, the Decepticons has gathered so much Energon for their ship. Supervising the ship's restoration, there's a purple Decepticon with one red eye. He has an arm cannon on his right arm.
"Shock Wave, how soon will the Nemesis be airborne?" Megatron asked.
"It shall be done for no less than one solar cycle, my lord," Shock Wave said.
"I knew I was right to count on you, Shock Wave; unlike some of those here," Megatron said. Starscream chuckled nervously.
"Master, you jest. I have been loyal to you and the Decepticon cause since the beginning. And I always will be," Starscream said.
"I hope so, Starscream, for your sake. Need I remind you what will happen if you fail me?" Megatron asked.
"No need, my liege," Starscream said. "I shall personally supervise the ship's construction posthaste!" He turned to the Vehicons. "Put your backs into it, you wastes of Sparks!"
"We are working as fast as we can, Commander Starscream," one of the Vehicons said.
"Then, work even faster! Lord Megatron wants this ship off the ground before the Autobots can find us! Move it, move it, move it! Pick it up! Pick it up! Pick it up, or I'll use you for target practice!" Starscream said.
"Yes, sir!" The Vehicons said. He turned to three Decepticons that looks like Starscream, but one is black and purple, one is blue, and one is orange.
"Skywarp, Thundercracker, Sunstorm, what are you three standing around for! Get your Sparks in there and lend a hand or you'll be sharing the same fate!" Starscream ordered.
"Right away, Commander Starscream," Thundercracker said.
"You got it," Skywarp added.
"If it's what Lord Megatron says goes," Sunstorm added.
Thundercracker, Skywarp, and Sunstorm are all members of Starscream's Seekers. Thundercracker serves as Starscream's first lieutenant of the Seekers, but he has a huge distrust towards Starscream along with Skywarp.
"Can you believe Megatron placed Starscream in charge of the Seekers?" Skywarp asked.
"I know. Starscream is an incompetent coward. I consider it a miracle he lasted this long since the war began. If only Lord Megatron snuffed out his Spark when he had a chance," Thundercracker said.
"Yeah. A brainless Sharkticon would make a better commander than Starscream," Sunstorm said.
The Decepticons continued to work on the ship's repairs as Starscream was shouting out orders.
Over to the Ark, Perceptor was going over the Ground Bridge repairs in microscope mode as Wheeljack and Ratchet ran some tests. They have been working on it for the last several days.
"Perceptor, how's the Ground Bridge repairs coming along?" Ratchet asked.
"It is near completion, Ratchet," Perceptor said. "It may take more twenty-four mega-cycles to get done."
"Apart from not about the Decepticons, that's good news," Wheeljack said.
"I doubt the peace will last for long, because if what Optimus said about Megatron not easily destroyed holds true, then we should consider for the worst-case scenario," Ratchet said.
"Agreed," Perceptor stated. "The Decepticons will most likely make their presence known on this planet not too long."
Back in Harmony City, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, N, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Axew, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, the Mane Six, Spike, Starlight, and the Young Six joined Cynthia in handling the Genesect.
"We should split up. Sora, Kairi, Riku, N, Meowth, Twilight, Starlight, you're with me. Cilan, Iris, Naminé, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie, you go that way. Terra, Aqua, Ventus, Karen, Spike, Sandbar, Gallus, Yona, Smolder, Silverstream, Ocellus, see if you can help out the people and Pokémon," Cynthia said.
"You got it, Cynthia," Cilan said.
"You can count on us," Spike said.
"Riku, be careful," Naminé said.
"You too, Naminé," Riku said. Riku hugged his girlfriend tight as the group has split up.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Twilight, Starlight, N, and Cynthia goes one way as Naminé, Cilan, Iris, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Azurill went another way as Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, Spike, and the Young Six went to help the locals.
Over to Sora, Kairi, Riku, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Twilight, Starlight, N, and Cynthia, they saw the Genesect tearing the city apart.
"There's one of them now!" Sora said.
"That one seems different from the one Sora has," Starlight said. The Genesect turned around and came at them with a Zap Cannon.
"Watch out! Zap Cannon!" Sora exclaimed.
"Eevee! Shadow Ball!" Riku ordered. Eevee fired Shadow Ball right at Zap Cannon, resulting in an explosion.
"Twilight, Starlight, think you can use your magic to contain them?" Cynthia asked.
"We might create a cage that might hold it," Starlight said.
"We don't know how long it'll last," Twilight said.
"Hopefully, long enough until we get it contained," Sora said.
"Try not to hurt it. It's just confused," N said.
"I'm more worried about it hurting us," Meowth said.
Genesect comes at them, ready to slash at them.
"Fury Cutter!" Riku exclaimed.
The alicorn and unicorn used their magic to hold the Genesect tightly, pinning it down. Sora took out a Pokéball and opened it.
"Genesect, come out," Sora said. Sora's Genesect came out and looked at the captive Genesect.
"Sora, what's the purpose of this?" N asked.
"I figured the best way to reason with one Genesect is with another Genesect," Sora said.
"I see," Cynthia said. "That's quite an idea."
"Do your thing, Genesect," Sora said. Genesect nodded.
"You're alive." - Sora's Genesect subtitle.
"What are you doing? Help me!" - wild Genesect subtitle.
"That's what I'm doing. Sora and his friends wants to help you." - Sora's Genesect subtitle.
"Those hairless apes can't help! One of those barbarians were chasing after us!" - wild Genesect subtitle.
"You get that?" Sora asked.
"No. It sounds like gibberish to me," Meowth said.
"I can. Apparently, it doesn't trust us," N said.
"You can understand them and Meowth can't?" Starlight asked.
"Yes. It's because of the hunter chasing after Sora's Genesect," N said.
Over to Naminé Cilan, Iris, the Mane Five, and Azurill found another Genesect and it attacked with Flamethrower. Iris took out a Pokéball and opened it.
"Go! Dragonite!" Iris called out. Dragonite came out with his arms crossed. "Flamethrower!" Dragonite fired Flamethrower to block the Genesect's Flamethrower, holding it. Not one were able to overcome the other. Dragonite refused to give up.
Over to Karen, Naminé, Spike, the Young Six, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, and Azurill were helping people and Pokémon from left to right. Another Genesect came rushing at the squad.
"What's that?" Smolder asked.
"A Genesect!" Karen said.
The Genesect fired Ice Beam right at them.
"Thunderbolt!" Karen, Ventus, Terra, and Aqua ordered. The Pikachu all fired Thunderbolt to block the attack. Another Genesect shows up and fired Thunderbolt. Ocellus spots them.
"Look out!" Ocellus exclaimed as everyone jumped out of the way. Blossom, Sparky Thor, and Eclair ended up being struck by the Genesect's Thunderbolt.
"Blossom!" Karen gasped.
"Thor!" Terra gasped.
"Sparky!" Ventus gasped.
"Eclair!" Aqua gasped.
The Genesect prepared to fire Techno Blast as an Eevee, Flareon, a Jolteon, a Vaporeon, a Espeon, and an Umbreon shows up. The Eevee unleashed Trump Card as Flareon fired Fire Blast, Vaporeon fired Hydro Pump, Jolteon fired Thunderbolt, Espeon fired Psybeam, and Umbreon fired Shadow Ball. They struck the attacking Genesect.
"Where did they come from?" Gallus asked.
"From me," a familiar voice spoke. The voice belonged to Virgil as he ran up towards them.
"Virgil!" Karen said.
"You know him?" Yona asked.
"That's Virgil. He helped us save Meloetta when we met it," Aqua said.
"What brings you here?" Terra asked.
"I heard about the Genesect being here, so I came here with Team Eevee to lend a hand," Virgil said. He looked at the creatures with them. "Who are they?"
"There's no time for introductions, Virgil. Right now stopping those Genesect is more important," Terra said.
"Right," Virgil agreed. He joined the squad in dealing with the attacking Genesect.
Back to Sora, Kairi, Riku, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Twilight, Starlight, N, and Cynthia, Sora's Genesect continued to explain to the captive Genesect when a red Genesect attacks.
"Get away from them!" The red Genesect shouted with telepathy.
"That one can talk?!" Twilight asked.
"It's talking through telepathy!" Riku said.
"Eevee," Eevee said.
"Leave them alone!" The red Genesect said.
"Them?" Sora asked.
"The both of them! The one pinned down and that one there!" The red Genesect said, pointing at Sora's Genesect.
"You're making a mistake! This Genesect is with us!" Sora said.
"Spare me your lies, you hairless primates! Get away from them and leave us at peace!" The red Genesect said. Sora's Genesect explained to the red Genesect that it's with Sora out of its free will.
"You are obviously confused! Come with me!" The red Genesect said as Sora's Genesect shook its head. "I wasn't making a request! I said come on!" Sora's Genesect refused to comply with the red Genesect. "I am not playing around! We must reclaim our home!"
"Home?" Sora, Kairi, Riku, Twilight, and Starlight asked.
"N, what are they talking about?" Twilight asked.
"As you know, Team Plasma's scientists revived the Genesect from prehistoric fossils. They don't know where they are, nor do they realize the world they once know no longer exist," N said.
"Stop arguing and come with me!" The red Genesect demanded. Sora's Genesect refused.
Over to Naminé, Iris, Cilan, the Mane Five, and Azurill continued to deal with the attacking Genesect. Dragonite has bested them all with a series of attacks. Dragonite came at the last standing Genesect with Dragon Rush.
"Wow, that Dragonite is tough," Rainbow Dash said.
"Dragonite was all like, 'roar' and then 'bao'!" Pinkie Pie said, imitating Dragonite's movements. "And finally-" Pinkie came down, imitating Dragon Rush. Dragonite scoffed.
"Sounds like you're doing okay," Spike said.
They all turned to Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, and the Young Six coming back to them. They are joined by Virgil and Team Eevee.
"Virgil!" Iris and Cilan exclaimed.
"Cilan, Iris! It's good to see you again," Virgil said.
"Who the hay is that?" Applejack asked.
"This is Virgil and Team Eevee," Cilan said. "You here to deal with the Gensect, too?"
"Yes. Officer Jenny called for my dad and older brother, but since I was nearby, my dad sent me in their place," Virgil explained.
Back to Sora, Kairi, Riku, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Twilight, Starlight, N, and Cynthia, Sora's Genesect kept on refusing to comply with the red Genesect.
"For the last time, come with me!" The red Genesect said. Sora's Genesect pushes the red Genesect back, but got back up. "Conscious or not, you're coming with me!" The red Genesect attempts to tackle Sora's Genesect, but Pikachu fired Thunderbolt as Angel unleashed Swift, striking the red Genesect. "Get out of the way!" The red Genesect came at the Pokémon couple with Fury Cutter when Sora's Genesect stopped them.
"Leave them alone!" - Sora's Genesect subtitle.
"Don't give me orders!" The red Genesect said. The red Genesect fired Techno Blast as Sora's Genesect also fired Techno Blast, blocking the other. Sora's Genesect gave the red Genesect an X-Scissor across the chest, but the red Genesect gave it a Blaze Kick, dealing some damage. It then swiped at it with Fury Cutter. Sora's Genesect clashed with Metal Claw. The red Genesect attempts another Blaze Kick, but dodged with Quick Attack.
"Genesect, keep going!" Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.
"You're going to let that hairless monkey tell you what to do? You are a disgrace to your own kind!" The red Genesect said.
"He saved me from that one human. He promised to protect me and he kept that promise. So, I'm going to protect him now!" - Sora's Genesect subtitle.
"You have been brainwashed! I'll have to knock some sense into you!" The red Genesect said. It gave Sora's Genesect a serious beating. Cynthia could see it was a losing battle for sure. She took out a Pokéball.
"Garchomp! Battle Da-" Cynthia was cut off when N stopped her.
"No. Sora's Genesect wants to do it itself," N said.
"My Genesect's losing," Sora said.
"Sora, it was able to get stronger in a short time because of you. You have to believe in your Genesect's battling spirit," N said. Sora looked right at his Genesect and saw how it wants to keep going. The two Genesect kept fighting each other, so Sora's Genesect forced the red Gensect into the sky where nothing will get damaged.
"Why bring us all the way up here?" The red Genesect asked.
"The fight is between you and me. Gives me more room to do this!" - Sora's Genesect prepared to fire Techno Blast. The red Genesect also prepared to fire Techno Blast as well. Both Genesect fired their signature attack, colliding with each other. Down on the ground, everyone could see the explosion. Both Gensect fell to the ground, both beaten. The red Genesect panted heavily.
"How did you get so strong in such a short time? You never used to be this tough," the red Genesect said.
"I told you. Sora's been taking good care of me. They kept me safe, and I wanted to pay them back. If I had been caught by that hunter, I would have started to think like you." - Sora's Genesect subtitle.
"And you would have been wrong, just like I was. I thought you were too soft to be one of us, but I could see that you're not as soft as I once believed. I'm actually proud of you. You have my praise," the red Genesect said, smiling. Sora's Genesect smiled back.
Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Cilan, Iris, N, Pikachu, Eevee, Angel, Meowth, Axew, Azurill, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, the Mane Six, Spike, Starlight, and the Young Six all gather around the two Genesect. Sora went to help it up.
"Genesect, you okay?" Sora asked. His Gensect nodded. "That's a relief. We'll get you healed up, along with all the others."
All of the Genesect were healed of their injuries as the group of Genesect were led outside the city.
"Sora, thank you for taking care of our youngest member. I see now not all humans are evil. We only wish to return to our old home," the red Genesect said.
"The world you are familiar with no longer exists. You were brought back to life after your remains has been buried in the earth for three hundred million years. Therefore, the home you once knew is now gone," N explained.
"That cannot be," the red Genesect said.
"But, I can assure you, I will help you find a new home for you. A place I know you will be safe. That is if you can trust me to guide you," N said.
"A new home, you say?" The red Genesect asked.
"Yes. I have been by there several times during my journey. No human can find you there. I can promise you that," N said. The red Genesect looked right at N and nodded as it accepted N's proposal.
"Very well. We trust you," the red Genesect said. It looked right at Sora's Genesect. "Will you rejoin us on our journey, young one?" Sora's Genesect looked right at Sora.
"Look, Genesect, it's your choice to go with them or not. Just know we'll all support your decision whatever you choose," Sora said. His Genesect looked right at Sora and ends up with tears, having to make the most difficult decision it has ever made. Sora's Genesect just couldn't imagine its life without Sora and the other friends it made in a really short time. It turned to the other Genesect.
"I'm staying with Sora, Kairi, and the others. They have treated me with so much kindness ever since we first met. They're more than my friends. They're my family." - Sora's Genesect subtitle. More tears streams from its eyes The red Genesect walked up to Sora's Genesect and placed its claw on its shoulder.
"If that is your wish, then it shall be granted. I wish you the best with your new family. We will miss you greatly," the red Genesect said. Sora's Genesect cried some more as the two Genesect hugged each other. The red Genesect shed some tears as well. The mares all had tears in their eyes, having to see them say goodbye to each other.
"Where are you taking them exactly?" Kairi asked.
"I'm sorry, but I cannot tell you. That is something only I will know. It'll take a while to reach it, so I want to wish you both the best of luck," N said, placing each hand on the shoulders of Sora and Kairi.
"Same to you, N," Sora said.
With that said, N and the group of Genesect all took their leave of Harmony City as the group all waved goodbye to the Genesect. Sora's Genesect especially waved the hardest and get going until they were completely out of sight. The young Genesect had learned that friends can come and go, but family is something you will have forever in your heart.
