Episode 519: Sora vs Vivian Wong
A few short hours came by after the rescue of Delia. Things kinda went back to normal for the most part. Sora was glad that his mom is okay, and he had to be grateful to whoever helped her. But the biggest surprise of all was how different Valiant's brother is from him and Garland himself. Sora had some questions running through his mind, and there was only one he needed to ask.
"So, Gabriel, wasn't it?" Sora asked. "There is something I would like to know."
"Sora, I know what you're gonna ask, Sora. How is Valiant the angriest person you have ever known, right?" Gabriel asked.
"That's the question I wanted to ask," Sora said.
"To answer the question, Sora, Valiant has always been an angry kid. Our parents dying was only the start," Gabriel said. "I tried everything to get him calm down, but his emotions always got the better of him."
"I'm sorry about your parents, Gabriel. And I'm sure you tried everything you could to help him," Sora said.
"I appreciate that, Sora. And, I just want to say I'm sorry for what he did to your mom. She never deserved that," Gabriel said.
"I forgive you, Gabriel. How did you react when you heard he is now a member of Team Shadow?" Sora asked.
"I only heard about them recently, but I never would have expect he would roll in that kind of crowd. I'm just glad my mom and dad aren't alive to see this, because this will break both of their hearts," Gabriel said.
"How did he find out about being related to Garland in the first place?" Sora asked.
"He found out by reading the private journal of Garland. I was surprised we even had those. Why my family would keep those wretched journals I will never know. I was hoping every trace of them were destroyed," Gabriel said. "After that, he confronted me about the situation with Garland, and he didn't like the answers he learned, and he made it his mission to destroy your family. I didn't wanna take part of that, and I didn't want him to throw his life away for a vendetta that happened hundreds of years ago. When I got home, I found he ran away, so I went out, looking for him ever since." Sora could understand what was going through his mind. "It was bad enough that we had to related to such an evil man, but it's even worse when he influences my brother with his evil in his death."
"You got that right," Sora agreed.
Meanwhile, the man who rescued Delia, met up with a boy who short black hair and black eyes. He normally wears a red baseball cap with a blue bill turned to his right side. He wore a horizontally striped yellow and blue t-shirt and blue shorts, with white socks and red shoes. He also has a brown backpack. There was also a man wearing a white sleevless karate outfit and a red bandana. And finally, there is a being that has a thin, humanoid form, beige skin and large bluish-purple/purplish-blue eyes with vertical slit pupils, like those of a cat or a snake. Their eyes also have large black feminine eyelashes. One of the key characteristics of their appearance is that they have a violet and dark purple-striped, two-horned purple jester cowl on their head.The being has a reddish-pink/pinkish-red jewel on their chest.
"Great save on that lady, Snake," the boy complimented.
"I had to since she was a hostage, Ness. I would have taken him," Snake said.
"We shouldn't dwell on it too much, Snake. Whoever these guys are, we're going to take them out of commission," the karate man said.
"I agree with Ryu. However, that one human was giving off more darkness than I'm comfortable with. We should return back to the others," the being said.
"Good idea, Nights. We should let them know about this," Ryu said.
With that said, Ryu, Ness, Snake, and Nights took their leave to meet up with their allies.
Elsewhere, Xande is joined by Grogar, Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow once again, but this time, they're in an ice cave.
"The Ice Crystal is just inside," Xande said.
"And what gave that away?" Chrysalis asked in a sarcastic tone.
"Couldn't it be put in somewhere that's less cold? It's colder than a polar bear's toenails in here," Cozy Glow said, shivering.
"The cold in the cave is the appropriate place to put the Ice Crystal. The Guardian of Ice won't allow anyone to come forward. We must be on constant alert," Xande said.
"What else is new?" Tirek asked in a whisper.
"Silence, all of you. We have a crystal to find," Xande said. He and the Equestrian villains ventured through the cave. As they were going through, some Smoochum and Swinub were wondering through as a shadowy figure is wondering the cave and spotted them. The figure decides to follow them to see what they were up to.
The villains fought their way through as various creatures attempts to stop them. Cozy Glow blew the smoke off her horn as she laughed.
"This is fun! We should find more of those things and finish them off," Cozy Glow said.
"Business before pleasure," Grogar said. Just then, a blizzard blows in their direction.
"What is going on?!" Chrysalis exclaimed.
"Who's there?" Tirek asked.
"You are the ones who defeated Gaia, the Guardian of Earth! I am the Guardian of Ice! Be gone from here or else this place will be your frozen tomb!" A cold voice warned.
"You know what has happened to Gaia, but you shall not stop us," Xande said. Mist gathers around to reveal a dragon made of mist appears before.
"A dragon?" Chrysalis asked, unimpressed.
"A mist dragon. This creature must be the Guardian of the Ice Crystal," Xande said.
"You have ignored my warning, and now you shall freeze for your foolishness!" The mist dragon roared, unleashing a stream of mist at them. Grogar forms a protective barrier around them as he, Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow fires at them. The mist dragon turned itself to mist and their attacks goes right through. Xande laughed at them.
"What amateurs you are," Xande said, using his magic on the mist dragon as soon it takes its true form. Xande forms a sword of pure fire and impales it with the flaming sword. The dragon roars in pain as it dies. The mist dragon evaporates. "Come." They ventured through the cave and discovered a light blue crystal in the center. "The Ice Crystal at last." He takes the crystal as he and the Equestrian villains took their leave.
Elsewhere in Cerulean City a few days later, a fire has recently been set as five vehicles are aiding the rescue. One is a large white fire truck. Another is a nissan 300ZX Turbo police car. Another is a rescue helicopter. Another is a Harley Davidson motorcycle, and another is Toyota hiace ambulance. They managed to put out the flames before the authorities arrived. They all transformed into robot mode. The one who can transform into the firetruck appears to be the leader.
"Protectobots, roll call," the leader said.
"Streetwise, stepping in," Streetwise said.
"First Aid, preparing the first aid!" First Aid said.
"Blades, taking it to the skies!" Blades said.
"Groove here, bringing on the groove," Groove said.
"And me, Hot Spot. Now that the roll call is over and done with, what's the 411 on the cause of the flames?" Hot Spot asked.
"I received a transmission from the local authorities; they said they were caused by a band of hoodlums in military vehicles," Streetwise said.
"You think it's the Combaticons?" Blades asked.
"Most likely, Blades. Remember they crashed here the same time as we did. And of we leave them alone for a nanosecond, they're going to keep causing trouble for the inhabitants on this planet," Hot Spot said.
"Hot Spot's right. Megatron had a hard time controlling them, and with Megatron gone, they're going to be twice as dangerous," Hot Spot said.
Meanwhile, five military vehicles drove in the forest direction. One is a self-propelled artillery truck. Another is a space shuttle. Another is an Up-armed Leopard 1 Tank. Another is an SH-2 Seasprite. And the fifth one is an FMC XR311 combat support vehicle. They all transformed into robot form.
"Combaticons, sound off!" The leading Decepticon ordered.
"Vortex, ready to take terror to the skies!" Vortex said.
"Swindle here! Hopefully, getting rich off of this!" Swindle said.
"Brawl, ready to brawl!" Brawl said.
"Blast Off, shooting destroying everything in sight!" Blast Off said.
"And me, Onslaught, your leader!" Onslaught said.
"Of your unit perhaps," a familiar voice said. It turns out to be Starscream. "But I am in charge of you, same as the Stunticons."
"Yes, Starscream," Onsluaght said. "We caused some destruction like you ordered.
"Good," Starscream said with praise. "That should certainly get the attention of the Autobots."
"You sure about that?" Brawl asked.
"Yes, you remember that it was I who found you, do you not?" Starscream asked.
The Combaticons all agreed with that since it was Starscream who found them.
(Flashback)
It was shortly after making the Stunticons side with him, Starscream came across what look like stasis pods. He transformed into robot mode and he grinned.
"Stasis pods; Decepticon origin no doubt. And they appear to be alive. Better make sure," Starscream said, opening the pods. One by one, they regained consciousness and stood up.
"Where are we? How did we get here?" Onslaught asked. He looked right at Starscream. "Who are you?!"
"I am Starscream, and I woke you up from your stasis. Now, who are you?" Starscream asked.
"The name's Onslaught, Combaticon head honcho. And this are my unit! Brawl, Swindle, Blast Off, and Vortex," Onslaught said.
"Well, Onslaught, it seems that you now owe me your lives," Starscream said.
"You mean we work for you?" Vortex asked.
"Of course," Starscream answered.
"Why should we do what you say?" Blast Off asked.
"Yeah, what's in it for us?" Swindle asked.
"I'm glad you asked. You get to live. That is only guaranteed as long as you do as I say. Because if you betray me even once, you all will die, one by one," Starscream said. "I suggest that you make up your minds quickly, because this is a limited time offer." He aimed his arm at the ground in front of them and fired. The Combaticons flinched. "Have I convinced you?"
"You have, Starscream. The question on our minds is this; is Megatron still kicking?" Onslaught asked.
"He is, but if you follow me, I can promise that there will be a place for you in my ranks," Starscream said. "In accordance for your service to me, you will give me your undying loyalty. Do we have an agreement?" Combaticons all nodded.
"You talked us into it, Starscream," Onslaught said.
"Excellent. Now, to find you suitable disguises," Starscream said, taking out a small device. "Choose whatever you like."

It turns out that Starscream is building is own personal army from inside the Decepticons with hopes of overthrowing Megatron.
"I Starscream will soon lead the Decepticons, and I will be Cybertron's new emperor. Starscream the Terrible! Starscream the Powerful! Once I have accomplished my goal in overthrowing Megatron, I will destroy all of the Autobots, and claim the AllSpark! And with the AllSpark in my possession, I can revive Cybertron, and rule over the planet with an iron fist! I will destroy all who will dare oppose me! All hail Starscream!"
Over to the Ark, Perceptor had picked up a news coverage of the fires in Cerulean City. Perceptor raised a brow as they mentioned military vehicles.
"This could only mean one thing: Decepticons. Optimus must know about this," Perceptor said. He makes contact with Optimus. "Perceptor to Optimus Prime. Come in, Optimus."
"Optimus Prime here," Optimus said.
"Optimus, I received a news coverage. I suspect Decepticons are involved," Perceptor said.
"We must investigate this matter, Perceptor," Optimus said.
"Agreed," Perceptor said. "But there is word that five vehicles have arrived on the scene before the human authorities arrived." Optimus figured it had to be Autobots saving the day. But he had to send a small squad to look into it.
"Perceptor, I shall assemble a unit to look into this matter. If the Decepticons are behind this, then we must not overlook this matter," Optimus said.
"Of course, Optimus. Say the word, and I'll have the Ground Bridge ready," Perceptor said. "What is your endgame, Megatron?"
Over to Pallet Town, Hot Rod sat as he watched Sora train Pikachu and Butterfree for the upcoming battle. Kairi and Karen explained to the Autobot of Sora's battle.
"So, Sora is getting set for a Pokémon battle against this Vivian Wong in front of thousands of humans," Hot Rod guessed.
"That's what we just said," Kairi said.
"It seems similar to the gladiator fights back on Cybertron," Hot Rod said.
"How would you know that, Hot Rod?" Karen asked.
"Before the war, we all had our thing to do. Megatron was once a gladiator in Kaon," Hot Rod said.
"Megatron was a gladiator?" Kairi asked.
"Yes. He named himself after Megatronous, one of the original thirteen Primes. Megatron was undefeated as he fought his share of fights, many would not have survived," Hot Rod said.
"If Megatron was a gladiator, then what about Optimus?" Kairi asked.
"I don't know that much about him, because I only met him during the war, as did the rest of us. Ratchet and Elita One would know a whole lot more than any of us since they knew him the longest," Hot Rod said. Kairi wondered if Optimus was like Sora back on Cybertron. She was curious about what he was like and about Elita One. She wondered if Elita One was like her. It was obvious Optimus Prime and Elita One loved each other like she and Sora love each other.
Later, a Ground Bridge opened as Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Windcharger, Prowl, Tracks, Mirage, Blurr, Drift, Steeljaw, Nightstalker, Stripes, and the Aerialbots were investigating. Steeljaw, Nightstalker, and Stripes sniffed the ground.
"What do you think?" Bumblebee asked.
"Five Decepticons were here," Steeljaw confirmed.
"And five Autobots as well," Stripes added.
"They went in seperate directions afterwards," Nightstalker said.
"What do you think?" Wheeljack asked.
"It is obvious it is a a way to get our attention," Drift said.
"And whoever these Autobots are, they sure acted faster than any of us could have," Prowl said.
"Not as fast as me!" Blurr said.
"Not now, Blurr," Windcharger said.
"It's not a race," Tracks said.
"We'll have to look into this a whole lot more," Silverbolt said.
"I agree," Drift said.
"Okay, here's how it's going to go down. The Aerialbots along with Nightstalker will search where those other Autobots went, while the rest of us checks out the Decepticons. Everyone clear?" Bumblebee asked.
"Clear as water," Wheeljack said. All the Autobots looked at him. "Isn't that what they say?"
"Not even close, Wheeljack," Slingshot said, laughing. With that said, they all transformed, all except for the Mini-Cons. Nightstalker jumped inside of Silverbolt as they split up to search for clues. The Aerialbots and Nightstalker searched for any signs of Autobots and they were getting warmer when the signal was getting stronger. As for Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Windcharger, Prowl, Tracks, Mirage, Blurr, Drift, Steeljaw, and Stripes they searched around for any Decepticon signal. Steeljaw and Stripes sniffed the ground.
"Well?" Prowl asked.
"The Decepticons have been here, but now they're gone," Stripes said.
"There was also one more with them. And it was Starscream," Steeljaw said.
"You think Starscream is up to his usual tricks?" Mirage asked.
"I can bet fifty pieces of Energon that he is," Windcharger said.
"Ever since that business with the Stunticons, it hasn't been surprising," Bumblebee said.
"Well, let's hope the Aerialbots and Nightstalker had better luck than we did," Wheeljack said.
The Protectobots were surprised to see that the Aerialbots and Nightstalker found them.
"Decepticons! They found us!" Streetwise exclaimed.
"Wait! They're not Decepticons at all!" Hot Spot said.
"Yeah, we're not Cons!" Slingshot said.
"My name is Silverbolt. This is Air Raid, Fireflight, Skydive, and this charmer here is Slingshot. And this is Nightstalker," Silverbolt said. "And you?"
"I'm Hot Spot. I'm in charge of this group. These are Streetwise, Blades, Groove, and First Aid. We were responding to an attack recently caused by the Combaticons," Hot Spot said.
"Why are we explaining to them? They could be Decepticons trying to trick us," Groove said.
"If they were going to attack, they would have already done it," Hot Spot said. "No one jump into any conclusions."
"I don't remember seeing any of you aboard the Ark," Nightstalker pointed out.
"We weren't on the Ark," First Aid said.
"At least, we don't think we were," Blades said.
"When did you awake from stasis?" Fireflight asked.
"We have no idea how long we were out and where we are. We didn't want to draw attention to ourselves, so we chose these vehicles since they were being used to help," Hot Spot said.
"Understood. We'll have a Ground Bridge ready for you, so you can explain to Optimus," Silverbolt said.
"Optimus Prime is alive?!" Streetwise exclaimed in shock.
"Yes. He'll explain it to you as well," Silverbolt said. "After you meet the others." The Aerialbots and Nightstalker met up with the other Autobots and they compared notes to each other.
"Perceptor, open a Ground Bridge," Bumblebee said.
"Understood," Perceptor said. He activated the Ground Bridge, allowing the Autobots to return to the Ark. The Protectobots were amazed to see other Autobots for the first time in a long time, especially Optimus Prime.
"You're Optimus Prime," Hot Spot said.
"Yes, fellow Autobots. We have much to discuss," Optimus said. Optimus explained to them they are on Earth, and they were in stasis for ten thousand years. The Protectobots told the Autobot leader they had no idea how they got there, and they didn't know how long they've been there. It didn't take long until Ratchet began to fix them up, and Optimus decided to have them as a rescue squad in case any Autobot gets injured or stranded. The same can be said for humans and Pokémon.
Right until the day of the battle between Sora and Vivian Wong, Sora, Kairi, Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Pikachu, Angel, Meowth, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, Sonic, the Mane Six, Spike, Starlight, the Young Six, the Digimon, and the families got acquainted with the Protectobots. First it was the Dinobots, Grimlock, Slag, Sludge, Swoop, and Snarl. Then it was Elita One and her small fleet along with Chromia, Firestar, Moonracer, Greenlight, and Lancer. Then it was the Aerialbots, Silverbolt, Slingshot, Air Raid, Fireflight, and Skydive, and now it was the Protectobots.
Sora, Kairi, Karen, Pikachu, Angel, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, the Digimon, Mane Six, Spike, Starlight, the Young Six, and Sonic all arrived to the Indigo Plateau. Meowth wasn't sure it was a good idea to enter the grounds of the Indigo Plateau since he was still a member of Team Rocket before joining Sora and Kairi. Sora couldn't blame him since their attempt to steal everyone's Pokémon ended in failure since Sora easily recognized them because they were incredibly stupid.
"This brings back a lot of memories, doesn't it?" Kairi asked.
"It sure does," Sora said.
"I can't believe Meowth would just refuse to come here. What's his deal?" Gallus asked.
"Um, Meowth used to be with Team Rocket, so he's just worried that someone will recognize him," Ocellus guessed.
"Yeah, that could be it. Jessie and James wouldn't be welcomed here either after what they almost did," Kairi said.
"I still couldn't believe they would do something so horrible," Fluttershy said.
"Yeah, but the good news is, there's no Team Rocket to contend with," Sora said. "What I mainly remembered is how the tournament went.
"Yeah, you won it if memory serves," Tentomon said.
"And it was against Edgar," Gomamon said.
"Who's Edgar?" Sandbar asked.
"Edgar is a trainer from the Kalos region we met from way back. He was participating here in the Indigo Plateau," Kairi said. "He ended up being Sora's final opponent in the championship battle."
"So, cool!" Silverstream said.
"Yona want Sora to win!" Yona said.
"Yeah, I wanna see what he's made of!" Smolder said.
"You're going to get that chance, guys," Ventus said.
"Pikachu!" Sparky said.
A little while later, the group eventually made it to the main stadium of the Indigo Plateau as the crowd were taking their seats.
"Ladies and gentlemen, our battle is about to begin! What we are about to witness is a clash between two Pokémon titans, and only one of them is going to emerge from this bout!" The announcer announced. The crowd cheered on as fireworks goes off. "First, coming in is the Kung Fu beauty, being an actress, supermodel, and martial artist! We have the lovely, but deadly, Vivian Wong!" Stepping in is a woman wearing Chinese yellow dress and bracelets on her wrists. Red high heels adorned her bare feet and her black hair is put in two buns. She has brown eyes to boot. The crowd cheered on as she made her stop. "And coming in from the other end, hailing from Pallet Town right here in the Kanto region, winning the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and just recently, the Unova Pokémon League! Let's give a round of applause for Sora 'Kingdom Hearts' Ketchum!" The crowd cheered as Sora stepped in with Pikachu by his side. Vivian wasn't impressed.
"That's him? Some spiky-headed runt with a Pikachu? I might as well give everyone what they came here to see: moping the floor with this kid," Vivian said. The referee stepped in to judge the battle.
"Trainers! You will both be using two Pokémon each! Substitutions are permitted anytime! The battle is over when both of either of your Pokémon are unable to continue battling! One more thing! There is no time limit! Do you understand?" The referee asked.
"Yes!" Sora and Vivian answered.
"Then, choose your Pokémon and come out battling!" The referee called out. Sora and Vivian each took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Medicham!" Vivian called out.
"Go! Butterfree!" Sora called out.
Both of their chosen Pokémon came out right at the same time.
"Sora has chosen his Butterfree as Vivian has chosen Medicham! Sora has made the right choice since Butterfree is a Bug and Flying Type, going against a Fighting Type and a Psychic Type!" The announcer announced.
"This will be easy! Medicham! Use Fire Punch!" Vivian ordered. Medicham came right at Butterfree with Fire Punch.
"Dodge and use Bug Buzz!" Sora ordered. Butterfree dodged and unleashed Bug Buzz, landing a hit on the meditate Pokémon. "Now use Gust!" Butterfree flapped his wings, catching Medicham in the wind attack.
"Sora makes a good start by using Gust against Medicham after dodging Fire Punch, which would have caused heavy damage if it hits!" The announcer announced.
"Medicham! Use Meditate and then use Focus Punch!" Vivian ordered. Medicham began to meditate, building up its attack. Medicham then comes at the butterfly Pokémon with Focus Punch.
"Butterfree! Use Psychic to block!" Sora ordered. Butterfree uses Psychic to make Medicham freeze in place. Medicham is then brought down.
"Once again, Medicham is brought down, but it won't stay out!" The announcer announced.
"Medicham! Use Fire Punch! Keep going at it until you land a hit!" Vivian ordered. Medicham started to throw a barrage of punches at Butterfree.
"Dodge!" Sora called out. Butterfree tried to, but Medicham was coming too fast for Butterfree to dodge.
"And Medicham lands a hit with a red hot Fire Punch!" The announcer announced.
"Use Psychic to bring Butterfree down!" Vivian ordered.
"You use Psychic, too!" Sora ordered.
Both Butterfree and Medicham use Psychic right at the same time. They tried to get through, but it ends in a draw as both Pokémon are thrown back.
"Whoa! Butterfree and Medicham are really giving it all they've got! And that double Psychic is proof of that!" The announcer announced.
"Medicham! Use Meditate and use Fire Punch!" Vivian ordered. Medicham uses Meditate and then came at Butterfree with Fire Punch.
"Use Psychic!" Sora ordered. Butterfree uses Psychic to stop Medicham while in the air. Medicham tried to struggle free, but couldn't get loose. Medicham is slammed down. "Use Gust!" Butterfree flapped his wings making the biggest Gust he had ever made. Medicham goes flying right into the air. Medicham had taken a lot of damage and was taken down at last.
"Medicham is unable to battle! Butterfree wins!" The referee announced. Vivian was stunned to see her Medicham was beaten.
"No way! He beat my Medicham?" Vivian asked in disbelief.
"Sora takes the lead in this battle! Now, which one will she be sending out next?" The announcer asked as Vivian called back her Medicham.
"Okay, kid, I'm through playing games! Playtime is officially over!" Vivian said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Mienshao!" Her Pokéball opened and out came a Mienshao doing a stance.
"And Vivian's second Pokémon is her Mienshao! How will Mienshao fare any differently than Medicham did?" The referee asked.
"Mienshao must know some moves that can easily take out Butterfree, so I'll have to play it carefully," Sora said in his thoughts.
"Mienshao! Use Swift!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao threw Swift like a ninja throwing shurikens.
"Mienshao begins by using Swift! How will Sora respond?" The announcer asked.
"Use Bug Buzz!" Sora ordered. Butterfree uses Bug Buzz to block Mienshao's Swift. "Use Gust!" Butterfree uses Gust again to take Mienshao out, but Vivian wasn't going to fall for it again.
"Use Detect!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao manages to dodge Gust with the help of Detect.
"Looks like Mienshao is making good use of its agility with Detect!" The announcer announced.
"Use Aerial Ace!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao dashed right at Butterfree with Aerial Ace, landing some heavy damage, taking him down.
"Butterfree is unable to battle! Mienshao wins!" The referee announced.
"Both trainers are now down to one Pokémon each! Which one of his Pokémon will he be sending out against Vivian's Mienshao?" The announcer asked. Sora called back Butterfrer.
"You did your best, Butterfree. Get some rest," Sora said. He looked right at his partner. "Your turn now, partner."
"Pi," Pikachu nodded. He stepped right in to battle.
"And Sora's second Pokémon is Pikachu!" The announcer announced.
"Mienshao! Start up with Aura Sphere!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao hurls Aura Sphere right at the mouse Pokémon.
"Electro Web!" Sora ordered. Pikachu uses Electro Web to block Aura Sphere, making it bounce right back.
"Pikachu's Electro Web sends Mienshao's Aura Sphere right back at Mienshao!" The announcer announced.
"Aura Sphere!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao uses another Aura Sphere to block its own attack. An explosion occurs between the both of them. "Use Aerial Ace!" Mienshao came at Pikachu with Aerial Ace, landing a hit. "Use Swift!" Mienshao threw the stars right Pikachu, landing some serious damage.
"Pikachu is taking a real beating," Karen said.
"Pika," Blossom said.
"Vivian must have been saving that Mienshao for last. Using Detect and moves that never misses is a genius strategy," Aqua said.
"Use Aerial Ace again!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao came right at Pikachu again.
"Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered. Pikachu unleashes a powerful Thunderbolt all around, striking Mienshao, resulting in a paralysis. "Use Quick Attack!"
"Use Detect!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao uses Detect to dodge Pikachu's Quick Attack, but moved slowly due to its paralysis. "Use Aura Sphere!" Mienshao tried to use Aura Sphere, but its paralysis kicked right in. "No!"
"Yes! Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu uses Iron Tail and lands a hit onto the martial arts Pokémon. Mienshao wasn't staying down that easily, so it glared right at Pikachu.
"Use Aerial Ace!" Vivian ordered.
"Use Iron Tail!" Sora ordered. Pikachu and Mienshao uses their moves to collide with each other. Both took some damage from one another.
"Use Swift!" Vivian ordered.
"Use Iron Tail!" Sora ordered.
Mienshao fires Swift as Pikachu swings Iron Tail at the stars, striking Mienshao on the spot.
"How can this kid be so good?! Not only he's my own moves against me! Not only that, he's blocking them! I thought I was going to win this!" Vivian said in her thoughts.
"Vivian is pushing hard, but Sora's pushing even harder!" The announcer announced.
"Use Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered. Pikachu prepared to fire Thunderbolt, but Vivian wasn't having that.
"Use Detect!" Vivian ordered. Mienshao uses Detect to dodge, but Sora saw that coming.
"All around!" Sora called out. Pikachu unleashes Thunderbolt all around. The electricity fires all around and struck Mienshao on the spot.
"That is quite a shocking development! Mienshao attempts to use Detect, but struck by Pikachu's Thunderbolt! I doubt Vivian was prepared for that!" The announcer announced.
"Mienshao!" Vivian called out.
"Pikachu! Use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Pikachu lands a hit with Quick Attack while dazed from his last attack. "Now use Iron Tail!" Pikachu gave Mienshao a swing with Iron Tail. Mienshao fell to the ground. It tried go get back up, but fell back down, beaten.
"Mienshao is unable to battle! Pikachu wins! The winner is Sora!" The referee announced.
"And Sora brings home the gold as he claimed his victory!" The announcer announced. Sora and Vivian shook hands.
"Good battle, Vivian," Sora said.
"I'll admit, you're a lot better than I thought you were, but don't let it go to your head," Vivian said.
"I already have to think about," Sora said.
That was the half-truth since he had the Decepticons and Team Shadow to worry about, but he wasn't going to let that distract him.
Over to the Ark, Hot Rod, the Dinobots, and the Mini-Cons were watching the battle from start to finish.
"Me, Grimlock enjoyed it!" Grimlock said.
"Kairi wasn't wrong about him," Ramhorn said.
"Told you, guys," Hot Rod said.
"It was nothing like the gladiator fights back on Cybertron," Eject said.
"It sure wasn't," Rewind agreed.
It was clear that they were all impressed. Back at Sora's house, he was watching from start to finish and he smiled.
"Score one for the home team!" Meowth said.
Now that the battle with Vivian Wong has concluded, more things to come were around the corner. What could it be? And where did those other visitors come from? Just wait and see until the next chapter.
