I'm an Awesome pitcher right ? Okay yes I know I wasn't a while ago but maybe I've changed ?. No you're right I haven't. But I'm going to take up new things with my little family. Me and Owen almost died 3 weeks ago but thankfully we're here alive and well.
Owen has a sling on his arm and I have to wear a knee brace but other than that we're perfect as ever. Oh and did I mention I'm pregnant!. I know it's exciting . I don't know how but our little 14 week peanut is safely in my tummy .
Owen is getting better. He won't go anywhere unless he has to but I understand that . It was a near death experience, but we're okay . We're always okay .
Teddy smiles softly as she closes her diary and gets up looking in the mirror at her now visible baby bump
" well good morning there my love . Today you're the size of a nectarine and your eyes are going to open now, you can move your hands and legs."
she rubbed her belly and smiled feeling the baby move
" Owen come here !!" she yelled for her husband. Owen ran in fast and looked at her
" What's wrong, is the baby okay ?"
he asked all worried, Teddy smiled.
" The baby is moving!"
Teddy smiled as she put his hand on her belly so he could feel it as well. Owen smiled and got on his knees
" Hey guess what, you know you have the best mommy in the world and just three weeks ago she saved your cousin. Daddy and her were in a big crash but don't worry my peanut were okay i pinky promise. Daddy has a few bruises and has a sling but I promise you were all okay."
Owen smiled and kissed her bump and got up and kissed her softly.
" Well don't you look beautiful as always."
He smiled and kissed her head and sat down.
" Are you ready for the doctor's appointment?"
he asked as he got her coat for her. Teddy nodded and walked to the car with him as they were starting to drive more. They both were always scared but there okay.Teddy sat thinking the whole drive about what happened at her last appointment where she was freaked out even more than a mother should be
4 weeks ago
Teddy sat in the ER , her hair was a mess as she had dirt streaks in her head and her face had cuts from the glass breaking and the car crash. Teddy was beyond distraught as she knew the love of her life was dead. She wanted him here but right now her little baby came first. She needed to be strong.
Teddy sat at the ob table after carina and jo told her to lay back. Teddy was scared out of her mind because not only was it her first appointment but she was just hanging off a cliff not even an hour ago. An hour ago she watched the love of her life fall 100 feet and die.
Teddy looked at them as they examined her belly that had bruises and they both smiled after awhile and turned the screen
" That right there doctor Altman is your perfectly healthy baby" carina pointed to a little bean on the screen.
Teddy couldn't help but start crying
" there okay ?'" Teddy smiled and sobbed happy tears. Her baby, her last little baby with Owen, was perfectly healthy, the only thing she had left of Owen now was her babies she was having. Teddy smiled, after the day she just had with losing owen she needed this. She needed something good to happen and now her little lump was okay . Teddy nodded and sat up looking at them and thanked them before going out and going to the roof and sat down.
Earlier in the day she had such a mental breakdown that she passed out at the scene and she ran off to a oncall room to yell and be angry and after she got herself together she went to make sure her little one was healthy and okay. She wasn't expecting the baby to live but now she's grateful and happy it did." I don't know if you can hear me, but we have a little baby on the way. I was going to tell you at Christmas but I can't now because you're dead.
But I want you to know that all our kids will never forget you. This little baby that's in me will always know how much you would have loved them, they will always know how heroic their dad was and how amazing you were. I love you so much owen and i wish you were here"
Teddy sniffled as she was now crying. She already missed her husband so much and he hasn't even been gone a day. Owen was her everything and now he wasn't here."
Teddy snapped out of her daydream and looked at owen who was taking to her worried
" what sorry?" she looked at her husband." I asked if you are okay ?" hre held her hand and pulled over to give his full attention. He didn't have his sling on because his arm wasn't bugging him as he held her hand
" nothing i was just thinking about my last appointment"
she said as she looked over at him. Owen nodded softly
" do you want to talk about it? I know it was the day of the accident and it must be hard for you" he looked at his wife with loving eyes " it was just a lot for me and i.. I thought the baby was dead."
Teddy started to cry thinking about it.
" oh my love hey look at me"
he caressed her cheek, as Teddy looked at him sniffling
" I'm not going anywhere, I won't ever put you through that ever again. I'm so sorry you had to go through thinking I was dead. I will make sure I do everything in my power to make sure you're okay with my love."
He smiled at her and kissed her softly
"Now you can't get rid of me that easily. I survived a helicopter crash in Iraq, my whole team dying and getting shot at, I survived a hospital shooting with you where I made the wrong decision. I should have chosen you that day but I was scared things wouldn't work out with you but I was so wrong.I've survived a massive rainstorm at the hospital. I've survived sadly with Tom being with you and that was brutal, But together we have survived Iraq together and we never left each side. We have survived you cheating and you not being you and not telling me about Allison, and lastly we survived a car crash and I survived falling 100 feet. But most importantly we survived with each other . There was never a day that i didn't need you and now you're my wife who i think is really badass at both of her jobs, Being a kickass and sexy mom but also a sexy surgeon"
he smiled trying to cheer her up. Teddy laughed when he mentioned tom and nods softly " yeah i wasn't making the best decisions when i was pregnant and when IT happened" she kicked and kisses him softly
" And I also think you're a very sexy major hunt " she whispers in his ear and kisses him deeply.
Owen smiled and kissed her back pulling her on him and kissed her neck. Teddy smiled and moaned softly as he did. She missed this, she missed him kissing her like he used to.She smiled and kissed him deeply
" You do know we're going to be late right ?"
she looked at him shaking her head asOwen shrugs
" well my wife needed me more"
he kisses her softly and put her back in her seat
" But you're mine later."
he smiled and started to drive to the hospital.Teddy shook her head and rolled her eyes
'' that what got us here in the first place"
owen looked at her
" And I'm very proud of it, you know. I got you pregnant twice on accident, it's not my fault that i'm that good ''
teddy shoved him
" just shut up "
she laughed and walked into the hospital with her.Teddy smiled knowing in fact he was that good but she would never tell him that.Teddy sat down at the ob and held owens hand smiling and looked
" So what do you think we're having ?"
She asked him and looked into his eyes.
" I don't care what it is as long as there is healthy love"
he smiled and kissed her and heard carina call their name back and followed them back. He sat by the bed as Carina drew Teddy's blood as she laid down so they could see the baby.
" There is your healthy baby."
Carina pointed to a bigger spot where the baby was moving and the baby waved its little hand.
" Well somebody wanted to say hello to mommy and daddy."
Teddy smiled as she held Owens hand tears up
" hi little baby"
Teddy smiled looking at the ultrasound photos.
Later that night Teddy was in the kitchen putting the leftovers of dinner in the fridge as she didnt hear Owen come down. Owen smiled and wrapped his arms around her and kisses her neck
" have i ever told you how sexy you are cooking
" teddy smiled knowing he was flirting like always "
well yes i have been told that, Many , Many times" she turned around and kissed him softly before opening the fridge and got some water to take her meds with.
Owen smiled watching his beautiful wife do the simplest things in life. He always admired how beautiful she was. No matter what she was doing she always made it look beautiful.
He was lucky, he had his wife, his kids and now another baby on the way. How life was more than complete.
Leo ran down the hall
" daddy daddy look my tooth fell out !"
the 3 year old ran to his father and mother showing them that one his his baby teeth had fallen out,
" Whoa! bud thats cool you need to put it under your pillow for the tooth fairy and when you wake you could have a special surprise.
Leo nodded at his father and looked jumping from candy but his parents didn't need to know that his sister had found their mothers peanut butter cups.
"Okay but it's time for bed, go wash your hands,"
Teddy told her little boy as she cleaned up surger from their cookies they made earlier.
Owen kissed his little one's head 40 minutes later as they both were asleep and he walked down the hall to find Teddy crying.
'' Teddy, what's wrong ? what happened?" he asked his frantic wife.
Teddy sniffled and sobbed " somebody ate my peanut butter cups! I had 4 of them and there all gone now!" peanut butter cups missing were not that big of a deal but to teddy who was pregnant it was. Her hormones were all out of whack.
" oh my love we will get you more food okay, the kids probably ate them okay" he looked at her and kisses her softly
Teddy nods and kisses him back and smiles softly
Owen looked " you still owe you sex doctor Altman " he smirked and kisses her neck
Teddy moans softly abs smiles " yes you do doctor hunt " she kissed him deeply and got on him
Owen smiles as he kisses her deeper and picks her up carrying her to The bedroom. He laid her on their bed as he removed her shirt and kissed her neck. Teddy gasp moaning as went in.

she kisses him as her eyes rolled in the back of her head not wanting this to ever end. She needed this from her pregnancy hormones to not having sex because of the crash and not wanting to bug owen. She was the caretaker this time around even tho he always insists on not having help. Owen didn't just have sex wih her but made love to her. He loved her with his whole heart and he always knew she was the one for him. Owen smiled and got in the bath with her and held her close giving her now visible bump a belly rub. He never got to do this with alliosn because he was dumb and didjt know how to let himself be happy.
Teddy smiled, laying her head on his back with him as she watched the movie Owen out on for them.Her all time favorite movie was Titanic growing up and she just loved it more than anything in the world. The fact Rose didn't want to leave without Jack resembled her and Owen in iraq.
Iraq 2015
Teddy heard the words there was a crash '' Teddy never thought this would happen again. She never thought that she would lose another person she loved. She never really told Owen she loved him mainly because he had Beth and frankly Beth scared her from what she heard from owen.
She sounded like a crazy person and whenever she told Megan that she just laughed. She loved Owen Hunt and she never got the chance to say that. Teddy looked at her general and ran out to the chopper. She was deathly scared of planes mainly because of 9/11 but Owen was her own, her person, her best friend , and the love of her life.
Teddy sat knowing she did the right thing. She never knew how Owen felt in that moment but when she found him after his whole group of people died including dan.
Dan always knew she loved Owen and sometimes she heard him tell Owen to go for it. Teddy ran to him and hugged him tightly worried sick after she landed
"Are you okay? Are you hurt ? Do you need to go home ?"
Owen never saw her this worried about anyone , she was this badass doctor but he secretly knew she was a softy especially for him. Owen nodded, having his hands in her hair
" I'm okay Teddy, really I am , I'm not dead, it's just minor injuries. "
Teddy nodded looking in his eyes. She knew he had a girl back home but right now it was just them against the world. Nothing else mattered but them. Teddy Leaned in and kissed him, she wanted so long to do this but she knew she was in the wrong and pulled away and got up. Before Owen could say anything she got in the chopper as people helped Owen to the chopper and sit down.
Teddy didn't say a word on the way home but she knew she did something that was unforgivable. Owen sat in the wound unit and got his leg looked at and after went to find teddy.
"Hey you okay ?" Teddy looked at him and nodded softly. Ok well that's good , look about what happened back there don't worry about it it was stress don't worry we're good teddy.''
Teddy nodded and watched him leave as he brushed off their kiss. Teddy's heart shattered , the man she loved didn't love her back. Owen in fact did love her but he had beth and he loved beth but he didnt love her how he loved teddy. He could see himself married to Teddy and have little ones running around with their eyes.
But with Beth he was just with her out of obligation they have dated since he was an intern but that would end soon. He was in love with Teddy but he had Beth and he wanted to make sure he did things right.
So when everybody was asleep he sat outside and used the laptop after getting the internet and pulled up Beth's email and sent her an email.
" Dear Beth, things aren't working out. I don't think we'll ever work out. I'm sorry.
Then he pressed send and got up going to teddys tent and walked to her. He smiled softly looking at her sleep and shook her softly
" Teddy hey wake up" he looked at her as she opened her eyes.when it's 2 am, is everything okay?"
she sat up looking at him
" yeah everything is fine i just…"
He looked into her eyes and kissed her deeply. Teddy was surprised and kissed him back
" Owen, wait what about Beth ? I don't want to be a homewrecker again and I don't want it to be just a one night stand."
she looked at him knowing it would all be over soon. Owen looked at teddy with loving eyes
" were done i broke up with her
"Teddy im in love with you"
Teddy looked at him" you love me?"
he nodded softly looking at the blonde
" yes I'm in love with you teddy i've always been and today made me realize i don't want to waste anymore time."
He said as he kissed her. He pulled her closer as he took her shirt off her. Teddy lifted her arms over her head as he took her shirt off and she kissed him deeply unbuckling his belt as she laid back on the bed looking in his eyes. He kissed her deeply as he went in her going slow not wanting her to be in pain. Teddy gasped and moaned softly gripping the sheets . Owen was faster as he made love to her all night. He loved teddy with all his heart but what if things didn't work out, what if they were going to be like Beth, What if he messed this up like he messed everything else up?
He laid next to her and kissed her head softly.
"I'm sorry my dear teddy."
He got up and left when he got his clothes on before she could wake and went home. He couldn't face her again , not after he didnt do the right thing. Teddy sat up looking around and found a note from owen
" dear teddy,
I don't know where to start but here it is. I love you teddy, i've fallen in love with you. You're the only girl I ever really loved more than anything. I don't want you to feel like this is your fault, it's not your fault it's mine. When I first kissed you after the crash I was in shock and as time went on I realized I loved you not beth. But I know you're not ready for anything and that's okay my love, I had to go. I'm not well and I want you to know I'll always love you no matter what happens between us. I would love to see you again so when you're ready to give me a call I'll be working in a hospital called Mercy west. I will have a job for you when you come in with my old friends with the chief. I love you so much teddy and I hope to see you again.

Teddy read that letter over and over again. She had somebody who loved her, who loved her."
Owen rubbed her back, getting her out of her head
" hey are you okay ?"
he asked her worried about his wife. Teddy looked at Owen and nodded
" yeah I'm okay I was just thinking about Iraq babe that's all.''
Owen nodded softly and got out with her and got his pajama pants on and kissed her softly.
Teddy smiled and kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck. She loved him more than words could say. She had the perfect husband in the world and the most amazing kids in the world and the family she always dreamed of. Nothing would ruin her happiness after everything that happened in their world she had it all back.
