I had this idea for a while because there aren't many of these crossovers. (There is one at AO3, but I want more!)
I apologize for any grammar mistake in this! And this is not gonna be connected to my other fanfic "Darkness Within"
Chapter 1: A Portal is Open?
~Herta~
Been sailing for two days and still a long way till the crew reaches their destination.
Everyone on Thousand Sunny did their own thing to kill the time. Nami and Robin read books while enjoying the desserts Sanji made. Zoro was in the crows' nest training while Chopper was in the sickbay working. Franky and Usopp tinkered with a canon on deck, and Brook played his violin. As for the captain, Luffy sat on the lion's head looking at the vast ocean.
Everything was calm and quiet. To calm and quiet for Luffy!
"How long is it left to Fishman Island Nami?" asked Luffy the navigator.
"I told you Luffy! I don't know!" answered Nami. "Kokoro-baasan didn't tell us exactly how long it would take. So can you stop asking me that!"
"But we were on the sea for three days when we left Water 7 and ended up on that ship-island for another three days!"
"Then stay patient. We will be there and just relax till then."
Luffy could only feel impatient. When they reach Fishman Island they will come to the other side of Red Line! On that side, the treasure from the previous Pirate King was hidden and he want to go on an adventure to find it!
However, Luffy got distracted when he caught a glint of something.
"Oi, Nami!"
"What now?"
"I see a ship!" pointing in one direction.
Everyone who was on deck heard him. Nami, Robin, Usopp, Frank, and Brook stood up from what they did and turned to where their captain pointed at. And to his word, he was right!
There was a worn-out ship that didn't look to be moving.
"Whose ship is that?" questioned Usopp. "I don't see any flags of the navy or pirates."
"Mabey it got abandoned," said Robin. "Wouldn't be the first time someone did it. Or everyone on it has died."
"Why do you have to turn it dark," getting goosebumps from it.
"Let's check it out!" said the one with the straw hat.
"Absolutely not!" yelled Nami. "We already had the crazy event from Thriller Bark and coming across a ghost ship!"
"Nami-san, I'm standing here," said the living skeleton who joined them on Thriller Bark.
"Ah, sorry Brook. But still! Can we not enjoy the peace and quiet?"
Sanji who was in the kitchen came out from the commotion. "What's going on?"
"Ah, Sanji! Look over there! There's a ship over there!"
"Really? How come's that Moss-head didn't notify us of it?"
"Come on! Let's look at it! There might be some treasure! Or if there are people on it, we can give them a helping hand."
Still skeptical of this, but the crew was convinced to take a look. If a conflict would occur, they could handle it. Steered their ship to get closer to the unknown ship and got a better look at it.
"Well, whoever this ship belongs to, did a crappy work of taking care of it," stated Franky. "Wouldn't be surprised they left it behind for its bad shape."
"So, who's gonna take a look?" asked Brook.
Luffy of course wanted to, but he couldn't go alone. The crew decided that two people would follow him and went to gather the two missing crewmates. A few minutes later, Usopp came back with the crews' doctor and Franky with the green-haired swordsman.
"What's going on? I only took a nap and you already made a huge commotion," complained Zoro with a yawn.
"That explains it. If you were awake, you should have seen the ship Moss-head."
Before Zoro and Sanji could start one of their fights, Nami stopped them. "Alright! With everyone here, let us decide who will follow Luffy!" holding eight popsicle sticks in her hand.
Everyone, except Luffy, took one stick. As the result, the two who would follow Luffy were Chopper and Robin.
"I'm going?" shouted Chopper in fear.
"Don't worry Chopper," said Robin calming him down. "We're taking a look and leave when we are done. And if there is someone up there, you can help them."
Chopper calmed down from it and all three of them boarded on the unknown ship. "Hello! Is someone here?" shouted Luffy out. "Pirates coming on board!"
"Don't say it like that!" yelled Chopper. "What if they start to attack us for it?"
"We can handle it. Let's look around."
The three of them started to look around on the boat but didn't see anyone or find anything valuable. Went inside they found rooms covered in books and documents. However, in one room they did find something different.
"What's that? It's huge!"
What they found was a machine with a round shape. Searching the room, Robin looked into the documents that were laid all over the place and into the book. In the books were of a city called 'Atlantis', which Robin never heard of, and all documents had drawings of the machine in the room.
Luffy stood before it and intended to touch it. However, instead, he avoided a sword swung at him.
The one who held the sword was an elderly man, looking worn and frail with torn clothes and bags under his eyes.
"Don't touch it!" yelled the old man. "It's not complete yet and I won't let you destroy it!"
"O-Oi! Calm down! I didn't destroy anything," stated Luffy. "And what does it do?" But the old man didn't answer him or lower down his sword.
"Is this your ship, sir?" asked Robin.
He turned his eyes to the black-haired woman and saw she held one of his books. Determined something in his mind and aimed his sword at her instead. "Why are you people here? You are working for HIM, aren't you!"
"Who's 'him'?"
"The one who wants it gone! But I won't let you!"
Before he could attack, Chopper had changed form to grab him from behind. "Calm down! We don't want to cause any harm!"
The man struggled to get out of Choppers' grip but had no luck.
"Who's the guy you're talking about?" asked Luffy.
"That damn Atlantian boss of yours who wants to destroy the worlds! But I won't let you do it!"
"'Atlantian'? Are you referring to Atlantis?" said Robin, holding up the book in her hand.
Before he could shout at them again, his machine activated on its own and a swirl of colors appeared. The colors on the man's face turned pale seeing it.
"No," came out from him. "Nonononono! It started!"
Chopper got distracted and the man got out of his grip when he elbowed him. The man dropped his sword and started tapping before a screen. Did the fastest he could to close it, but not fast enough because the swirl expanded and beamed out strong light, and an explosion then occurred.
Smoke filled the room. The sound of coughing from the old man could be heard, and when it let up he could see his invention was in pieces. What he also noticed was he was the only one there.
"Oh no. I failed you, Alexandra-sama."

Yugi had left school, but the one who was walking down the street wasn't Yugi. It was the spirit from the Millennium Puzzle in control of Yugi's body.
"Where are we going, other self?" asked Yugi in his spirit form.
His other self didn't answer but instead answered "Partner, did you bring the God cards?"
Yugi nodded to him and understood where they were going. They headed to the museum where the memories from his other self were.
"But why so sudden? We hadn't told our friends."
"That's fine," said the other Yugi. "It'll be hard if they see me off. Having you will be just fine, Partner."
A few minutes later, other Yugi reached the museum. Before he took the first step on the stairs, he heard the familiar voices from his friends.
"Yugi!" called Jounouchi, Anzu, and Honda out behind him.
"We were suspicious of you for leaving so quickly," said Honda. "So we ran after you."
"Leaving without telling us? Not cool, Yugi!" yelled Jounouchi.
"The other Yugi is leaving on a journey, right?" asked Anzu. "If we didn't see him off, we'd regret it for the rest of our lives."
"We're your friends, and we will be supporting on what's gonna happen!"
Hearing that from Jounouchi, the other Yugi felt touched knowing what's gonna happen. "Thanks, everyone."
Thereafter, everyone headed inside. Went directly to where Yugi and Anzu knew of a tablet of a pharaoh and a priest dueled against one another with monsters above them. But it would be the first time for Jounouchi and Honda, and to see the pharaoh looked a lot like other Yugi.
Other Yugi pulled out the three God cards he and the original Yugi fought for. Presented the cards before the stone tablet and light from the cards appeared. Light from the tablet appeared too. But it stopped when the tablet got covered in a crystal.
Black lightning showed up on the cards, and other Yugi could feel pain from it.
"Yugi, what's wrong?"
"Some other power is interfering with me!"
"What do you mean?" asked Anzu.
"The memories won't open? What happened to the tablet?" said Jounouchi.
They then heard a scream. Headed to where they heard it, they saw something was happening outside.
Outside, they saw monsters.
"What in the world?" exclaimed Jounouchi.
"Those are Duel Monsters!" pointed Yugi out.
"Is someone using their Duel Disk to play a prank?" asked Honda. But that couldn't be. Because one Duel Disk couldn't do all of them.
"Doesn't Kaiba Cobiration's central computer all monster data?" asked Anzu.
"We might learn something if we go to Kaiba Corporation."
They all followed Jounouchi's idea and ran towards where Kaiba's building was.
But on their way, ran past a man who didn't panic. Rather calm for seeing these monsters.
When they reached Kaiba Corporation, reporters were blocking the entrance, and the personnel prevented anyone from entering.
What was happening?

The sun had already gone down and the street was relatively empty.
A young-looking woman called Alex was driving her jeep and focused on the road. Been driving for a few hours, and could go for a stop soon. And for her luck, she saw a gas station.
Parking her jeep, the first thing Alex did outside was stretched her body from sitting. "Today was long! I hope there's a motel close by."
Heading inside the building weren't many people. The only one Alex saw was a worker who sat behind the counter. They didn't give much care for Alex, but that didn't matter because she only came to buy refreshments. Picked one bottle of water, she was ready to pay.
Alex saw a radio was next to the cashier and could hear music from it. Paid for her drink. But just when Alex gave the cashier the money, the music turned off and replaced with a panicked voice.
"Sorry to cut off, but there has occurred monsters showed up out of nowhere! And it's not only here in the station! The whole of San Francisco and even other cities as well! Even though it is the middle of the night, stay careful till it's cleared out what's going on!"
The mentioning of monsters caught Alexs' attention and knew what it meant.
It has begun!
The cashier said, "What? That can't be real!". But looking outside, they actually saw a demon-looking monster with wings and a skull for a head. Freaked out and hid away. However, Alex instead ran out to her car and drove off.
"I knew it was gonna happen, but why had it to be now!" exclaimed Alex while driving. "Let's hope Harvy-kun finished it in time, that way they won't be dragged into this mess as well!"
It was dark outside and Alex needed to focus on the road. However, something had hit her vehicle from above, and 'it' rolled down to the front. Made a sudden stop to see whatever 'it' was.
Out from her vehicle Alex walk to see what fell from above wore jeans-shorts, a vest, and had a straw hat hanging from his neck.
"Man! What happened?" said the black-haired teen. He sat up and started to look around, "And where am I? What happened to the ship?"
His eyes landed on Alex, "Oh hey! Do you know where I am? I was on this ship with two of my comrades and this old man, but then his machine acted weird, colors were everywhere, and then I ended up here! Do you know how to come back?"
With disbelief, Alex said, "Oh no."
And this is the first try on a crossover! Haven't given up on my other fanfiction, but I have been busy with my studies and work to write fanfic. Hopefully can put in some time when I can!
