Sahrabarik System.

Omega Space Station.

Archangel's Stronghold.

Nearly a century ago, the Element Zero storage facility, which now served as Archangel's fortified base of operations, had been purchased by an ambitious Asari named Nyor Shiix, who just so happened to be the daughter of a relatively wealthy and influential Matriarch. Nyor, who happened to be a corrupt businesswoman, chose to leave Asari space to avoid specific laws regarding eezo refinement and quality control. Contracted several local construction companies to have the basement level of her newly acquired storage facility expanded and retrofitted for her extremely illegal tainted eezo shipment business.

After getting settled onboard, the station Nyor Shiix commanded the construction workers she had hired to immediately expand the small tunnel that connected the basement's entrance until it could be safely classified as a vast, gunmetal grey-coloured hallway. After the tunnel's expansion was finished, the Asari businesswoman demanded the construction of two service tunnels facing the northern and western directions; these tunnels served as secret pathways for certain employees assigned the undesirable job of hauling the tainted eezo containers into temporary storage.

Finally, the last 'improvement' the criminal Asari had added to the basement level was the eastern pathway's underground transport hub. Where multiple mercenary organisations and illegal business companies bought stocks of tainted eezo from the corrupt business woman at low and affordable prices. Nyor earned so many credits from these illegal business transactions that she would later install heavily reinforced security shutters into the northern and western service tunnels and another at the entrance of the transport hub. She could have the entire facility on lockdown should the criminal elements of Omega try any hostile actions against her primary source of business.

With such a source of easily obtainable Credits, one must question why Nyor Shiix, well known for her specialised talents in element zero management and distribution, would willingly abandon the station within a few short years. The grim answer was that, unfortunately, Nyor had accidentally sold a heavily tainted batch of eezo to Aria T'Loak. Within a galactic standard month, the toxic element zero, sadly used as fuel for a couple of troop transports, exploded, killing several of the Pirate Queen's more competent subordinates.

Usually, Aria would've understood that it was an accident and simply demanded compensation for the loss of valuable equipment and manpower. However, Zoey Silverstone, who had been Aria's deadliest mercenary captain and the Pirate Queen's lover at the time, was among the casualties. Needless to say, Aria T'Loak was absolutely livid when she heard of her lover's death and immediately sent several companies worth of mercenaries over to the storage facility to enact a terrible blood price upon Nyor Shiix.

However, luck hadn't completely abandoned Nyor since her mother had chosen that day to visit the station with five teams of Asari commandos to act as bodyguards for the influential Matriarch. The Matriarch successful managed to retrieve her daughter after four days of intense fighting with Aria's mercenaries at the eezo storage facility. When word finally got back to Aria that the target of her wrath had returned to Asari-controlled space, she commanded the surviving mercenaries to be terminated. A general order to have Nyor Shiix brought before her should the corrupt businesswoman ever be captured within the Terminus Systems.

Thus the bloody history of Archangel's compound was known to the inhabitants of Omega, and now Commander Shepard was busy fishing within the underground level in order to prevent the Blood Pack from killing her friend.

Basement Level.

A Few Minutes After Shepard's Team Entered The Basement.

"For the Blood Pack!"

"Hm, that Krogan's got some decent armour," absentmindedly thought Zaeed Massani whilst firing his M-15 Vindicator at the small group of Blood Pack mercenaries currently trying to get through the northern service tunnel. "Pity the Krogan's brain doesn't match the armour's quality since all that shouting is simply making it easier for Shepard," Zaeed smirked a moment later when a sniper round pierced the leading Blood Pack Krogan's skull. The Vorcha vanguard was understandably startled by the sudden death of their leader. Yet still attempted to continue the assault against the Normandy crew.

Zaeed would've respected the Vorchas bravery in charging into the jaws of death. Yet, the experienced mercenary knew it wasn't courage driving the Vorcha forwards; the other Blood Pack mercs were waiting to fire upon them should they attempt to retreat back through the northern tunnel. The dumb bastards were forced into a meat grinder where they'd successfully kill off the Normandy crew guarding the basement level or have their mercenary contracts lethally terminated by firing squad.

Zaeed acknowledged the Blood Pack had truly mastered the art of throwing their soldiers' lives away for minimal profit. However, the Blood Pack's favourite tactic wasn't stopping the Locust Drones from advancing towards the button which activated the shutters. Massani admitted within the privacy of his own mind that the Locust were far better soldiers than most of the mercenary bands and slavers that called the Terminus Systems home. Hell, Zaeed knew a couple of warlords who would've happily sold a few favours in exchange for the chance of having the Drones fight for them.

"Although, I highly doubt Shepard would ever agree with helping the Terminus warlords," Zaeed mused whilst the last Vorcha got introduced to a hail of mass accelerator rounds. "Plus, the Drones seem unwaveringly loyal to the Commander, so any attempts to turn them against Shepard will likely end with a bullet through the skull." The veteran merc watched as Savage punched the activation button near the doorway leading into the northern tunnel; within ten seconds, the shutter came screeching downwards until it crashed onto the dirty floor.

"Okay, that's the first shutter down." Zaeed lazily glanced towards Shepard, who hurriedly manipulated her Omni-tool whilst communicating with Archangel via the facility's private communication network. "Garrus says the remaining two shutters are respectfully located within the western tunnel and the old supply transport hub that he converted into a maintenance garage for an old Mako. Which was destroyed by the gangs about a week ago," Zaeed grunted at the news since he would've loved to use Mako cannons on the Blood Pack.

"I'll handle the western shutter and any Blood Pack that's stupid enough to try getting in the way," The heavily scarred Zaeed volunteered to take care of the western shutter while slowly reloading his assault rifle with a fresh clip.

Shepard paused for a moment, no doubt weighing the positives and negatives of allowing him to handle the western shutter whilst she dealt with the garage. "Fine," Zaeed grinned upon hearing his current employer's approval. "However, two Drones will accompany you and assist with getting that shutter closed." Massani wasn't going to argue with the Commander as having Drone backup would significantly reduce the time spent eliminating the Blood Pack's disposable cannon fodder. Plus, it was a nice shift of pace to have an employer who cared about his continued survival.

"You'll get zero arguments from me, Commander," Zaeed smirked while two Drones, one of which he recognised as Bone'Smasher, thanks to the modified assault rifle it carried, moved to take flanking formation at his side. "Just be sure to leave some cannon fodder for the rest of us to enjoy." Massani's smirk grew when Shepard snorted at his comment before saying she'll make no promises. Within a heartbeat, Shepard gave a quick goodbye and ran into the basement garage, leaving Zaeed alone with the two Drones.

"Alight, boys," Zaeed addressed the Drones after a moment of silence, the veteran mercenary aiming his assault rifle at the western service tunnel's entrance. "Let's go remove some idiots from the galactic gene pool." The trio carefully entered the western service tunnel and was immediately greeted with a storm of gunfire. Zaeed and the two Drones dived behind a couple of overturned concrete slabs that Archangel must've brought down here encase he ever needed cover from an enemy force. A quick glance towards the enemy's position revealed to Zaeed that they were dealing with another Vorcha assault squad.

The experienced merc narrowed his scarred eyes at the enemies numbers. "Only three Vorcha, and none of them are carrying anything heavier than a standard Blood Pack assault rifle," Zaeed returned fire when the Vorcha stopped to reload their weapons. "Which means they most likely have a heavy flamethrower waiting for us just around the other side of that bend." Zaeed had seen the Blood Pack Vorcha employ this trick a few times while working with them on a couple of contracts. The small Vorcha resistance would lead an overconfident enemy into close range and duck below the cover, allowing the flamethrower to burn their opponents alive.

Zaeed, swift yet quietly so the enemy wouldn't overhear, informed his squad mates about what the Vorcha were scheming. Bone'Smasher darkly smiled at the info. Before Zaeed could say anything else, the assault rifle-wielding Drone removed his remaining grenade from his utility belt and threw the explosive device at the enemy's position. The Vorcha saw the grenade soaring towards them; Zaeed saw the leader attempt to grab the explosive in order to throw it back at them. However, before the grenade made contact with the Vorcha's palm, the other Drone shot the explosive device causing the Vorcha's location to be consumed in a fiery explosion.

Another thunderous boom followed a few heartbeats later, informing Zaeed and his comrades that they managed to get the Vorcha wielding the flamethrower. Without any more signs of resistance, Zaeed's squad ran past the bend at the end of the service tunnel and was swiftly greeted with the sight of more Vorcha trying to race through the tunnel section that connected with the shutter control panel. Zaeed negatively motioned his head; the dumb bastards were too tightly packed together, thus making it child's play for him and the Drones to eliminate them.

"Light 'em up!" Zaeed ordered while firing at the Vorcha. The Blood Pack's cannon fodder doesn't possess any kind of kinetic barriers and only had enough armour to resist two to three mass accelerator rounds before dying. Bone'Smasher advanced ahead of their makeshift squad and hurriedly activated the shutters; within ten seconds of intense fighting, the reinforced shutter slammed downwards, cutting off the approaching Blood Pack's Krogan reinforcements. If the Krogan wanted to get inside, he'd have to try the garage or take his chances on the bridge with Archangel.

The immediate threat taken care of Zaeed activated his Omni-tool's communication systems. "Shepard, we've gotten the western shutter down," Massani withheld the urge to smile as he could faintly make out the Blood Pack Krogan's enraged screams from the other side of the shutter. "We'll get back to the main hallway and wait for you to finish off the Blood Pack inside the garage." Silence filled the western tunnel for a few seconds before Shepard's voice come flooding through Zaeed's Omni-tool.

"There's no need to wait for us, Zaeed," the Normandy's resident merc frowned as the echos of gunfire screeched from Shepard's side of the communication. "We've got the Blood Pack on the run and should've the shutter closed within a few minutes." Zaeed would joke about the Commander taking all the fun for herself. However, an explosion rocked the basement level, causing Massani to abandon the idea. Zaeed hurriedly went back down the tunnel with the two Drones following closely from behind.

"Shit, what the hell was that explosion!?" The veteran mercenary asked Commander Shepard on his Omni-tool as his squad opened the doorway into the basement's central hallway. He heard the battle within the garage, which signified his employer was still busy taking out the trash. Yet, even with the enemy breathing down her neck Shepard took the time to answer Zaeed.

"Those were probably explosives the Blood Pack planned to use to get through the lower levels that Garrus sealed during the start of the mercenaries' siege." Zaeed cursed at the news as it meant Garm was likely on his way to personally kill Archangel. The Omega Blood Pack's leader wouldn't settle for anything less than splitting Archangel's skull apart with his own hands. Zaeed hurriedly told the Commander about the danger regarding Garm whilst running for the stairs leading out of the basement.

Shepard was quick to respond. "Dammit, Zaeed, get back to Garrus as quickly as possible and do everything necessary to keep Garm away from him," the roar of mass accelerators increased dramatically as Zaeed jumped up the steps two at a time. "After I'm done down here, I'll rush back upstairs and personally deal with Garm." The scarred merc almost felt bad for Garm. At the same time, he wasn't being paid to care about the fate of an enemy that decided it was a brilliant idea to piss off one of the most deadly combatants in the known galaxy.

No Zaeed was getting paid to murder anyone that wasn't on Shepard's team.

"Copy that, Shepard." Zaeed punched the activation panel for the basement level's surface entryway; in a heartbeat, the doorway opened, revealing several Blood Pack Vorcha trying to survive the Drones assigned to protecting Archangel. "And don't worry about your friend. I'm not about to let Garm get the chance to kill him." Besides, he'd never liked the Krogan, so ruining the Blood Pack leader's day sounded enjoyable to Zaeed Massani. The Normandy mercenary fired upon the Vorcha cowering behind the kitchen islands.

The two Drones that accompanied him so far ran towards the surviving Vorcha. Zaeed ignored the Vorchas fearful screams and focused on Garm, calmly walking up the stairs whilst the Drones guarding Archangel fired upon his position. The scarred merc grimaced as the Krogan battlemaster's kinetic generators were far more powerful than the general units given to the Blood Pack's officers and were thus absorbing the storm of mass accelerator rounds, allowing Garm to advance slowly to his target.

Zaeed rushed after the Krogan batlemaster, dodging multiple gunfire and taking out a few Krogan that Garm bothered to take along for this assault. Zaeed rapidly closed the distance between them and, without a single ounce of fear, hopped onto the massive Krogan's heavily armoured back and stabbed Garm in the throat with a combat knife which Zaeed had strapped on his thigh. Garm roared in pain whilst grabbing Zaeed's arm, the one holding the bloody knife, and throwing the merc towards the room where Garrus was busily fighting the mercenaries trying to get over the bridge.

"Okay, that wasn't my best idea," Zaeed grunted in slight pain while jumping back onto his feet; he saw Garm pull the bloody knife out of his throat and discard it onto the bloodstained floor. The Krogan warlord bellowed his rage towards the heavens before charging murderously at Zaeed. The scarred merc sighed with annoyance at the pissed-off Garm and, without delay, raced to meet the Blood Pack leader in open combat; Miranda and Jacob saw their comrade's suicidal assault on the Blood Pack leader and abandoned their position to go assist Zaeed.

"Jacob singularity now!" Miranda ordered whilst charging up her Biotics for a slightly different technique; her fellow Cerberus operative silently nodded as a cloud of purple biotic energy began surrounding his form. Zaeed noticed what the Cerberus duo was doing and immediately jumped off to the side. Within seconds Jacob threw the Biotic singularity at Garm, whose eyes widened in surprise as his entire body was swiftly caught within the gravity manipulating technique. The battlemaster roared in fury as the singularity ate away at his shields.

"Fools!" Garm glared at the two Cerberus operatives with barely restrained fury. "Do you honestly believe this will hold me!" The Krogan battlemaster began gathering Biotic energy so he could free himself from the gravitational forces generated by Jacob's singularity.

"No," Miranda bluntly replied as she pulled her fist covered in Biotic energy backwards to strike. "But the singularity will hold long enough for us to shred your shields!" The female Cerberus operative punched Garm in the chest with a warp-enhanced strike. A thunderous explosion of Biotic power echoed throughout the base as Garm's kinetic shields shattered underneath the combined force of Jacob's singularity and Miranda's warp punch.

Garm violently coughed up blood as the warp punch had caused some damage to his internal organs. However, even with the pain, his reptilian eyes narrowed in determination; before Miranda could react, the Blood Pack leader called upon his Biotics. With a furious scream, Garm disrupted the singularity, thus earning freedom from the makeshift prison. Yet, before Garm could attempt to return the favour to Miranda for the warp-enhanced punch, he was forced to back off and protect his face since Zaeed chose that moment to fire armour-piercing rounds at the massive Krogan.

"Don't forget I'm still here, ya son of a bitch!" Zaeed roared with vindictive glee while Garm felt his crimson armour beginning to shred under the hailstorm of piercing rounds. The Krogan went to pull out his claymore shotgun with the full intention of blasting the defending humans to bloody pieces. However, before his fingers could even touch the weapon, Zaeed kicked the blood-covered knife into the air. With blinding speed, the scarred mercenary took hold of the small blade and threw it towards Garm, who bellowed in agony when the knife embedded itself into his eye.

Without hesitation, Garm ripped the knife from his reptilian eye, which was already in the regeneration process. "Aargh, Zaeed, I'm gonna rip your heart out and eat it right in front of you!" Garm was running towards Massani to enact his threat. Yet, fate again decided to interfere with the Blood Pack leader's plans. From behind, Bone'Smasher and his Drone brother suddenly appeared and swiftly took ahold of Garm's armour; with arm muscles bulging from stress, the two Drones lifted the Krogan off the floor and tossed him down onto the ground level of Archangel's base.

A Few Heartbeats Later.

Archangel's Base, Ground Level.

"Oh, I'm gonna enjoy murdering Zaeed and his new friends for this humiliation." Garm's expression was unnervingly stony while he got back onto his feet. The Krogan swiftly analysed the state of his equipment and quickly concluded that the crimson armour's powerful kinetic shield generators were far too damaged during the quick fight with the base defenders to continue functioning. Garm also accepted that 40% of his armour was now shredded beyond acceptable levels, and most of the damage was centred around the armour's chest area.

Fortunately, Garm's wounds were almost gone as his regeneration had kicked into overdrive during the fall to the ground level. Garm gave his favourite shotgun a hurried check to see if it was still viable as a weapon and muttered a small thank you to the ancients when he saw that the claymore only suffered minimal harm to its outer shell. Add his abilities as an experienced Biotic, and Garm felt relatively confident that he'd deal with the human traitors and creatures that had thrown him off the higher level in record time.

Garm headed for the staircase while ignoring the Vorcha corpses that now decorated the ground level of Archangel's base. However, just as he was about to return to the upper sections, a sniper round violently slammed into his side, causing more damage to his crimson protection. Garm grunted from the pain whilst moving his head towards where the bullet had come from. He was greeted with the sight of blood-covered Commander Shepard, flanked on both sides by the Locust Drones that accompanied her to the basement.

"So the bitch has finally decided to come to face me," Garm said with amusement dripping from his tone. "Gotta admit, for a human, ya certainly got a massive pair of quads," Garm readied the claymore as he carefully watched the traitorous bitch move towards him without showing an ounce of fear. "However, I'm still gonna kill the whole lot of ya for interfering with my revenge against Archangel." Biotic energy covered Garm since he wanted Shepard out of the way as quickly as possible so he could get back to dealing with Archangel.

"Yeah, I'm afraid to say that's not happening, Garm." Shepard calmly informed while holstering her sniper rifle and then proceeded to make a bring-it-on gesture causing Garm's eye to slightly twitch. Did the Commander honestly believe she could defeat him in a fist fight? Garm, accepting the silent challenge, discarded his claymore and ran towards Shepard with a Biotic-covered fist. The Krogan closed the distance within a few heartbeats, and when the Commander didn't bother to dodge the oncoming attack, he swiftly smashed his fist into Shepard's chest, causing her ribs to shatter upon impact.

Garm stared at the doubled-over, and most likely dead, Commander Shepard. "Hm, at least she wasn't a coward in her final moments." The Blood Pack battlemaster was going to remove his fist away yet paused when a familiar sound that had always accompanied him during battle reached his ears. Garm's jaw dropped in total disbelief as Shepard's bones hurriedly snapped back into place, revealing that she also possessed regeneration capabilities; the Commander lifted her head and gave a smug bloodstained smile at the stupefied Krogan.

"Guess you're not the only person who can take a beating." Shepard taunted before introducing her armour-covered fist to Garm's exposed reptilian face. The Blood Pack leader groaned in pain as the force behind the strike sent him back a couple of steps. Shepard didn't waste the opportunity to continue the assault upon Garm; removing an M-4 Shuriken from her utility belt, the Commander fired at the weakened sections of the massive Krogan's crimson armour. Garm bellowed in agony as the mass accelerator rounds pierced through the armour and dug themselves into his flesh.

Garm, knowing that staying still was a death sentence at this point, ignored the pain burning within his chest and went for Commander Shepard, who finally decided to activate her tactical cloak. After Shepard vanished underneath the cloak Savage and his brethren, who had been watching the short fright between their Queen and the Blood Pack leader from a suitable distance, fired upon Garm. He attempted to use a singularity against the Drones but could not concentrate long enough to create the technique thanks to the hailstorm of bullets hitting his bulky body.

"Dammit, I've gotta do something before my regeneration fails to keep up with this kind of punishment!" Garm surrounded himself in a Biotic mist with the intention of using a Biotic charge to escape the hailstorm of mass accelerator rounds. The Drones must've realised what Garm was planning since they quickly disengaged from the assault and moved into suitable cover. The Krogan battlemaster, enhanced with Biotic energy, charged away from the Drones and ran towards the staircase leading back to the Normandy crew protecting Archangel.

Yet, Garm never reached the staircase since a sniper round suddenly pierced directly through his left knee joint. The Blood Pack leader collapsed onto the floor while cursed up a storm as he felt the familiar coldness of a Cryo round rapidly spreading across the entire wounded leg. Garm tried getting back onto his feet but was prevented when more Cryo bullets pierced into his other limb joints, freezing them. It got worse when Shepard materialised before him and smashed the butt of her sniper rifle into his skull with enough force to shatter the Krogan's bright red head crest.

"Bitch! I'm going to kill you so slowly that you'd preferred to have died by Archangel's hands!" Garm bellowed with hatred that until this point was solely reserved for Archangel. The Battlemaster had fought in countless battles across the centuries, and never during those times had the enemy humiliated him as the bitch standing defiantly had done. Garm vowed that if ever the chance came, he'd skin alive every single person that held even the tiniest shred of the Shepard bloodline, and that wasn't accounting for the things he'll do to her comrades' families.

Shepard wasn't afraid of Garm's threats; if anything, she seemed more amused with the Blood Pack Krogan. "Once again, none of your threats are gonna happen, Garm." He glared at Shepard whilst the Drones rushed to the bottom of the staircase. Yet, oddly enough, they don't take any action to finish him off. This was good since the natural regeneration he was gifted with at birth was already starting to reverse the damage caused by the Cryo rounds, all Garm needed in order to survive this fight was to keep Shepard talking long enough for his legs to completely heal.

"Humph, I don't see how you'd stop me, Bitch." Garm replied condescendingly while subtly testing his arms to see how far they needed to go before regaining their full functionality. The Drones at the bottom of the staircase snarled furiously at the disrespectful Krogan; the Locust Drones wanted to rip his throat open and watch Garm choke upon his own blood. However, no matter how tempting the idea was, they'd received the Queen's orders regarding the Krogan's fate and thus wouldn't make any attempts on Garm's life.

"Now, who said I'd be the one to stop you?" Shepard calmly questioned Garm, which sent alarm bells off within his mind. "After all, I was just the distraction meant to get you into Archangel's line of fire." Garm's head snapped towards the upper-level room where Archangel was located. The vigilante bastard was smiling while pointing a sniper rifle; the slightly blueish glow along the barrel meant it was filled with a Cryo round. Garm barely registered the thunderous boom of the sniper round as it travelled across the base and pierced through his damaged head crest that would've stopped the bullet had Shepard not shattered it into fragments.

"So this is the end." Garm's eyes slowly closed in acceptance as the Cryo round began freezing his brain. "Honestly, this isn't a bad way to die, going out against a strong opponent and screwing over the Blue Suns simultaneously." After battling with these opponents, Garm was sure that Tarak would fail in eliminating Archangel. The sole reason the cowardly Pyjak even had the quads to attempt this assault in the first place was the high amount of manpower he and Jaroth had proved for the alliance.

Now Tarak would have to personally lead his smaller, yet better equipped and trained, forces against Archangel; otherwise, those lower on the Blue Suns chain of command might begin getting ideas about replacing the Batarian with new leadership. Garm would've honestly loved to have seen the fear within Tarak's four eyes when he realised it was the end of the line for him. Yet, the Krogan accepted that it wasn't going to happen as Shepard placed a heavy pistol against his skull and slowly pressed down on the gun's trigger.

"My sole regret," thought Garm as the bullet that would soon end him was sent soaring down the pistol's gun barrel. "Was that I never got the opportunity to fuck with Aria." The pistol round tore through Garm's frozen flesh; the Krogan hardly felt anything as the bullet smashed his head into a million bloody pieces. Shepard stared at the Blood Pack leader's corpse for a moment before heading to the upper levels to meet up with Garrus. Savage and his brethren dutifully followed after their Queen, with Bone'Smasher taking a moment to retrieve Garm's claymore as he thought it would be a good weapon for him to use in battle.

Thus the life of Garm, Leader of Omega's Blood Pack, came to a bloody end.

Time Skip.

Upper Level Of Archangel's Base.

"Gotta admit those were some tough bastards," Garrus said to Shepard as she entered the room with her Drone escort. "But, I've seen far worse during our hunt for Saren." After those particular series of adventures, Garrus was confident these second-rate mercs didn't possess anything that might take him or Shepard off guard. The only threat was the Blue Suns; he'd already taken out the gunship. Plus, Tarak was a coward at heart and would most likely stay hidden until Shepard decided it was time to make an attempt for the escape shuttles.

Garrus chuckled while Shepard stood by his side at the room's frontal window, where they could see the Blood Pack remnants being slaughtered by the Drones assigned to guarding him against that particular gang. "We've slaughtered Omega's Blood Pack, and I've personally gotten to kill Garm," Garrus's smiled at how the tables had turned on the mercenaries. Again few people could ever hope to plan around Shepard and her insane antics. "Today just keeps getting better and better." Seconds later, the Drones stopped firing since the Blood Pack on the bridge was now officially terminated.

With a slight frown, Shepard stared at the other side of the corpse-covered bridge. "Only the Blue Suns are left," she pointed out with some contempt since they only survived that thanks to throwing everyone else into the meat grinder first, the leaders of both Eclipse and Blood Pack had been utter scumbags. Still, at least they were willing to fight to the death in order to reach their objectives. "I say we take our chances and fight past them." The Blue Suns had brought the smallest amount of soldiers for this assault, so breaking with their own forces should be possible.

Garrus nodded. "I think you're right. Tarak's got the toughest group, but nothing we haven't dealt with before." The Vigilante hummed while everyone reloaded their weapons with fresh thermal clips. "Besides, he won't be expecting us to meet him head-on." If anything, Tarak would believe they'll stay inside the base waiting for the next assault and would thus be taken off guard when they charge across the bridge.

Shepard was going to add more to the plan. Yet, she paused when a bright white light appeared on the room's furthest left side window. The defenders' eyes quickly adapted to the brightness, thus allowing them to see Tarak's gunship hovering just outside the base. The gunship's main machine gun rapidly began firing into the room, destroying beyond repair random pieces of furniture, bunkbeds and filling the nearest walls with thousands of mass accelerator rounds. Savage reacted to Tarak's sudden appearance by tackling his Queen onto the floor and shielding her with his own body.

"Get your heads down now!" Zaeed commanded his comrades whilst diving into the nearest cover; the Drones, Cerberus operatives and Garrus Vakarian followed swiftly after him as the gunship continued to shred everything within its line of fire. Within two minutes, Tarak halted his relentless assault on Shepard's team, allowing the Blue Sun, attached to the gunship via magnetic clamps, to drop through the window. Miranda noticed the squad of Blue Suns mercs slowly approaching and hurriedly warned the others of their presence.

"We've got Blue Sun mercs coming through the eastern window!" Miranda used several Biotic Throws to send two Turians in Blue Sun armour sailing back through the window. The surviving mercs hatefully cursed the female Cerberus operative for murdering their comrade. Yet, their troubles were just starting as the Drones raised from the metallic floor and glared murderously at the Blue Suns. Ravage led the other Drones in a forward assault upon the Blue Suns, who were taken back by the sudden aggressiveness of the Locust warriors.

Ravage fired upon a male human merc while stabbing another, a female this time, in the stomach with his combat knife. The Cerberus duo provided Biotic support, Zaeed just killed anyone dumb enough to get too close, and Garrus kept an eye out for the gunship encase it returned for another attempt on their lives. However, Ravage wasn't satisfied with the number of lives he took; the Blue Suns had tried to kill Queen Shepard and thus deserved to be hunted down until nobody was left to even remember their organisation's name.

Within moments the Blue Sun assault force was reduced to a mere remnant of what it once had been; the surviving mercs stared blankly as the Drones grabbed ahold of their necks and roared their battlecry so fiercely and with such power that even those guarding the other side of the bridge hear them.

"For The Locust Horde!"
