Chapter 10: Stuck in the Jungle
Arthur, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Tod, Twilight, Tor, Amity, and Kirby leave Avalar and return to the Gummi ship and Arthur and Sora revert back to their human forms while Amity reverts back to her witchling form and they continue their journey.
"Not gonna lie, I'm gonna miss being a dragon. It was really cool." Sora said.
"Yeah, I feel same way. So, where to next?" Arthur asked.
"Well, there's still the other world with the three stars." Goofy said.
"In that case, off we go." Twilight said and Tod nods.
The Gummi ships starts flying while shooting down more Heartless ships and avoiding more space junk and after minutes of flying and shooting down more Heartless ships, the Gummi ship arrives at a new world with lots of trees, a waterfall, and tree house.
"Hey, Donald, ya think King Mickey might be down there?" Goofy asked.
"Or maybe Princess Celestia?" Twilight asked.
"Or Queen Fyora?" Tor asked.
"In a backwater world like that? I don't think so. Let's move on." Donald said.
"Hey, wait, Riku and Kairi might be down there." Sora said.
"We should at least check into that world first." Amity said.
"Sorry, but we're on an important mission." Donald said.
"C'mon, Donald. Just land us there." Sora said.
"No!" Donald yelled.
"Please be reasonable, Donald. I know you and Goofy have a mission to find your king and we all agreed to help, but Sora, Twilight, Tor, and Amity are trying to their missing friends too." Arthur said.
"Look, all I'm saying is that our chances of finding them in that world are zero. There's no point." Donald said.
"You know what, you're SELFISH!" Sora shouted.
"I'M selfish?! All you care about is finding your friends and that has been putting us in jeopardy!" Donald yelled.
"Guys, stop..." Arthur said.
"Poyo..." Kirby said fearfully.
"Look, maybe we should..." Amity was cut off.
"You know what, Duck? I'm DONE with you! We're LANDING whether you like it or not!" Sora yelled, grabbing the lever.
"NO! Don't touch that!" Donald yelled, but the Gummi ship starts crashing down.
"Uh-oh..." Goofy said.
"This is gonna be a rough landing..." Twilight said.
"Everyone brace yourselves!" Tor said, as the Gummi ship crashes down into the world.
Sora falls from the sky and crashes into what looks like a tree house, making a hole on the roof and Sora is now in the tree house while rubbing his head from the fall.
"Owww... My head..." Sora said, still rubbing his head, but looks around. "Artie? Twilight? Tod? Tor? Amity? Kirby? Goofy? Donald?" Sora asked, looking around, but unknowing to him, something is stalking him from the higher point of the tree house. "I guess we got separated. This is bad. I'd better..." Sora stops talking, as he turns to see something coming at him and it's a leopard pouncing at the boy and tries to attack. "Whoa!" Sora said, backing off. "Okay, you oversized furball! You asked for it!" Sora said, taking out his Keyblade.
(Battle Theme: Having a Wild Time)
(Information: Fight off the leopard!)
The leopard leaps at Sora and tries to attack with its claws, but Sora dodge rolls out of the way and attacks with his Keyblade followed by a heavy swing, sending the leopard back, but the leopard recovers and and swipes its claws. Sora guards and delivers a counterattack, only for the leopard to pounce off and attacks with its claws again, but Sora retaliates with striking with his Keyblade and then delivers another heavy swing, sending the leopard back and knocking it down.
"Whew, that was close..." Sora said, as he slowly approaches the unconscious leopard, but then, the leopard gets back up and and attacks Sora, knocking him back.
The leopard is about to attack Sora, but then, someone comes to the tree house and it's a man with long and shaggy brown hair and wearing only a loincloth, who manages to block the leopard's attack with a spear, sending the leopard back and the leopard runs off and jumps through the window, leaving the tree house.
"Sabor, danger." The man said.
"Um, thank you." Sora said.
"Thank you." The man repeated.
"Uh, what is this place?" Sora asked.
"This place, this place." The man repeated again.
"Ooookay, where are the others? Look, I've been separated from my friends. Have you seen them?" Sora asked, confusing the man. "Friends." Sora said slowly.
"Friends." The man repeated.
"Yes! My friends! There's even of 'em! The loud one's Dona..." Sora stops talking, remembering his fight with Donald. "You know what, never mind. I'm looking for my friends, Riku, Kairi, and Arthur." Sora said.
"Look for Riku, friend?" The man asked.
"Right." Sora said, but then sees someone behind the man and it's Kairi.
"Look for Kairi, friend?" The man asked.
"Uh, right." Sora said and looks back at Kairi, who walks off. "How did Kairi end up here? I thought she disappeared like last time." Sora said in his mind.
"Look for Arthur, friend?" The man asked.
"Right." Sora said.
"Friends, here." The man said.
"Really?" Sora asked, but the man starts making strange sounds. "Huh?" Sora asked, as the man makes the same strange sounds.
"Friends, here." The man said.
"Not sure what you mean, but show me. Take me to Riku and Kairi." Sora said.
"Tarzan. Tarzan go." Tarzan said.
"And I'm Sora. Tarzan go, Sora go go." Sora said.
Sora opens the doors and both Sora and Tarzan go outside.
(World of Deep Jungle)
(Field Theme: Deep Jungle)
Meanwhile, Donald and Goofy are in a different part of of the jungle full of bamboo and they're sitting on a stump.
"Gawrsh, where are we? I sure hope Sora, Arthur, Twilight, Tor, Amity, and Kirby are okay..." Goofy said concerned.
"Awww, who needs 'em?! We can find the King, this Princess Celestia, and this Queen Fyora without them!" Donald yelled.
"But the King told us to follow the Keybearer and the wielder of Excalibur." Goofy said.
"Well, I don't care anymore! We're finding a way outta here and we're gonna find the King!" Donald snapped, trying to find his staff, but his hand touches something else. "Huh?" Donald asked and he sees a blue furred gorilla and both Donald and the gorilla scream.
Just then, something is coming and the gorilla leaves while dropping something, which is an item.
"Is that...?" Donald stops talking.
Something gets closer to Donald and Goofy, making them gulp and arriving is what looks like a man with dark brown hair with some white streaks, thin mustache, wearing a yellow shirt, tan trousers, black boots, and carrying a rifle.
Meanwhile, Amity is stuck at a treetop and looks around to find a way off.
"Just great. Sora and Donald just HAD to be stupid! When I find them, it's not gonna be pretty!" Amity said, still looking for a way off the treetops. "Ugh, why did I have to be trapped here of all places? There doesn't seem to be a way off." Amity said.
Just then, something coming for Amity, who conjures pink magic around her hands.
"Who's there?! Show yourself!" Amity yelled and coming to the treetops is what looks like a brown furred gorilla. "Oh, I thought it was just a Heartless. This may seem impossible, but can you help me? I need to find my friends." Amity said, but the gorilla picks up the witch. "Hey, what are you doing?! I'm asking for help!" Amity yelled, as the gorilla takes Amity through the treetops and they leave.
Meanwhile, in a different part of the jungle, which is a cliff like area, Tor and Kirby are trying to find a way out of the cliff area by climbing down and they reach the ground level.
"I don't know how far we are from the others, but we better find them quick." Tor said.
"Poyo." Kirby said, nodding.
Tor and Kirby begin moving through the bottom cliff to find a way, but while they keep moving, Kirby hears something, making him stop.
"What's wrong, Kirby?" Tor asked.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Huh?" Tor asked, as he also hears something. "Show yourself!" Tor yelled, taking out his sword and shield.
Something approaches the two and arriving is what looks like a big red elephant.
"What?" Tor asked, putting his wepaons away while Kirby approaches the elephant, making it back off. "Hold on, Kirby." Tor said while slowly approaching the elephant. "Um, hi, we're not gonna hurt your or anything. We just need some help. We're trying to find our friends and we're wondering if you could help us in some way." Tor said, as the elephant uses its trunk to grab Tor and Kirby and puts them on its back. "So, wait, you're gonna help?" Tor asked, as the elephant starts moving through the cliff area.
In a different part of the jungle, which is a dark and foggy swamp, two figures are on the high part of the swamp and they're Morgan, who's reading a book and Kay, who's examining his arrows.
"Ugh, this couldn't be any more BORING! Ruber's orders weren't even clear! 'Find the hunter and use his lust for power' he said! What hunter? How're we supposed to find him in this backwater place?" Kay asked, but Morgan casts a spell to make lightning strike him. "What's your problem?!" Kay demanded.
"Did Ector ever teach you to shut up or is that even too much for your tiny brain to comprehend?" Morgan asked.
"Why you...! You sound just like that cockroach Gideon!" Kay yelled.
"At least he has smarts for a kid his age. In a way, I feel so bad for Arthur for being sort of related to you." Morgan said.
"Don't give Wart any your sympathy. He doesn't deserve it." Kay said.
"Let me make this role very clear for that tiny lump of meat for a brain of yours; we find the hunter of this world, wait until his lust for power is exposed, allowing darkness in his heart to be exposed as well, and then the Heartless will appear and he'll help use find that Keyhole." Morgan said.
"But where do we even find him?" Kay asked.
"Valken!" Morgan called, as a black vulture comes flying down and then transforms into the wolf.
"You called?" Valken asked.
"Did you find that hunter yet?" Morgan asked.
"It's in progress, but I feel we're getting close. It's only a matter of time." Valken said.
"I hope you're right for your sake." Morgan said.
Just then, they hear something and they look down to see two figures exploring the swamp and they're Arthur and Tod.
"You can't be serious! Wart's here too?!" Kay asked.
"Somehow I'm not surprised." Morgan said.
"You want me to deal with him?" Valken asked.
"He's MINE!" Kay yelled.
"No! Focus on the mission! We'll deal with him soon enough." Morgan said, smirking.
(Swamp)
Arthur and Tod explore through the bottom part of the dark and foggy swamp.
"This place is really dark. I can hardly see a thing. I can't believe Sora and Donald had to argue at the worst possible time. What's worse is that we don't know where the others are." Arthur said, making Tod whimper. "It's okay, Tod. We just need to find them and hopefully, they're not far." Arthur said.
(Information: Explore the swamp and find the others!)
Arthur and Tod begin going through the swamp, but because it's dark, they get lost a little easier, but then, they run into aligators in the waters, but manage to get through without them biting the two and keep going through the swamp, but then, they stop as they feel they're being watched.
"You think something's following us?" Arthur asked, as Tod growls. "It might be the Heartless again." Arthur said, looking around to see the same leopard pouncing at the two. "Look out!" Arthur said, trying to block the pounce attack, only for the leopard to swipe its claw, sending Arthur back. "Owww..." Arthur said and the leopard is about to pounce again, only for Tod to bite the leopard's tail, making it roar.
The lepoard swipes at Tod with its claws to get him off and is about to pounce at the fox.
"Leave him alone!" Arthur yelled, casting Blaze at the leopard, creating a blue firewall, scaring the leopard, and making it run off. "Tod, you okay?" Arthur asked and Tod nods. "We need to get out of here before it comes back." Arthur said.
Arthur and Tod keep moving through the swamp and they later find a tunnel, taking them somewhere else.
(Hippo Lagoon)
Arthur and Tod arrive at a lagoon full of hippos annd they get across by jumping on the hippos until they reach the other side and go for the different part of the jungle.
(Tree House)
At the tree house, Tarzan jumps off the tree house and into the jungle, so Sora follows after Tarzan, taking him to a different area of the jungle.
(Jungle-Tunnel)
Sora and Tarzan are now in a tunnel and Tarzan goes into a tree and Sora follows him.
(Slide Theme: Holy Bananas!)
Sora and Tarzan are sliding down a huge vine while taking down tree branches in their way and jumping over larger tree branches and they keep sliding down until the giant vine takes them to a different part of the jungle.
(Campsite)
Arthur and Tod arrive at what looks like a campsite that has a large tent, many camping equipment, such as crates, boxes, and baggages, as well as experimental items, such as beakers, research notes, and tools on a table.
"There are so much stuff around here. That means there should be someone around here." Arthur said.
Just then, Tod looks up to see something coming down and they're Sora and Tarzan.
"Sora!" Arthur said.
"There you are, Arthur! Glad you're okay!" Sora said, but Tod bites at Sora's left leg. "Ow! What's that for, Tod?!" Sora asked.
"Um, I think he's kinda mad at you for crashing us here." Arthur said.
"Look, I'm sorry. I just wanted to see if Riku and Kairi were here." Sora said.
"And I promised I would help you find them, Sora, but now we have to find the others and a way out of here." Arthur said and then sees Tarzan. "Um, who's he?" Arthur asked.
"This is Tarzan. He helped me when I was attacked by that leopard." Sora said.
"Um, hello. My name's Arthur and this is Tod." Arthur introduced himself and Tod, who sniffs Tarzan.
"Arthur, Tod." Tarzan repeated.
"Yeah..." Arthur said.
"Found Arthur, friend?" Tarzan asked.
"Yep, we found Arthur." Sora said.
"Sora, what's going on?" Arthur asked.
"Got me. When I met Tarzan, he seems to repeat what I say and even made a strange sound." Sora said.
"What sound?" Arthur asked.
"Well, it went something like..." Sora repeats the same sound Tarzan made.
"Hmm, I don't know what means, but I guess we'll figure that out for later. Anyway, I'm really worried about Donald, Goofy, Twilight, Tor, Amity, and Kirby. Do you know where they ended up?" Arthur asked.
"I dunno. I thought they were with you." Sora said.
"Well, guess we gotta find them and hopefully, you and Donald can set things right." Arthur said.
"Oh, c'mon, Artie. Gimme a break." Sora said, putting his hands behind his head.
Tod points a tent and jumps up and down.
"Someone might be in that tent. Let's go see who's in there." Arthur said.
"Good idea." Sora said, as they into the tent.
(Camp-Tent)
Arthur, Sora, Tod, and Tarzan enter the tent and they find two people working on what looks like a projector.
The first is a young woman with long dark brown hair, wearing a white sleeveless shirt, and a long red skirt.
The second is a short older man with white hair, but the top part is bald and a white mustache and wearing expedition clothes.
"Jane." Tarzan and the woman named Jane and the older man turn around.
"Tarzan." Jane said.
"Oh, welcome back, lad. Oh, and who are these lads with you?" The older man asked, looking at Arthur and Sora.
"Um, hello. My name is..." Arthur was cut off.
"Oh, so you speak English. So then, obviously neither of you are related to Tarzan." Jane said.
"Uh, no." Sora said.
"We just met him." Arthur said.
"Interesting. Never thought there would be other people in this jungle. My name is Archimedes Q. Porter and this is my daughter, Jane." Archimedes said.
"Archimedes...?" Arthur asked, thinking about the owl Archimedes.
"Are you boys here to study the gorillas?" Jane asked.
"Study gorillas?" Arthur asked.
"Highly doubtful." A voice said and coming into the tent is the same man and with him are Donald and Goofy.
"Sora! Arthur! Tod!" Goofy cheered.
"Donald! Goofy! You're both okay!" Arthur cheered, but Tod bites Donald's left leg.
"OWWWW! What's your problem?!" Donald shouted at the fox, who growls at the duck.
"You deserve it if you ask me!" Sora said, as the two look away from each other.
"Guys, come on. Don't do this..." Arthur said.
"A circus of clowns. Not much use for hunting gorillas." The man said, leaving the tent.
"Wait, you're actually hunting them?!" Arthur asked.
"Mr. Clayton! We're STUDYING the gorillas, not hunting them! This is research." Jane said.
"Why do I have a bad feeling about this Mr. Clayton?" Arthur asked in his mind.
"Oh, well, the more the merrier in our campsite. Do make yourselves at home, lads." Archimedes said.
"Um, thank you, sir. We really can't stay here long. We have to find our other friends." Arthur said.
"Well, you can go on ahead." Sora said.
"I'm staying!" Sora and Donald said at the same time.
"Can't you two just get along?! We're supposed to a team and we have to act like one!" Arthur said, but Sora and Donald are still not looking at each other. "This is impossible..." Arthur said in his mind while hanging his head down.
"Uh, hey, look at what Donald and I found." Goofy said, taking out the small item.
"Huh? Is that one of the Gummi things you mentioned?" Arthur asked.
"Yup. It's a Gummi piece and it's the same one we use for our ship." Goofy said.
"That could mean the King might be here." Donald said.
"And Riku and Kairi." Sora said.
"We'll go see if they're here, but we should also find Twilight, Tor, Amity, and Kirby and PLEASE don't fight each other anymore!" Arthur said.
"Fine." Sora and Donald said, as they glare at each other, making the blond sigh.
"Do ya know where we should start?" Goofy asked.
"Well, Tarzan said he'd help me find Riku and Kairi." Sora said.
"Um, Mr. Archimedes, Ms. Jane, you two seem to know Tarzan better. Is there a reason why he's...not like us?" Arthur asked.
"Oh, well, that's because Tarzan here was raised by gorillas when he was just an infant." Archimedes said.
"So that's why..." Sora said.
"I've been teaching Tarzan about human behavior. It's not quite easy, but he's still learning." Jane said.
"I see." Arthur said.
"You lads said you've lost your friends, yes?" Archimedes asked.
"That's right." Arthur said.
"Tarzan said he'd Riku and Kairi, but he made a sound that we didn't get." Sora said.
"Hmm, perhaps that sound might provide some sort of clue. My father and I have been working on this projector to better help educate Tarzan. That sound might have some kind of connection." Jane said.
"Brilliant idea, Jane!" Archimedes said, going for the projector. "Oh, confound it all!" Archimedes said.
"What's wrong, sir?" Arthur asked.
"The slides have gone missing. I was cleaning this projector this morning, but I don't remember where I put those things." Archimedes said.
"Perhaps they're outside." Jane suggested.
"We'll go search for them." Arthur said.
"Oh, thank you, boys!" Archimedes said.
The six leave the tent and return outside to find the slides, but while looking for the slides, they see the same red elephant coming.
"Tantor approaching." Tarzan said.
The elephant named Tantor approaches the campsite with Tor and Kirby still on his back.
"Hey, a campsite. Maybe there's someone, who can help us." Tor said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said.
"Tor! Kirby!" Arthur cheered.
"You're both okay!" Sora cheered.
"Hey! Artie! Sora!" Tor said, as he and Kirby get off Tantor's back.
"Poyo!" Kirby cheered, hugging Arthur and Sora, who hug the puffball back.
"Whew, we where looking all over for you guys." Tor said.
"So were we. I was worried." Arthur said.
"Also, where'd you find that elephant?" Donald asked.
"Oh, he actually found us when we were searching. He's actually really nice. By the way, thanks for the help!" Tor said, as Tantor leaves the campsite.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, waving at Tantor.
"So, what're we doing? Are we gonna find the others?" Tor asked.
"Yes, but right now we're helping Mr. Archimedes and Ms. Jane find some slides to see if it'll help." Arthur said.
"Okay. Let's help with that." Tor said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, nodding.
(Information: Find the missing slides!)
The group begin finding the missing slides and later, they manage to find enough slides around the campsite and return to the tent to give the Porters the slides.
"Excellent! Now let's get to work." Archimedes said, as Jane turns on the projector and the first slide reveals what looks like a castle.
"That castle..." Arthur said, thinkg about the castle in Camelot.
"It's familiar..." Sora said.
"Arthur, Sora, what's wrong?" Goofy asked.
"Uh, nothing." Arthur said.
"I'm good." Sora said.
"This castle, it's like the one in Camelot, but..." Arthur stops talking in his mind.
"I've never seen castles before on my island. Why am I feeling nostalgic about it?" Sora asked in his mind.
More slides involving humanity show, but nothing relating to their friends.
"Well, Tarzan?" Jane asked.
"Anything, lad?" Archimedes asked.
"Where are our friends?" Arthur asked.
"Where're Riku and Kairi?" Sora asked, but Tarzan shakes his head.
"Hey, I thought..." Sora was cut off.
"That just leaves one place." A voice said and they see Clayton entering the tent. "As you boys can see, we've been in this jungle for some time now, but we have yet to encounter these friends of yours. I'd wager they're with the gorillas, but Tarzan refuses to take us to them." Clayton said.
"Honestly, Mr. Clayton, Tarzan wouldn't hide..." Jane was cut off.
"Then take us there! Take us to the gorillas! Go-rill-as!" Clayton said.
Tarzan turns to see Arthur and Sora and then nods.
"Tarzan, are you sure?" Jane asked.
"Tarzan go see Kerchak." Tarzan said.
"Kerchak?" Archimedes asked.
"He must be the leader. Perfect, I'll come along as an escort. The jungle IS a very dangerous place, after all." Clayton said.
"We really appreciate the offer, Mr. Clayton, but since Tarzan knows the jungle more, I think he can guide us." Arthur said.
"Quite a stubborn boy, aren't you? I think I like you already." Clayton said, leaving the tent.
"This can't be just me, but something's...off about Mr. Clayton." Arthur said.
"No, you're not alone. I don't think I trust him for a second." Tor said.
"Poyo." Kirby said, nodding.
(Information: Go find Kerchak!)
The group leave the tent and return outside, only for Sabor to attack the group, but Arthur and Sora attack with their weapons while Donald casts Thunder while Goofy bashes with his shield while Tor double slashes with his sword while Kirby swings his hammer while Tod delivers a skullbashing strike while Tarzan attacks with his spear and after enough attacks, Sabor runs away. The group continue on and return to the hippo lagoon and Tarzan guides them through the lagoon and takes them to a wall of vines for them to climb on and they go higher up the jungle.
(Jungle-Vines)
The group arrive higher up the jungle full of vines, but they find someone trapped in vines and it's Twilight.
"Twilight!" Arthur said.
"Oh, thank Celestia you found me. Mind helping me?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah, hang on." Arthur said, casting Blaze at the vines, burning them and freeing Twilight, who flies to them.
"Thanks. Felt like I've been tangled here for five moons." Twilight said.
"Now all that's left is Amity, but where is she?" Tor asked.
"We'll find her as soon as we follow Tarzan." Goofy said.
The follow Tarzan while swinging on the vines and they go to a different section.
(Jungle-Vines 2)
The group are now in a different vine section and they find Tarzan talking to a big black male gorilla and with him is the same brown furred gorilla and with her is Amity.
"Kerchak, please listen to me! I know the nesting grounds are secret, but I trust them. I want to help because...because they need us." Tarzan said.
"He might be right, Kerchak. Perhaps the ones he brought here could help us. I don't think they mean any harm, like the girl I brought." The brown gorilla said.
"You shouldn't have brought her here in the first place, Kala. As for you, Tarzan, these are outsiders you brought here and regardless of their intentions, I don't trust them as far as I throw them! They must not set foot on our nesting grounds!" Kerchak said.
"Uh, did anyone get that?" Goofy asked.
"No." Donald said.
"Wish I could understand what they're saying..." Arthur said.
"If Fluttershy was here, this would've been easier." Twilight said.
"Kerchak!" Tarzan pleaded.
"Not another word, Tarzan! They're forbidden!" Kerchak said, but then he looks up at something. "I have something to look into. Take these outsiders out of our home at once." Kerchak said, leaving.
"I'm sorry, Tarzan." Kala said, following Kerchak.
"Kerchak..." Tarzan said, hanging his head down.
"Amity!" Arthur called.
"Thank Titan you found me. That female one found me and took me here, much to that male's anger. As grateful as I was, at least I can finally get out of here." Amity said.
"Hang on." Twilight said, flying for Amity and uses her magic to levitate the witchling to the group.
"Hey, did Kerchak look distracted to you?" Donald asked.
"I think so." Arthur said.
"I think he was looking at that tree house." Sora said.
"I wonder what's going on." Tor said.
(Information: Head for the tree house!)
The group find a vine and use it to climb up, taking them somewhere else.
(Climbing Trees)
The group are now in a tree and being climbing up and they find a cave, taking them to the same tree house Sora landed.
"Is this the tree house you fell into Sora?" Goofy asked.
"Yeah." Sora said, but they see Clayton.
"What's Mr. Clayton doing?" Arthur asked.
"I'll go see." Twilight said, flying up.
Inside the tree house, the same blue gorilla is spinning a globe, but Clayton points his rifle at the gorilla and is about to fire, as he's about to pull the trigger, Twilight flies in just in time.
"STOP!" Twilight shouted, shocking Clayton, as he fires, but misses the gorilla. "How could you do such a thing?!" Twilight demanded.
"Good work, Twi! You stopped him!" Tor said, as they others join while Tarzan sees Kerchak and the blue gorilla.
"Kerchak, please..." Tarzan pleaded.
"You allowed Terk to almost get killed. These outsiders will not be trusted!" Kerchak said, leaving.
Terk looks at Twilight and Donald before she joins Kerchak.
"What's your problem?!" Amity demanded.
"What were you thinking?!" Donald demanded.
"You don't understand. I was only trying to... A snake slithered by and you see, I saved that poor gorilla's life." Clayton said, but Tarzan shakes his head.
"I don't believe you. You were about to hurt that poor gorilla." Arthur said.
"Now what can we do?" Goofy asked.
"Let's go back and tell Jane what happened." Sora said.
Unknowing to them, Valken in his vulture form, is watching the group and Clayton.
"That must be the hunter Ruber was talking about. This could be our moment!" Valken said, flying off.
The group later return to the tent and tell Jane and Archimedes what happened.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing!" Archimedes said.
"How could you do such a thing?!" Jane demanded.
"Now, Ms. Porter, as I have told you, I was not aiming at the..." Clayton was cut off.
"YOU are not to go near the gorillas again!" Jane yelled.
"All because of ONE mishap? Come now..." Clayton said, but Arthur, Sora, Donald, Twilight, Tor, Amity, Kirby, Tarzan, and Jane glare at the hunter, making him chuckle and leaves the tent with an angry look. "What am I doing with these imbeciles? Blasted gorillas! I'll hunt down every last one of them! I'll track them down somehow! I'll stake my life on it!" Clayton said, taking a pipe.
"So, that's your desire, huh?" A voice asked, making Clayton ready his rifle.
"Who's there?!" Clayton demanded.
"I can help you fulfill your wish, but it'll cost you one thing." The voice said.
"Show yourself!" Clayton yelled.
Inside the tent, the group hear shooting.
"Now what?" Tor asked.
"It better not be Clayton trying to shoot another gorilla." Donald said.
"We should check outside." Goofy said.
The group return outside, only to find a gorilla surrounded by Heartless that look like monkeys.
"Heartless!" Sora said.
"Not here too!" Arthur said, taking out Excalibur.
"C'mon!" Twilight said.
(Information: Defeat the Heartless and save the gorilla!)
The Powerwild Heartless attack with their palms and then deliver slide kicks, but Arthur casts Blaze burning them while Sora casts Thunder, but the Powerwilds jump into the air and deliver multi punches, only for Twilight to use her magic to slam the Heartless to the ground while Donald casts Thunder while Amity summons an Abomination fist to deliver an uppercut. The Powerwilds deliver multi attacks with their palms, but Tor uses Sword Thrust while Goofy uses Charge while Kirby uses Inhale to become Powerwild Kirby and delivers multi punches with his palms while Tod attacks with his stick followed by a tail whip strike while Tarzan attacks with his spear and they defeat the Heartless, saving the gorilla.
After the fight, the gorilla leaves.
"More Heartless could be around to hurt more gorillas." Twilight said.
"Let's search the jungle and help as many as we can." Amity said.
(Information: Find any more gorillas attacked by Heartless!)
The group leave the campsite and head for a diifferent area.
(Bamboo Forest)
The group arrive at the bamboo forest, where they find more Powerwilds attacking another gorilla, so Arthur slashes with Excalibur while Sora attacks with his Keyblade while Donald casts Earth while Twilight shoots magic blasts followed by casting Frost while Goofy bashes with his shield while Tor uses Sword Spin while Amity shoots pink fireballs while Kirby double swings his hammer while Tod uses growl while Tarzan multi strikes with his spear and they defeat the Heartless and save the gorilla and after the gorilla leaves, the group leave the bamboo forest and head for the next area.
(Jungle-Cliff)
The group arrive at the cliff area, where they find more Powerwilds attacking another gorilla, but the group fight off the Heartless and save the next gorilla, who leaves, so the group leave the cliffs and they check other areas, such as the swamp, climbing trees, and the tree house, where they fight off more Heartless and more gorillas, but as they search for more Heartless, they hear a loud noise.
"What's that?" Tor asked.
"C'mon." Sora said, as they keep going.
The group arrive at a different part of the jungle, where they find Tantor surrounded by more Powerwilds, as well as Bouncywilds.
"Tantor in danger!" Tarzan said.
"C'mon, Kirby! We owe him!" Tor said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, nodding.
The group confront the Heartless, as the Powerwilds deliver punches while the Bouncywilds shoot shots from their slingshots, but Arthur casts Volt and sends lightning orbs while Sora uses Sonic Blade and dashes all over, getting the Heartless and delivers the final dash attack while Tod uses Skullbash, but the Bouncywilds leave banana peels on the ground while the Powerwilds jump and aerial attack. Donald casts Thunder followed by casting Fire while Twilight casts Quake followed by casting Frost, only for the Powerwilds to slide attack while the Bouncywilds dash around while firing more shots from their slingshots, but Goofy blocks with his shield and then uses Tornado while Tor vertical slashes with his sword followed by a big swing. The Bouncywilds keep firing more shots from their slingshots while the Powerwilds deliver multi punches, only for Kirby to inhale a Bouncywild, becoming Bouncywild Kirby and shoots shots from his slingshot while Amity uses her Abomination to use Hammer Fist while Tarzan double strikes with his spear, only for the Powerwilds to aerial strike while the Bouncywilds shoot more shots, but Arthur casts Quake while Sora casts Thunder and they defeat the Heartless.
"You okay, Tantor?" Tor asked, as Tantor uses his trunk to grab the group and put them on his back.
"Hey, what's going on?" Donald asked.
"I think he wants to take us somewhere." Sora said.
"Well, I think we've cleared out enough Heartless, so we might as well tell the Porters." Arthur said.
"Can ya take us back to the campsite, Tantor?" Goofy asked, as Tantor takes the group back to the campsite.
Somewhere in the swamp, Valken comes flying and reverts back to his wolf form and finds Morgan.
"As expected, the Heartless are now in this world, thanks to Clayton's dark heart." Valken said.
"And he's nothing more than our pawn. All that's left is to find that Keyhole and that Faerie Heart." Morgan said.
"But what about the meddlesome 'heroes'?" Valken asked.
"Who cares, but if they keep this up, they'll be in for suffering. Go help Clayton find that Keyhole!" Morgan ordered, as Powerwilds and Bouncywilds leave the swamp.
Later, Tantor arrives at the campsite and the group get off.
"Thank you, Tantor." Tor said.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, as Tantor leaves.
The group make their way back to the tent and talk to Archimedes and Jane.
"The gorillas are safe." Sora said.
"Splendid! You're quite the heroes!" Archimedes said.
"Still, I'm worried about Clayton." Jane said.
"After that stupid stunt he pulled, I wouldn't be, but I guess we'll find him and see if he hasn't caused any more trouble." Amity said.
The group leave the tent, but they a loud noise.
"Is that Clayton?" Arthur asked.
"Let's go take a look." Donald said.
The group return to the bamboo forest, only to find Clayton's pipe on the stump.
"Was Clayton here?" Twilight asked.
Just then, something comes flying across the forest and it's Sabor, who is on the ground, but not moving.
"Sabor?" Sora asked.
"Sabor, gone." Tarzan said.
"What?" Amity asked.
"Heh, that oversized cat was no match for me!" A voice said.
"Who's there?" Twilight asked.
"That voice..." Arthur said.
Coming out of the bamboo is Kay with his quiver of arrows, bow, and a sword and he turns to see the group.
"Oh, it's you lot. You're the ones, who're gonna be a pain." Kay said and sees Arthur. "Well, well, if it isn't little Wart! You have NO idea how much I wanted to see you after surviving!" Kay said.
"Artie, you know him?" Tor asked.
"Y-Yeah, that's Kay." Arthur said.
"To think that YOU would be the wielder of Excalibur? What a joke! And you, squirt! YOU'RE supposed to be the Keybearer?! Pah! I wanted a nice challenge and that fuzzball wasn't enough! Oh, well, still got some free time on my hands, so you lot'll be good for target practice." Kay said.
"Guys, look out!" Sora said.
(Information: Fight off Kay!)
Kay fires three arrows at the group, who dodge out of the way and Arthur tries to slash at Kay with Excalibur, only for Kay to grab the blond by his throat and pins him to the ground, but Tod bites Kay's leg while Tarzan quickly multi strikes with his spear while Sora vertical slashes with his Keyblade followed by a blitz strike, only for Kay to retaliate with swinging his sword followed by a sword slamming strike. Goofy blocks the sword attack with his shield and then delivers a huge bash with his shield while Twilight shoots magic blasts followed by casting Frost, but Kay goes for the bamboo and starts firing arrows from the bamboo, but the group dodge while Kirby inhales an arrow, becoming Archer Kirby, as Kay comes out from the bamboo to attack, only for Archer Kirby to fire arrows while Donald casts Fire followed by Blizzard. Kay takes out four arrows and shoots them in the air to rain down at the group, who avoid the raining arrows, as Amity shoots three pink fireballs while Tor horizontal slashes with his sword followed by a shield bashing strike, but Kay backs off and then tries to attack with his sword, only for Sora to use Sonic Blade, knocking Kay back.
"You're really startin' to irritate me!" Kay yelled.
"Back at you!" Tor yelled back.
"Time to start gettin' serious!" Kay yelled.
"Kay!" A voice called and Gideon appears from a dark portal. "Thought I'd find you here! I suppose it makes sense for a simpleton to be in a world like this." Gideon said.
"Ugh, you again, squirt?! I'm dealin' with Wart and his pathetic friends!" Kay yelled.
"Well, yer wanted back at the castle! Ruber and Dr. Facilier have a new mission fer us and we gotta git ready! Now, git yer behind over there, ya mouth-breathin' fool!" Gideon yelled.
"Argh! I could squash ya right now if I wanted to, you little cockroach!" Kay yelled.
"And I can buy and sell ya, ya knuckledragger!" Gideon yelled back.
"You really irritate me, Gideon! Fine, if that's what Ruber and the Doc want, I'll be on my way." Kay said, but turns to Arthur. "It's no surprise you're still a joke in combat, Wart! You'll never hold a candle to me! My advice, stay outta my way and quit playin' hero or you'll be in for some punishment from your big brother!" Kay said, going for the dark portal.
"See y'all later! Oh, and just like what that peabrain said; stay outta our business!" Gideon said, also going for the dark portal before it disappears.
"So, first we got that brat and now we're dealing with a mindless brute?" Amity asked.
"And did he say he's your brother, Arthur?" Goofy asked.
"Y-Yeah... I just can't believe I'm seeing him again like this..." Arthur said.
"Clayton doesn't seem to be around here. Let's keep checking." Sora said.
Meanwhile Terk is running through the campsite and enters the tent, where she finds Jane and Archimedes.
"Terk, what's the matter?" Jane asked, but something enters the tent, much to their horror.
"Oh, dear..." Archimedes said.
The group return to the tent, but they find Jane and Archimedes gone.
"Where're Jane and Archimedes?" Twilight asked.
"Tarzan, what's wrong?" Goofy asked.
"Porters taken. Porters gone." Tarzan said.
"That's not a good sign." Amity said.
"We gotta find them!" Sora said.
(Information: Find Jane and Archimedes!)
The group leave the tent and find footprints on the ground, so they follow the footprints, leading them to the hippo lagoon and the footprints lead them back to the vines and they climb up the vines, taking them to the climbing trees.
"Where are Ms. Jane and Mr. Archimedes?" Arthur asked.
"Tarzan!" A voice cried.
"Over here, lad!" Another voice cried and they see Jane, Archimedes, and Terk trapped behind vines.
"Hang on! We'll get you guys out!" Tor said, but Powerwilds appear.
"Ugh, move it!" Sora said, attacking Heartless, but more appear.
"Where are they comin' from?" Goofy asked.
Tod then looks up to see a giant black fruit.
"Poyo!" Kirby said, pointing up at the fruit.
"Call me crazy, but what if that fruit is the source?" Arthur asked.
"It makes sense, considering we never saw it." Twilight said.
"Let's give it a good strike!" Donald said.
"Sora, you and I will handle the fruit. You guys keep the Heartless away from us." Arthur said.
(Information: Destroy the fruit!)
Arthur and Sora begin attacking the black fruit with their weapons while the rest deal with the Heartless and Arthur and Sora keep attacking the black fruit and later, the black fruit is gone while the Heartless are defeated.
The group go to Jane and Archimedes, who explain everything.
"Then Clayton came to the tent and that was last thing we remember." Jane finished explaining.
"Clayton?!" Sora asked shocked.
"I knew he'd be up to no good." Arthur said.
"Gorillas trapped. Terk ran." Tarzan said.
"We gotta save the gorillas!" Twilight said.
"I agree. We need to find Clayton and now." Amity said.
"Do be careful. Clayton doesn't appear to be himself." Archimedes said.
(Information: Find Clayton!)
The group leave the climbing trees to find Clayton and they find more footprints on the ground, leading them through the campsite and they go through the bamboo forest and go for the cliff.
At the cliff, the gorillas are surrounded by Powerwilds and Clayton readies his rifle, but as the gorillas run away, Kala remains while Clayton aims for her, as the Powerwilds leap at Kerchak while Clayton is about to pull the trigger.
"NO!" Sora shouted.
"STOP!" Arthur shouted, making Clayton turn to see the group. "What's wrong with you, Clayton?" Arthur asked.
"Not Clayton!" Tarzan said, making more gorilla sounds. "Not Clayton!" Tarzan said.
"We need to stop him!" Tor said.
Clayton prepares to fire his rifle, but Arthur slashes at Clayton with Excalibur followed by a somersault slash while Sora uses Sonic Blade while Tarzan attacks with his spear while Twilight unleashes magenta flame from her tome while Donald casts Blizzard while Goofy bashes with his shield while Tor triple slashes with his sword while Amity summons her Abomination to attack with a hammer while Kirby double swings his hammer while Tod bites and after enough attacks, they knock Clayton back.
Clayton prepares to fire his rifle again, but the rock wall behind him breaks apart, making Tarzan rush to stop Clayton, but something knocks him back.
"Tarzan!" Arthur and Sora said and they see Clayton in midair and readying his rifle again.

Clayton fires his rifle at the group, who dodge and Arthur slashes with Excalibur followed by a diagonal slash followed by casting Blaze while Tarzan multi strikes with his spear, but something charges at the group to attack, only for Sora to aerial slash with his Keyblade followed by a big swing while Goofy uses Rocket, but Clayton shoots the group with his rifle again. Donald shoots magic bolts followed by casting Thunder while Tor vetical slashes with his sword followed by throwing his shield, but something keeps ramming to attack the group, only for Twilight to unleash magic orbs from her tome followed by casting Volt while Kirby multi jabs followed by a big hammer swing while Amity uses her Abomination to deliver punches followed by a hammer fist strike while Tod uses Skullbash and after enough attacks, something appears and it's a giant Heartless that looks like a chameleon with green camouflage.
"So it IS a Heartless!" Donald said.
"We need to take it down along with Clayton!" Amity said.
The Heartless known as Stealth Sneak claps its hands together, conjuring green energy and unleashes it, but Sora aerial slashes at Stealth Sneak with his Keyblade while Tarzan multi strikes with his spear, but Clayton fires at the group with his rifle while Stealth Sneak delivers a dancing kick attack, only for Tor to spin slash with his sword followed by a shield bash while Donald casts Fire while Amity shoots pink fireballs. Stealth Sneak rams at the group, who dodge while Goofy throws his shield while Twilight casts Volt at both Clayton and Stealth Sneak while Kirby multi jumps and multi strikes with his feet while Tod uses Growl, only for Stealth Sneak to light its eyes and fires beams of light three times to get the group, who dodge. Arthur and Sora both aerial slash with their weapons and after enough attacks, they stun Stealth Sneak and Arthur Sora work together to knock Clayton right off the giant Heartless.
"Now we have to handle them both." Twilight said.
"Sora and I can handle Clayton. You guys keep that Heartless busy." Arthur said.
Stealth Sneak conjures more green energy to attack the group, who dodge out of the way and Twilight unleashes magic orbs from her tome and then casts Frost while Goofy uses Charge, but Stealth Sneak dance kicks to attack, only for Tor to use Sky Dance and aerial slashes at the giant Heartless with his sword followed by a slamming shield strike while Donald unleashes magic blasts followed by casting Blizzard. Clayton fires his rifle, only for Amity to summon an Abomination fist to deliver an uppercut while Sora uses Sonic Blade and dashes all over many times while Arthur diagonal slashes with Excalibur followed by casting Blaze, only for Stealth Sneak to light its eyes and fires light rays from its eyes again, but Tarzan attacks with his spear while Kirby inhales one of the light rays and spits it back out. Clayton fires his rifle three times, but Tod bites the hunter's leg, allowing Arthur and Sora to keep attacking Clayton with their weapons, but Stealth Sneak conjures more green energy to attack the group, only for Kirby to inhale the green energy and spits it back out while Goofy bashes with his shield. Stealth Sneak rams to attack the group, only for Twilight to casy Quake to stop the giant Heartless, allowing Donald and Amity to unleash their respective fire magic to attack, only for Stealth Sneak to light its eyes and fires more light rays, but Sora charges at the Heartless, jumps into the air, and then casts Thunder, striking the Heartless and knocking it out.
"That Heartless annoyed me." Sora said.
"Now to get Clayton." Donald said.
Clayton tries to use a potion to heal himself, but Tarzan stops the hunter with his spear attack while Goofy uses Charge to knock Clayton back, only for Clayton to fire his rifle, but Twilight casts Shell to protect everyone and then casts Quake, sending Clayton back to Donald, who casts Blizzard while Amity uses an Abomination hand to grab Clayton and slams him to the ground, dealing damage. Clayton tries to heal himself with another potion, only for Sora to deliver a blade stand kick and then triple slashes with his Keyblade while Arthur diagonal slashes with Excalibur followed by a somersault slash, but Clayton tries to shoot the boys with his rifle, only for Tor to block with his shield and uses Sword Thrust while Kirby delivers a flipping attack with his hammer. Clayton gets away and tries to fire his rifle again, only for Tod to deliver another skullbashing strike while Donald casts Blizzard while Tor delivers a big swing with his sword, but Clayton tries to fire again, only for Amity to use her magic to destroy the rifle completely and then uses her Abomination to deliver a big punch, sending Clayton to Twilight, who uses her magic to levitate the hunter and slams him to the ground. Clayton tries to heal himself again, only for Sora to quickly use Sonic Blade and dashes all over, getting Clayton while Arthur horizontal slashes with Excalibur followed by a fast spinning strike and they manage to finish off Clayton.
"This can't be happening..." Clayton said.
Clayton stumbles back and just then, Stealth Sneak starts shaking uncontrollablly and falls on Clayton.
"Crushed by his own Heartless... I feel bad for him." Arthur said, as a giant heart leaves Stealth Sneak while disappearing.
"Glad that's over." Twilight said.
Just then, Kala approaches the group and gives Sora Cure magic and Arthur Mend magic and then Kerchak arrives, grabs the two boys, and throws them to the upper part of the cliff and does the same to Donald, Goofy, Tor, Tod, Amity, and Kirby while Twilight uses her wings to fly up to the cliff. Tarzan climbs up and watches Kerchak, Kala, and the other gorillas leave, as they group watch the waterfalls.
"Tarzan home." Tarzan said, going for a cave.
"Where's he goin'?" Goofy asked.
The group follow Tarzan into the cave.
(Waterfall Cavern)
The group enter a waterfall cave and follow Tarzan climbing up the cave, so they follow him up and they see him going for another cave and follow him into the next cave.
(Cavern of Hearts)
The group arrive at a different cave and they find Tarzan with a tree full of butterflies and Jane, Archimedes, and Terk join them.
"So, this is your home?" Arthur asked.
"But that means..." Sora was cut off by a sound.
"Huh?" Goofy asked.
"What's that?" Amity asked.
"The waterfalls. They're echoing all the way here." Jane said.
"Simply splendid." Archimedes said.
"Friends there. See friends." Tarzan said.
"Oh, now I know what that gorilla sound means. It means 'heart'. Friends in our hearts." Jane said.
"Heart." Tarzan said.
"That's what it meant." Sora said.
"Friends, same heart. Clayton, lose heart. No heart, no see friends. No heart, no friends." Tarzan said.
"Donald, sorry about what I said." Sora said.
"I'm sorry for being selfish." Donald said.
"Whew, finally, you two made up." Arthur said.
"About time." Amity said, crossing her arms.
"This is a really nice lesson in friendship." Twilight said.
"All for one, huh?" Goofy said.
"You can say that again." Tor said.
The butterflies start flying away and reveal another keyhole on the tree trunk, so Sora's Keyblade unleashes another beam and locks the keyhole, making it disappear and just then, another Gummi piece falls out.
"A Gummi." Donald said.
"But it's not the King's." Goofy said.
Just then, something appears and it's a green heart.
"Another one..." Arthur said, as the green heart flies into Excalibur.
"That's three of them, but what do they mean?" Amity asked.
"Hopefully we'll get our answer." Arthur said.
Terk nudges her head against Donald.
"Oh-ho, I do believe you have a special admirer." Archimedes said.
"No, no, no! Daisy would kill me!" Donald said and everyone laughs.
(Theme: Villains of Sort)
In the dark chamber, the projection of the group shuts off, as Morgan and Valken arrive to meet with the shadow figures.
"So, Morgan's role was to lure the Heartless to that world by using the hunter?" The calculating shadow asked.
"Yes. His lust for power was the perfect bait and as expected, the bait was too tasty for the hunter's own good." Maleficent said.
"Yeah, he got CHOMPED instead!" The cocky shadow said.
"What a simpleton, just like Kay." Gideon said.
"Watch it, you little snot!" Kay yelled.
"We were THIS close to getting that Keyhole, but it's obvious he couldn't pull off a simple task." Morgan said.
"A weak-hearted fool like him stood no chance against the Heartless." The calculating shadow said, revealing to be a thin man with a twisted goatee, wearing a black robe with red long sleeves, black turban with a red feather, black cape, and carrying a staff with a cobra head. "But the boy with the key is a problem. He found another Keyhole. What's more is that the one with Excalibur has found three Faerie Hearts." The man said.
"That shouldn't matter." Ruber said.
"Fear not, Jafar. It will take them ages to find the rest. Besides, they remain blissfully unaware of our other plan." Maleficent said.
"Yes, the Princesses." Jafar said.
"As well as the three Princes." Dr. Facilier said.
"The Princesses are falling into our hands, one by one." Maleficent said and just then, they see the same black haired woman pushed into the chamber. "Speaking of which..." Maleficent said.
Coming from behind the woman is Silver Knight.
"Well done, Silver Knight. You completed your task of bringing Snow White." Ruber said.
"It was all too easy. She's yours now." Silver Knight said.
"No one should ever doubt Silver Knight's abilites." Morgan said and then sees Arthur. "Hey, Silver, wanna torment Artie and then kill him?" Morgan asked.
"But what about our..." Silver Knight was cut off.
"Who says we can't have a little fun?" Moragn asked, as they leave.
"I wonder what their true motives are." Jafar said.
"That's even a mystery to me, but they have their uses." Maleficent said.
"As long as they do what we wish, I see no harm in keeping them around." Ruber said.
"Now then, Gideon and Kay, your next mission will take you to Agrabah. There is a new ally in that world that I think she'll make a wonderful addition. Find her and recruit her." Dr. Facilier said.
"Azula will accompany you on that mission." Ruber said.
"That way, I'll make sure you two will remain focused." Azula said.
"Azula, I don't have a problem comin' with, but do I have to go with this mouth-breathin' knuckledragger?" Gideon asked.
"Why do I have to go with this pompus shrimp? And why do we even need Miss Fire? For that matter, why do we even need a new ally? You already got me." Kay said.
"You have your orders and you will follow them." Maleficent said.
"Fine." Gideon and Kay said, as they look away from each other and they leave with Azula.
Meanwhile in Deep Jungle and in the tent, the group tell the Porters they have to leave.
"Well, it's time to go." Twilight said.
"A shame you have to leave. I was enjoying your company." Archimedes said.
"Where is your ship anyway?" Jane asked.
"Uh, not too far." Donald said.
"Sora, Arthur, Tarzan, friends." Tarzan said, making the boys smile.
"Yeah, we are friends, Tarzan." Arthur said.
The group leave the tent to go for the Gummi ship and leave Deep Jungle.
Here's Chapter 10 and this was pretty long, which I'm happy with and I was thinking about adding another partner for Deep Jungle, but I decided no. That's all from me. Chapter 11 is coming.
