Chapter 27: Winnie the Pooh

Arthur, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Twilight, Tod, Tor, Amity, Kirby, Katara, Robin, and Maka and Soul leave Demon Castle and return to the Gummi ship to continue their journey, but as they continue, Arthur has a thought.

"Guys, I was thinking about that book." Arthur said.

"You mean the one we delivered to Merlin?" Tor asked.

"Yeah. While we were in other worlds, I actually found some pages and I think they might be enough." Arthur said, showing some torn pages.

"You might be right, Artie. Let's go back to Traverse Town and give them back to Merlin." Sora said.

"Agreed." Twilight said.

The Gummi ship warp drives back to Traverse Town and they disembark.

The group arrive back at the First District to find Merlin, but as they keep going, they find a house.

"Poyo!" Kirby said, pointing at the house.

"I don't remember that house being here." Katara said.

"Let's have a look." Goofy said, as they go inside.

(Geppetto's House)

The group enter the house to find Geppetto and Pinocchio.

"Huh? Pinocchio? Geppetto?" Sora asked.

"Hey, it's Arthur and Sora!" Pinocchio said.

"Well, hello, everyone!" Geppetto said.

"So, you two DID make it out of Monstro." Robin said.

"Yes, indeed. Pinocchio and I arrived here. Then, Leon and Erza took us to this house for us to stay in. I don't how I'll ever repay their kindness." Geppetto said.

"Well, it's good to know you two are okay." Amity said.

"Anyway, we're gonna go see Merlin." Donald said.

"Do stop by anytime." Geppetto said.

"Bye, everyone!" Pinocchio said.

The group leave the house and make their way for the Second District and then arrive at the Third District and later arrive at Merlin's house.

"Uncle, Merlin, we're here." Arthur said.

"Oh, hello, everybody! How goes your journey?" Merlin asked.

"It's going good." Tor said.

"We were wondering if that book we delivered is still here." Sora said.

"Of course! It's still on the bedside table." Merlin said.

"Great, 'cause we actually found some pages for that book." Twilight said.

"Excellent! That should restore the book. Let me see those." Merlin said, taking the pages and putting them into the book.

"What's so special about some book anyway?" Soul asked.

"Well, I believe this book has a magical property. Meaning, you should be able to jump into the book." Merlin said.

"Jumping into the book?" Donald asked.

"Doesn't sound strange to me." Amity said.

"That actually sounds fun." Maka said.

"I wanna what's in the book." Arthur said.

"Me too!" Sora said.

"Simply open the book and jump into the book when you're ready." Merlin said.

Sora opens the book and the two boys nod at each other while jumping into the book in a bright light and later, the two boys are now inside the book.

"Wow, we're tiny!" Arthur said.

"Yeah, must be the magic of the book." Sora said, looking around.

"Let's look around and see what we can find." Arthur said and Sora nods.

The two boys explore the pages of the book and they later find a page and go into it.

(Meadow)

The boys arrive in what looks like a grassy meadow and while looking around, they find what looks like a yellow bear wearing a red shirt sitting on a log in a thinking pose.

"A bear?" Arthur asked.

"Let's go talk to him." Sora said.

The boys walk to the log and join the bear, who is still thinking about something.

"Think, think, think, think." The bear said.

"Hi there. What's wrong?" Sora asked.

"Oh, I was just thinking." The bear said.

"Oh." Sora said.

"Thinking about what?" Arthur asked.

"I was thinking about how to say goodbye to Pooh." The bear said.

"Pooh?" Sora asked.

"Yes?" The bear responded.

"Wait, are you Pooh?" Arthur asked, sitting next to the bear while Sora sits on the other side.

"Yes, I'm Winnie the Pooh. Pooh for short. And who are you two?" Pooh asked.

"I'm Sora and this is my friend Arthur." Sora introduced himself and Arthur.

"Hi." Arthur said.

"Hello, Sora and Arthur. Have you two come to say goodbye to Pooh too?" Pooh asked.

"Well, no. Why would we do that?" Sora asked.

"Yeah, we've only just met. Why would we say goodbye to you already?" Arthur asked.

"Because everyone's gone away." Pooh said.

"Huh?" Sora asked.

"What happened?" Arthur asked.

"Well, we all lived here in the Hundred Acre Wood and we'd take walks together, play Pooh sticks, and every day, I'd eat some honey. Just one smackeral or two would taste very good right now. Now, everyone's gone." Pooh explained. "All my friends and my favorite Hunny Tree too. Everyone must have gone away while I was napping, I think... So, who knows, maybe I'll end up going away as well, but how can I say goodbye to myself?" Pooh asked, getting off the log and starts thinking again.

"Poor Pooh..." Arthur said.

Just then, Pooh's stomach starts rumbling.

"Oh, my tummy's going all rumbly." Pooh said, walking away.

"We should do something to help him." Sora said.

"Yeah, he lost all his friends and now he's alone." Arthur said.

(World of Hundred Acre Wood)

(Field Theme: Winnie the Pooh)

Arthur and Sora follow Pooh through the meadow and later arrive somewhere else.

(Pooh's House)

Arthur and Sora arrive at what looks like a house with a tree and they enter the house to find Pooh, where they find the bear looking into an empty honey pot.

"Oh, bother. There's no honey left. If only the Hunny Tree would visit... Then I could eat my fill." Pooh said, leaving the house.

Arthur and Sora leave the house as well and later go for the next area of the book.

(Hunny Tree)

Arthur and Sora arrive at a hill with a very tall tree with bees flying around and coming out a log is a very small pink piglet.

"H-Hello... I-Is anyone there...?" The piglet asked timidly. "Oh, what am I t-to do...? I'm all alone... Pooh...? Pooh...? Where are you? It's me, Piglet..." Piglet said.

Just then, Piglet turns to see two figures behind him and they're Arthur and Sora, making him run away in fear and hides behind the tree.

"I think he's scared of us, but we didn't mean to scare him..." Arthur said.

"It's okay. We just gotta get him to talk to us." Sora said.

"I think I have an idea." Arthur said.

(Information: Sneak behind Piglet!)

Arthur and Sora get behind the tree and approach Piglet.

"Oh, d-d-d-dear...! I-I was j-just... N-Never mind... I'm sorry..." Piglet said scared.

"Hey, it's okay. We're not gonna hurt you, I promise." Arthur said, bending down to Piglet's level.

"Yeah, you're just trying to find Pooh, right?" Sora asked.

"Oh, you two know Pooh?" Piglet asked.

"Yep." Arthur said.

"Oh, I feel so much better." Piglet said.

"So, what were you trying to do, Piglet?" Sora asked.

"Oh, y-you see, I-I have something I need to give to Pooh right away." Piglet said and just then, Pooh arrives. "Oh, Pooh!" Piglet said.

"Hello, Piglet. Nice to see you today." Pooh said.

"Listen, Pooh, I have something you asked to get." Piglet said, taking out a blue balloon.

"Why, thank you, Piglet. Now I'll be able to get some honey." Pooh said.

"B-But how...?" Piglet asked.

"I shall hold onto the balloon and fly like a bee, up the Hunny Tree, see." Pooh said.

"You think it'll work?" Arthur asked.

"Of course." Pooh said.

"But if you try to take their honey, won't the bees get angry?" Piglet asked.

"Leave the bees to us. We'll protect Pooh while he tries to take some honey." Sora said.

"Yeah." Arthur said.

"Thank you. That should be more helpful." Pooh said.

Just then, someone arrives and it's a brown owl.

"Oh, hello, Owl." Pooh said.

"Why, hello, Pooh Bear. Are you here to get some honey today?" Owl asked.

"Why, yes." Pooh said.

"That's all well and good, but what if the bees will attack?" Owl asked.

"That's where we come in, sir." Arthur said.

"Very well. Be sure not to let Pooh's balloon pop." Owl said and the boys nod.

(Information: Help Pooh collect as much honey!)

Arthur and Sora help Pooh into the air, as they climb up the tree while defending Pooh from bees, as he's taking some honey and they continue to climb the tall tree while Arthur and Sora keep defending Pooh from the bees, as Pooh is taking more honey from the tree and later, they reach the top of the tree and Pooh begins eating lots of honey.

"So, how's the honey?" Arthur asked.

"It's very good, but there's always room for one more." Pooh said, still eating honey.

"Thank you two for helping Pooh." Piglet said.

"No problem." Sora said.

Arthur and Sora leave the Hunny Tree and make their way for the next part of the book.

(Rabbit's House)

Arthur and Sora arrive at what looks like a vegetable garden full of carrots and cabbages and they come across another house with a tree with a mailbox that says 'RABBIT' and Arthur and Sora decide to knock on the door.

"Nobody's home! No honey here!" A voice said.

"Huh?" Arthur asked confused.

"What was that about?" Sora asked.

The boys go around the back of the house, where they find Pooh and Piglet staring through a hole in a burrow.

"Look, Rabbit's house is back, but it looks like Rabbit's not home. Pooh's been calling and calling, but the house says 'no one's home'." Piglet said.

"You mean just like a minute ago?" Arthur asked.

"Nobody's home?" Pooh asked.

"That's right! Nobody!" The voice said.

"I'm gonna check inside." Arthur said.

As Arthur and Sora examine the house, they find the door unlocked, so they enter the house.

"Nobody, have you seen Rabbit?" Pooh asked.

"No! Rabbit is not here!" Nobody said.

Arthur and Sora enter the house, where they find a yellow rabbit, as Pooh and Piglet enter the house as well.

"Hello, Rabbit." Pooh said.

"Oh, Pooh, what a pleasant surprise... Nice to see you too, Piglet." Rabbit said and sees Arthur and Sora. "Oh, hello there. Are you two new in Hundred Acre Wood?" Rabbit asked.

"You could say that." Sora said.

"I'm Arthur and this Sora." Arthur introduced himself and Sora.

"A pleasure to meet you two. Pooh, I'm sorry, but I'm all out of honey right now." Rabbit said.

"Oh, that's too bad..." Pooh said.

Just then, Sora looks up to see a honey pot on a tree branch above.

"Is that a honey pot?" Sora asked, making Rabbit look up.

"Oh, my. How did that get up there? Would you like some, Pooh?" Rabbit asked.

"Why, yes." Pooh said.

Rabbit gets the honey pot down and gives it to the bear, who sits at the table and starts eating the honey.

"Um, Pooh... You're not eating the whole pot, are you?" Rabbit asked, but Pooh keeps eating. "Oh, once he starts, there's no stopping him..." Rabbit said, as Pooh finishes eating. "And I'm all out of honey again..." Rabbit said.

"Wanna go look more around Hundred Acre Wood, Artie?" Sora asked.

"Yeah, let's go." Arthur said.

The two boys leave Rabbit's house and are about to leave the garden.

"Help! P-Please help!" Piglet called, running to the boys.

"What's wrong, Piglet?" Arthur asked.

"P-Please come back to Rabbit's house! S-Something's wrong!" Piglet said.

The boys return to Rabbit's house, where they find Pooh stuck in the hole on the wall.

"Oh, no!" Arthur said shocked.

"This is terrible! We have to get Pooh out of here!" Rabbit said.

"But how can we do that?" Sora asked.

"I have an idea! All we need is carrot juice! We have to collect some carrots and Pooh will be free!" Rabbit said, leaving the house.

The boys follow Rabbit out of the house, but they see an orange and black tiger bouncing around the garden and bumps into Sora, sending him to the ground.

"Hello there! My name's Tigger! T-I-Double-Guh-RR! That spells Tigger!" Tigger introduced, making Arthur chuckle a bit. "Say, I don't think I've seen you two around here before." Tigger said.

"Hello, Tigger. You just bounced on one of my new friends, Sora." Pooh said.

"Hey, Pooh! Say, you look mighty uncomfy today! Is that some new exercise? Why, bouncin' around is way more fun!" Tigger said, as he gets off Sora and bounces more.

"You okay, Sora?" Arthur asked, helping Sora up.

"Yeah. Hey, why do you bounce so much, Tigger?" Sora asked.

"Why? Because bouncin's what Tiggers do best! Speaking of which, my old bouncin' spot's gone and disappeared! For now, this will be my new bouncing spot." Tigger said, bouncing around the garden.

"Oh, no! At this rate, Tigger will destroy my garden! If Tigger destroys my carrots, I'll never get Pooh out of that hole." Rabbit said.

"Don't worry, Rabbit. We'll protect your garden." Sora said.

"Thank you." Rabbit said.

(Information: Protect the carrots from Tigger!)

Arthur and Sora follow Tigger's bouncing to stop him from destroying Rabbit's carrots, as Tigger keeps bouncing, only for the boys to stop Tigger again and later, they manage to protect the carrots.

"Say, you two are pretty fast! That was a ton of fun!" Tigger said, bouncing off.

"Thank you for protecting my garden. Now I can make my carrot juice. Go back into the house and wait until it's finished." Rabbit said.

Arthur and Sora go back into the house and later, Rabbit returns.

"What a day... I just gave Pooh the carrot juice. Now you should be able to get him out. Just give a good push." Rabbit said.

Arthur and Sora nod at each other and then shove Pooh into the hole, only to send him crashing into a pile of honey pots, shocking and horrifying Rabbit.

"First my vegetable garden and now this..." Rabbit said dismayed while Piglet covers his eyes while Arthur rubs his head sheepishly while Sora chuckles quietly.

Pooh is now outside, but a honey pot is on his head.

"Oh, bother, where am I? It's ever so dark in here, but at least I have some honey!" Pooh said.

"Um, sorry about that..." Arthur said sheepishly.

"Yeah, sorry." Sora said.

"Well, you two did help me, so I suppose I should thank you. Here, have this." Rabbit said, giving them Naturespark.

"Thank you, sir." Arthur said.

Arthur and Sora leave Rabbit's house and go for the next part of the book.

(Riverside)

Arthur and Sora later arrive at a riverside, where they find Pooh and Piglet on a bridge and looking down at a river.

"What're they doing?" Sora asked.

"Let's go see." Arthur said.

The boys approach Pooh and Piglet, who are still looking down at the river.

"Pooh, look, something's flaoting this way." Piglet said.

"You might be right. What could it be?" Pooh asked.

The two see what looks like a blue donkey floating across the river.

"Why, it's Eeyore! Hello, Eeyore, if it's you!" Pooh called.

The donkey known as Eeyore looks up at Pooh and Piglet.

"Oh, hello, Pooh and Piglet. Would you mind pulling me out of the river, if it isn't too much trouble?" Eeyore asked in a depressed tone.

"Of course we'll help you." Pooh said.

"We should do the same thing." Arthur said.

"Yeah." Sora said.

The boys jump into the river and they manage to get Eeyore out of the river.

"Thank you, Pooh and you two as well." Eeyore said.

"You're welcome, but why're you sad?" Arthur asked.

"Well, while I was floating down the river, something is missing." Eeyore said.

"Eeyore, your tail's gone." Piglet said.

"Oh, yes. Wonder where it went. It's not much a tail if it's not attatched to it." Eeyore said.

"Do you know where it is?" Sora asked.

"No..." Eeyore said.

"We gotta find his tail." Arthur said.

"Lost something?" Owl asked, arriving.

"We're looking for Eeyore's tail. Do you know where it is?" Sora asked.

"No, but I have an idea. Come with me and bring Pooh with you." Owl said.

Arthur, Sora, and Pooh follow Owl to reach a hill, where they find a swing.

"A swing!" Pooh said, getting on the swing.

"So, what now?" Arthur asked.

"Simply push Pooh on the swing. The more you swing, the higher he gets." Owl said.

"But what does this have to do with finding Eeyore's tail?" Sora asked.

"You'll find out." Owl said.

"We don't have any other ideas, so we might as well do it." Arthur said and Sora nods.

(Information: Push Pooh on the swing!)

Arthur and Sora begin swinging Pooh on Owl's cue and the more they swing, the higher Pooh is getting and after giving one final push, Pooh flies off the swing and lands on a small hut made of sticks.

"Pooh!" Arthur said, as he and Sora run to check on the bear.

"You okay?" Sora asked.

"Oh, yes. That was fun." Pooh said.

Sora then sees a blue tail with a pink bow among the pile of sticks.

"Is that...?" Sora stops talking, as he takes the tail and puts it on Eeyore.

"How is it?" Arthur asked.

"It's fine. Thank you for putting it back." Eeyore said, but sounds more sad.

"But why're you still sad?" Sora asked.

"Well, I have my tail back, but my house..." Eeyore stops talking, looking at the pile of sticks.

"Wait, THAT was your house?" Arthur asked.

"Yep." Eeyore answered.

"We're really sorry. We didn't know." Sora said.

"Yeah, we really didn't mean to." Arthur said.

"Don't worry. It gets destroyed a lot anyways. No harm done." Eeyore said.

"Thank you for helping Eeyore." Pooh said.

"Here, I have something for you two." Eeyore said, upgrading Arthur's Paralyze magic to Paralyzra and Sora's Stop magic to Stopra.

Arthur and Sora leave the riverside and head for the next page.

(Bouncing Ground)

The boys arrive at an area with logs, stumps, and a giant honey pot in the middle and they find Tigger and a small joey wearing a blue shirt practicing their bouncing.

"Hey there, Sora and Arthur! Up for some bouncing?" Tigger asked.

"Sure, but what do we do?" Arthur asked.

"Just follow what Roo and I do." Tigger said.

"All you guys gotta do is bounce on what log we bounce off and reach the end." Roo said.

"We can handle it!" Sora said.

(Information: Follow Tigger's and Roo's bouncing!)

Tigger and Roo start bouncing from one log to a different one and then reach the end and Arthur and Sora repeat what they do and reach the end as well.

"Not bad. Here's a warm up." Tigger said.

Tigger and Roo make a harder pattern, but Arthur and Sora manage to repeat the same pattern and later reach the end.

"That was fantastical! Here's the last one!" Tigger said.

Tigger and Roo start making a tricky pattern with the logs and reach the end, so Arthur and Sora repeat the same tricky pattern and manage to reach the end.

"You two have gotten mighty good at bouncin'!" Tigger said.

"Say, Tigger, I think they're ready for the big one." Roo said.

"Big one?" Sora asked.

"Simple, I'll be throwin' nuts at you and all you gotta do is hit the nuts back at the pot." Tigger said.

"Let's do it." Arthur said.

Nuts fly at the boys, who attack with their weapons to send them back at the pot and after hitting enough nuts, the giant honey pot shatters, revealing Pooh in the pot.

"Oh, bother... No honey here." Pooh said.

"Pooh, what were you doing here?" Sora asked.

"Oh, I was trying to find some honey." Pooh said.

"Need some help?" Arthur offered.

"Oh, you don't have to. You two have done plenty for us." Pooh said.

Arthur and Sora leave the bouncing grounds and continue moving and they later arrive at another page.

(Bramble Bush)

Arthur and Sora arrive at a muddy area, where they find Pooh walking in circles around a bramble bush.

"Um, what're you doing, Pooh?" Sora asked.

"Shh. Quiet or they'll go away." Pooh said.

"They who?" Arthur asked.

"The people, who took everyone away. See their footprints?" Pooh asked, looking at the muddy footprints. "We were all sticking together to make sure no one will get lost again, but then, I saw footprints that needed following. When I did, everyone was gone. The bad guys must have taken them." Pooh said.

"I think I know who those footprints belong to..." Sora whispered to Arthur.

"Yeah, but don't tell him." Arthur whispered back. "Hey, Pooh, let's look for your friends." Arthur said.

"Thank you." Pooh said.

(Information: Find Pooh's friends!)

Arthur and Sora start looking around the muddy area and they find Eeyore in the bramble bush.

"Eeyore?" Sora asked.

"What're you doing here?" Arthur asked.

"Just looking for sticks for my house. I'm also waiting for my friends to come here." Eeyore said.

"This could be a good place to bring people here." Arthur said.

"Yeah." Sora said.

Arthur and Sora continue looking for Pooh's friends and they find Roo, who is on a tree branch.

"I just wanted to jump as high as Tigger." Roo said, as he joins Eeyore.

Arthur and Sora continue searching and they find Rabbit coming out of a hole.

"Oh, dear. It seems I've gotten lost." Rabbit said, as he joins Eeyore.

Arthur and Sora keep looking and they later find Tigger bouncing on a log.

"I was searchin' for Pooh boy." Tigger said, as he joins Eeyore.

Arthur and Sora continue their search and they find Piglet under a tree.

"I was trying to find Pooh, but I got lost..." Piglet said, as he joins Eeyore.

Arthur and Sora manage to find Owl, who is about to fly off, but they manage to catch him.

"I was trying to find Piglet, but I got lost myself." Owl said, as he joins Eeyore.

"That's all of them. Thank you." Pooh said.

"No problem." Sora said.

"Here, I found something for you." Pooh said, upgrading Arthur's Hydro magic to Hydrora and Sora's Water magic to Watera.

Later, it's nighttime and Arthur, Sora, Pooh, Piglet, Owl, Rabbit, Eeyore, Tigger, and Roo are sitting on a tree hill, watching the stars.

"I'm so glad we're together again. I was so scared. I didn't know what to do when I was alone..." Piglet said.

"Aw, Piglet, you gotta be brave." Tigger said.

"You mean you weren't lonely at all?" Piglet asked.

"Lonely? The wonderful thing about Tiggers is that I'm the only one! Though, I admit friends are fun too." Tigger said.

"Think, think, think..." Pooh said, thinking again.

"What're you thinking about now, Pooh?" Arthur asked.

"Oh, I was thinking about what I was thinking about." Pooh said, making the boys chuckle.

"Silly old bear..." Sora said, smiling.

"Well, guess it's time to go." Arthur said.

"Yeah." Sora said.

"Sora, Arthur, where're you guys going?" Piglet asked.

"We gotta look for our friends." Arthur said, getting up.

"Right, they're waiting for us." Sora said, also getting up.

"Bounce back here anytime!" Tigger said.

"Thank you both for what you've done for us." Rabbit said.

"I hope you'll find your friends." Piglet said.

"Thanks." Arthur said, as he and Sora get off the hill.

The two boys look back at their new friends, who wave goodbye.

"Sora, Arthur, don't forget... We'll always be here, if you'd want to visit again, that is." Pooh said, as Sora and Arthur disappear from Hundred Acre Wood.

As Arthur and Sora leave Hundred Acre Wood, a Keyhole appears on the lock of the book, so Sora uses his Keyblade to lock the Keyhole and then the cover of the book changes to Arthur and Sora holding Pooh's hands while Tigger and Piglet are with them.

Meanwhile in the First District, Gideon is on a roof of a building and watches Twilight, Tor, Amity, Kirby, Katara, Robin, and Maka and Soul going through the plaza and going for the back alley.

"Hook, line, and sinker! Pathetic fools! They're headin' fer our trap. Now it's time fer our part!" Gideon said, turning to see a figure wearing a black and purple organic bodysuit with dark purple spikes on its shoulders, black and purple torn loincloth around the waist, black claws, and a black helmet mask, covering the face, as well as the Heartless sigil on the mask. "Are ya ready, my deadly soldier?" Gideon asked.

"Always ready. I'm excited for a fight! Does that mean I finally get to fight him?" The masked figure asked and it's a boy voice.

"Oh, yes! It's time to finally meet yer brother!" Gideon said, smiling evilly.

Here's Chapter 27 and I'm happy to get this part of the way and now it's time for my favorite chapter of the story. Hope this was worth the wait. That's it and time to be moving on with the adventure once again. That's all from me. Chapter 28 is coming. See ya later and have a good day. Also, if you suggestions on helping with Arthur's growth as a character, kindly let me know via review or PM me and please do tell me. Also, if you've favorited and followed Two Chosen Heroes, I'd suggest you move those over to this story, as once I'm done with this story, I'm gonna remove Two Chosen soon, so it's just me saying. Anyway, later.
