Phoenix Strike!" Eternal Neo-Sailor Mars's fiery bird was more breathtaking and terrifying than it had ever been, but no time to gawk.
"Neon Venus Shower!" Neo-Sailor Venus's version of Venus Shower caged the bird and caused pain, but it was not done fighting.
"Nova Strom!" Sailor Nova sent a shower of stars down upon the trapped bird, dispersing it. "Sun Burst!" Sailor Nova knocked out Eternal Neo-Sailor Mars, and Neo-Sailor Venus used "Heart Chain Constrict" to tie her up.
"Electric Dragon!" Eternal Neo-Sailor Jupiter gave her most potent attack a try.
"Ice Freeze!" Neo-Sailor Mercury could not stop the dragon independently but did slow it down slightly.
"Voice of Nature!" Sailor Earth quickly conjured two crystal walls from the ground to entomb the dragon, which vanished.
Sailor Earth used "Crawling Ivy" to make vines rise and restrain Eternal Neo-Sailor Jupiter. Then, afraid their most athletic teammate might break free, Neo-Sailor Mercury used the same attack as before to freeze every part of Eternal Neo-Sailor Jupiter except her head.
"Dead Whisper…" Eternal Neo-Sailor Pluto tag-teamed with Eternal Neo-Sailor Saturn using "Silence Glaive Sneak Surprise," which caused lavender-colored lighting to rain down!
"Sun Flare!" Sailor Sun caused a bright light to blind and slightly sunburn Eternal Neo-Sailor Saturn and Eternal Neo-Sailor Pluto.
"Shadow Strike!" Sailor Eclipse moved along shadows to swipe Eternal Neo-Sailor Pluto and Eternal Neo-Sailor Satrun's staff and glaive!
"Fathom Submerge!" Neo-Sailor Neptune cried, finally using her form of Deep Submerge she had developed precisely for this battle.
Washed up and disarmed, Eternal Neo-Sailor Saturn and Eternal Neo-Sailor Pluto conceded defeat. Where was Holly?
"Blade Blaster Bazooka!" Atop one of the buildings, Neo-Sailor Uranus used her cannon to shoot the white ash-covered bullets at the Skinwalkers, killing a number of them in the resulting panic!
As the Skinwalkers rushed toward Neo-Sailor Uranus, her friends/teammates took one half down as Holly shot the other half! As each Skinwalker died, their bodies rotted away in seconds, and the dark energy they had gathered scattered. Enraged by this, Takala forced Beryl to blast Neo-Sailor Uranus off the building. Thankfully, she was caught by Sailor Eclipse, who did drop her almost immediately!
"Ribbon Heart Scepter!" Sailor Universe blasted Beryl with her version of the Pink Moon Rod, which was, of course, more purple and red than pink.
Also, this rod is longer and works a little differently than the Pink Mood Rod. Sailor Universe had to swing it around a little for it to work, but it packed a punch! Sailor Neo-Moon joined her side with her Moon Kaleidoscope!
Is Pegasus here? Sailor Universe wondered. If the people of Elysion were revived, he must be!
This excited the new Dark Kingdom Sailor Senshi leader, but when she looked back to her mother, she gasped in horror: Beryl's neck and shoulders have braces on them, her arms are covered in bloody bandages, hands and face are scratched up. Undoubtedly, the rod had not done THAT much damage?! The expression on Beryl's face twisted in agony, and she opened her mouth to scream, but no sound came out, only blood. What had the Skinwalkers done to her?! They beat her up for sure, but it looked like they left her within an inch of her life!
Not a condition someone should be fighting in…
"Universe, a Skinwalker is controlling your mother." Neo-Sailor Moon whispered as they noticed Takala's shadowy outline behind Beryl.
"Are you that cowardly you have to hide behind an injured woman's skirts?" Universe taunted.
"I did more than go behind them if you know what I mean." Takala snickered.
"I don't want to think about what you mean by that." Neo-Sailor Moon cringed.
"You're not children anymore! You all know very well what I mean! I'm not losing Beryl to you brats! If you want to kill me, you'll have to kill her first!" Takala shouted.
"That won't be necessary." A voice Neo-Sailor Moon and Sailor Universe were relieved to hear: Neo-Sailor Jupiter and Neo-Sailor Mars are right next to her, perfectly normal!
"Thanks for killing the jerks, who held our minds hostage, Uranus!" Neo-Sailor Mars called up to Neo-Sailor Uranus, who nodded in response.
"Everyone else must be dead...What a waste. Tyee, myself, Mato, and Mitena are not as easy to kill." Takala cackled, then he licked Beryl's cheek. "So, my little puppet, shall we begin?"
Takala forced Beryl to send dark magic at the Neo-Sailor Senshi to kill them, but Neo-Sailor Neptune was NOT having any of that! Using her Aqua Crystal Mirror, she deflected the attack as she did not want to kill Beryl! Attack after attack was fired from both sides until Sailor Eclipse had an idea: Dangerous as it was, but worth it if it worked, Sailor Eclipse tossed one of the white ash-covered bullets to Beryl. Catching it and acting quickly, Beryl pressed the bullet to Takala's head, and her old magic seemed to reawaken enough to blast the shot into his skull!
As Takala wobbles around a bit before falling to the ground, his control over Beryl's body is released yet. She was so severely beaten, she passed out. Sailor Universe and her Dark Kingdom Sailor Senshi started transferring energy to help her, but Mitena, Mato, and Tyee were still missing! As Beryl regained consciousness, she grabbed Chibiusa's shoulder and tried to tell her something, but she was coughing too much to be coherent.
"Mom, take a deep breath and tell us what you need to tell us!" Universe advised.
Huffing in annoyance (and coughing a bit more) but acknowledging what her daughter said, Beryl, yelled, "Tyee is controlling Neo- Queen Serenity, King Endymion, and Ivy's parents!"
"MOM! DAD!" Sailor Neo-Moon and Sailor Earth lost it, forgetting their teammates and rushing toward Crystal Tokyo Cafe!
With the royals now under the leader of the Skinwalkers' control, can the next generation save them?
