It was Saturday at Cherryton academy and half the students had gone home or were staying at school since they wanted to either study hard or just to hang around each other.
Legosi was in room 701 sleeping in since he and Jack stayed up playing video games with each other last night and was feeling exhausted, then he heard a knock at the door.
Legosi was wondering who was since Jack and his other roommates had keys to their room, so he got up from bed and opened the door and saw Ben outside wearing a white T shirt with a blue denim shirt and blue Jeans with red converse shoes.
"Uh…. Hi Legosi… you doing okay?" said Ben shyly.
"Oh hey Ben! I'm doing okay, I just got up from bed" yawned Legosi.
"Oh! do you want me to come back later?"
"No I don't mind talking to you, I was thinking of staying in for the day since I feel really exhausted from last night so come on in".
The young fox came into the room and saw the empty candy wrappers around the tv with the games console he and Jack played.
"It must have been some night last night" said Ben.
"Yeah Jack and I were playing this football game on multiplayer last night and we were screaming our heads off last night for times when the other players were cheating to win" said Legosi while dressing up his bed.
"And where is Jack now?"
"At the hospital trying to get medication for his voice".
Ben looked at Legosi and blushed.
He had been hanging around with Legosi and his friends ever since Legosi helped him when he was in distress and liked that he was able to make friends with him, but ever since he met Legosi he began to grow a crush on him.
He wasn't sure if he had a romantic crush on him or if it was just a phase but all he knew was that he liked the way Legosi looked and smelled, he wanted to snuggle up to him like he did when he was walking back with him in the rain.
"So…. you goanna be doing anything today?, cause I don't have anything interesting so I was wondering if I hang around with you if that's okay with you" said Ben.
"Nope I don't mind at all, but I'm not used to chatting that much so don't mind me if I zone out" said Legosi.
Ben nodded and began to take off his shoes and sat down with Legosi on his bed while Legosi was lying down on his back casually scrolling on his phone.
Ben didn't know what to say since he to be a very chatty person and always wanted to be alone with his movies and manga, so he was conflicted with what he wanted to say.
"So… how was your day yesterday?" asked Ben as he cracked his knuckles.
"It was fine, I was just attending classes for the most part and I actually bumped into a hedgehog on the way into class and one of his spikes went into my shin".
Ben looked at Legosi's feet and saw that he had a band aide on the back of his left foot, he kind of liked the way Legosi's feet looked.
"Wait stop! what the heck are you doing!? thought Ben.
He was shocked to know that he not only he had a crush on Legosi but now he had a fetish for his feet as well!
"Jeez! what am I doing! I mean I can't be fascinated with feet! I mean I don't want to be mistaken for creep who has a foot fetish!" thought Ben.
"What about you? how was your day yesterday?" asked Legosi.
Ben stopped and began thinking how his day was.
"It was also fine, me and my brother are working on a history project on how predators first began to work together to build civilization, it's kind of dumb but I don't mind doing it as long as I get to spend time with him" said Ben.
"Really? I didn't know you had a brother? do you guys spend time with each other a lot? asked Legosi.
"Sometimes but he usually busy with his schoolwork and hanging out with his friends so I'm mostly by myself for the most part" said Ben.
Really? can I ask? what's your homelife like?
"It's okay, I have my mom and my brother and I also have a dad but he divorced my mother so it's just me her and my brother now".
"Do you see your dad a lot?"
"No, he kind of disappeared after the divorce was final, haven't seen him since".
Legosi was surprised with the way ben was telling his story to him, he was moving his hands a lot when talking and was able to tell it in such great detail as well.
"So your brother….. does he look like you or does he look different?" asked Legosi.
"I think you've met him in the cafeteria, remember".
Legosi thought of what ben meant by what he said.
"HOLD ON THAT FOX! You guys are related!" gasped Legosi as he remembered the time he stopped that fight between a hyena and a fox after he was thinking about the first time he attacked a rabbit who later turned out to be Haru.
"Yeah we're related…. but don't worry, I'm not anything like him in the slightest" said Ben.
Legosi was surprised that ben and that fox were related and now that he knew he could kind of see the resemblance.
Ben decided to ask Legosi the big question that was playing on his mind for a while so he took a deep breath and spoke.
"Legosi, can I ask you something?" asked Ben.
"Yeah sure go on ahead".
"Thanks, ever since we first met I kind of developed a crush on you and I didn't know what to make of it and I was kind of wondering if you would consider me….. snuggling up to you".
Legosi looked at Ben and saw how much he was cringing at saying that.
"That poor fox must be so scared to express himself to other animals and yet he is saying this to me which means he actually trust's me" thought Legosi.
"I don't mind you snuggling into me, you can snuggle me as long as you want" said Legosi.
Ben looked at Legosi and smiled.
"I just want you to understand that I don't care what type of mental illness you have or what you look like cause I'll always be your friend no matter what and when you need me I'll always be there."
After hearing what Legosi said, little droplets of tears formed in ben's eyes as he started to cry.
Ben came over to Legosi and wrapped his arms around his chest and hugged him.
"Thank you Legosi! thank you for…. sniff, accepting me" sniffed Ben as he burrowed his head deep to Legosi's chest.
Legosi smiled as he comforted the young fox, when the days get tough for him and Ben the two of them will always comfort each other in the darkest of times.
… and Legosi…. can I ask you something? you can disagree if you want said Ben.
"Okay what is it?"
"Can I hug one of your feet?"
