This is really bad.
He was lost , and he was doubting everything in his sight , It was like being high on drugs but being aware that all of this was very much real.
He was in the middle of a medieval city , there were no machinery there were hybrids between species walking around the town , big lizards pulling carriages . Frankly if he told anyone in Japan about what he was seeing right now, they would call him retarded and a crank.
? : What the fuck …. Where the hell am I ? . he shouted loudly
The youth quickly clamed his mind and collected his thoughts. He was around 5'9 , he had jet black hair , hazel eyes and he was wearing a lab coat for some reason….
? : *This situation seems awfully familiar , he had read some light novels before where the protagonist would be overpowered from the start but he felt no difference however he was having a lot of déjà vu's after being summoned , then he made a prediction that the grocer would call out to him in 2 seconds. This power was definitely not future sight , but something familiar to it , but for now, Lets stick with future sight. *
Grocer : Hey kid , ya good? You have a really tensed face there , yer scaring away the customers , so do you wana buy some Appas? , otherwise scram off .
? : * So I can see into the future in a sense huh , that's overpowered if I were to become a warrior or something but I am a tactician, anyways , first of all how the hell are they speaking in Japanese , we are in a completely different world , well getting isekaid does not make sense aswell , first task is to find some employment to sustain livelihood and then learn about this world.. but finding out How and why he was summoned here will be the primary questions to get the answer to , well lets get started then***
? : Are you hiring anyone? I just came to this country so I am lacking money unless you accept these coins
Grocer : hmm never seen these coins before , sorry kid but these won't do And sorry we don't really have the luxury to hire people. But have these as a starting gift , you can pay me back by becoming a customer after getting a job
? : Thank you. I will definitely come back to repay you. He said while smiling
Grocer : ight now scram off.
? : Alright , alright am leavingJeez.
After that the youth turned towards the alleyway thinking about the actions he should take , he saw three guys approach him just as he was about to exit the alleyway , they blocked the alleyway.
? : *** ah one of those now is it? They appeared to be in their mid-twenties. Their clothes were filthy and it was as though their inner evil had manifested on their faces , well time to wake him up then , lets hope the power lasts till I find some sort of Electrical source. Solar energy would not work too well.***
? : * Power on , settings – config – low battery mode***.
From under his coat , came out a flying screen literally
?: I am warning you three , right here and now … Scram of , because I am a person who believes in tic for tac .
? : Hey, move move move! You're in my way!
? : * Dyno , record the details… I have a feeling that this will come in handy , she seems to have stolen something from someone , I can report this information to the gaurds for maybe some extra money *
Dyno : Roger that.
Her frame was small, and she possessed shoulder-length blonde hair which fluttered in the wind. Her eyes suggested a strong will and her fang-like canine protruded mischievously. She looked rather cheeky, but it could be said that she was cute considering her age.

And then the girl climbed a wall and disappeared in a flash.
?: Huh so that happened , so are we continuing this or are you letting me go?
The seemingly leader : No you piss me off , we are going to kill you and take everything from your corpse.
while equipping his knife from his pocket
? : well…. I did warn you , sorry but il be taking all of your money aswell considering you were going to do the same to me.
? : * Dyno . electrocute two of them , what a good opportunity to release my pent up fraustration.*
The big guy tried to punch him but before that could happen he fell to the ground.
The short one followed his boss and fell to the ground .
The tall one : HUH what Happened to you two? Stop sleeping! , wake up!.
Then the black haired youth punched him in the gut then kicked him in the balls.
Tall one : AhRGH!, Please forgive us! , we will go away immediately! Oh god.
Black haired youth kept kicking him while he was lying on the floor , begging.
Then a clear voice rang through the valley.
? : That's enough , Villain.
At the entrance to the alley stood a beautiful girl.
She had tied up her long silver hair which reached her hips, her piercing gaze was brimming with intelligence, and she exuded an air of nobility that was dangerously charming. She stood about 160 centimetres tall, her royal blue-toned garments weren't particularly flashy.
?: I won't let you run amok like that. Stop at once.
The youth was just staring at her, having lost his thoughts. The Ice spikes made in front of her woke him up.
?: do not misunderstand , they were trying to rob me and potentially kill me , so I just returned the favour that's all there is to it…
?: So, did you KILL them?
? : Ofcource not , I did leave some injuries but they should be fine after a week or so.
? : I see. Well that does not concern me. But il have your friend return what you stole from me!
They locked Eyes, It was hard to not avert his eyes, because the beauty of her Amethyst eyes, enchanted him.
?: Sorry to disappoint you but I have no idea what you are talking about.
?: No way?
And So, her Ice Cold mask fell off.
?: W-What now? Did we really just waste our time…?
A third voice filled the alley, androgynous and high-pitched, it turned out to be a small furry cat, as it floated upwards her white finger.
?: You're wasting time as we speak, you really should hurry. The culprit definitely has the divine protection of wind considering how fast they ran.
?: * Well the blond brat , must be the one responsible for this. Might as well earn a little extra pocket change here*
?: I can help you find her if you want. You need to pay me though. I am completely broke in this foreign country.
? : Unfortunately I am completely broke aswell , it was all stolen from me you see.
? : Well then , Only pay me if I succeed in helping you get to the thief as quickly as possible , how about that?
Cat :"I'm not sensing any malice, wouldn't it be best to hire him? He seems competent enough . You don't have any leads, and you can hardly search the whole capital."
? : But Puck , He said it himself that he doesn't have a clue the-
? : True , but I can find her location almost immediately if you hire me.
Puck : oh , and how will you do that?.
? : Trade secret.
Puck : That's fine and all but if you decide to betray us , il turn you to dust.
? : I have no reason to betray you . He said nonchalantly
Puck : Hmm Lia , He won't betray us . He isn't lying .
? : I see. Well make yourself useful then , Hmph.
? : Well then.. Dyno show me the recording.
A screen came out of his pocket and expanded. Then it started replaying the events that occurred after the blond girl entered the scene.
Both of the viewers were in complete awe.
? : Uhm , Is that a spirit? . Mr.?
? : Natsuki Subaru. You can call me Subaru. But don't call me a Mr. it hurts , please introduce yourselves aswell since I did mine.
? : My name is Emilia. Just Emilia
Cat : So you do have emotions after all. I was not able to read your emotions at all besides from the basic stuff. Anyways my name is Puck , I am a great spirit.
Subaru : Dyno is definitely not a Spirit , It's a machine equipped with Artificial Intelligence, I made him… for a science project in 10th grade.
Emilia : Stop saying weird things. You are sooo strange.
Subaru : Ouch. You break my heart Emilia .
Emilia : Hmph.
Subaru : Anyways , heres my encounter with that blond kid . Is She the one?
The Three of them watched the replay
Emilia : I still cant believe how is this possible , Its like being in the past itself .… But she's the one. No doubt about that.
Subaru: Alright then… Dyno – Trace target.
Then the screen started vibrating
Subaru : We have to wait a few minutes now..
Emilia : What language is that.. I have never heard it before
Subaru: And you never will… Its known as English. It was the Global language of my world.
Emilia : Your world?
Subaru : Yes. My world , the place where I belong. I came to this world like 30 mins ago. If we were to become friends after this job, Il show you.
Emilia : F-friends? You may not know this but I am a Half elf . Silver haired half elf. People fear me because my Looks are similar to that of the Witch of Envy.
Subaru : Witch of Envy being?
Emilia : Shes the worst of all evil. She engulfed the half of the whole world in darkness.
Subaru : I see , so for other people you are basically the reincarnation of the Devil.
Emilia nodded , Puck quietly watched.
Subaru : Then I should probably stay as far as I can from you since being affiliated with you can also bring harm to me
Emilia's Eyes began to water up , as if shes holding back tears.
Subaru : Is what you are trying to say to me?. Sorry but I don't let others control what I do and what I don't.
Subaru: After all I can see through your true nature. I pride myself in my psychology skill after all. You remind me of my younger self. Selfless in everyway possible, that way of living won't bring you happiness…
Emilia: But-
Subaru: Also Don't worry about your appearance. You are the 2nd most beautiful women I have ever met. That says a lot considering my origin.
Emilia's face couldn't hold it anymore , Her face become as red as a tomato. She turned back to hide her embarrassment.
Emilia : Subaru , you dunderhead!.
Puck Suddenly punched Subaru lightly.
Subaru : What was that for you furry little shit-
Puck : Just felt happy , but don't flirt with my daughter too much , Il freeze you to death.
Subaru : Don't worry , I have no romantic interest in your daughter.. even though my past self would have been completely obsessed with her.
Puck : Your past self seems to be more fun than you.
Subaru : Anyways I have found out her location now , lets go there , I would like to finish this as quickly as possible , because I need to arrange a place to stay for myself.
Emilia : About that –
Before she could say anything Subaru started Running

Subaru : So , she is around here somewhere…
Puck : *Yawn* Sorry Lia , I am out of time . If anything happens to you il follow our contract.
Emilia : I can look out for myself from here.. you must have tired yourself out today sorry..
Puck : Subaru ,Take care of her.
Subaru : Okay I understand.
Emilia : I am not a kid.
Subaru : Found her…. Shes inside that house or rather loot house. For some reason Shes moving a lot .
Emilia : Lets go in…
They walked into the loothouse.
Dyno : Combat mode activated.
Dyno then merged his right arm.
Subaru : Huh. *I should activate my future vision thing. Should help me out even if I am not sure about the Application of said power.*
Subarus eyes started glowing , He could see 3 seconds into the future and the Future he was seeing was clearly not a good one.
Subaru : EMILIA , GET DOWN.
Subaru pulled Emilia in haste.
? : Oh my , you actually managed to dodge that.
Blond girl : He-lp Uncle Rom…. Please I beg you.
Emilia : Subaru are you okay?
Subaru : Its no time to worry about me… you were about to die. Anyways is there anything like Healing magic in this world?
Emilia : Mmm , I can use it but-
Subaru : Its fine , il fight her do your thing.
Emilia : But-
Subaru : I am counting on you.. Emilia.
Then Emilia ran to the old dude lying on the floor , he was bleeding heavily.
Subaru : Your next words are gonna be " Did you seriously think il let you do that"
? : Did you seriously think il let you do that
? threw a knife at Emilia , but it was deflected by Subaru's knife.
? : WHAT
Subaru : I am your opponent Elsa the bowel hunter.
Elsa : How did you find out my name.
Subaru : Dyno , does that for me… its quite useful.
Elsa : And… What's your name , not that it matters much.
Subaru : Natsuki Subaru.
Then Elsa ran towards Subaru at full speed. And thus the fight began..
Subaru was being overwhelmed at first but soon he got used to his future seeing ability , with his ability he was able to dodge almost all of her blows , but he had to parry some of them.
Elsa : Hmm, you are quite good , are you an Assassin aswell?
Subaru : …
Subaru then punched her in the gut , which made her fall backwards.
Subaru : This isn't going anywhere….. Well done.. you made me use this.
Subaru then quickly equipped his Pistol and shot Elsa thrice while aiming at her chest.
Elsa : AGRh.
Blood started coming out of her mouth , then she collapsed.
Dyno : Target is neutralized but not dead…. Caution advised
Subaru : HUH not dead?
Dyno : Target is rapidly healing.
Subaru : Emilia , are you done?. We need to escape
Emilia : Almost done…
They waited 1 more min
Emilia : I am done..
Felt : Thank you for saving him…
Emilia : I saved him to make you owe me. Please kindly return the insignia now.
Subaru : EMILIA , Duck.
Emilia ducked just in time and managed to avoid a fatal hit.
Elsa : ghh , What was that attack…
Subaru : She survived three bullets…. We need to get help.
Subaru : Okay Felt , take this.
Subaru gave felt his gun.
Go outside. And press the trigger while aiming at the sky.
Felt : But I cant leave you two here . I-
Subaru : Just do it , or else we wont survive.
Felt : Fin-e
Subaru : Emilia , will you help me fight against her?.
Emilia : I should be the one asking you this question. Sorry I dragged you into all of this.
Subaru : Well that's true but I am doing this to protect my Employer , who's going to pay me otherwise
He said while smirking
Emilia : Stoop imitating me
She said while pouting.
Subaru : So , atleast you are self aware.
Elsa : Can you two stop flirting and Fight me? Gosh , kids these days.
Then there was a loud bang sound , outside the loothouse
Then Felt shouted from outside the loothouse.
Felt : AHHH whats This LIGHT!.
Subaru : Its over Elsa…. Gaurds should be here any minute now.
Elsa : Then Il simply fight them all , until I kill my target.
Subaru : That's your nature…huh
Emilia then shot 3-4 ice shards at her , Elsa dodged them easily , then she threw her knives at Emilia , but Subaru managed to block it in time.
Elsa : HOW? , HOW are you predicting my moments so easily? I haven't been this frustrated in a long time.. it turns me ooon.
Subaru : What
Emilia : What
Elsa : What
Dyno : Moments detected within 100 m range.
Subaru : Someone is here…
?: That's enough. I have come to put an end to this fight.
Elsa: And you must be the rumoured Sword saint.. Oh how blessed I am.
? : My name is Reinhard van astria , I came here to investigate the mysterious red Light above this loothouse. Looks like I made the right choice…
Subaru : Reinhard , can you take her down? . She survived 3 fatal attacks. She can regenerated. She truly is a monster.
Reinhard : Well , My speciality is to hunt monsters you see.
Emilia : Subaru lets go outside while Reinhard Deals with her…
Subaru : Once you are done , come outside. Il give you some valuable information as a thank you , its regarding the 5th dragon candidate.
Reinhard : N o way! , do you perhaps know the 5th candidate?
Elsa : Please stop ignoring me
She said before she started attacking Reinhard ruthlessly
Reinhard : Kindly wait outside.. Il deal with this nuisance.
Then both of them walked outside.
There were a lot of people gathered outside. The signal must have alerted many gaurds outside , so they all came here to investigate
Guard 1 : What was that light? , Is it perhaps an Enemy attack?
guard 2 : The sword saint is fighting Elsa the bowel hunter inside the loothouse.
Felt then came towards us , and hugged me
Felt : Sorry for dragging you into this . I am grateful to you and
You , as he faced Emilia.
Felt : Il return your insignia , Sorry to be a bother.
Emilia Took the already glowing insignia from her hands ,
Emilia : You don't get it do you. A single Thank you is better than a million sorry's.
Felt gasped..
Felt : Thank you, both of you.
Subaru : Well , I had a use for you, don't thank me…
Felt : use? Wha- are you gonna do –
Subaru : Chill , il tell you once Reinhard comes finishes his thing.
Emilia : Are you sure Reinhard can beat her?
Subaru : Pretty sure he can. His power level is off the charts and-
Then there was a loud bang inside the loothouse , and the loothouse literally exploded.
Reinhard : Its over…
Everyone sighed in relieve
Reinhard : ah you must be Lady Emilia. One of the dragon candidates. So why were you two here?
Emilia : We came here to retrieve my Insignia which was stolen you see… , I hired Subaru to help me out , but I didn't expect the situation to get this dire.
Reinhard : I see , that's why you didn't contact the gaurds. And? Subaru was it? , You said something about the fifth candidate right? Do you perhaps know the identity? If you do please tell let me know as this will do great service to this country.
Subaru : First , can you employ me ? I need some work and place to stay for a while… I also need metal scraps.
Reinhard : hmm.. Sure why not. But is that all?
Subaru : yes… The fifth candidate is that girl over there.
Subaru then pointed at felt.
Reinhard : Lady Emilia , can I borrow your insignia for a few seconds?.
Emilia nodded and gave reinhard her insignia
Reinhard then took Felts hand and put the insignia in her hands. Then Suddenly the dim Insignia started glowing.
Reinhard : No way. What is your name? , How old are you? Where are-
Felt : AHhh One question at a time please!. My name is just Felt , I am 15
Reinhard : Family name?
Felt : I don't have something as fancy as a Family name….
Reinhard : Well then you must come with me right away.
Felt : Wait- where are you taking me
Reinhard then used his hands somehow to make felt Unconscious..
Reinhard : you were correct , Subaru , how did you find her?.
Subaru : I realized it when she handed Emilia that insignia , it stopped glowing for one second after it left her hand. That's how I found out the reason behind its glow. Besides Dyno has already updated me on some critical information regarding this country.
Reinhard : I see. Are you sure employment is the only reward you need? You have done great service to this kingdom.
Subaru : Hmm , I also want to learn Magic , It could help me reinvent some stuff.
Emilia : If you wish to learn magic , you should come with me to Roswalls mansion … besides I have yet to pay you back.. for helping me find felt , then saving me again and again.
Subaru : But-
Emilia : I insist!
Dyno : Elsa has woken up again.
Subaru : Wait what
Then he saw her rushing towards Emilia with a knife.
Subaru ran towards Emilia and Pushed her back , while blocking Elsa's strike.
Elsa : you again…
Subaru : Wont let you escape now….. face the wrath of thunder.
Subaru then used Dyno's leftover power to Generate Enough Electricity to make Elsa unconscious.
Dyno : Discharge confirmed.
Elsa : AHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
Then Elsa collapsed.
Subaru : Rei-n hard … Capture her.
Reinhard : Subaru ! , are you okay?
Emilia : Why did you save me again? , I am not your employer anymore am I?
Subaru : My body moved on its own… Anyways I am going to collapse now , am too tired. Please take care of me , sorry to bother you…
Then Subaru collapsed.
Emilia : You don't need to tell me , you dunderhead.
Reinhard : I guess il leave him to you. Il fulfil my promise when he comes back to the capital.
Reinhard tied Elsa.
Reinhard : Here give this money to him.. This is the bounty money for capturing Elsa.
Emilia : Okay I will. Thank you for helping us.
Reinhard: Its my job. Il be leaving now , take care. The gaurds here will ensure your safety for now.
