Chapter 1
Fatal Fall on a New Moon.
It's a beautiful evening in feudal Japan. And Kagome and Inuyasha have been. Called to a village twenty miles away from Kaede's village. They are there to slay a group of demons. That have been terrorizing the village. Inuyasha is eager to get the job done quickly. One tonight is the night of a new moon. Two he wants to go back home to his kids. Inuyasha and Kagome have two kids. Ten year old Moroha. And five year old Kenta. Both are back at Kaede's village. And are being watched by Kaede. Moroha had black hair, brown eyes, and human ears like Kagome. She has fangs and claws Inuyasha. The young demon is a quarter demon.
Kenta is their son and he has gray hair. He also has gold eyes, dog ears, and much to everyone's surprise. Kenta has a jagged blue stripe on each cheek. Sesshomaru has said he gets that from Toga. Toga was Inuyasha's and Sessshomaru's father. Kenta is half demon like Inuyasha. Back with Inuyasha and Kagome. The sun is setting and it getting dark. Just then the couple heard the growling and snarling of demons. They looked and saw a hole hoard of demons coming. Inuyasha and Kagome got ready to fight. Kagome got an arrow and got ready to fire it. Inuyasha unsheathed Tessaiga and wind started swirling around the blade.
This story isn't about Inuyasha and his family. It's about Tessaiga and how it will be passed down. Suddenly Kagome fired a scared arrow. And Inuyasha swung Tessaiga and yelled "Wind Scar!" The two attacks killed a good portion of the demon hoard. But there is still a lot more. Angry the demon hoard charged at Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha jumped out of the way. And Kagome ran out of the way.
"Kagome are you ok?" asked Inuyasha
"Yes I'm fine. Let's take care of these demons." replied Kagome
Inuyasha knew that she was right. He wanted to end this before he lost his demon powers. So he swung Tessaiga and yelled "Wind Scar!" Soon Kagome noticed that it's dark. She looked at the sky and noticed that there isn't a moon. Now that she realized that tonight is a new moon. She looked around and doesn't see Inuyasha. Kagome fired a sacred arrow and finished off. The group of demons that was fighting. Then she took off running looking for Inuyasha. Two hours later she found a group of demon. She can tell that they seem to be looking for something. Afraid that it's Inuyasha that they are looking for. Kagome found a good spot. She got an arrow and got ready to fire.
"Leave him alone!" yelled Kagome
The demons turned their attention to Kagome. They decided to charge toward her. Kagome panicked a little and fired the scared arrow. The arrow missed some of the demons. She went to run but looked and saw that she's standing on a cliff. Just then she heard someone yell "Kagome get out of the way!" The woman looked and saw Inuyasha running toward her. He shoved her away from the demons. Kagome landed safely away from the attacking demons. But she watched as Inuyasha was grabbed by one of the demons. Then it dropped him and he dropped out of sight. Kagome grabbed and arrow and fire a scared arrow killing the demons. Then she went to the edge of the cliff. Since it's still dark she can't tell how far Inuyasha fell.
Kagome ran back to the village and got a torch. The she ran back to the cliff. She found a way to climb down the cliff. Once at the bottom of the cliff she looked up. Kagome can tell that she had climbed down quite away. She looked around and yelled "Inuyasha!" The woman walked around looking for Inuyasha. She looked up again and saw that. It's starting to get lighter. Kagome kept walking and looking for Inuyasha. Soon she saw Inuyasha's fire rat. She ran up to him and knelt down. Inuyasha is still in his human form and his eyes are closed. She can tell that he' bleeding and is worried that he could have broken bones.
Kagome is at the bottom of a cliff. And is quite away from someone that can help her. Just then the sun filled the gorge. Kagome heard Inuyasha moan in pain as his demonic powers returned. The woman knows that she has to get Inuyasha help. She looked around and yelled "Can someone please help me!" Her yell echoed through out the gorge. Not far away flying toward Kaede's village is Sesshomaru. He can hear someone yelling so he decided to land. Not long after he landed he heard yelling again. He knows the one that is yelling is Kagome. The demon jumped down into the gorge. When he heard yelling again he followed it. Soon he found Kagome and laying on the ground next to her is Inuyasha.
"Kagome what happened?" asked Sesshomaru
Kagome looked and saw Sesshomaru. She is reveled and happy to see him.
"Inuyasha protected me from getting attacked by demons. Even though he was in his form. He was grabbed then dropped into the gorge by the demons." replied Kagome
Sesshomaru looked at Inuyasha and tell. That his brother is in great pain. So he yelled "A-Un come to me!" Soon a two headed dragon landed next to Sesshomaru.
"Kagome get on A-Un's back." suggested Sesshomaru
She nodded and got on A-Un's back. Sesshomaru carefully picked up Inuyasha. He laid Inuyasha on Kagome's lap. Then he took off into the sky and A-Un followed. The demon lord headed toward Kaede's village. A-Un is not far behind him. Soon he landed in front of Kaede's house. Sesshomaru picked up Inuyasha and Kagome went into the house. The demon lord followed her inside. He laid Inuyasha down on a bed. Kagome grabbed some herbs and bandages. She saw Kaede, Moroha, and Kenta.
"Moroha, Kenta please go outside and go play with Towa and Setsuna." suggested Kagome
The two young demons nodded and went outside. Towa and Setsuna are Rin and Sesshomaru's half demon twin daughters. They are same as Moroha. Kagome looked at Kaede and nodded. And the two woman got to work taking care of Inuyasha.
