At dawn, Marshall and Rocky woke up to prepare for their expedition. It was not that hard. They pulled some money out, loaded their supplies and got their jet loaded up. The only problem was Marshall trip over the gas hose, crashing into Skye, who just woke up.
"What are you guys doing," ask Skye, rubbing her head. "We're going to find stuff to cure Chase," said Marshall. "You're serious?" ask Skye. "Yes," said Rocky. "Then I'm going with you," said Skye. "That might not be a good idea," said Rocky. "It's up to you," said Marshall. "I'm doing this for Chase," Skye growled. "Fine," said Rocky, rolling his eyes.
After a few minutes, their jet was in the air on its way to Coastal City. Back at the lookout, Ryder went outside to wake up the pups, but when he did, he saw the whole driveway a mess and Skye, Marshall, and Rocky were gone. Looking at the entrance to their bunker, he also saw their jet was gone. "They left to do something crazy, and they didn't tell me," said Ryder, shaking his head.
On the jet, Skye, Rocky, and Marshall were discussing the list of stuff they needed to get. "This is supposed to cure Chase?" This calls for chemical gas," said Skye. "This is what the recipe calls," said Rocky. Rocky was the crafter of the group. "We're here," said Marshall. The three look out the window. Coastal City was a big city. Frontally, the four bought a building to use as their headquarters.
The jet landed on their helipad. Once landing, they started to unload some of their supplies. Once they finish, they lay on the couches to get some sleep.
Meanwhile, on a cruise ship due to arrive at Coastal City in 2 hours, Null was on the railing, watching the million people onboard with disgust. "What a shame, these people don't know there are supreme pups among them," said Null. "One day they will be ruled by me."
Meanwhile, back at Adventure Bay, the pups and Ryder were debating on what to do. On one hand, Ryder was angry at them for just leaving and on another hand, he gets what they were doing. They were demon hunters. After an hour, they decided to search for them, but they needed backup. Ryder called Everest, Tracker and Tundra In 10 minutes. The three and the two that remain, Zuma and Rubble, were ready for action.
"Where should we look first," ask Zuma. "We have no idea where the three went," said Ryder, "But we do know they're after Chase." "So, my best guess is to check the local area." After further discussion, the pups hop into their respective vehicles and drove off in search of the three.
Miles away in Coastal City, the three had woken up from their nap and begun to search for the material they needed. "What do we need first?" ask Skye. She was in the passenger seat, with Marshall driving. Rocky was in the back, setting up his lab. "We needed some gas samples from the power plant," said Rocky. "Got it," said Marshall as he kept pace on the street.
However, what they did not know was that Null was also looking for the power plant. He had just gotten off the cruise ship and had to get directions from several people. He needed the samples to build a top-secret weapon of mass destruction. "Humans will bow to us one day," said Null laughing.
Later, they arrive at the power plant. They did not have passes to go inside, but they had a way around that. Walking up to the guard, Skye force the guard to let them through. She had limited mind powers. Only Chase had stronger mind powers. "Where's the gas?" ask Marshall. "Down on the 2nd floor," said Rocky.
Meanwhile, Null was having an argument with the guards to no anvil. "If you won't let me in, I let myself in," said Null as he pulled out his sword. Before the guards could even scream, they were all dead. But unknown to him, it sends off an alarm that reaches Marshall, Skye and Rocky. "He's here," said Rocky. "We got to find the gas."
They decided to skip the evaluator and go down the stairs. After 2 minutes, they reached the reactor, but they also ran into Null. "We meet again," said Null with a nasty smile. Suddenly, when Null was about to attack them, something strange happened. Null throws himself against the wall, but when Marshall looked closer, he recognized the face. "Get the samples and run!" yells Chase. He was barley holding Null back.
The pups did not miss a beat. They got the samples and took off as the plant exploded. "That was good," said Rocky as he put the samples away. "We got the gas samples, and we know for sure Chase is still in there. We can save him." "Were too next?" ask Marshall ask they pull up to the tower.
"Foggy bottom," said Rocky.
