Back in Adventure Bay, not even one of them saw anything. "They're not in Adventure Bay," said Tundra. "Then were can they be," ask Ryder when Zuma and Everest came walking in with a huge pile of paperwork. "These were in Marshall and Rocky's rooms, and you might want to see this," said Zuma as he gave Ryder a piece of paper.
The two were not kidding. This paper was a mixture of sorts, and it was loaded with stuff, but what caught Ryder's attention was the title and description. "The splitter," said Ryder out load. "Can separate two entities' at once." The pups and Ryder stood in silence for a moment. They did not know what to think. Finally, someone broke the silence. "I think they are trying to split Chase," said Rubble.
Meanwhile, the jet landed in a hidden area outside of Foggy Bottom. They figured that Mayor Humdinger might not be happy with them here, so they thought it was better to hide the jet. Despite its name, it has good weather for most of the year. As the trio through town, Rocky seemed off edge the entire time. He kept looking out the window with a worried look on his face.
As it was getting late, they decided to check in at a hotel. When they got to the room, they immediately started calling stuff. "I call the shower," said Marshall as he made a beeline for the bathroom. When they were leaving the power plant, he tripped and fell into a mud puddle. "I'll cook some dinner," said Rocky as he pop a pizza into the oven.
Skye decided to sit on the couch and turn on the tv and they were on the news channel. But it did show Null crawling out of the ruins of the power plant. "Great, the moron is still alive," said Skye as she turns off the tv. "We need him to get Chase back," said Rocky, wiping some sweat off his head, wiping some sweat off his head. "Boy, I hope Marshall gets out of the shower soon," said Rocky. "The pizza almost done."
Just then, Marshall walked out of the bathroom. "Good," said Rocky. "The pizza's done." "What kind?" ask Marshall. "Meat lovers," said Rocky. They dig in. "Man, this is good," said Marshall. After dinner, the trio tuned in for the night.
The next morning, the trio headed off for Humdingers Museum, where they could get the rest of the materials needed. This time, they could enter without any problems. Even luckier, all the materials were in one area. "Skye, you keep watch while we grab the materials," said Rocky as he grabs his pickaxe.
Meanwhile, the Paw Patrol were heading towards Foggy Bottom themselves. "We got a report that a jet with their logo landed near here," said Ryder. Ten minutes later, they found it. "Found it," said Tundra. The gang followed her into a clearing where the plane was. And they forgot to close the loading bay.
"Let's see what's inside," said Ryder. When they got inside the plane, they were surprised. The plane had everything, from a laboratory to a mini kitchen. "This plane has everything," said Zuma when Ryder's puppad rang. It was Tracker. "Amigos, someone's coming," yell Tracker. Quickly, they ran out of the plane and hid in the bushes. A ford raptor pulled up to the plane and Skye, Rocky and Marshall step out. "We got all the resources, now let's make the mixture," said Rocky as he walks inside while Skye and Marshall were taking outside.
"Alright, well we need something to lure Null here," said Marshall. "Maybe something he wants," said Skye. None of them said a word for about a minute. Then, Marshall's tail perk up. "How about Chase's diamond sword?" said Marshall.
"Yes, that's great," said Skye. Chase's diamond sword was a powerful object, even more powerful than his iron sword. Null will want to get his paws on that. "I'll go get it," said Marshall as he ran inside. On his way in, he passed Rocky, who was walking out. "What's his problem?" ask Rocky. "Nothing, we just got a great idea of how to lure Null here," said Skye. After whispering the plan to Rocky, he nod his head in agreement.
As Ryder and the pups watched the trio work, he was surprised to see how fast and determined the three were. They had their trap up in no time. "Will this work?" ask Rocky as he loaded his dart gun. "Positive," said Marshall. After an hour, he showed up. "Nothing looks suspicious," said Null, looking at his surroundings.
He turned his head to Chase's diamond sword. "I could use this," said Null as he approached the weapon. For being a god, he was not bright. He approached the encased diamond sword, only to trip over a vine and have a fridge fall on his head. "What dud?!" scream Null as he blasts the fridge back up, trigging another trap that shot arrows at him. "What the fuck!" yell Null as he torched the arrow barrage.
However, unknown to him, Rocky was watching him with a dart sniper rifle. "Wait for it..." said Rocky. He had the demon in his line sights. "Three...two...one," said Rocky as he pulled the trigger. The dart flew, which Null's ears picked up, but before he could react, the dart impaled him in the side.
Ryder and the rest of the pups watch from their hiding spot as Null suddenly started to shake. It was creepy. Null scream as the mixture did its work. Another pup was coming out of Null's back which Ryder knew was Chase. Just then, a sonic boom blasts the paw patrol. Skye, Rocky and Marshall walk out of their hiding place to see a disinterred figure struggling to stand up. They knew this was Null's true form. "Where's Chase?" ask Marshall in a harsh tone as Null laughed. He's dead," said Null. "I kill him my..."
Null did not finish his sentence because suddenly, he was sent flying across the field. The trio looked and could not believe it. Chase was standing there, pure as he could always be. "Let's settle this," growled Chase as he pulls his diamond sword and got ready to fight.
