Peter inspected the Skrull, and closely examined it's skin trying to figure out how it was able to look so much like Fury only seconds ago. It was at this point when the Skrull regained consciousness and started to frail about. It was shouting something but Peter couldn't understand the language being spoken.

"If you want something," Peter called out, "I'd recommend asking in English."

"I desire nothing from you!" the skrull replied, even snarling at the young man.

"That's good," Peter said, "Because I had no intention of giving or helping you out with anything, anyway."

All the skrull could do was hiss at Peter, which he responded to by firing some webbing at the skrull's mouth, putting an end to his speaking.

It was at this point where Coulson and Daisy came running up.

"Oh damn," Phil said when the Skrull came into sight. "This isn't good."

"You know what this is?" Peter called out.

"I should have known," Phil said, sighing. "I hate skrulls."

"Even the ones working with us?" Daisy reminded him.

"Those skrulls are honorable," Phil countered, "There is such a thing as good skrulls and bad skrulls."

"And which one is this?" Peter asked, feeling rather confused.

"I'm not sure," Phil said, moving closer. "Let's find out."

Phil moved in closer and grabbed the skrull's head and twisted it gently to the side so he could inspect his neck, and parts of his armor.

"Just as I figured," Phil said, looking back at Peter. "This group of skrulls are not the same that we work with. A completely different group, infiltrating our ranks and us not even knowing about it."

"So how do we take care of them?" Peter asked. "Where are the people they replaced?"

"I'm sorry, Peter," Phil said with a saddened look, "Chances are they were killed by their replacements."

"You're saying both Stark and Fury are dead?" Peter asked, shocked.

"There's a chance they're still alive," Phil countered, "But whether or not they are depends on these skrulls and what they do when they capture and copy someone."

"We kill them," The Skrull replied, even through the webbing. "We take no chances."

In a moment of anger, Peter punched the skrull in the face and knocking him unconscious. The thought of Tony and Nick never coming back upset the young man just a little bit.

"Nicely done," Phil said, "I was just about to..."

Without warning Peter fired a web at a near by tree and swung away without even saying goodbye or where he was going.

"What was that about?" Daisy asked.

"I've seen that look before," Phil said, "He's got an idea. Let him go, we have to get this Skrull back to base for interrogation."

Peter kept swinging, heading for the once place that might not want him there but he was going to visit anyway. When he landed on the platform of Stark tower, things looked rather calm as there was no one home. Yet after his many interactions with Tony over the years, Peter knew that it wasn't true. As he strolled into the main room on the top floor, Peter called out for the one person he knew was always home.

"Friday?" Peter called out.

"Mister Parker," a familiar voice called back out. It was the latest AI service that managed since Jarvis' departure upon becoming the Vision. Her name stood for Female Replacement Intelligent Digital Assistant Youth, Friday since Tony loves his Acronyms. "You are not currently welcome in the tower at this particular moment."

"I'm aware of that, Friday." Peter agreed, "But I only came here to speak with you. Is it alright if we talk?"

"It is," Friday replied, "As you as you remain in this room and touch nothing."

"That's a deal," Peter said, as it was very reasonable request. "I need to speak to you about a possible breach of security."

"I have detected no such breach," Friday informed him, "Except for your current trespassing, Mister Parker.

"That's because we're dealing with skrulls," Peter explained, "Bad ones that have infiltrated Shield and possible higher levels of our government."

"When did this infiltration begin?" Friday asked.

"I'm not sure," Peter answered, "But I'm positive Mr. Stark is compromised."

"What is your proof?" Friday asked.

"He just tried to kill me!" Peter informed the machine, "In all the days I've known him, no matter how much I screwed things up, he never intentionally tried to harm me. Does that sound like something Mr. Stark would do if he wasn't compromised?"

There was a long, awkward silence between the two of them.

"No," Friday replied, "Despite how many times you have screwed up, and I've been privy to quite a few, Mr. Stark never lashed out at you violently. He cared about you as if you were his son."

"I'm not asking you to do anything for me, Friday," Peter assured the computer, "But you need to activate whatever security protocols Tony put into place to prevent something like the skrulls from controlling everything. I need you to shut it all down until we can find the real Tony Stark and rescue him from the skrulls. I need you to activate the highest security level necessary to protect Mr. Stark's weapons from falling into the wrong hands."

There was another short pause as the AI thought over Peter's request.

"Agreed," Friday concurred, "Mr. Parker, you have thirty seconds to evacuate the building. I am putting all Stark centers on black alert."

"Whoa," Peter said, thinking about it. "That doesn't sound good."

"It is not," Friday agreed, "Twenty seconds to evacuate."

"Thanks Jarvis," Peter said, as he ran back out onto the deck.

"Good luck, Mr. Parker." Friday called out, "Ten Seconds."

Peter leaped off the platform and back into the streets where he swung away a few times and then stopped and turned around to look back at the building. Every window in the building was replaced with a solid metal plate as the entire building went into full lock down. Even windows were transformed with that look like a nano-technology as those glass plains were changed into steam beams that looked as strong as titanium.

Peter couldn't help but smile, as he know what he just did. The Skrull that was impersonating Tony had just been locked out, whcih meant if the real Tony was still alive, that skrull was going to need to use him to unlock Jarvis from this menacing Black Alert or all the tech would be useless, even the suits. The plan was to follow the skrull back to Tony and to save him. Peter swung off towards the hospital where Doctor Strange said this imposter was recovering from his wounds, to see if his plan might work.
