Chapter 7
The two went back to their seperate houses. Going to sleep with the other on their minds.
Brooke awoke to the sun streaming into the multiple windows of her bedroom. She took out her sketchbook full of designs. Got ready for the day with a shower. Getting dressed. Having breakfast Before leaving her home.
She headed straight for the nearest fabric store she could find.
Once she got back home. She closed herself off in her bedroom and began putting together outfits she had sketched up.
The only way to see if she could make it on her own as a designer was to try.

Lucas placed the breakfast plate down onto each place mat in the small but very useable kitchen.
"We already know all you're friends dad. Who is this new person you want us to meet.?" Nixon asked.
"Her name is Brooke Davis. She's new in town and doesn't really know anyone yet. And i thought she could use some quality time with the greatest two people i kow." Lucas replied.
Lilly laughed and smiled. "We can bake her cookies or bring her flowers. Girls like that daddy." She informed him.
"I'll keep that in mind Lilly pad. The two of you finish up then get ready for school." Lucas instructed.

It was a knock at the door that brought Brooke out of her creative rabbit hole. She put down her fabric and sketches. Raced down the stairs.
Took a breath and opened her front door.
She smlied at the sight of a lovely looking couple she didn't know.
"I'm Haley James Scott. This is my husband Nathan. We are apart of the welcome wagon for everyone new who moves in." She explained.
Brooke smiled shyly. "Thanks for spotting by but." She began to say.
"People say you're from New York or LA. That is so exciting."
"Nate and I have lived here forever. We got married in high school. I waitress at the cafe. Nathan's in the NBA. We have triplets they take up all of our time."
"Do you have kids.? Our a husband or boyfriend. Or someone special.?"
"Tree Hill may be a small town but we are all about acceptance."
"You have to join me. I meet for lunch with my friends twice a week. Just us girls. Gossiping and eating. You'll enjoy it. I'll write down my cellphone number. "Haley rambled.
